My Mother worked with Francisco and his team to replace her kitchen countertops and she is so happy with the results. Unfortunately, it was not her choice to remodel but Hurricane Ian made it necessary for her to replace everything in her kitchen. From the initial shop to measuring, ordering and installing, we have been beyond satisfied with these people and their product. Francisco has gone out of his way to make sure everything was perfect for her and I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate his kindness and professionalism. The order was delivered on time when promised and the installers were top notch as well! We would use them again without hesitation!!

My parents had their counter tops replaced by Stone Art Creations of SW Florida, and they were over joyed with the results. The salesperson helped them pick the perfect color, style and edge to fit their budget. The template created was precise with no room for error. The installation went seamlessly and they did an excellent job! Great prices, friendly, and professional service. Highly recommend!

Did a home build through Zwerican before we had to fire them for not performing after 3.5 years. They used Stone art as their sub- contractor on our class 3 granite countertops. The builder cracked the countertops in two different areas, so we called out a different company for a second opinion. During the 2nd opinion meeting, we found out that the material sold to us was not granite at all. That's right, not even granite, but was presented as class 4 and they would give us class 3 pricing due to a previous problem with the sales rep Randy. Randy knew what he was doing and is a dishonest man. I've been waiting for a call from the owner for the last 4 days after requesting a phone meeting with two different sales reps in Stone art"s office. No phone call to date. These guys straight up ripped us off and committed fraud in the process. We were told the product we picked out was a class 4 GRANITE but would give us class 3 pricing since Randy changed companies he worked for and stole the jobs he had going at the original company. Randy told us that the granite we originally picked out was sold, we drove to the stone yard, and there is sat. That was lie #1 from Randy. Lie # 2 & #3 came after we were sold something that was presented as granite but was not.I will start the process of filing the proper paperwork to hold them accountable. Stay away from this company! Should be a negative 5 stars! As you can see from the response, the owner can only reply with a threat. Real good business owner? Just to be clear, the builder never paid you, not me. Really enjoy how you went back and changed your response. Can you show me something in writing that proves your argument?

Francisco worked with us from the beginning. He helped us to pick out our quartz, helped with decision making, was patient and knowledgeable. He kept us informed of every stage of the process. He even called after the job was completed and already paid for, just to make sure we were happy. Francisco was amazing! The installers were also wonderful, Luis and Jamie did a fantastic job. They had two helpers that also were great (sorry I didn't get their names). The complete installation team were courteous, efficient and did an awesome job installing the quartz; and cleaned up nicely. A special shout-out to Joe for referring us to Francisco, as he was top notch! Our experience with Stone Art Creations was outstanding!

Stone Art Creations is an exceptional company. They held our granite slabs for 10 months with no complaint as we were experiencing construction issues. Once we were finally ready, their process was extremely easy and worry free. All of the Stone Art employees that we dealt with were very professional and skilled. The employees in the template and layout of the granite were extremely competent with great attention to detail. Our granite had a very special design and both the layout of the kitchen components and the cutting was done to meet our desires at each stage. The installers were very competent and coordinated with us to ensure our satisfaction. The result is an extraordinary and beautiful kitchen that our family will enjoy for years. Stone Art Creations was a breath of fresh air as we had visited other stone retailers who were very unorganized with prices and available product changing constantly. Stone Art Creations gave us a great price with no add-ons during the process. I highly recommend Stone Art Creations. You will not be disappointed.

I love, love, love my Quartzite! It's stunning and I refer to it as the "jewelry of my kitchen". It was the final piece putting my home back together after Hurricane Ian. Francisco and the team couldn't have been more helpful. I put a hold on a few stones before finalizing with this one. The measuring and installation went as promised. When there was a slight problem with the installation date, I called Francisco and he took care of it immediately. The quality of their stone is outstanding and they were a pleasure to work with!

We want to thank Francisco and team at Stone Art Creations in Port Charlotte for making our home project (changing the kitchen and both bathroom counter tops) come out perfect. We had been shopping for granite for months and even went to cities as far as Naples looking for just the right stone. One day we stopped into Stone Art Creations in our home town, Port Charlotte; and, Francisco met us in the parking lot. From there it is history. We had brought a piece of the floor tile with us and knew it was a hard thing to find granite to compliment it. Francisco led us to the perfect stone for our project. Francisco was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and yes patient. He coordinated the whole project well. All of the team was very professional, courteous and skilled. my wife and I just purchased our new countertops from them, and absolutely love them. we chose top of the line material for a great price, and they came out for the template and installation very quickly even though they are extremely busy. I would recommend them to anyone in the market for new stone. Francisco was great to work with, and was zero pressure while we worked out what we wanted. installation guys were awesome as well!

The staff in the actual store are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Francisco is amazing to deal with. The problem is that nobody can contact the owner, Andrea, except builders. Our countertop feels and looks like it was not treated and for months we were attempting to contact the owner and finally he answered. According to him, he's charging a flat rate of $175 just for walking into our home to look at the counter. Then, he's charging us whatever it is going to cost to remedy the problem which is two-fold. 1) counters do not feel and look like they were treated and 2) appears that in the main bathroom the counter was dropped and cracked and unprofessionally fixed. I'm rating it a 4 simply because of his staff in the showroom.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the price for our quartz countertop and island changed between the original quote and final product because of the size of our island and the fact that we're on the second floor (which was known). Things basically turned into a big hassle after we committed to the purchase, with communication issues, price changes, etc. The guys who performed the install were polite, but I noticed a day later that a corner of the island had cracked and had been repaired without my knowledge. We had no prior experience with quartz (only granite), so I don't know if this is normal - but there are very obvious, permanent marks on all of the edges that seem to be from the polishing process. There is also one section that, for lack of a better description, has the appearance of something having been smudged across it. It's subtly a different color than the rest and will always look (to me) like a swoosh of paint. I didn't bother to call back and inform them based on how things had already gone with the overall process.

We purchased our granite countertops from this company. The entire kitchen was quoted to us at the beginning of a two phase project. However, when we were ready for the second phase, the company refused to honor the original contract stating that that was not included. We already had the second set of cabinets in place and needed the second stones for them. The installers damaged walls in our kitchen that they have never repaired. The island stone was poorly cut. Sharon, the sales representative, was very difficult to work with after they got our money. Any issues we had they did not have any incentive or desire to fix them. We were very dissatisfied with this company. We felt the whole company from management down to be very dishonest and untrustworthy. I recommend anyone to stay as far away from this company as possible.

Currently having issues with this company. They are not taking care to resolve an issue with a recent countertop installation. So far several calls into the company with no results. So not cool. Especially since the installers created the issue. Also upon install-they used a super strong chemical that stressed and disturbed the whole condo building. Residents could not breathe......soooo not happy.

Nothing but problems with this company. They installed my new kitchen countertop. One piece was cut wrong and the installer said I could cover the caulk used to fill the gap with backsplash. The did eventually replace the counter with a piece that was cut correctly. My new refrigerator was damaged/dented, When I asked the installer what happened, he got extremely angry to the point I was frightened, He denied doing it. I had to hire someone else to repair the damage done underneath the kitchen breakfast bar. The owner of Stone Art Creations stated... "It's a he said/she said so I have to believe my installer". They take no responsibility for any damages done. Nothing but lies and backstabbing from the employees. Do business with this company at your own risk!
