This beautiful showroom in Huntington Beach is a hidden gem! They have a very talented design team that can walk you through your entire project from start to finish. They offer the best Tiles, mosaics, slabs, counter tops etc. in the industry. Kelly, Ron, Astrid, Paul & Brandi are all awesome to work with. If you’re thinking about remodeling or building, this is a must see showroom.

A big thank you to Frank, Paul, Lisa, and SC Surfaces. It is a daunting task when looking for tile and which companies to go to. Look no further. Upon entering the show room, we met Frank who was AMAZING to work with. He took the time to understand our project needs then start looking at samples. My wife and I went back and forth to the showroom for a week and finally decided on what we liked. Frank and the team are true professionals helping me along every step of the way. We were about a week out from tiling when we first met and Frank pulled through getting the tile in no time. Frank and the team made sure all the bases were covered for the project. I decided to change the grout colors up at the last minute and it was no problem. I arrived at the showroom after the warehouse closed and Frank was nice enough to make the exchange for me anyways. SC Surfaces is a true class act and you won't be disappointed. Thanks again Frank and the team!

If you are looking for tile and countertops, this is definitely the place to go. They have a huge selection and the staff is great at helping you find what you’re looking for. We worked with Kelly. She is beyond amazing in every way! She helped us find what we wanted, helped us with suggestions, and helped us with literally everything that we needed for our new build project. She is fast, efficient, knowledgeable, easy to work with, and so friendly! Kelly makes the whole process so much easier and she makes it fun. If you need any tile or stone for the interior or exterior of your home (or pool), definitely go see Kelly. She is the best!

I LOVE this place. Not only is it the best looking showroom around town, but the quality of their products are top notch and still affordable. We just remodeled our master shower. I went to 4 places without much luck before I walked into stone and ceramic. I was looking around when Frank asked me if I needed help. We hit it off immediately. I told him what I was envisioning, and he just took off grabbing pieces and putting them together. It didn’t take too many tries until he nailed it! I went home so excited with the samples and immediately called Frank back and said order it!!!! Frank went above and beyond. I called so many times for advice, questions, adding to the order and Frank and the rest of the crew were always helpful. My husband and I started calling him uncle Frank when we referenced him. Can’t wait to see what they pick out for our upcoming kitchen remodel!! Shower looks unbelievable by the way. I wish I could share photos! Just ask Frank! See ya soon!

Wow, I have never been treated so poorly by reps before. The woman who "helped" me was demeaning and rude. She chastised me for not remembering all the different countertop types. It would be helpful to have some signage of the counter type, rather than the brand names. Regardless, I will not be making any purchases here. Unbelievable!

Mike, the owner, has been so helpful in my clinet selecting the tile for their new home, and Brandi has also been a very helpful designer with many tile jobs. I love this tile store. This is our second great experience at Stone & Ceramic Surfaces. Many years ago we bought tile here. This time, Brandi, Ron and Mike all were super helpful in choosing a kitchen countertop. They answered questions and offered great design guidance. We ended up going with a quartz from Vadara. It went in this week, and we could not be happier. My husband had decided to re-tile one of our bathrooms himself. We went basic white subway tile which we purchased at Home Depot. Due to some issues he had to set the vanity away from the wall and build up a back and side splash. Neither Home Depot, Lowes, or Floor & Decor had solutions for this. My daughter and I made a list of smaller stores to visit to see what options they could provide, and Stone & Ceramic, being closest to home, was our first and only stop. Mike in the showroom showed us a variety of possibilities then took us over to the warehouse to see what they had on hand. We were handed over to Aaron there who showed us what they had available. He let us have one of each piece that we thought we might be able to work with and allowed us to take them home to figure it out. (I'd offered to pay for them.) They did have the unique pieces we needed and went back to purchase. What a relief to finally have this done!!! We were so happy with the service, we wished we had gone to them in the first place to give them the business instead of Home Depot. Thanks guys!

We recently started construction on a new home and my mom recommended i check out this store since she lives nearby. We worked with Paul who was so helpful and really took time helping us with our design for each of the rooms. I felt like I had our own personal designer helping us and he was so responsive to all our needs. The store is fantastic too. I have been working with Kelly A. for 5 months on my whole house remodel project. She has an amazing eye for design, color and putting things together. She is patient, listens to what the customer likes/dislikes and makes wonderful suggestions. She is an expert in her craft and has made the process of picking out everything I need to fully remodel my home. She is prompt to get pricing, order samples, and provide lot pictures of in stock items. The selection and customer service at Stone & Ceramic are top notch. Astrid, our sales associate, was very helpful, and always available for questions and solutions throughout the process. As happens when remodeling, we did need additional materials after the initial order, and each time they came through as quickly as we could have hoped. Stone and Ceramic Surfaces are amazing! I had a discontinued tile that I needed to match for a small area. Paul helped me go through the many options they have and even let me borrow the tiles to bring home to ensure it was a good match. After I finally chose one, we realized that style was also discontinued, but since they had enough sample tiles that I needed, he donated them to me and didn't even charge! Once I'm ready to redo the entire bathroom I'll be back for more tile :) Great customer service and kind, helpful people :)

This store has a vast amount of beautiful tile to choose from. I have been in a few times and they are always extremely helpful. A few weeks ago we had the pleasure of working with Lisa. My renovation job is pretty small yet she treated us with above and beyond service! Her expertise was vital in choosing our tile and schluter. The pricing is very good and competitive. I love this place. They have so much to choose from. At first I felt a little overwhelmed with the selection, but thankfully they had plenty of staff on hand to help me make my decision. They helped me figure out what style I wanted for my bathroom Reno and narrow down my search. After making my final decisions, they process from order to pick up was seamless. Extremely happy with the results of my bathroom remodel and the recommendations they made as far as style and colors for my tile and counter tops. I highly recommend this place.

We worked with Donna for our counter tops and back splash in our kitchen when we remodeled and couldn't be happier. We went back and forth quite a few times with our choices and she gave us her insight and what would look best and we are so happy with her suggestions, they were what we ended up going with and everything came out great. She was super patient and easy to work with and got back to us very quickly. The showroom is clean and they have a great selection there. We have been using S&C over the past couple of years of our house remodel and have had our downstairs level floor tiled in marble, kitchen floor tiled in similar marble and kitchen backsplash in a super funky ceramic tile. They also helped us with natural stone tiles for our fire pit. It's a huge showroom with tons of tile. They pretty much have everything: modern patterns, glass, ceramic, marble and other natural stone. You can spend a while in here planning and looking around. They also have an outdoor showroom for outdoor tile. All bases are covered. Admittedly like other reviews they aren't great on the phone - I figure tiles are pretty visual so when we've called about tiles, they aren't that helpful and then we just head down there. Customer service once you're there is decent. Prices are competitive. (They also introduced us to a great tiler. You'll be happy with Bruce at Versa Tile if you book him.)

Great (almost overwhelming) selection and nice staff. I recommend that you get an appointment with a consultant and go with your pictures, color swatches, idea books, etc. because there are too many choices and you really need a game plan to narrow down the range of things you want to see. They let you borrow samples so you can see how they look in the light of your target room. You can also go without an appointment and just browse. If you have kids, they also have an area where children can sit/play/draw. Overall great experience. They are not the lowest priced dealers, but they can offer a great selection, reliability and competitive prices depending on what you get. I have purchased tile and counter tops for my bathrooms, kitchen and bar area here and have had good experiences every time.

Recently had our shower and bathroom floor replaced with tiles we found at Stone & Ceramic Surfaces. As a former Yelper said, their "showroom is gigantic." In fact, there's more than one showroom. And we looked at it all. Jan Casebier was our guide. She walked us through the initial visit, adding suggestions for complimentary accent pieces. All the tiles looked great, but one stood out . . . the Unicomstarker display. We shopped at Stone & Ceramic then at Unicomstarker website for design suggestions. The result is clean lines, gorgeous finish, excellent quality that will last a lifetime. I was surprised at how big this showroom is. Their selection covers something for everyone. You would think that basic subway tile would be easy, but I have been searching warehouse after warehouse in order to find a manufacturer who made it in numerous sizes and trim pieces. Within an hour I found exactly, if not beyond, what I was looking for plus beautiful matching base and crown. This just brings basic subway tile to a new level. Our salesperson was very helpful and took us all over giving me various options and ideas while still keeping within my vision.

Their showroom is gigantic. It has tiles from every manufacturer out there, you can spend hours looking at all the samples and options for your tile project. Their staff is helpful although they could use a few more hands on deck at times. Lisa was an extremely helpful, communicative and genuine salesperson. Very straightforward and attentive. Thank you! HB residents may "appear" very unassuming, esp during a pandemic & people are working from home. Sleepy surf town is very casual. After 3 separate visits to this stone & ceramic store in about a week , & having 3 different encounters with employees , we chose to take our $10,000 order to Costa Mesa where we were actually assisted w/o any one-sided "arguing" by the employee, or being reminded the store is "closing" soon etc. NO I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STONE & CERAMIC SURFACES (but I would recommend their employees be re-trained in basic tips while working with the public).

We used them because our designer works with them. I will not suggest anyone. They are very arrogant and not friendly . There prices are higher than other competitors. They matched price for us and it was almost 30 to 40 percent less. If you put order you have to pay full by check or cash before delivery. If you need additional supplies later they take advantage and charge excessively high.

She repeatedly interrupted me and told me she couldn't give me an estimated freight charge until after I placed the order. Um yeah, no thank you. I don't know how people like that are in business. You lost $2000 purely based on your lack of professionalism.

Our tile contractor suggested we come to this place to select or tile for our bathroom remodels. While their selection was great they didn't even greet us when we walked in to the showroom despite having only one other customer. The staff of 3 were more involved in a discussion about what to order for lunch than our business. We walked the entire showroom and not one of them approached us, ever! After almost 1/2 hour in the showroom we left and still not a word was spoken to us. We have NEVER encountered such lack of customer service and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. The only reason we gave them 1 star was because we had to do so to post our review!
