Great company to deal with they have been in business for years

Unprofessional and rude. Dominic the worker was high on the job.

We were looking for granite remnants for our dry bar and fireplace. It’s tough to renovate during this high demand period, especially when our job is small. Some granite vendors either turned you down right away due to job size, or charged you ridiculous prices. I searched a lot vendors online, got some contacts from neighbors, and we ended up with Stone Distribution Center. They are on the Arizona Tile recommended vendor list, but very few Google reviews. I have to say that online review can sometimes be a hit or miss. I trust a bit more from my own interaction with the vendors. I called and left a voice mail, and Nicole called me back a few hours later. She was nice and told me they have a lot of choices for remnants, and it’s better to check them out in person at their shop. I went and found this one, Breckenridge, at my first visit. She quoted me at the spot, and explained to me all the edge profile options. Instead of trying to sell me those expensive options, she told me it’s all about personal preference and design choices. Based on all the quotes I received, their quote is reasonable. Our cabinet was delayed twice, so we didn’t have our installation done by Sal and Dominic until 2 months later. Sal came to measure before installation, and he told me to have a seamless look, some stone would need to be removed (that’s my own fault since the stacked stone on the left side of the dry bar should have been installed after the countertop and backsplash). Sal removed the stones for us, and I called our tile contractor back to fill the gaps. During the installation, Sal and Dominic are very nice and friendly, and they did their best to reduce the dust. I later leaned it’s a family run business. That probably explains everyone I met at the shop are kind and trustworthy! During these two months, sometimes the responses to my other questions were slow but always got answered. That’s common during this high demand time, based on all 18 vendors we’ve hired for our home renovations. We are very happy with their service and products, and will definitely hire them again!
