My new countertops look amazing. But just as important was the fact that the entire process was pleasant and fluid. The entire staff at Stone Center were friendly and knowledgeable. They did what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it, and did it well. When we ran into issues with our own plumbing, they went above and beyond to make sure that we did not go overnight with our water shut off. My only regret is that we did not find them sooner for other projects.

I normally don’t write reviews but I had to share my amazing experience with the Stone Center Inc. The owner, Dave, was very attentive and patient. I felt overwhelmed at the thought of redesigning my kitchen but everything went seamlessly! Jesus did an awesome job installing our countertops. From the first meeting with Dave we were impressed by his knowledge and guidance in the granite process. We had our kitchen remodeled and decided to go with Stone Center after meeting with him. His crew that came and did template to installation were extremely friendly and very adept at the whole process. Everything fit perfect and looks amazing!! Outstanding customer service. I highly recommend!! Picture is only partial as we are still finishing up with the rest of our remodel.

Great selection, personable and knowledgeable staff (& good design sense), resolved all my issues. I renovated my kitchen this spring and was thrilled with the selection at the Stone Center! I selected a white quartz for my kitchen countertops and a beautiful piece of white granite for my island! Just love it! Then I re-did my master bath. Daisy really got me: she found the perfect quartzite (remnant) for my bathroom countertop and they made a matching piece for my shower niche! We had a couple of issues, but Daisy and Don totally took care of it! Dave, the owner is a really nice guy and came out after hours to do the template for my kitchen to help me stay on schedule. I think they have the widest selection of backsplashes in the county!

Absolutely LOVE this place! Their customer service has been above and beyond expectations. I have been to the competitors and wasn't given the time of day. When I first arrived to Stone Center, I was immediately greeted and helped with the entire process. Install coming soon and I will update with final pictures and the install review, however, I am sure they will still be amazing!

Dave and his crew did fine work. Removed old flooring and replaced it with deluxe vinyl plank. Removed all old cabinets and replaced with custom designed new ones. Removed old counter top and installed new granite, great work by Jesus. Removed old appliances and helped us with selection of new and made sure of proper fit with new cabinets. installed new backsplash to compliment all new additions. Due to some snags caused by current virus we had a few delays in completing but they all did best to finish. Very happy with appearance.

The Stone Center does beautiful work. The owner Dave Beck stands behind his work. His workers were professional, thorough and timely. We love our kitchen counter and the quality of attention to detail and going the extra mile. Our granite is beautiful and we appreciate the trim they put under the windowsill - an extra touch we had not thought of. The showroom has everything needed to make great choices. The array of marble, stone, quartz and quartzite as well as manufactured choices are numerous. Not only are there counter top choices but fixtures and sinks as well. We are very happy with our kitchen and recently had The Stone Center provide and install a beautiful quartzite double sink vanity top with matching window sill trim. They do beautiful work.

The Stone Center just remoldled our kitchen and it turned out beautiful. Tim Jackson was our consultant and made this tranformation happen in a professional and timely manner. Any questions I had were a quick phone call away. Any imperfections in the job were taken care of without hesitation. All sub contractors used were friendly and cleaned up each day. I would definitely use the Stone Center in the future.

I went to Stone Center in search of the most beautiful tile in the world for a bathroom remodel, along with gorgeous countertops to go with it. Other than the big box stores, this was the largest showroom with the widest variety materials, of the 4 showroom sites I visited. They had an experienced, non-pushy consultant in Pam. I appreciated her guidance and patience in the learning process for my options. They have many full-sized pieces to help with ones imagination and allowed free strolling inside and outside to view them. Like many of the places, they weren't fully transparent on pricing (nothing is marked) and are willing to sell you just the product or write a contract for service. I did feel they were understaffed, in that in each of my 3 visits, I had substantial waits with other searching customers in the showroom some of whom butted ahead of me, as well as sales people with new products competing for the consultant's time. Ultimately, they lost my business, not because they didn't have selections or prices that interested me, but with the lack of access to the sales consultant (who also used time off in my looking period) within my time frame.

Avoid doing business with stone center because they take your money but are impossible to get them to do the work plus the work they did was very poor. We visited the store and Dave came to our house the next day to give us an estimate, took a 75% deposit and disappeared. It took two visits to the store to get them to come to measure and they didn't show up for the appointment. Two more visits and they finally removed the old counter tops and measured the new counter tops. They promised us that it would be a single piece of quartz per counter and gave us an installation date but DIDN'T SHOW UP. Two weeks without a kitchen and constant phone calls plus visits to the store resulted in a partial installation with poorly cut seems on counters that were suppose to be a single piece of quartz. Months have gone by and they haven't finished the work. They also substituted the brand of quartz we selected for low quality material that is porous and easily stains. I expected that would know the size of a slab of quartz but apparently they have no idea. Poor quality, bate and switch materials and an unfinished job is driving us to get the whole job redone by another company

I am a contractor in the area and I used the Stone center on my last project. Nice showroom, a place where I could send my customers in to the Ac showroom. Dave the owner asked me to go to work for him. Then I say the real picture. Needless to say I am back out on my own.

I would strongly discurage anyone from using Stone Center. I hired them to repair some marble flooring that had been damaged. They sent a sales person to the house & he said it could be fixed with no problem. They asked that the repair be paid up front (big mistake on my part) It took several weeks & multiple calls to get the repairman to the house. The repair looked like I purchased DIY kit off Amazon & repaired it myself. It was worse after the repair than it was before. I made about 10 phone calls to the owner Dave Beck, 4 or 5 visits to the shop & sent emails over a couple month period. Most attempts went unanswered. He did eventually come out to the house to look at it & agreed it was not repaired correctly. He refused to refund my money but did agree to fix it. That was over a month ago & I have not seen or heard from him since. This is the first time I have ever written a review. I felt compelled to do so in hopes the next person doesn't make the same mistake I did

Wow, its a shame that they do not work on organization and communication because otherwise they could be a good company. My fiance and I went there to see about a new counter for our bathroom. It was cheap, but with so many things in life you get what you pay for. They promised us a week turn around. It took well over two months. They never called once to tell us the progress on our counter. We had to call in and every time they had no idea what was going on. Even when our sink was shipped there because it needed a special cut when we called to find out the status they said, "Oh that's who's sink that is!" What's worse is that our bathroom pipes were getting worked on and we needed to coordinate the install with the plumber, we had to cancel with him 3 times! Terrible service. We will be seeking another company for the rest of remodel needs.

When I read the first review, I realized that was my sentiments exactly! We were without a kitchen over three months (even though I was told the cabinets would be in in five days). There were constant delays, and when I would call the owner (Dave Beck), there was always an excuse, or he would say, "let me check on that and I will call you right back" which he rarely would. I would have to call again, usually his mailbox was full so I couldn't even leave a message. There were broken promises, constant delays, and towards the end, the owner became rude. The job started in September, this is February, and there are still incomplete items, but we have decided to pay someone else to finish them rather than have Dave in our house. I am including a pic of a 1-inch gap between the granite and kitchen wall. I hope the person who wrote the first review reports him to The Better Business Bureau, I sure did!

Worse company & Customer service EVER! I'm just finishing up remodeling our whole house and this company/owner is the only one I would not use again. The owner has zero communications skills and has no idea what follow through is. He is great at making up BS excuses on why your job isn't getting done (none of which is true but he thinks he's clever) If you question him, he gets really defensive and starts trying to intimidate you and talking loud. I've never worked with anyone so clueless. I would not recommend them to do your dog house let alone your home. They haven't even finished the job and Dave is trying to put a lien against us! What an effin idiot! Finish the job DAVE and we will gladly pay just to get you out of our life. (Read the contract that states "& vanity counter top") On the plus side, their installer, Ryan, is truly amazing. Too bad he works for such a loser.
