Very nice work done! Thank you guys for your professionalism and great service. With this piece perfectly produced and installed we has converted our Ikea cabinet in a wonderful ad-hoc piece of furniture. Nice upgrade!

I contracted Stone Systems of South Florida of Lauderhill thru HomeDepot for the installation of my new kitchen counter top * Silestone Calakata Gold *. At first I was very concerned after all the negative reviews I read online. So I called them and asked to talk to the manager Mr. Jesus Garcia and asked him to personally look after every step of the process in order to make sure the installation went as smooth as possible. Mr. Garcia assured me that he was going to monitor the entire process personally and he did up until completion and my satisfaction. He even provided me his mobile number so that I could directly communicate any issues or concerns.

Worst experience ever. The initial guy who measured the kitchen for the template made errors, creating problems with the installation of the faucet. The initial guy also never did communicate that we live in a gated community and all construction had to end by 5 PM. While they initially planned to come in the morning, they came after 1pm. Eventually,.after two warnings by our Guards and our association, they left at 6:40 PM. We are now potentially going to be substantially fined. In addition, they did a “rush job” to try to get done, this left the plumbers in a difficult position to re-hook the Plumbing in the kitchen. They did not clean up after themselves as per agreement on their contract. I am disabled and spent 30 minutes with the broom, trying to clean up all of the dust they got all over the building from cutting of stone. My wife had to clean their debris from every drawer in our kitchen on all of our pots, pans, etc. They have an email that they send that says open to Sign a waiver. I clicked on the link to read the waiver and you never see it, by clicking on the link, you automatically sign a waiver that you never saw. Clearly, this is not legal. I have attempted to speak with the company, I spoke with a supervisor who stated I would be speaking with an operations manager, this has not occurred. I have spoken with Home Depot, who subcontracted our job out to this company. Beware using Home Depot and beware using this contractor Stone Systems..

Got countertops installed by them through Costco in hopes it would be easy. Literally no communication after credit card was charged. The big thing is the installers chip a corner of the quartz in a spot that sure couldn’t be hidden. Things happen we are all human I understand that. What I don’t understand is why repair it and not let the homeowner know. Just left in hopes either we don’t see it or don’t care not sure but very deceiving. I will say the customer service manager Carlos is doing everything he can to get the new countertops installed with in 48 hours.

Such a nice purchase experience and beautiful countertop has been tainted by the poor, or should I say, non-existent customer service that I received. The install manager came to measure and the 2 techs did an amazing job installing the countertop in 3 sections, plus a waterfall. Sadly, they dripped adhesive onto the brand new Pergo floor that looks clear, but traps dirt and looks horrendous. I tried to clean it up with soap and water at first. That only removed the dirt for a little while. Then I tried goo gone, which was as effective as the soap and water. Reluctantly I called Stone Systems and requested service. I waited a week and they didn’t call me back like they said they would. I called them again, and this time they asked me to send pictures. A bit unorthodox, but okay. I sent pictures and confirmed they received them. They didn’t call me back that day or the next so I called again. They said the installation/ service manager was busy with a customer and will call me back. He never called. They never came. They lost my business and any recommendations. Further, I tipped them through Zelle and they asked if I can change it to another email because they made a mistake and wouldn’t get the money. Nope. Ask your boss for that money. Ultimately I was able to scrub it off myself with a stronger acetone based cleanser without damaging my floor.

Excellent experience overall. Our countertops look gorgeous and were expertly installed. Rodolfo Yenisel Hernandez led the installation and went above and beyond to make sure it was perfectly installed. He even helped us move our appliances into place and helped us level the countertops.

Update! Someone reached out, apologizing for the delay. They do plan to deliver today still, so that's a start. Will update on delivery and if we paid installation, on that as well once it settled. They came out to measure over 2 weeks ago, gave us a vague date and finally gave us a date of delivery of TODAY (12/15/23)...... We take the day off to accept this delivery, they allegedly also triple confirmed, only to stand us up. It's is way past 5pm now, office is closed and zero attempts have been made by anyone there to give us an update. If my wife paid ahead of time, I will be doing a chargeback as this is unacceptable customer service. Not sure what kind of rodeo they run over there but something like this would never happen at my family owned business and if the situation was beyond our control, I would've personally contacted the client this affected and worked out something, including but not limited to given them a small discount for the trouble. I get it a week before the Holidays but this is when companies need to be 200% ontop of their A game and be REALISTIC, TRUTHFUL and HONEST with turn around times. Unless they rectify anything come Monday and put a rush on things, I cannot recommend them at all.

I was hesitant to contact Stone Systems if South Florida after seeing reviews however, we had an excellent experience with everyone we spoke with. From the call center and text notifications to Sales and the Installers, we had zero issues. The counter was installed with no damages to the counter or our house. They were very friendly and knowledgeable, I would recommend them based on our wonderful experience.

I ordered my countertops through Home Depot. Stone systems is the vendor that they use. First off, the scheduling team was so patient. Due to supply chain issues, permitting delays We had to keep on pushing back the measurement. They were so patient and helpful along the way. Then I chose the stone slab, They came to measure and then install the following week. The installation was not what I expected there was a seam where it should have been one piece. I called the scheduler, I knew her quite well after delaying the measure appointment five times. She put me in touch with the manager in about one week problem was solved. A new countertop was installed The customer service is VERY good. And Home Depot also was helpful throughout the entire process. After the install two separate managers called me to make sure I was happy.

Decided on knocking down our wall and turning it into a bar counter top. We went to Home Depot and choose "Snowy Ibiza" quartz for our counter top. Stone System of South Florida made our counter top dream come true! They were very hands on during the entire process from start to end. Easy to get a hold of and always returns calls and emails. Very professional team and trustworthy. We are very satisfied with the silestone installation. The waterfall came out amazing!

We had our kitchen remodeled through the Home Depot in August 2017. They laser measured the sink/bar-top/countertop area. Their measurements were a bit off as you can see from the unmatched overhang on each side. The bar-top was not resting on the base. They just left it like that. My husband added the supports because of the significant gap, and added the molding. The sink cut out was obviously done, but the edge was supposed to be the eased edge like the rest of the countertops and it was never done.

Stone systems through lowes is not a good business! There customer service is horrific they dont call back until they have an install date. They force you into agreeing to a design you don't want! They're measures are incorrect! When you tell them what you want an L shaped piece with one seam at the stove top they tell you you you signed for 2 seams and you'll have to pay for another slab! The installer was very good and tried to make you happy with how you want it to be installed. Extremely bad experience! I would never buy my stone from lowes again!!

Absolutely biggest ripoff company. They contract for home depot and upcharged me 100% after I paid. They no showed first appointment then we made a morning appointment the following Monday as I had a meeting They sent a email at noon saying they'd come at 1 needed addl helpers that took an hour to get there very disappointed with finished product and overcharges don't use home depot as they subcontract to these people who then subcontract to another 3rd party. Absolutely rediculous

Terrible customer service. My builder used them to install our countertop. After 4 years, the seam started to separate. I called several times to see if they can do the repair. When I did get a hold of someone, I would get transferred to Henry's number who never called me back. I know he's done repairs in my neighborhood and was hoping he could do mine since he installed the countertop. Very disappointing.

Have never dealt with such rude, unresponsive, unprofessional individuals than those at Stone Systems. They never do anything right the first time and have to call back over and over again. Good luck getting through to them. What should have been an easy kitchen install has resulted in a major disaster. Thank goodness for Home Depot for taking the time to get the issue resolved.

This vendor fabricated my kitchen countertops, which were sold by the Home Depot. So, you think you're safe, in good hands, because it is the Home Depot. Wrong! They made a mistake in the fabrication and will not take care of the problem and will not return calls. The HD charges you up front for everything, so when there's a problem, you have no recourse because it's all paid for. I also tried to get resolution through the HD, sent pictures and all, nothing. The HD didn't even acknowledge my complaint. So, the bottom line is DON'T PURCHASE YOUR COUNTERTOPS AT THE HOME DEPOT because you will end up with Stone Systems and their bad business practices.

Beware! They do not stand behind their products and THEIR WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER CHIPS. Had a quartz countertop installed in August 2022. In less than 4 months 2 chips appeared and within 5 months, another chip appeared. Single person household, no aggressive use, just run of the mill kitchen use that should not result in 3 chips in this short of a timeframe. Their product or their installation is faulty and they won't stand behind it.

I first just want to start off with 1 positive of this review that I'm about to go into with my countertop installation. They are beautiful! Thanks, Cosentino (not Stone Systems). I had to go through Stone Systems because my mom (Jaene) and I ordered our cabinets & countertops through Home Depot, who were completely attentive & pleasant throughout this entire process, thanks to James & Sandy. This is probably one of the worst companies that I've ever interacted with in my life. I come from working in the sales & customer service industry and let me just tell you, NONE of these employees that work here knows what it means to provide excellent service to their clients. My installation took Stone Systems THREE times to finally get right. The 1st time they came around, they brought the wrong finish of my countertop. The 2nd time they came around, they came an hour late because of a scheduling issue on a Saturday (which I'm not sure how that happened), but not even that, 2 out of 4 of my countertops were completely mis-measured. Honestly, when the person came to measure my cabinets, I should've questioned him right then & there because he was going way TOO fast that day. Before the 3rd installation, I reached out to Melissa McCrimmon explaining the experience I was having so far with the company and asked her what she could do for me and mom in return because of all the mistakes they were making. She told me to reach out after the installation was completed so she could speak to the owner. So, after the 3rd installation, when everything was actually correct, I reached out to her and left a voicemail on her extension. Never heard back. I decided to call the main phone, I called EVERY LINE. NO ONE PICKED UP. The minute that I called on my work phone, someone finally answered. It's funny because I know you all have caller ID and probably were avoiding my call when I was trying to call on my cell. When I asked to speak to Melissa, the receptionist (or whoever) told me she would transfer me to Melissa's voicemail, so again I left a voicemail for her. After my voicemail, I sent her an email to follow up on February 3rd. Still no response (no surprise). So, this is why I'm here writing this. I'm not the type of person to write bad views but honestly, I'm just overall disappointed with this company. I'm not sure why you hired someone like Melissa because she lacks verbal and written communication completely. I know most people who go through this company probably have to, not because they want to. So if you actually have a choice in the matter, unlike myself, don't waste your time and go through a better company.

Stone Systems of South Florida was contracted through Lowes approx. 8 years ago to install what was supposed to be the best counter tops available at the time Eco by Cosentino. We started seeing issues with the finish on the counter tops a few years ago and finally called to see about getting them either refinished or replaced as they came with a 15yr warranty. It was very difficult to get any response from SSoSF but they finally had an inspector come to look at my issue. The inspector immediatyl agreed that there was an issue with the product and stated that he would start the warranty claim and we should get help quickly. after 7 week of my calling the office every week and getting promised that I would get a call back that day I was informed that the warranty claim was denied due to what they called Hydro something that the lady on the phone couldn't explain. But if a product can be damaged by water it should not be used as a counter top in a kitchen next to the sink, and we are having the same issue on a bar area that is no where near water. I would never recommend Stone Systems of South Florida or Cosentino to anyone and Lowes should take responsibility as they are the company I paid for the work in the first place.

I wish I could give this company less than 1 star. My counter installation has been grief from beginning to end. They cut the hole for the sink too large. Two different contractors struggled to make the sink hold/attach to the counter. Stone systems left virtually no edge for the sink to clamp on to. I had to buy a new sink, spend $250 (twice) to get the sink into the counter. The sink could ONLY be caulked into place since the hole was cut so large that clamps could not be used. I have to cross my fingers and hope it holds. Stone Systems took no responsibility and to add insult to injury when they were supposed to come back out for additional appointments to repair a seam that had opened up, they no-showed/no called. I waited for two hours. Then again, they canceled an appointment with me, but at least they called. I could go on, but I'm sure you get the idea. This company has NO INTEGRITY. Lowes of Pompano uses them as their sub-contractor and I will NEVER use this company again.

This is a perfect example of adding insult to injury. Home Depot should think their relationship with this company. Customer service is terrible as they don't keep records of previous calls and no one takes accountability for their actions. I have tried to get someone to come to the house and look at how uneven the countertops are, not to mention the poor way in which they do the seams. ( by the way, read your warranty paperwork, as it clearly states that THEY DO NOT WARANTY SEAM ISSUES) The person that came to measure no longer works for the company and I was told that they are not responsible for any work he did. What a motto! I sent pictures of the work and heard from no one. I had to call two weeks later to see if they received them. No apologies or nothing. They said either Pedro Ruiz ( General Manager) or Clint Seldomridge would contact me. Two weeks have gone by and I have yet to hear from them. I called again, spoke to Jholaina and Melissa Serrano, both of which have the customer service skills of a door knob, and they informed me that there was no record of me calling before. How can a company with such bad reviews continue to do business with The Home Depot?

What an absolute disaster! A gentleman from Stone Systems came out to measure for a Silestone counter top for my 87 year old father. Once he realized that the back splash needed to go fully up to the cabinets, he left without completing the measuring job as Home Depot had only called for a 4 inch back splash. My dad was going through Home Depot for the Silestone purchase so when he got a call that the counter top fabricators were coming for the install, he let Home Depot and Stone Systems know that he didn't think the measurements were complete and was assured that they were. After clearing off the counter tops not once but twice (for original measurements and installation), the fabricators showed up today with....you guessed it.....WRONG MEASUREMENTS! Stone Systems now has the same person who did the original (mis)measurements out there running the numbers a second time. This mess has been on-going since the last week of February 2018 and it's now the first week of April. I had 3 calls in to Stone Systems about this with no return calls. Home Depot has been just as bad as the go-between. Overall, I'd say you'd be a fool to trust this company (and Home Depot) for that matter, with your kitchen renovation. I'll be happy to edit this review if Stone Systems ever actually gets the job done properly. Absolutely disgusted with their lack of professionalism and customer care at the moment. PS, This is only the third poor review I've ever had to write on Yelp...all others are 5 stars....so I am generally not a disgruntled reviewer...but prospective clients should be warned.

This company deserves NO stars. They were subcontracted through Home Depot to install a quartz countertop. There were two cutouts to be made. One for the cook top and one for the sink. The cutout for the sink was not proprerly done and a small gap exists between the sink and the countertop. This gap is only visible if you go into the sink cabinet and look upwards. I tried to explain this to Paola who saw no problem with the gap. She asked me what was the problem with having a gap! Really? I spent a fortune for the countertop! There should be no gaps between the sink and the countertop!! . I explained that water could seep through the gap and leak into the bottom of the cabinet, but she failed to understand how this could happen. She said the water is in the sink not the countertop. Honestly! The cutout for the cooktop was even and clean, but the sink's was crooked. Deal with this company at your peril. You were warned. I now have to hassle with Home Depot to get this straightened out since they are the ultimate party responsible for thsi!

RIP OFF ALERT!! Stone Systems of South Florida installed a counter top in our home with 1/3 less thickness than which was paid for and documented on all the Home Depot paperwork. Melissa McCrimmon Serrano and Claire Morinvil from Stone Systems offered a small credit of $320 or to replace the counter top with the correct thickness, however they continue to claim that any damage to the cabinetry or backsplash during the replacement will not be covered and that they are not responsible (the sink, cabinetry, and backsplash are all adhered). They do not respond to emails and it's been over 4 weeks and this issue is not resolved. I am sure they get away with this more times than not. IT'S A SCAM!

I read the story before Karen D is ditto. My color is supposed to be flawless sterile white quartz. I went through Home Depot Store 206. The only difference KarenD story and mine is the color. Their workmanship, their honesty, their ethics, leave a lot to be desired. They even stood me up and told me I have misunderstood the date. I finally talked to the gentleman who scheduled the appointment and he agreed that the company was lying to me. The truth was that their only truck had broken down and they could not make it to my appointment. The cuts are jagged, granite and quartz cuts are suppose to be seamless. I have spots and dents on the slab. They PROMISED to change it and never came through. According to Stone Systems of South Florida the manager at Home Depot Store 206 forbade them from making keeping their promise. They PROMISED not HOME DEPOT to do the right thing. I highly discourage anyone to have project done by Home Depot because they do not keep their word, customer satisfaction is a farce to them and if they work with companies that do not keep their word either, it is a lose-lose situation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This has been going on since Feb-Mar, the Home Depot store ignores all my calls, e-mails..., Home Depot Headquarters has done the same thing and now I am going through Team....... recommended by FACEBOOK Home Depot website and guess what? Not a word from any of the entities!

My experience with this company was nothing short of a nightmare -- and a nearly unending one at that. They repeatedly called me on my cell phone after I explained each time that they needed to use my husband's phone number because I was at work, and he was at home. They were Three Hours Late because, I finally learned after they continued to call my number, interrupting me at work each time, that they had not prepared the granite for work scheduled three weeks ahead of time. In the course of their many calls to me (each time having been told to call my husband's number and giving it to them again, including when the man called from the truck an hour away to ask directions) I spoke to several different people, indicating that their complete lack of responsiveness is part of the fabric of this company. It was a surreal experience with a bizarre irresponsible company that I would caution anyone considering doing business with them to avoid. I dealt with them because that is who Lowes is contracted with for the counter we selected. A store representative has since told me she receives complaints about them from virtually everyone who has to deal with them. I would strongly suggest arranging your kitchen counters through a different store, rather than through one that continues to do business with a company that produces misery for its customers.

We relied on Home Depot to provide us with a subcontractor to replace our kitchen countertop with quartz and paid in full. Most unfortunately, Stone Systems of South Florida was their sub. Telephone calls and emails to this vendor (Stone Systems) were routinely ignored, or if and when they got back to you, were slow in doing so. Times and dates of meetings at our home were not what they promised. Two Stone Systems employees showed up the day of install (3 hours late). They were unable to manage bringing the stone in alone so my contractor had to assist. My contractor also had to lend them tools (as well as his expertise in some instances) as to how to proceed with the installation. The installers spent nearly as much time on their cellphones outside AND on FaceTime with the installation manager (not a real confidence instiller) as they did actually doing the work, which turned out to be a disaster. The breakfast bar overhang is at least one inch shorter than the rest of the countertop- There is a gap between the countertop and cabinet which allows us to see daylight through it- The gaps in some areas between the countertop and the wall is so large that my contractor said it would be difficult to obtain tile thick enough to cover the gap- Originally, I was told the installation would be about a 3-4 hour job on a Thursday. A window had to be removed to allow a pass through counter to be installed on the patio, so I paid our contractor to be here to remove the window where the quartz patio counter was to be installed. He indicated he could reinstall once they put in quartz. Because there were so many problems with the initial install, because they never showed up until 1pm on Thursday (told 10am) and it got to be 6:45PM, the Stone Systems employees said they said they needed to return another day (Friday, but they never showed, came Saturday) , My contractor had to reinstall the window, return on Saturday, remove it, then reinstall again. This cost us additional money to the contractor. They said they are going to try to remedy the breakfast bar situation and gaps to walls. We shall see.... They were supposed to complete this job this morning. It is now 11:30 and the install manager is a no show. No work being done here yet!!!! My advice......stay far away from this vendor!!!!!

Stone Systems of Ft Lauderdale put granite in our kitchen. This is the result of the work they did. They were slow at returning phone calls and emails. They told us they were going to correct the chip they made in our counter when they installed the granite . The installation manager came to our house and said they were going to repair the chip and replace the imperfection in the stone. The general manager Clint Seldomridge also assured us the chip in the granite would be repaired. They came to our home and smeared some epoxy on the chip and it now looks even worse. They did NOTHING to replace the granite with the imperfection next to the sink. They said the imperfection is part of the natural stone. My husband drove from Jupiter to their warehouse in ft Lauderdale and viewed the granite. He was told the imperfection would not be in our countertop. Although Stone Systems did redo the bevel on our bar top that was improperly done from the start. The work Stone Systems did in our new kitchen will be a topic of conversation when we host party's.
