We built a custom home in North Florida, and had the pleasure of dealing with stone world. They are absolutely the best! We worked with Maria and she was very professional and timely in every single response and interaction. She made changes and understood exactly what I was wanting. They came out to measure and install, and there was not a single thing they missed. The product was perfect and high quality. I cannot recommend this company enough, they were the most enjoyable subcontractor we dealt with throughout this whole process.

My experience with Stone World Impotrs. They came out the same day I called for an estimate. When given the price for the job, I was very pleased because it was much affordable for me than the other quotes I've gotten from other companies. They cut out the middle man so it makes there prices affordable. The installers were very professional and cleaned up after they finished the job. Kathie, was phenomenal and very helpful. She stayed on top of everything. My counter top is absolutely beautiful. I would referre this company to anyone wanting granite install. Great experience 👍🏼

We recently updated the granite kitchen countertops, and after tons of research we landed on Stone World. It was the best decision we’ve made in any home improvement project. It started with our sales rep Maria who was such a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. She guided us through the selection process and was so was easy going, nice, and informative.The product is top notch and their pricing is the best in the city. Stone world imports have the best prices. We stopped by like 10 other places before we found this guys. Most of the places don’t sell remnants or if they do the charge for like 1/2 slab. This guys sell for small projects too and the prices and service are really good. Easy to work with and the installation process was easy and quick. Amazing experience with Katia at Stone World! Katia took the time to walk us through their extensive supply of options. We found exactly what we were looking for and the pricing was better for the same piece than the other locations we got pricing from! The scheduling was quick-selected on 1/2, they measured on 1/4 and installation was on 1/15. They provided timeline windows of when they were going to be on-site and communicated along the way-they were never late and always available for questions. We are so pleased with the finished product and will be sure to use Stone World for all of our future needs.

Aline Pires was our sales person, and she was extremely knowledgeable and helped us to find exactly what we wanted to replace our fireplace face. We were able to view in person the different types and colors of stone and found the perfect style for us. They sent a skilled craftsman to do exact laser measurements of our fireplace, the stone was cut, and edges honed exactly to our specifications. Their expert installers worked with our schedules and arrived on time. They were very careful with the installation and answered any questions we had. We would recommend their high-quality service again to anyone.

Stone World did an excellent job with our 3 bathroom countertops. They were courteous and easy to work with. There was some miscommunication on my behalf and even then, they were patient and accommodating with me. They also sent back a bad palette to the stone company that sent it and made sure I received a palette with excellent quality. They protected us from problems down the road. This is an outstanding company and their prices are excellent too! I highly recommend them.

Drove up to stone world and spoke to a sales representative named Wendy. found a granite stone i liked. Gave my information and was told I would recieve a call by end of day to set up a time to get exact measurements of my kitchen. Was excited because we just got cabinets, were ready to move forward as soon as possible and the prices per square ft were around what we wanted to pay. Well I waited 2 days and recieved no phone call. Called and the lady remembered me and said yes I am right next to my supervisor let me see what time he has open for tomorrow and I will call you back. Whelp I did not recieve a call back. Decided to not waste any more time as if they can't set up a time and I have to chase them before even starting probably not the most professional business. Found another installer and will have my granite in a week. So my advice is to not waste your time as that seems to be the only thing they do proficiently.

In my opinion, very difficult to get things scheduled with them and very difficult to get consistent answers from them. They don't answer the phone the times we've called and don't call back - only email. And they have trouble either reading or comprehending simple emails about times that work for schedules and since they don't answer the phone, you will spend weeks attempting to get a response. All in all, in my opinion, not a company I'd recommend.

Worst company to do business with. I recommend avoiding this company no matter how cost affective they are. You get what you pay for. (....or don't) Here are the two issues I had: 1. My quartz for the kitchen island came in and the corners were rounded. I had specifically asked for square corners/edge. They tried to convince me that most people get the rounded corners, and that it is normal (?). The template guy continues to argue with me and insists that I told him to round the corners. (none of these guys barely speak english, by the way..maybe that is the main issue) I said we wanted what we paid for, but they didn't have any more stone left and it would take 30 days. Since I needed them done sooner, I agreed for them to take two inches off the overhang in order to corner the edges. The owner of the business, Nibaldo, agreed to an $800 discount as well. (about 20% off) 2. Two days later, the quartz comes back. The edges were good. We inspected it after the installation was complete and there are several (about 8) small white chips throughout the island countertops and one white colored scratch. I called the company before signing the papers. The owner, Nibaldo, tries to convince me that this is normal with this type of stone. **This is their go-to scheme: when something is clearly wrong, try to find a way to convince the customer that is it normal.** Nibaldo ends up telling me that he is t"ired of our complaints about the countertops" (without even coming to see it himself), and tells the installation crew to rip up all of the new countertops and take it back for a refund. I was forced to keep the countertops because I have been without a kitchen for two weeks and can't afford to continue on another month without a kitchen. Nibaldo also stated that he "does not want to talk to me anymore". (??) This is NOT the definition of customer service. We are very unhappy about this company and the way they treat their customers. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Countertops cost way too much to not be happy with the turn out! I wish I had spent by $4,000 with a different, more reputable company. Do your research - do not make the same mistake we did!
