STAY AWAY! The owner is the most unethical and unprofessional installer I’ve ever met.
My 8-month pregnant wife and I drove to his shop to show him a rendering of our kitchen plans, square footage, etc. He helped us find a slab, give us a price per square foot and put a slab on hold for us. Then several weeks went by and we needed to get the counters installed so he comes out for a final measure… We met him in our home, shook hands, and he spent a few mins measuring and creating his stencil. The next day he has his office call us with a final price but that they needed to charge us an extra amount for a sink cut out, and asked us to drive 25 mins down to the shop again to give them a 50% deposit. My wife and I drove down, gave them our deposit, agreed to the extra charges for the sink (which felt unethical but we did not make a big deal of it), and then after giving our deposit, the next day he tells us he doesn’t want the job because it’s not enough money!!! He knew we were in a tough situation with our project timeline as our first baby was due in just a few weeks, and so it was clear he was just taking advantage of us. I offered him as much as an extra 20% to deliver as he had promised because we were so desperate but he still wanted more!
At that point, we felt sick that someone would do that so we parted ways and are now desperately looking for another installer last min. We asked him if we could at least borrow the cheap cardboard stencil he created so that we could give it to another fabricator so we could have a kitchen when our baby is due, but he said no and told us we could buy the stencil from him for several hundred dollars to compensate him for his time and the cost of the cardboard!!!
The whole experience made me absolutely sick. So sad to think there are people like this taking advantage of people.

¡MANTENTE ALEJADO!

Leo and Milka at Stone Garden Marble and the whole team are amazing. The did work in my home and now this morning in my business. This was a special project that I did not think I could find a company to do, but they stepped up to the plate and did a great job. Leo and his assistant did awesome job on the install, and I truly appreciate their attention to detail. Anyone looking for a marble or granite for their kitchen or even their business really needs to reach out to these folks. They're awesome...and more importantly nice :)

Owner not keeping his promise. We asked him to not sell us soft stone and assured us it's not going to chip or stain and that it is just as hard as granite and better. Less than 6 months later it's all chipped and stained. It took 6 months to reach the owner and he is now telling us there's no warranty. He's very rude on the phone and even hung up on me while talking to him. His installation is terrible. His guys cut thru electrical wires and had to break open all the walls to get the counters to fit. The seams are terrible and not complete. They tried to repair the chips but they look terrible as well. I'd stay far away from these guys. Very lousy installation and cheap work. Owner is very hard to reach on the phone. Very poor communication and no customer service.
