Stone Pros are indeed pros when it comes to countertops. Jeff the owner was great to work with. He took time out of his Saturday to meet and work with my wife and I on determining the best countertop fit for our space. They have a very nice showroom In Burlington with a lot of options. Jeff was very responsive whether it be over text or phone he was happy to answer any of my questions. Viki scheduled our template appointment and installation appointment and was a pleasure to work with, they penciled us in as soon as possible (around two weeks) and showed up per schedule. Mathew was the templater that measured our house, he was professional and knowledgeable. He foresaw some issues and brought them to my attention to be resolved before installation. Manny and Manny were the installers who performed a work of art. They were very respectful coming into our home. I maintained communication with Manny through text and he kept me informed as I was concerned with some unlevel areas. I am VERY pleased with the finished product and so is my wife. The craftsmanship is excellent, you can hardly see any imperfections and they were very careful with my cabinets and appliances. I highly recommend Stone Pros as it was a positive experience start to finish.

Stone Pros in Burlington was absolutely phenomenal to deal with. Glen was very personable and has the highest customer service I have received. They have a huge selection of slabs for your counter tops with a beautiful selection to choose from. They made the process so effortlessly and the work was amazing . I have used Stone Pros for 2 projects, 1st my kitchen that we remodeled. They came out, measured, delivered and then installed the quartz counter tops all within a few weeks. They turned out great. Next I had ordered a bathroom vanity with a marble top from HD. The top was badly etched, I removed the top and took it to Stone Pros and withing a few days they had it resurfaced and seal. Just finished a new build and had the crew at Stonepros do all of my counter tops and fireplace hearth and they absolutely knocked out of the park. From the very beginning in the planning stages all the way through to completion they were great to work with. One difficult piece they had to build/fit was my 16.5’x54” waterfall kitchen island with thickened edges and they made it look like one piece, totally seamless! I am beyond stoked with how everything turned out and I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality stone work!

We couldn’t be happier with the entire experience working with Stone Pros! We started talking with Glenn over a year ago and we finally were ready in October to install our beautiful Carrara marble in our kitchen. The installation team was fabulous and it was no easy feat getting our 8’ x 4’ island slab up the side of the house which was all hill. Andy came back to finish the seam which is almost non existent. This was our dream kitchen and Stone Pro helped make it a reality with no stress! And the price was great too! Thank you, Stone Pros!

Stone Pros comes through again! Our first experience with Stone Pros was when they came highly recommended by our builder to provide new countertops in our kitchen and laundry room remodel. Everything about the experience was exceptional, and we could not be happier with the quality of the countertops and the professionalism of the employee’s. from measuring to installation, the experience was exceptional. Recently, We added on to an outdoor kitchen area and Stone Pros quickly provided the finishing touch - Quartz countertops for our outdoor cabinets/barbecue area. My husband and I were remodeling our downstairs bathroom, and we were googling different places where we could buy countertops while still maintaining the vanity we already had. We literally stumbled across Stone Pros while parked in downtown Everett, using Yelp to find something nearby, after our initial venture didn't pan through. We met with Ryan, who was extremely nice, and showed us around with what our options were, including remnants and full pieces. We almost immediately found a remnant that was exactly what we were looking for. We finished our shopping experience with Amanda, who clearly knew her stuff. She could name any stone and any manufacturer with a quick glimpse at a photo. We picked up our countertop today, and we could not be more happy. We also went with one of their sinks. Still have to finish the backsplash, but this is our progress so far. The quality is unsurpassed by anything you would find at Lowe's or Home Depot. The price was much lower than we expected to pay. They offer full service, or do it yourself, and are very upfront with the prices about both. We will definitely be going back to Stone Pros from now on. We feel incredibly lucky to have found them. We love that we are supporting a local family owned business. The owner has his kids' artwork all of his office. Thank you to Ryan and Amanda for all of your help!

We were really impressed with Stone Pros quality and their willingness to go the extra hour to make sure we were happy with the end result! Stone Pros worked hard to fit in our small bathroom project into a busy schedule right before the Thanksgiving holiday, which helped us meet a tight timeline on our side. Then, after some mixups, they made sure we didn't bear any extra cost and still got our project done on time. They even made two separate trips down to Seattle with the finished pieces to make sure we had everything on our schedule. It was especially impressive that they did so much for a small project like ours so I can only imagine they'd work as hard on everything they do!

The person I talked with on the phone was very patient with me and said I could swing by the next day and they would be happy to help. The next day my husband went in and was greeted by Jeff. Jeff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful and not once did he make my husband feel like he was wasting his time. Glenn and Serg were very responsive and straight to the point. Theses guys know stone. We had a Quartz counter top installed by them and couldn't be happier. After looking over our estimate and deciding to go with Stone Pros, we put a deposit down on a Tuesday, Serg came out to build a template on Thursday, and we had our counter in a week later on Friday! Serg was even doing work on Thanksgiving (we didn't have to but it just shows how dedicated they are to their work) and installed on the day after Thanksgiving. They were always on time to the minute and easy to get a hold of. If you've ever done any home remodel, you will understand how amazing that is. Typically, it's difficult to get in contact with contracts, companies, etc.

I contacted Glenn on a Thursday about a small job I needed done on a Saturday (through hole into granite for a reverse osmosis system faucet). Of the four stone experts that I contacted for this job Glenn was the first to respond and the only professional to offer his availability on short notice despite having other jobs booked on that day. Glenn exhibits great attention to detail and has empathy for his customers - despite the simplicity of the job, he committed the time to discuss how we could get the job done cost effectively, efficiently, and "right". Glenn will-called the core bit for me, I picked it up. He was at my doorstep promptly at 8:30 on Saturday. Once the hole was drilled Glenn made sure that the faucet would install properly and that I was good to go on the rest of the project. Based on my experience, I would recommend Glenn's services for anyone who has a granite project large or small!

I am a hard person to please, I admit it and in building our house, I expect people to do a great job. Stone Pros exceeded my expectations. I don't think that they are the most expensive nor are they the cheapest. Glenn was so so so chatty and INFORMATIVE and you can tell he cares about building a business and really pleasing his customers. I went out to the shop to get a couple of custom pieces done, and boy were they helpful and pointed out areas of the pieces that I had not thougth about, such as polishing the bottom of the pieces, where the overhand was. (I was doing some pieces for a pony wall and custom shower) I am so pleased I went with Stone Pro's! Glen's whole staff is patient, knowledgeable, and very professional. You are going to have your granite, marble or quartz for years to come, do yourself a favor and go with someone who will spend the time with you. I did not get my kitchen counter from Stone Pro's, but from precision counter tops, and I will tell you that hands down, Stone Pros customer service is way above theirs.

I talked to roughly 6 different stone fabricators in the Seattle area and picked Stone Pros because they are a customer and detail oriented team. Many stone fabricators keep left over slab material that previous customers have already paid for. They then sell the remnant material to other customers for smaller counter tops or bathroom vanities. Some fabricators refuse to let you keep the unused material from the slab THAT YOU ALREADY PAID FOR, and will only hold the material for you for 3-6 months before putting it in their remnant yard to resell. I understand that this is just business, but to me, this double dipping practice is unethical. Other fabricators, have minimum job costs, so they try to up sell marked up items such as sinks, faucets, tile, etc. This IS NOT the case with Stone Pros. Glenn, the owner, said that if I found a material I liked in his remnant yard, I could have it for for free and would just have to pay for labor. Other fabricators charge $10-$15 per square foot for remnant that someone else has already paid for. From the beginning, Glenn was very helpful on advising how the install would go. He also suggest places where I could find other materials for my bathroom remodel such as sinks, faucets, etc. He even took time to get back to me on the same day he had his baby. (Super customer service!) The templating and install went fabulous as well. The template took about 30 minutes to make, and then they fabricated and installed the counter the next day! One day turn time! During the install, Jerry and Lalu we very detailed orientated. They took extra care not to make a mess and even taped seams before caulking to prevent caulk from getting everywhere. Drop cloths were put down to protect the new floor and everyone was very polite and respected the home they were working in. I will definitely be contacting Glenn's team when I redo my kitchen and second bathroom. You can also check them out on Angie's list for more reviews.

Terrible experience.upon arrival to pick out a stone he didn't say hi, just your the wife. Didn't want to give me what I wanted so just went with white. He was rude to me and the contractor we worked with. He didn't do install as agreed upon but morning of pick up was not able to get product therefore screwing up my schedule and the other business. I get that it was a small job but now I won't be going back for our bathroom counters. Will be going elsewhere... where they are nice and on time.
