I have been in this great country and have had many kitchens remodeled and by far this company is the best in business. I had countertops replaced and they did amazing job. From the day one until job was completed Deena was absolutely wonderful to work with and she communicated frequently to update me. I will definitely recommend this company to my family, friends and my neighbors

Terrific Install by stone interiors. Crew used very high end tech stuff to premeasure things, and the install was terrific. Thanks again

Do NOT use this company. Their slabs may be beautiful but their communication is awful and so are the installs. Our first slab was installed with a huge defect and the wrong glue. We fought with them for weeks to get it replaced. They replaced it and forgot the brackets for the bar top. Instead of sending someone for the brackets, they just propped a 2×4 under the bar top AND LEFT. When we called to ask when they were coming back to fix it, they said it would be an additional $400+ to put in brackets because they considered the install "finished." THE BRACKETS THAT THEY FORGOT were only $60. We will not recommend them to anyone.

If I could give a 0 star I would. Our undermount sink fell within 2 months of moving in. When called they made us wait several days before scheduling it to be fixed, even after I explained that we was the care giver of my wife's mother who is stage 4 breast cancer and needed the sink for her needs. The installer did not show up at the scheduled time, they finally left a message 4 hours after he was supposed to be here. At which time I had already fixed the issue myself. NOW they have voided our warranty. When discussing the situation with them, they were rude and said the case was closed. IF LOOKING FOR COUNTERTOPS FOR YOUR HOME, DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY.

Cannot say enough good things about quality of workmanship of installation. Such attention to details, one would think it was THEIR home!! Stephen, Mark Landry, and Sam Harding were absolutely Phenomenal! Mark is the Master at making it look Flawless! Really appreciate Mark and Sam’s diligence and attention to cleanliness and detail. Other than the average sweeping afterwards, job was left clean and GORGEOUS! This company and its’ work team truly know how to take care of their customers. Remarkable job- from scheduling to installation— even during COVID-19. Customer care is definitely a priority! Will recommend to Everyone!

So after contacting Home Depot, they came out and finally installed the 4 inch backsplash. Will I recommend Stone Interior? NO!!! Buyer beware!!! I wished I had read the reviews before going with them. I had a 4 inch backsplash and I was asked if I wanted 4 inch again but they replace it with a 3 inch and told me to put some peel and stick on it. I’m going to seek legal counsel . I should not be penalized for their errors!!!

Kevin at stone interiors was the worst salesman i have EVER had the displeasure of working with. He put us on the back burner and just did not care. He had our money . He did my vanities and He put in a 3” backsplash we asked for 6”. Our tub was not done for nearly 4 months later. When we went to see him for the SECOND tine he had not ever had a drawing for the tub. Don’t take a chance find someone else anyone else. Cheri Clark

I worked with Raul at Stone Interiors to purchase new Silestone quartz countertops for my kitchen and mudroom. He was very attentive, with excellent attention to detail and available at all times. The installation was flawless. Everyone that I worked with from this company was friendly and professional. Even after all work was completed and the balance due was paid, Raul followed up to confirm that I was happy with the job. I highly recommend Raul at Stone Interiors, Loxley, AL.

Very dishonest company. As part of Home Depot service provider they sent someone to give me an estimate for a kitchen counter top. I paid for the entire job but cancelled the next day because I never got a written contact nor was I able to sign in the Home Depot App. I got most money refunded except $ 267.50 for "Installation Fee". Stone Interiors told me they keep that money for sending some out to give me that estimate. When I told then I got no service, installation or any agreement about a cost for an overpriced estimate, they hung up on me. They plan to keep my money for nothing in return. I will never use Home Depot Service Providers again after this frustrating, expensive time wasting experience.

they did a good job on our kitchen counters, backsplash and raised bar. my only complaint was that they didn't inform me that the raised bar would need support, so I had to run out and buy corbels. Had the informed me before installing the raised counter I could have got thin steel plated mounted under the counter that wouldn't have been visible.

On July 18, 2024 we had our countertops and backsplash installed by Stone Interiors. We ordered it from Lowe's and this is who they use. The installer they sent out was a sub contractor that Stone Interiors contracts with. The counter tops look good, however, when the installer was done with the backsplash I told him that the granite piece behind my stove looks different than the rest of the backsplash. He said it looks the same to him. I also voiced concern about the larger than expected gap on the left of the backsplash behind the stove. He said he would inform Stone Interiors. I contacted Jesslyn at Stone Interiors and she said she would have someone come look at it. Their manager Raul came out and said that the gap is larger than it should be, that it looks like the installer didn't level it correctly. He also could see the difference in appearance of the granite and would check their cut sheet. Raul was not good at getting back to me so I had to call Jesslyn again. Raul called me back and stated he would send out their installer out to take a look. Mark came out and confirmed that the installer didn't level the granite properly and that is why the gap is so big. He also said that Stone Interiors primarily uses sub contracted installer and that he is the only installer left at Stone Interiors. He also said that this particular sub contractor has had many complaints that he has had to fix. I waited to hear back from Raul on what the next step was and again, I had to call him as I had not heard from him. Raul came back out to our house and gave us a few options. He said they could try to remove the piece of backsplash behind our stove and flip it 180 degrees to see if it looks better because he said that the cut sheet shows that it was cut out of the same granite slab. He said they could also level it at that time to reduce to size of the gap. He did say that since the granite is so heavy it might cause accidental damage to our cabinets or vent hood that Lowe's had just installed. He said they would not be financially responsible if any damage occurred. We told Raul that his solution was not acceptable. We didn't feel like we should be financially responsible for any accidental damage that might be caused by them while trying to fix the improper installation done by their Sub Contractor. He asked me if there was a dollar amount that might make this situation more tolerable for us. We said that we will have to look at this for the rest of our lives as we just retired and won't have the ability to change this in the future. We threw out a dollar amount of $1600. He said it would have to come from Lowe's and that he would talk to our sales rep their in Foley about it. Again, we didn't hear back from Raul and while we were in Lowe's we talked to Gary who informed us that they don't have anything to do with this. Gary then emailed me with the phone number to the Lowe's customer solutions department. We called them and basically after going back and forth with them for over a month we were told by Lowe's that in the contract we signed it states that any damage they might do trying to correct the improper installation who be our financial responsibility as outlined in the contract we signed. They also said that Stone Interiors will not pay us any money for the improper installation. So basically, we have no options that do not involve financial risk on our part. It has taken over 2 months to get to this point. On a side note, Mark told us that Stone Interiors had continued to utilize a sub contractor that has had multiple complaints as the have trouble finding installers and Stone Interiors has let go all their installers except for him and a guy he was training. Buyer Beware if you are working with Lowe's and/or Stone Interiors as they will not accept responsibility for any financial accidental damage they cause. They refer to the contract that you must sign in order to work with them in purchasing and having them install countertops and backsplash, that states the area of installation is considered a construction site and therefore they are not responsible for any incidental damage.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. We paid Lowe's a lot of money for quartz countertops and then Stone Interiors took over. Their people that came out were very nice and professional. It was Jessica in the office. She lied to us from the beginning, blamed others including the other people in her company and never acted professional. Finally we got our countertops after several months and shortly a small chip appeared. When we called Lowe's who gave us a 1 year warranty and a manufacturers warranty (which would have been thru this company). She wanted to charge us for a new top less than 2 months old. According to her after I sent her a photo -The warranty didn't cover the chip- WORST COMPANY EVER. Stone interiors has terrible service and doesn't back up what they sell and I plan to put it everywhere on the internet. We paid all that money and got cheated!!

PLEASE find someone else if you need stone and save yourself a lot of time, money and aggravation. I wouldn't even give them one star if that were possible. Absolutely horrible customer service and business integrity. Counters were installed in March. Installers left big gap between one of the counters and the wall and did not bother to caulk it. They left a mess of dust and debris in our driveway without bothering to clean it up or hose it down, which wouldn't have been hard given the hose is right next to the garage.I came out of the house to find my 80 year old father in law cleaning up the mess they left. When I looked at the stone I was questioning whether or not it was even what I ordered. I wanted and ordered fantasy brown that I saw in the yard and this looked nothing like what I saw there. After speaking to others they said you didn't get to choose your slab? I said no I wasn't asked and I thought I was getting what I was looking at in the yard, NOT the case! totally my fault for expecting to get what I was being shown. ok overlooking all of that, in April I found a crack or what they like to call a "fissure" in the piece on my island, which I want to mention is not that big but there was definitely a crack in it. I called on April 5 and was told someone would get back to me and could I please send pictures, which I did. 3 weeks later I heard from nobody. I call again, they tell me again someone will get back to you and that the woman that handles this is backed up. I had to call yet again and finally they send this woman out that was here for approximately 10 minutes taking the same pictures I already sent saying someone will get back to you with a resolution. By June 1st I heard nothing from nobody and had had it so I texted the woman that took the pictures and was contacted by the owner who once again tells me this CRACK is a "fissure". I had a conversation with someone else in the business and they told me that if it's raised and you can feel it it is in fact a crack NOT a fissure! A fissure is a naturally occurring "crack" INSIDE the stone which you CANNOT detect by feeling it. Well this raised anomaly is how I found it in the first place and then when I looked I saw it going in two different directions right through the stone from bottom to top. So the owner starts explaining why this is a "fissure" and says I can send out my best guy to fill it convincing me that the integrity of the stone is not compromised. I said ok send him out then. Well he comes out... after trying different things to supposedly make it look better he himself comments that it looks worse than it did before he did anything, took more pictures and said that this is more likely a crack than a fissure and that I would be contacted about replacing the piece as it is not a big piece and should not be that big a deal.... Of course I had to be the one to call back and again the owner explains it's a fissure and WE WILL NOT be replacing the stone... I just hung up.. there was just no point on carrying this out any further; just too much aggravation. He and I both know the truth and so does someone higher up so I'm just not worried about it anymore. When you try and take advantage of people and do the wrong thing it comes back around. In any event, I will be replacing the stone myself with another company, A REPUTABLE one! So do yourself a favor and do a LOT of research before deciding who to use or you my end up regretting spending a LOT of money on something you don't even like or like in my case with something defective with no resolution and having to spend twice as much to fix a problem you shouldn't have in the first place.

Installer damaged our brand new dishwasher and damaged the corner cabinet. Whatever he used to do the seam leaked down into the cabinet and stained the wood in the lazy susan. Inspector came and said it would all get handled.... That was back in October and Now it is almost the end of January. So many un-returned calls and excuses. Enough is enough! Just want our check for the dishwasher and cabinet replaced. No even going to get into the seam they also promised to fix. I don't think I want them in my home ever again! Very poor customer service. Recommending that Cabinets to Go not do business with them anymore.

I went through Home Depot to get bathroom vanity tops and they used Stone Interiors to install the granite. They asked 3 times if I was sure I wanted a backsplash. I've never done bathrooms before and I admittedly was unsure since she kept asking, so I told her no. When the installers came out with the tops, they said they never install a bath vanity without a backsplash and that I would have had to specifically request it. I contacted the company again and asked if they could make the backsplash, because the contract I have with Home Depot says the backsplash is included in the cost. I was told the backsplash would cost an extra $900, which was the amount I paid for both tops. I even offered to come pick them up and install myself if they would just make them.. Crickets. Two months later, I still can't get a response and my countertops look terrible. My suspicion is that they didn't have enough material on hand and didn't want to order another slab. When I explained this to another local granite company, they said the same thing.

This is beyond the worst company we have ever contracted. We ordered a small piece of granite for our coffee bar on November 8, 2019. They finally brought us the granite December 9 and it was not the right slab of granite. The6 tried to lie to us that the several samples were incorrectly titled and that is how they messed our order up. They pissed around for two weeks before getting us on the schedule all the while telling us they would get right back with us. We were scheduled for install again on December 30, however they have rescheduled us for January 8, 2020 without even bothering to check if that fits in our schedule. Don't waste your time.
