We were absolutely delighted with the granite for our bathroom remodel. Nicole and her team were great to work with during the selection process through delivery. Ryan Taylor at Bathrooms Made Easy worked seamlessly with Stone 4 Kitchen to produce outstanding results.

I have attached the before and after photos of my kitchen renovation. Thank you so much to EZ Cabinetry and Stone 4 Kitchen. They were so professional, courteous and patient with me. They came out and "tweaked" everything until I was totally happy. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to redo your kitchen or bathroom cabinets. Best prices anywhere and solid wood cabinets!!!

Very unsatisfied with customer service and deception in sales. My sister purchased a granite counter and new sink. Shelly made all these promises of what it would include. Day of installation they send unfinished stone. When the old sink was removed they removed the reinforcement to secure the sink. When placing new sink they left it uninforced . Called the store several times day 3 still no resolve. Non functioning sink that could fall at any moment. Taking care of an Elderly parent with no Kitchen sink for 3 day's and counting.I would never had done business with them had I known....My sister is the customer she is a senior citizen who asked me to post on her behalf. This is the picture of how the sink was left. Dirt and debris left on the stairs. The Job was done poorly period.... The job was done poorly Check all the Yelp reviews sorry she didn't see before! 2 Stars on Yelp She is not the only unsatisfied customer . UPDATE THE ACTUAL CUSTOMER IS MY ELDERLY SISTER WHOM YOU HAVE NOT ANSWERED PHONE CALLS OR GIVEN A $50 GIFT CARD. Instead of trying to save face do the right thing. You guys should really be ashamed of yourself. My sister does not use social media this is why I'm speaking for her which she asked me to do. I accompanied her to showroom and witnessed the promises being made. The pictures show the wood was not rotted. I really hope you don't treat all your customers like this. You can continue on with excuses and untruths instead of rectifying your worker's poor work but pictures show it all

I am in love with my kitchen and bathrooms that my contractor David Cross with Cross Remodeling and Stone 4 kitchen helped me create. My kitchen looks like a kitchen from a magazine. I highly recommend this company. So many beautiful choices and great customer service!

The installers were late in arriving and there were some communication lapses. The quality of fabrication and installation were excellent. Lisa and Sam did a good job answering my questions and Lowe’s was helpful with communication problems. Atlas and his co-worker were absolute professions in the install. I can’t find one scratch in our hardware floors. When you tear out old kitchen tops and install news ones it’s a little unsettling. We heard a noise during install and a picture fell off a wall . That’s it. Can’t get any closer to perfect than that!

Our experience with Stone 4 Kitchen has been extremely satisfying. Every staff member that we dealt with was courteous, knowledgeable and professional in assisting us with the challenging task of choosing the perfect stones for our new home! There was a mishap with the cutting of our kitchen stone which was immediately addressed and resolved. The installers were skillful in their job and the end result is a stunningly beautiful kitchen and bathrooms. Thank you all for helping us achieve the look we had hoped for!

To preface - this is my first experience with buying and installing countertops. So I did not have much expectation entering. Regarding the purchasing process - The stone selection was enough to suit my needs, the prices comparable locally, the staff was initially overall accommodating and helpful. Regarding the installation process - The install date was sooner than the estimated 2 week time frame and was completed earlier than initially scheduled, which was great. The people who came to install were nice and seemed to take care with handling the materials, made adjustments for better fit in my kitchen. Their professionalism however could use some polishing (lit cigarettes left in my garage, language used, respect of using my home). The finishing touches also seem sloppy (residue left on the counters, messy caulk lines around my sink). The one seam is very noticeable, which is clearly cautioned in the contract, but there seems to be dirt or something on top the caulk, making the seam much more noticeable (picture below). There are a handful of spots that seem unnatural to the quartz pattern I did not notice upon choosing the slab, I am not sure if they are stains or true to the quartz? There are also some areas that look like rust stains from where the quartz sat in its carrier (picture below). The finished product is beautiful overall but there is room for improvement in the process. **UPDATED REVIEW** After 2.5 weeks of contact with the company and a few return trips by the install team, the initial issues above have been addressed. Multiple episodes of miscommunication or no communication whatsoever, damage to installed stone (picture below) that was then removed and reinstalled and overall disappointment in the process has made working with this company the absolute worst part of my renovation experience to date. Unfortunately, I would never use this company again, nor would I recommend them to anyone. Follow Up Review, 1 Year Later: The seam of my slab was placed at the sink faucet, which is of course frequently wet and dirty from washing dishes. As a result, the very noticeable seam with caulking has now become dirty and discolored. Caulking at another install site has since needed to be repaired by my contractor. **The company has since contacted me and repaired/replaced the tarnish seam.

This is the third time I have used Stone 4 Kitchen for counter tops and two times for cabinets. Gina made cabinet ordering a breeze, very knowledgeable, accommodating and easy to work with. The quality for the price can’t be beat by other companies both in cabinets and stone. They traveled all the way to the Outer Banks to measure and install when a company in NC refused to go that far. Hands down I would refer them to anyone whether it be a new build or a remodel!

New Quartz counter tops from Stone 4 Kitchen LLC exceeded all expectations. I am totally impressed. Interaction and communication with Lisa and Sam at office responsive and super pleasant from design planning to completion. Installers Carlos and Nelson were prompt, pleasant, professional and courteous. Their work was particular and precise. I dare say amazing. They installed in no time at all and completed with pride and perfection. Seams in top and at waterfall imperceptible. Clean-up was thorough. We could not be happier. I just have to complete sheetrock, bead board, backsplash and trim after my demo and alterations. I lengthened island and I reduced 48" bar height to 36" counter height, moving electrical and some plumbing; all to open up room and create grandiose counter with sink and faucet upgrade. I include some "before" photos.

Our experience with Stone4Kitchens has been stellar!! We chose our granite and they came out quickly to measure and scheduled us within a few days. Our first install was in October 2023 and we even returned in March of 2024 to see if they could create an backsplash knowing that they might not have any of our slab left or even enough. They still had some!! Our kitchen is definitely beautiful with the granite countertops. It was a phenomenal experience. We have and will continue to recommend Stone4Kitchens. We are very pleased with the outcome of our countertops and backsplash.

This is our 3rd project we’ve done with Stone4Kitchen and we couldn’t be happier. LJ and his team were amazing from the beginning to the end of the project. Our kitchen counters look incredible. They even sent us a welcome home gift for our newborn that was unexpectedly born the day before we were scheduled to have the counters installed. We will be using them again! I’ve heard time and time again that customer service is dead… not with this company! They continue to go above and beyond every time. Thank you LJ and thank you Stone4Kitchen!

Stone 4 Kitchen was easy to work with, quick, and professional. Everything went smoothly. The seam is nearly perfect, I'm very happy with that. Install day is the only thing I had a couple issues with. First, the two gentlemen asked if we were removing our old countertops ourselves. Ummm nope we signed a contract saying they were. So that was confusing. There was a bit of confusion too because we were told they would remove the old laminate backsplash and they kinda hemmed and hawed about it. My biggest issue is the hole for my faucet is slightly off center. I'm kinda bummed about that because I just can't be without a sink any longer so we are just going to live with it. But overall we are happy with the countertop.

I keep coming back for more! I have used stone 4 kitchen close to a dozen times between the different kitchens and bathrooms I have renovated, and there’s no one else in Hampton roads I’d trust for the quality and price. For those that haven’t been, their warehouse is massive with slabs everywhere the eye can see, but their staff is EXTREMELY knowledgeable. I walked in with a picture of some granite that my designer in Texas chose, showed it to the people up front and they go “oh that’s the Perla….”. They are extremely helpful and will help you figure out the best product for what your project is (after touring the warehouse, we ended up not going with the Perla, but a quartz that matched the color scheme way better). Finally, they manage to keep the costs low because they do all the fabrication in house! This is something, as a contractor, I really like because it holds the company accountable. It’s not like one of the big box stores that outsource all the labor and “pass the buck” if there are issues in fabrication. I know this was a long review, but like I said in the beginning, there’s a reason I use them over and over again!

My wife and I are so thrilled with our new kitchen made all the better thanks to Abby and Nicole and the entire crew at Stone 4 Kitchen! Our countertops are beautiful! The materials, workmanship and installation from Stone 4 Kitchen LLC are second to none. From our first visit to the show room to final installation the folks at Stone 4 Kitchen showed themselves to be skilled countertop professionals. If you are planning to install stone countertops I highly recommend that you give Stone 4 Kitchen visit. Be sure and ask for Abby when you arrive she will see to it that you get what you want at a ver fair price. Oh, I forgot to mention that you will be wasting your time, as I did, looking for a better price. Save your time and go ahead and buy from Stone 4 Kitchen. You won't regret it.

Thr wrong color tile was installed, it had to be torn out and the tile that was originally selected was either no longer available or couldn't be found, I still can get straight answer on that..Finally got tile installed, 6 weeks later, that was a suitable replacement but it wasn't complete. Apparently MSI tile manufacture/company sent them a mis marked box....after the new tile was installed I was never asked how the job was or if I was okay with everything. I was sent an invoice for over $1300. I replied to the email with the invoice stating I will pay once tile is complete, also an important side note....about 4 weeks ago I got a voicemail from a manager stating no more invoices and they would take care of the tile and no extra charge. I have been talked to horribly and told 3 or 4 different stories from the owner down. I have photos showing the "completed" tile job which I'm sure Mrs. Nora wouldn't post as a job well done on FB or her website...I wish I would have gone with a different company, I understand things happen and get messed up but someone should have followed up with me before submitting an invoice to make sure things were good.

We had a great experience working with this company. They installed granite countertops in our kitchen, as well as a new backsplash. No pressure sales, but very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Great selection of slabs. Prices were excellent and work was completed in a timely manner. We have already recommended them to a few friends and plan to have them do additional work soon.

Recently had quartz countertop and quartz full backsplash installed in our OBX home Always stressful to renovate a kitchen but during the process we spoke with numerous representatives at Stone4Kitchen and they were all very polite and responsive to our questions along the way We had opted to place our order through Lowe's at OBX & had selected a quartz that was not in stock at Stone4Kitchen so they gave us the option to visit & select from their supply We decided to stick with our original selection and Stone4Kitchen worked with us to get it as soon as possible DJ & his install team did a GREAT job!!!

THEY ARE WONDERFUL!!! We completely re did our kitchen on the Outer Banks, NC. Unfortunately, we couldn't find a stone company that would come as far south as Frisco and ended up going with Lowes for our granite. Had we known about Stone 4 Kitchens we would have by-passed Lowe's completely! When called to schedule them to come out to template and spoke with the owner. I told him I had ordered Fantasy Brown and he told me he had 14 different slabs on this lot. Then asked what I was looking for in the granite. We decided to stop in Portsmouth on the way back to New Jersey. WOW! The manager showed us around the lot. We even met with the stonecutter! We came back to the house a month later and I was beside myself with happiness! The backsplash flow right into the counter! The seams are butted perfectly together & it looks amazing! Thanks you Stone 4 Kitchens!!! Buy direct!

I cannot say enough kind words about Stone 4 Kitchen. Another granite company that we were working with left us in a bind 3 days before their installation date by giving our granite to another customer. We came to Stone 4 Kitchen and they had a huge selection, we found a beautiful piece, and they rushed our install so we only had to wait four days from the start. Nicole and Patrick were absolutely amazing to work with and their installation team was courteous, on time, hardworking, and did a beautiful job. I would use them a million times if I could and will recommend them to anyone I talk to who needs their services.

Recently the wife and I decided to update our kitchen. We started with our kitchen counter tops. Mark from Kitchen Tune recommended Stone 4 Kitchen and worked with this company to help us choose the right tops during this job. The two young men measured and cut the granite to fit. Stone 4 Kitchen even allowed at not cost us the option to choose the type and style of the under sink insulation we wanted. On the day decided on the two men arrived on time, went to work, protected the home area from damage, did an outstanding job, and cleaned up after tbemselves. I highly recommend this company for anyone that wants to install counter tops. We are both very pleased with the end results. Thanks.

8/22/22: Issue resolved. Stone4Kitchen replaced (parts and labor) damaged cabinet pieces. 8/18/22: Purchased an entire kitchen worth of cabinets from EZ Cabinetry, Inc. and Quartz counter tops from Stone4Kitchen (sister companies). My contractor installed the cabinets. Stone4Kitchen installed the counter tops. In the process, Stone4Kitchen damaged (beyond repair) a cabinet and finished cabinet refrigerator side piece. They believe that since they did not install the cabinets, they should not have to actually repair them. That is ridiculous. They broke it. They bought it. Over the last 5 months I have remodeled 2 entire kitchens for cabinets and counter tops, using both these companies, totaling $34,138.37. Never again. Apparently they feel NO responsibility to fix what they destroyed! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE COMPANIES...you will regret it if you do.

Stone4Kitchen offers a good selection and attentive service prior to obtaining your first payment. After the initial deposit, beware! I was quoted $250 for a "very difficult" removal which took about 30 minutes. The worker who did the removal even questioned the amount of the charge. He stated this was an easy removal. Lack of attention to detail is the norm. My wife was initially presented a bill for $1650, even though we had already paid $1000. The person doing the removal of the old counter, while friendly and polite, did not bring any floor covering material and I have wooden floors. During installation, cutting was done in the room and little effort was made to cleanup. I told them to go and cleaned up myself. However, my major complaint deals with basic honesty. Throughout the process, we told them that the granite would replace a tile over Formica covering. We were assured that the granite would cover all areas. Much to our surprise and after the installation, we were left with a very noticeable gap above one cabinet. I called the company and complained. After some discussion, I was told they would not do anything but that Stone4Kitchen(per conversation with Nicole) would reimburse me for my expenses in covering the gap. They did return to me a piece of wood which was the underside of the Formica top, covered with glue and totally unusable as a trim piece. I purchased materials from Home Depot and completed the work. I then submitted my receipts for a big total of $19.54! Today, after I inquired I was told via email that they would not reimburse me. To me, the money is not the issue. I attended a school with an honor code and lived by it throughout a naval career. It is very disappointing to me that Stone4Kitchen's owners apparently do not. Even though their website states "We take great pride in understanding our clients special needs and desires for their project and work hard to ensure complete satisfaction." Read all of their reviews before deciding who gets your business. I didn't and I regret it.

if I could give a minus -4 stars I would! This was the absolute worst business I've ever in my 61 years dealt with. I was invited by a sales rep to come look at the stone and choose the one I wanted. After making an hour an a half drive to the business we chose the piece of stone an had the sales rep mark it with our name and also took pictures to insure I got the piece I picked out. The day I paid for the stone through Lowe's I called to make certain things were on track an to set up our install date. I was then informed I needed to choose another stone , the one previously picked had been sold to someone else. I was very disappointed but chose another piece through text pictures. I questioned the rep. on 2 different occasions if my double wide cabinets would hold granite. I sent pictures even of the inside an under side of my cabinets and was assured that it would indeed hold the granite. The pictures were viewed by the sales rep and the fabricator and both agreed the cabinets were sufficient. The day finally came that the installers arrived at my home at 5:15 p.m. to install. upon coming into my home my retired law enforcement spouse noticed immediately that the one installer was stoned! The installers took one look at my cabinets and said "man, there's no way this cabinet will hold this stone . it will collapse your cabinet from the weight. needless to say I was devastatedt this news. I was told we would have to have new cabinets built to hold the stone. The next day I requested a refund because I could no longer feel confident with this company nor did I have the finances to build new cabinets. the company said to us, you're not getting a full refund, we can send someone to put some 2x4's under your cabinets to hold the stone.i was no longer interested in doing business with them. Lowes charge me 1200.00 cancellation fee and I got zero for my money. I did get an amazon gift card for my 2 days of lost work . They also mislead us about that even. They said they were sending a 100.00 gift card and when I redeemed it , it was for 50.00. It was the Worst experience ever, and a very expensive lesson learned! THEY LOST MY STONE, THEY MISLEAD ME ON MY CABINET STRUCTURE,THE INSTALLERS WERE HIGH AND THEY LIED About THE GIFT CARD AMOUNT. DOES THIS SOUND LIKE SOME ONE YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH?

The countertop installation went well, but the backsplash; not so much. The first issue was that they wanted us to stop the backsplash approximately one inch from the edge of the window because we have rounded corners. We eventually told the last guy (don't know his name) that we wanted the stone to come to the edge of the window. June 20th, they installed the backsplash. Unfortunately, they cut it short. It looked like we didn't have enough money to finish to the edge. I called the countertop company on June 21st to voice my concern and to tell them that this is not what we wanted. They told me they was send my concern to the manager and they would get back with me. On June 25th, I stopped by the office and was told that they had sent an email to the manager and they would get back with me. On June 28th, I again stopped by the shop around 1030 because I had not heard from anyone. On this day, I spoke to Nicole first and then to Ryan. Ryan said that he would get back with me Friday afternoon or on Monday. I also spoke with Gina in hopes that she could help. Additionally, we added to have the stone around the window and up to the top of the cabinets. On July 2nd, they installed the new backsplash. Unfortunately again, there was an issue. The stone that went on the side of the window did not match up even with the lower backsplash. The side stone around the window was cut backwards. This was verified by another guy that was with the installers. So, the lead guy decided to grind it down. At this point, I was so disgusted that I really just wanted my money back. Now, there is a noticeable curvature on both sides of the window. So, after they left, I started installing the outlet covers and discovered that they didn't cut a hole for one of my light switches. At this point, I didn't want to deal with the company anymore. So, I called Gina July 3rd at approximately 8:05 and asked her to speak to them. Gina called me back and said that she wasn't sure what they were going to do. Abby called me either late on the 2nd or on the 3rd to tell me that they were coming out to drill a hole for the light switch. There are more details, but this is a synopsis of what we went through.

I would give zero stars if that was an option. I began working with stone4kitchen and their adjoining cabinet company (EZ cabinetry) about a month ago, I had cabinets installed and was then going to use them to redo my kitchen countertops and install a new top in another room. The actual cabinet install went smoothly, however, I have been waiting for a countertop invoice for over a week. After the cabinets were installed, I had to call stone4kitchen to get someone to come measure my countertops - the man who came to measure was incredibly unfriendly and after he was done he just left my home without saying a single word to me, he just walked right out it was bizarre. The next day I followed up with them as I hadn't heard back from anyone, and they then stated that they were "waiting on me to confirm the counter top choice"(which I had already done weeks prior and no one reached out and told me they were waiting on me) they also tried to charge me for a new sink which was never communicated to me ahead of time. When I asked why I was being charged for a new sink when I had a sink (which was also brand new, that I didn't want or need to replace) the response was "we assume we are going to break or damage sinks during removal, so we always go ahead and charge for a new sink." HONESTLY this wouldn't have been a big deal had anyone explained the process to me prior to putting a sink on my invoice. After several back and forth phone conversations I ultimately decided (with my contractor) that a new sink was not necessary and they should just do their best not to damage my stainless steel sink. The woman I spoke with was very clearly frustrated that I put up such a fight for my sink (this was last Saturday around 1pm, they are open until 3) and she told me "we are pretty busy, I'm not sure I'll be able to send this invoice today but I'll try." Keep in mind, they will not begin cutting the stone until the invoice is paid in full, which I was more than happy to do to get this project moving. Now today, Thursday (5 days after I last spoke with anyone) I STILL have yet to receive an invoice or have anyone reach out to me in any way. I emailed them on Monday for an update and got no response and now I've decided I am no longer go to beg them to let me pay them thousands of dollars for this job they clearly don't want to do. I found another company (MGL Granite), I called them and they had someone at my house the next day taking measurements, I received my quote and invoice the SAME DAY and the install has already been scheduled, all within 48 hours. AND they were over $300 cheaper for the exact same job and MUCH nicer.

Let's just say....Everything was great until it wasn't. I have been planning my kitchen remodel for months. Decided to use cabinets to go who then contracts the countertops out to Stones 4 Kitchens. I went to their stone yard to pick out my stone. Purchased my sink and fixtures through them... the whole 9 yards. Countertops were cut but were not the edge I ordered even after they called and confirmed everything before they brought them. No problem....They took them back and recut them. When they came back the 2nd time the hole in the island was too big for the cooktop. 11 days later I am still waiting for them to rectify this issue. I have an island with no cooktop. The measurer is lying stating that we weren't present during the measurement and the person that was there gave him verbal measurements. When I heard this i was flabbergasted. To lie because you wrote down the wrong information and then blamed it on the consumer...I have never ever encountered customer service like this. It's almost like they just want me go away. We have received only one call regarding this since this happened. We were promised a follow up call 3 days ago. Do yourself a favor. Don't waste your time and money. They don't value their customers if they did I wouldn't be writing this review I would be enjoying my new kitchen.

Terrible granite Install!! Left a 1/4 cap seam between the 2 slabs and filled it with epoxy. Not to mention they got the epoxy all over my brand new LVP floors. I've use them for many years now and dealt with other issues along the way from crapping in my toilet with NO running water and leaving it, amateur like sink installation, leaving a mess after sink faucet cut outs, etc. But after this one It will definitely be the last time. It's to much a roll of the dice with Stone 4 Kitchens counter top installs!!

Pat B. - Called them after they came out to measure for quote & they said they would call back. Called again next day and got quote. They scheduled install for Thursday and so I scheduled plumber to come back out on Friday so we could close on Monday. They never said anything to me about changing schedule but did not come. I called them but with caller ID I guess they recognized number so they guy they got to answer kept telling me everyone was gone but him and it was only 3p.m. I called back with a freind's phone & they picked up. they made no apologies and I explained that when they give someone a schedule they need to stick to it or call because others come in after and need notice and that now I could not close and it was going to cost us more money. they did not care. I then got hung up on by Nicole. She spoke extremely rude. I asked for owner Gana to call but he didn't. I got his cell number and called him and he didn't even apologize for his employees. I have referred them a lot of business over the years but clearly they don't care and put up with their extremely high turn over of employees but the level of unprofessionalism and rudeness is not acceptable.

PAID $75 FOR MEASUREMENT OF COUNTERTOPS. I was told it would go towards final cost. When they came out to measure I was told they could not take out concrete countertops. After finding someone else to do the work,I was going to let them put in countertops after concrete was taken out. Then I was told the countertop may not be straight.AFTER NUMEROUS CALLS AND EMAILS I knew they did not want to do the work. I FEEL I should get $75 back since they do not want to do the work.

BEWARE! The product they sell is very good. The service you get when placing the order friendly. After the deposit, things go dramatically down hill and it doesn't get any better. STAY AWAY FROM this company! The measurements were taken by their guy, yet the weekend before installation I received a call to measure again (after they stated my measurements initially needed to be done by their guy). The countertop was delivered and the sink is not the one I selected. The countertop did not fit (too small). The guys returned the next day, as stated, with the countertop and this time it did not fit again (too big). It was cut in my front yard. I checked to make sure my stove would go back and it wouldn't. They had glued it and had to pull it out and cut it again! The countertop was not siliconed to prevent water from going behind. The guys left without checking to see if everything was good or not- they just left - no thank you no good bye nothing. This installation deserves no stars except for the fact it was completed. I had planned to do other business with Stone4Kitchen and I will be going elsewhere. They did provide a $300 credit but that wasn't good enough! I hope my experience will prevent you from having a similar one. I'll pay more next time for good service!!!!

It was a short-lived good experience. I ended up having them do 2 more kitchen remodels after my good review. They ended up making me put more deposit down each time and then when I tried to call for a 3rd kitchen, I was told that they were too busy. It was obvious that Chris didn't like working with me and basically didn't want to anymore. I have been going to Sunrise Kitchen and Bath since and it was the best decision ever!

Stone4kitchen sold my 2 granite slabs that I had a deposit on and claimed they hadn't been labeled. Untrue. Then they promised they would honor the original price for similar slabs. They did not, uprofessional. To make matters worse, I asked that my kitchen counter be fitted with one calcutta brazil quartzite slab. They claimed it would be an 8 inch from wall seam. My granite now is wall to wall. That is laziness and poor craftsmanship. This company has no integrity nor ability

Worst experience with a company I've ever had. Word to the wise. If you deal with these folks MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THEM DO THE MEASURING AND THEIR OWN SKETCHES and TEMPLATE AS THEY WILL NOT FOLLOW YOURS AND BLAME EVERY ISSUE ON YOU AND NOT BE ABLE TO SHOW YOU THE DRAWINGS AND MEASUREMENTS YOU PROVIDED. And even that is not full proof as the 3rd time out they did the measuring and still was 4inches off!! Total sh** show. To their credit they did eventually make it right but even then I had to LITTERALY lay off the lines and show the guy where to make the cut. Truly an eye opening experience. Advice......Get EVERYTHING in THEIR writing.

Sorry for such a long review, but its worth make decision that u wanna go there or not,Worst experience ever i would not suggest anybody go there for install stone at home or any other place. Cause some people already said that they don't clean the area ,but my actual problem is installation and stone. Back in april i went and choose stone to install in my kitchen, after two weeks they come and install stone latter i found some crack in stone and lots of epoxy on surface of stone,i have made complaint and they agreed and said they will change whole stone in couple weeks they made schedule to install stone in two weeks but guess what they they have to reschedule installation date.after this they took almost six months it means in 1st week of October to reinstall the stone but guess what this time installer bring the stone and broke the stone while installing stone and also broke one of my cabinet frame.he said he will come back with another stone but same thing happen it took another month, so this time i have choose another stone because they didn't have the stone that i like, so i chhose another one. They came to install stone in November again this time they installed stone but very unprofessional they moved my cabinet while pushing stone over it and glued it without out pull cabinet to its original place.and when i talk to them about it they said they cant do anything now cause stone weight, they are like very unprofessional and installation guy is very rude talking when i said u cant leave without fixing mistake they did but he talk rude and left without fixing it.

Changing to a 1 star. After I posted to my social media, several friends reached out saying they had a similar issue and were also referred by Stone 4 Kitchen. Shameful that they still recommend this company after customers have complained! I had a great experience with this company. Customer service was excellent, prices were competitive, and the installers were fast and courteous. I am giving 2 stars because we hired a tile contractor based on their recommendation. (Jeff's Custom Tile and Painting, Inc). We thought it would be easier to streamline our kitchen project using two companies that are familiar with each other for scheduling purposes. I had to ask him not to return midway through the job. He scratched the kitchen floors while moving the stove and then became defensive and outright denied it. No apology, no promise to use more care. Throughout the day, he continued muttering to his assistant "I don't think we did it", "Now we have to pay attention to every little detail" (in a mocking tone) and "I was real mad earlier". I wanted to ask him to leave, but I felt stuck. All of my plumbing was disconnected and my stove was moved into the garage. The work he completed was sloppy and he got dry wall mud on the new granite counter tops and onto the floors and left it there. He stepped on the drywall mud and it got stuck deep in between the planks. (Yet he claims he always uses a drop cloth). This after praising himself for leaving job sites cleaner than they began. I feel he left the mess intentionally after I brought up the scratched floor. He also seemed inexperienced with beveled tiles, even though we discussed this type of tile before hiring. He told us not to order the finishing edge pieces because he "has a different way of doing it". When the time came for installation, he said we needed to order them. After reminding him that we spoke about it previously and showed him pictures of the tile we were purchasing, he said "Well, I don't remember how that conversation went". Also, he charges by the hour for demo and went 2 hours longer than expected. (His initial 4 hour estimate was in line with a different companies estimate). If he had half as much enthusiasm for putting in quality work as he does talking about himself he may have finished sooner. After he left for the day, I knew I had to cancel the remainder of the project. His lack of professionalism and poor work ethic was inexcusable. He was also very condescending to his assistant Eric. "Messes are why I bring him along - clean this up Eric". His tone and "do work at my command" attitude was very off putting and I honestly felt bad for Eric. Do yourself a favor and avoid Jeff's Custom Tile and Painting.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. I picked out a slab of granite for a master remodel. The slab was marked as sold. My husband asked if we needed to make a deposit and was told no. I purchased all my tile to coordinate with the countertop. I spoke with people at the company several times. I found out approximately a week or two before the counters would be needed that my slab was cut and put in another home. The owner took zero responsibility and only replied, "That's why you put down a deposit." Mind you, we were told a deposit was not necessary. My contractor said they have never required a deposit. The owner was very rude even though her company was clearly in the wrong. Stay away. You will be glad you did!!!

We bought our home and quickly gutted our small, outdated kitchen. We were looking at and budgeted for quality products (porcelain tile, stainless appliances, shaker cabinets, etc.) and figured quartz countertops would be perfect for the value of our home and look awesome as well. We found Stone 4 Kitchen and were excited.... however, our service with them was awful. We went in looking for a light gray, simple pattern quartz and were pushed toward product we hated. We went in several times after hoping a different sales associate would get to us first.... nope. Same result... same awful suggestions. When we finally decided on a product, the company came to our home and measured for install. We were told that the countertops would be a one piece install (no seams). Two weeks later they installed the countertops and the most awful seam was right in the middle of my sink! We had to call the company and question why there was a seam. The owner called my husband a liar when he brought up the one piece install from the initial measurements and quote. All in all... I LOVE my quartz countertops but would have paid double to not deal with this company. Enter at your own risk.
