Had a very unprofessional experience with Rafael Recendiz in the stone department. Despite many attempts over two weeks including a visit to the store followed by reminder calls & messages, and promises to procure a sample for marble I was interested in, I could not get this person to meet his commitment. On my last call with him, he hung upon on me when I expressed frustration with the unprofessional service I received. Glad that I got a taste of the customer experience I can expect before doing business with the store.

Very good experience, I had multiple quotes and Stone Age was in the middle, but in retrospect the value was top notch. The estimate was detailed, and changes and upgrades along the way were always communicated in detail. They finished on time and NEVER missed a day's work in 10 weeks. The workers were clean, polite and always busy. The owner, Lou, stopped by multiple times each week to track progress and update the status and make suggestions. Their attention to detail led to quality work and I could not recommend him highly enough. My only regret was not finding him when we did our kitchen 6 years ago.

The showroom had large selections of quality tile along with marble, granite and even cabinets. Raphael was really helpful and spent a lot of time helping me pick out tile for a bathroom remodel

We had met with Lacy Spano on Saturday 6-18-2022 for the first time since Stone Age fabricated and installed or granite counter tops back in 2010. Stone Age was a pleasure to work with in 2010 and did an awesome job then (still looks great today) but meeting with Lacy today was even more of a pleasure and just as productive as it was back then. She provided us with ideas and options that we were not even aware of even after having been through this process in the past. She knows her stuff !!!!!!!and will be our go to now and in the future. No reason to look anywhere else with someone as competent and knowledgeable as Lacy. Thank you again for all of your help!! The Best !!!

This was our 3rd and last time using Stone Age. The installation was sloppy and the installers very rude. Our job was 2 days. They left our $3500 cook top in the back yard over night, even after I asked them not to. They left our disposal in the back yard over night, even after I asked them not to. I ask them about installing the sinks, they said that was up to us. OK, I hired a plumber and he discovers 2 valves they broke and a drain they broke. I contact our rep and sent photos of all the issue, including the poor quality of the quartz, "splotchy marks", and horrible seams and a spill on our concrete in the back yard. Did I mentioned that It took me an entire day power washing the back yard to clean up after them? Then we had to clean out every cabinet because they decided to (pretend they were vacuuming the drawers). After several text messages with our rep I was told Matt would contact us to come take a look. That was 3 weeks ago. Still no Matt. Very disappointed.

Easy 5-star operation they got here.Chris Beck has designed 80% of our 5400 square foot house interior wise including kitchens bathrooms living room fireplace piano room. We are currently working closely with him and the team again making our dream master bathroom come to life.

Fabulous experience! I worked with both Marissa Ruedas and Lacy and both are wonderful to work with. Always very pleasant. More than that , they get product to me on time, if not early, the pricing is very competitive. And, they make me feel like I am the most important client. And trust me, I am not close to it.
