We had a great experience with Stone World, start to finish. Paige was very helpful in selecting the perfect quartz counters for our kitchen and kept us updated throughout the process. Ivan and crew did a great job with the installation. Very friendly and professional, with an obvious attention to detail. We had some concern because we were not changing our back splash, but they were able to remove and install with no issues whatsoever. A pleasure all around. We would recommend Stone World to anyone looking for new countertops.

Stone World did a beautiful job w my quartz countertops and backsplash. I was able to do the whole process over email and Diana was so easy to work with. Jeff did my templates and Ivan did the installation. They both were extremely skilled in their craft and it was evident that they truly care about great customer service. Paige did a wonderful job showing us options and answering our questions. Very quick response when we were wanting some more info or researching other options. Even went down to the factory. The install crew was super careful with not cracking the existing backsplash and did a superb and meticulous install.

Paige was awesome to work with. She really took the time to help me select the right stone and design where the cuts would look best. She was extremely knowledgeable about the stone qualities and was able to answer all of my many questions. I would definitely recommend working with Paige on your stone projects. The installation crew did a great job as well with no damage to the walls or mirror.

We were referred to Stoneworld by our kitchen designer and may I say we were not disappointed. I had heard many great things about Stoneworld prior to working with them. Our sales person, Paige, was very professional and knew her product. She led us to the perfect selection of granite for our kitchen remodel. The gentleman, whose name has slipped me, came out and measured for the top had the tools to make for a perfect fit and was very cordial. Ariel and his crew were on time and super efficient and professional for the install. I would absolutely recommend the folks as Stoneworld. Ask for Paige……she knows what she’s doing!

Truly Disheartening Experience I had the unfortunate opportunity to engage with this company, and I can confidently say it was a complete disaster from start to finish. The service I received was not just bad—it felt outright dismissive. From the moment I reached out for assistance, it became evident that customer care was not on their list of priorities. Moreover, the atmosphere within the organization appears to be rife with condescension. It was glaringly obvious that if this is how they treat their employees, it will only reflect in the manner they interact with customers. The lack of respect and appreciation for both employees and clients is astonishing—and unfortunately, it's making its mark on the overall experience. Something that truly irked me was their utter refusal to take responsibility for damages caused by their own staff. It's unbelievable in this day and age that a company would neglect accountability so brazenly. If you're looking for a business that values integrity and customer satisfaction, look elsewhere! In short, I cannot recommend this company enough—DO NOT HIRE them! The product they offer is frankly one of the worst on the market, and I genuinely hope others can avoid the disappointing experience I had. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this operation!

Excellent! Wanted a bathroom sink cut from a remnant of a very hard to find quartz. Not only did they have it but they were significantly less expensive than their competitors. Paige was wonderful getting me through the process. No issues when I changed the sink size , then the edging, as well as me having to reschedule . She was a gem. The team they sent out to map the template and install the final sink,were all very professional and had excellent communication. (Jeff and Nick?).the seam on the sink counter is flawless! Wish we had used them for our kitchen. I will definitely be contacting them again soon when we refresh the sink counters in our other 2 baths!

Super great experience working with Stone World TN, and especially with Paige B, to get new counters for my kitchen and bath renovation. I had a lot of changes of plans with the project over 6 months or so, which led to several false starts for ordering my counters. I expect that would drive most sales reps crazy, but Paige was just there to assist whenever I reached back out again, and just easy to work with. Always extremely responsive and accommodating. Everything was handled well, from ordering to templating to install to follow up items. Highly recommend!

The first experience with Stone World TN was great, like all the others have said. Efficient, kind, and timely work. They made the kitchen look great! The second experience was not the same. You hope that a company would reward a client for coming back to use them again...they have a minimum order that they will service and wanted to charge DOUBLE the price per square foot for the same granite as the first project as it was for a smaller space. I understand policies, but this was just disappointing.

We had quartzite countertops installed only a few weeks ago, but we already have what appears to be water stains in several areas. Staining occurred around the sink first, then in other areas of the countertop that don't get hardly any exposure to water. I recaulked around the sink, which seems to have fixed that area. However, I clean the top daily using only a natural stone cleaner, and we do not leave water sitting on top ever. We use napkins and coasters for wet things, and I am constantly wiping it dry. I want to protect my investment, but the countertop seems poorly sealed or needs a heavier duty sealant. The installers also left a huge mark near a seam and told me it would disappear in 24 hours. It never did. I love my countertops, but I am disappointed by the installation and confused about whether the quality of cutting and sealing the slabs was adequate. If I'm only a month in, I can't imagine how my countertop is going to look in a year. At this time, I can't recommend this company to anyone seeking new countertops.

Quoted Stone World with Costco Membership. Sales rep sent me pricing on countertops then called to tell me she couldn’t sale me that brand because I was a Costco customer. The brand they can sale with Costco was more expensive than what she had quoted me. The store refused to sale me the less expensive countertops. My husband spoke to management and they refuse to let us order the cheaper product. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else that stands behind their mistakes. The customer shouldn’t suffer for a employee who made a mistake.

Great company and amazing owner and staff! We always judge a company on their work, but also their staff as that gives an idea of the culture and dedication of the company. Well Stone World is at the top from everyone we have worked with! We, like many, had some hiccups building our home with a lot of the subs we hired. Duan, though, nailed it all...and helped us find some things when we were about to give up. The staff was always on top of everything, smiling, talking up the company, keeping things clean and tidy....was a truly amazing finish. We wanted to add a piece of backlit onyx to our wine cellar and when we were just about to give up, Duan said let me make a call...within a day, he found the perfect piece and saved the day. Our outdoor kitchen had some weird angles and seams in weird spots...but they nailed it...can't even see the transitions. Highly recommended!!!

I had a great experience with Stone World. As a first time buyer of this sort of thing, I wasn't sure what to expect. Scott was very informative and the whole process was very quick and easy. He found the last piece of quartz that was in the color that I wanted. They were on time with the measuring and install appointments as well. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and courteous. And I love my quartz counter tops!

Stone World was contracted by Home Depot to install our countertops. Their crew showed up over two hours late, and none of the pieces were cut correctly. One was too long, one was too short, and the others were supposed to be a single piece. They even charged us extra specifically for the extra large piece. The next day, they told us they could break up a piece if they wanted, and refused to provide the extra large piece that we asked and paid for. Then they cancelled our order without even offering a solution. Could not recommend them less. They contract with Home Depot, so don't get counters from Home Depot or you may get their shoddy work in your home.

Do not recommend Stone World at all! We contracted through Lowe's for new countertops! Gentleman from Stone World came out did his measurements and said all our measurements were correct and we were good to good. Stone World calls Lowe's and tells them we need to redo our contract and add four feet of granite to the order plus a hefty heavy slab fee. They cannot and will not tell Lowe's where this alleged four feet grew from and Lowe's has never had a heavy slab fee on one of their contracts. Excuse me but aren't all slabs big and heavy? Just another way for a greedy company to try and get more money out of a consumer!

Trying to get new countertops installed through Stone World has been an absolute nightmare. I was repeatedly told that I would be contacted within certain timeframes and not once were they true to their word. I have left voicemail (they rarely actually pick up the phone) for 4 different people, trying to get a response and actually get something done. I certainly hope that when the countertops finally do arrive and are installed, that I am 110% happy with the finished product but even that wouldn't make up for how stressful and time-consuming dealing with them has been. I haven't even seen the countertops yet and I completely regret spending over $7k of my hard-earned money here.

Went there and had a great meeting with Lee concerning a countertop I needed. Picked out a piece, got a great price. He drew up the invoice for me and when I agreed he asked if we could wait until he got back from vacation to move forward. He gets back and the piece I had picked out is gone and instead he's offering me something thats the wrong size and more expensive. Major fail.

Never would I use these people again. If there was a score lower than one star I would have rated them lower. Our experience with them was a absolute nightmare. We did not receive the slab we picked out and had supposedly been marked for our use. The holes for faucets were cut incorrectly. We received NO satisfaction from them when complained.
