I hired Stone City to replace my kitchen countertops with engineered quartz. They did a beautiful job - I love it! The stone is beautiful, and they did great job with the demo and the installation. Sanjana was very responsive and helpful and easy to work with. I would recommend Stone City, and if I ever do a project like this again I would definitely hire them again.

Had our 30 year old formica countertops replaced with granite countertops from Stone City. The sales person was extremely helpful describing granite, the process to replace countertops, plumbing issues and care and maintenance of granite. We were given a tour of the yard to pick the color pattern we liked. The owner, Babu, personally came to our house for measurements and answered the many questions we still had concerning the project. The first day of the project, the Stone City crew removed both sinks, removed the old formica countertops, installed the granite countertops, cut holes in the granite countertops for the sinks, and cleaned up the installation dust as best they could. My wife and I had to fine tune the cleaning, thus the 4 star rating. The second day of the project, the Stone City plumbing crew came to the house and hooked up all the plumbing and the project was finished, waiting for the final inspection by Babu. Stone City let us know right up front that we only needed to purchase the amount of granite needed to complete the project, which saved us $$$$. Also, Stone City handled the plumbing issues in house. The entire project took one and a half days. Stone City saved us $$$$ over the competition bids. The measurements of the cut granite were exact! The project took one and one half slabs of granite saving us $$$$! Everything fit perfect and we were out of use of the kitchen for only 12 hours. Thank you Babu and Stone City, excellent job.

The stone itself is gorgeous. The quality of performance was atrocious. These seams are hideous. An amateur could accomplish these seams. Attempting to resolve this was excuse filled tripe. Then they harassed to get a final pay, even though the deposit was 75%, they insisted on payment and do not stand on the quality of their work whatsoever. Strongly recommend using a stone company that doesn't complete hacker service.

This is my second time working with Sanjana at Stone City for a project. She helped with countertops, cabinets, kitchen sink and window blinds. Sanjana is knowledgeable, helpful, and understands kitchen design very well. She was flexible when I proposed a custom cabinet color, and the finished kitchen looks amazing. I bought a vanity for my bathroom remodel and promptly broke the backsplash and also needed a sidesplash. I went to Stone City and Sanjana was SUPER nice and helpful. She found a piece that matched my vanity's countertop and had a backsplash and sidesplash cut for me within a week (probably would have been sooner but it was over Thanksgiving). Great customer service, great product. Highly recommend.

Stone City did a remarkable job with my full Kitchen Remodel. The did the design for the cabinets and made very valuable suggestions to incorporate more storage in my kitchen. My kitchen looks more open now with more storage and layout They did the cabinets, countertops and all the demo and installation. I hired Stone city to complete a remodel of my kitchen. Specifically cabinets and countertops. While it started off as a pleasant interaction, it went downhill quickly. The general contractor that was hired for my project cut corners, which ultimately resulted in bad plumbing which caused a leak into my basement that stone city refused to take care of, dishwasher not being mounted correctly into the countertop and dings and scratches on my brand new cabinets that required touchup paint that just did not give that finished look and a cabinet that was put installed incorrectly. The GC also broke a baseboard and stone city refused to replace it. Babu does not oversee the work of his GC so you’re often having to send messages through WhatsApp and wait for him to contact you. The only time I could get adequate response from Stone city was when it was related to payment. I sent a letter to their office prior to the completion of my job trying to resolve these matters, and my letter was ignored, as well as multiple text messages outlining the issues I was experiencing. I would caution you on using stone city for any services outside of countertops . If you do, I encourage you to review BBB and ensure that Babu is there every day to oversee the work.

We hired Eddie, who represented that he works in partnership with Stone City. He told us that our cabinets, cabinet fronts, and shelving were ordered in April. However, we still have not received the cabinet fronts or shelving. I have visited Stone City twice and have been unable to get anyone to locate a receipt or order confirmation showing whether these items were ever ordered. Eddie told us there was a shipping issue and that the missing items needed to be reordered. Stone City has said that our entire order was delivered, but no one has reviewed our actual order with us or provided documentation confirming what was ordered and delivered. My husband also called to request information, but his call was not returned. I understand that the cabinet designer is on maternity leave, but the owner or another employee should still be able to access the company's orders, invoices, and payment records. At this point, we are simply trying to determine whether Stone City received our money and whether the missing cabinet fronts and shelving were ever ordered. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. We have repeatedly requested basic documentation and assistance, but no one has been willing or able to provide clear answers.

If I could rate them a 0 I would. 1. I paid for a full slab of granite. It's been a year and I still DON"T have the granite for the bathroom. 2. A table top was build for my brand new table bottom. For some reason they took the base out of my home to their shop. They completely destroyed the base and ended up gluing the top on. ABSOLUTELY NOT A COMPANY YOU WANT TO WORK WITH. I've called and every time they say they come out and look, when they return from being out of the country. Do yourself a favor, STAY AWAY FROM STONE CITY!

We were looking to install granite countertops in a newly purchased house in Littleton. We had already received 2 estimates for the countertops and felt they were too high. So we thought we would give it one more shot with Stone City. Am I glad we did. They were able to make the installation fit our schedule and came in at about 70% of the other bids. They did everything right except did too much grinding inside our kitchen which left a film of dust on everything. After cleaning that, we had to use a razor blade over parts of the countertops where they had left some adhesive type substance. I am not downgrading them so much because, like I stated, everything else was in line and the price was great. Sanjana was great to work with and very responsive. I do recommend them and will use them again but will make sure they know to not do any fabrication inside.

Please stay away from this business. Once they get the check, they have least regard for customers. No wonder they have disastrous reviews on yelp. We recently purchased cabinets for our wet bar from Stone City. Both the owner, Babu, and his employee, Sanjana, came to our home to take measurements. We explicitly requested wall cabinets with glass, obviously for display purposes in the bar. Later, my wife and I met Sanjana at Stone City, where we again discussed having glass cabinets. Sanjana even mentioned that we would need to have the interior of the cabinets painted to match the exterior since we were opting for clear glass, and we agreed to it. However, they sent us FROSTED (Opaque) glass cabinets, which was clearly a mistake on Sanjana's part. When I sent a picture to them, they immediately became defensive and blatantly lied, claiming that we had ordered frosted glass for our bar cabinets. Either Babu was misled by his employee, or they both deliberately tried to cover up their mistake. Instead of accepting their mistake, they ignored my call and responded with long whatsapp messages defending themselves and falsely blaming us for the order. I did not negotiate even a single dollar off their quoted price, and my biggest mistake was trusting them and handing over the check for the full amount without even opening the cabinets palet that they have sent. Trust is valuable in this world, but unfortunately, there are businesses like stone city waiting to take wrongful advantage of it. The only silver lining in this experience is that I am grateful I did not order my countertop from them as well. Babu and Sanjana, You both know what you have done is not right. I will never do business with you again, nor will I recommend you to anyone.

I would not recommend Stone City Stone under any circumstance. The owner does not understand customer service, he's argumentative and just a really poor business person. They do not properly supervise crews actually doing the work. The sales side of this equation was good...however the actual experience dealing with the owner on issues was horrendous. I understand you've got a choice on where you spend your money....I would be cautious if you decide to utilize this company.

I would not use this company again. After spending thousands of dollars with this outfit, we discovered that when they left, that had not re-connected the gas line to our cooktop. Instead, they just left a disconnected gas line (!!!), which is a safety issue, of course. The company spokesman said they had someone new who "forgot" to mention that they would not re-connect the line -- but they could find someone to do it for $150!! Never again.
