I have worked with Manthy from Stone City for the last 15 years. Her experience in design is unparalleled. We've done 2 full custom kitchen remodels, from custom cabinets to beautiful Macaubas quartzite. We've also done design on the exterior design of my homes, as well as a dozen of bathrooms. She's even helped design my black marble wet bar. I can't thank the relationship with the Stone City Group for their work and their beautiful stone supply.

Stone City did an amazing job with my kitchen countertop and backsplash. The process was pretty quick and they paid a lot of attention to detail. It was fun going to the showroom and picking out the stone.

A special thanks, and hats off to Kristen, sales rep., who has been extremely helpful in my design journey. She helped me make selections of tile for my bedroom wall and livingroom floor. Kristen kept me abreast of when my orders would arrive and on my request, also looked for additional tile as needed. The patience that she exhibited and return calls is what everyyone in the redesigning of their home should be abreast too.

I have just had the most terrible experience with Stone City. Without sharing a dissertation here, customer service was HORENDOUS, delivery took forever, when it did arrive the 2 pieces didn't match and they told me that's normal and the back and side splash were the wrong size. Finally the agreed to replace the top, more issues, terrible customer service, delays, the second one arrived and I'm not super happy with the installation of it but I just want to be done and cant waste more time. I do not recommend using Stone City!!

Lizette was dismissive of me.. A designer.. while in design conference ( NEOCON) I called, emailed, and left several messages with your receptionist… She never return my calls, emails nor messages..
we had a counter top delivered.. SO VERY ILL FITTING ( 2800.00 Quartz- without fixtures) ..
IT HAS BEEN A WEEK.. and still no response.
I have posted MY DISAPPOINTMENT on ALL DESIGN PAGES , social media and the merchandise mart..
it will remain up until this is resolved..
