Where do I even start… STAY AWAY, no RUN AWAY from this ‘company’. The owner Tim is a glorified scam artist and I’m so glad I was able to finally get my money back after his toying with me. Here are a few screenshots of his weird texts. He claimed he had some ‘account specialist’ that would refund me but he ended up sending my money from his own Venmo. This company has a few employees with Tim doing most of the ‘management’ so there is no account specialist. He tried to make my small $200 deposit and $400 job seem like a waste of money to him but then took his time finding the money to refund me. Also, any good reviews you see on here, Facebook, Yelp, or anywhere are paid for or from his friends. Most of the good reviews on here on from guys from Kenya (obviously fake). Please save your self from ever having to deal with this.

I had a great experience with Springs Granite. They installed beautiful quartz countertops in my kitchen and bathroom. They were very professional, friendly, and efficient. They gave me a free estimate and a reasonable price. They also finished the job on time and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality stone work.

Highly recommend! Tim was great to work with. I saved a couple thousand dollars compared to other granite quotes received. The installer was in time and hard working. My kitchen is upgraded from Formica. Will look better after backsplash is tiled.

BEWARE!!! I hate having to do this but our experiences with this company have been a nightmare. My wife already left a review about the initial issues. Today, our sink fell out. I was washing dishes, left the room for a second and heard a crash. The whole sink came out. A sink should not fall out. It was about half full of water. After cleaning the mess we noticed the installers used a very inadequate amount of silicone (pictured) and didn't use any clamps to brace it. Don't gamble with your home to save a buck. Steer clear of this company. Update: After posting this review Tim reached out and wanted to make things right. I voiced my concerns from our previous experience and he reassured me he wanted to make things right. Against my wife's opinion and my better judgement, I agreed. We talked about what needed to be done and he asked to set up a time to come look at the sink. I messaged back the next morning but did not hear back from him until 4:30 on Monday (4 and half days later). I decided not to reply as my wife and I took the initiative and got the sink installed two days after last hearing from Tim. It was not a super difficult project and took us only a couple hours, including going to the hardware store to get it installed. We didn't want to wait long as it made it difficult to function without our kitchen sink. The message I received Monday at 4:30pm he asked if Mondays worked best for me to meet which basically told me he wasn't planning on even coming out to look at it for another week. I really wanted to give them another chance and yet again felt brushed off and not a priority. I hate doing things like this, but this situation has caused us a decent amount of grief as we tried to finish our kitchen in a timely manner. I hope the best for Tim and this company and that they figure things out. Hopefully someday reviews like this will be a thing of the past for them. Response to owner's reply: You're lying and did not offer to send a tech within 24 hours as referenced above. Your communication skills need work. A good example is that this all happened a month ago and your just now putting a response. I waited days for a response all the while not able to use my kitchen sink. So yes, I fixed it myself. It's not my job to hound you to fix the thing you installed improperly. The first time you reached out after the review I should have had a date and time that it was going to get done. And another lie. Repeated phone calls that we didn't answer never happened. Take the lesson like a man. You screwed up with us, learn from it, be better with future clients and move on.

Nov 2021: I was referred to Tim by a contractor. He came out and did measurements with a template and made a rough appointment for installation. Luckily I texted him the day before and they had wanted to come out the next day for install. Luckily that worked for us and I was trying to be flexible. The day of the install came and the guys came out. They installed quickly. However, I wasn't really down near our kitchen because of the smell of the adhesive or whatever they use. So after my husband gave them the final check and they left we went down to look at it, which in hindsight I obviously should have done sooner. There was a gap along one of the walls in the kitchen that started in the corner and went all the way down and ended up being half an inch. My backsplash wouldn't be able to cover that kind of gap. When I looked at the install of the undermount sink, there was also no brackets on the back side. I texted Tim the next day to ask about it and he said he would forward the information and have them come look at it. I never received any information back so once a week for the next 6 weeks or so I would text him to see if they were able to come look at it or what the resolution should be. I finally called and he said he would have the installer call me. When the installer did call me, he asked for the pictures that I had already sent Tim. So I texted him those pictures. Then he accused me of waiting so long to even complain about the work which isn't true. I still have the text messages on my phone of our communication. So although the business started out well with us, it did not end well. I still have yet to hear from anyone about any sort of resolution or even having them come to look at it. I was very disappointed in the lack of communication after the product was installed when we had a problem. I'm willing to update this review if we ever hear from anyone. August 2023 edit: Our sink fell out today. It looks like it had the thinnest epoxy/silicone attaching it to the underside of the counter. Tim had said there should be no worries of using an undermount sink with the adhesive and brackets they use. Maybe this is partially due to the brackets I mentioned above not being installed. So now, this is another problem we get to fix. October 2023 edit: The owner just now responded to my original review from two years ago. My husband did reach out to get the sink fixed by you and you were responding then stopped for 5 days. How could we not function without a sink for that long with no reply to know if you were serious about fixing it. My original messages about the counter were sent to you within a day of the installers leaving. Please do not lie to people when my review is honest.

I’ve read all the reviews and want to respond with our own experience. I found Springs Granite through Facebook. The owner Tim was quick to respond, and we spent some time with him at his business location. He is not a salesperson, and he admits that. Did everything go perfectly? No…fault occurred on both sides. Tim and I worked together to get everything straightened out. The slab we initially agreed on ended up not being big enough for our job. Thanksgiving interrupted the timing of getting the measurements done. He worried a bigger slab may not be big enough. His team was able to milk the new slab to get all the pieces needed. His office and business aren’t set up like big businesses are. It’s a small business trying to make ends meet. Did we get a professional invoice? No. Was I comfortable with everything? No. I went into the deal unsure, but we wanted to give Tim and his business a chance. Adrian and Roberto installed the counters today and we couldn’t be more pleased with how it turned out. Adrian said Tim would get back to us for payment due, which he did a couple hours later. We appreciated he wasn’t pushy and be like a used car salesman. He didn’t twist any arms to get the sale. No BS to deal with. Tim could be more business savvy, but the bottom line is that we are extremely satisfied with the job he and his team did. The results are great, and we would recommend Springs Granite to our family and friends.

I wanted a granite slab for a hearth pad under my wood stove and found Springs Granite. Tim and crew did a great job on it. Unfortunately, the slab broke on the way home in my trailer. I wasn't sure what would happen then. Tim promptly made a replacement slab and his men delivered and installed it beautifully. That sort of customer service is rare these days. I recommend Springs Granite without reserve! (I also recommend you DIYers allow them to deliver and install!!)

We have had very good results from Springs Granite. We got our entire beautiful kitchen countertop from them of Calcutta Quartz and just got a beautiful bathroom granite countertop for our guest bathroom. We would recommend them to take on your countertop projects as well. The bathroom countertop took only 1 day and was about 1/2 of the price of the other bids we received.

We used Springs Granite for a small L shaped granite counter top for our basement kitchenette. Response time was always prompt & friendly. Good competitive pricing as well. We were happy they had several remnants to look at since we had a small project. We found a granite we loved & they came out the next day to do the template & the next week installed our counter top. Please, DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. Tim, the owner is not a good businessman. He is a nice guy, but bad to do business with. We went to his office to meet up with him and inquire about countertops. He was very nice, talked a lot. Helped us with pricing. Suggested a couple countertops. Told me to take some samples home and think about it. Told us we had to put a down payment to start the process. Wish I had thought about that before I jumped into it, that's my own mistake. Looked around and decided on a slab. These were purely off photos that he sent me. When I told him one I liked, he sent me a pic of the slab at the warehouse. It was nothing like what I selected. I sent him the picture back of what I wanted. We went around and around trying to find a slab I liked. Once I finally found one, I asked to see pics from warehouse. He couldn't produce that. I told him I was willing to go to denver to look at the warwhouse and choose one right then. He told me he had the one I wanted reserved, after I continuously messaged him until he answered. He told me I might need two, but believed I would only need one for my homes project. Once slab was delivered, I was able to tell right away that it was not enough for my kitchen, when we were doing my bathrooms and kitchen counters, so I'd have to buy another slab. I told him he had the measurements and could have known for sure that one slab wasn't enough. I explained I would only pay for what is needed for my bathrooms, since that was part of the project and those counters would fit on the slab delivered. I explained ill pay for that job and that job only and i expect the refund of the difference. He refuses to respond to that request and continues to tell me I can go to the link and pay for another slab. He is downright the worst businessman I have ever worked with. Read his reviews and steer clear so you don't lose out on money.

Where do I count the ways? I'm not going to write our long list of reasons, dates, amounts, etc. We did give the owner the opportunity to satisfy our complaints before writing this review as we don't like giving bad reviews - all to no avail and just received more excuses. So, we feel it's necessary to warn people who go off reviews when spending on an expensive upgrade in your home. Save yourself the headache and pay a bit more and go elsewhere. Similar to other complaints, we had almost mirrored issues. We did receive a better price than anyone in town and the initial business dealings were fantastic! We were sold and convinced we hired the right company! However, after a 75% deposit expect very little communication, no return calls/texts, lack of attention to detail, excuses, delays, forgetfulness, defensiveness and limited experience running a business. My fault for not doing my diligence and checking the BBB first. I figured a 4.1 Google rating was good, but the BBB shows a 67% Business Reply Rating and a "C" overall-rating which sadly is what we received over 3.5 months.

I found this company on FB Marketplace. My husband and I drove down to look at granite vanity tops. We found a piece we liked and ordered that with 2 sinks while we were on site. Tim, the owner texted and asked if I wanted 1 or 2 sinks. I reminded him I ordered 2 - Tim says, oh, that's an additional cost! No, we agreed on a price while there!!! Then, the day of install the crew showed up early, after I gave a time I could get there. They were rude and unprofessional! They rushed, were sloppy and never asked if I wanted holes for a single faucet or three. They tried to get me to pay them and not Springs Granite. Very shady! I wrote the check for the remainder fee directly to Springs Granite. The install crew rushed out! After they were gone I noticed a single hole was drilled for each sink - I thought, I can work with that. However!!!!!! The sink was more than an inch off and did not line up with the faucet hole! And there was glue everywhere - sloppy and messy! I have called, texted and had my hubby text to ask for this to be fixed! Tim's only response was to send a weird diagram that says it's industry standard for the hole to be an inch off ! Our general contractor - fully vetted and 5 star contractor said terrible job! His recommendation was for me to turn Tim into the BBB and post reviews since he will not make this right! I've asked our contractor to fix it for me since we need the sink. This will cost me another $300 after I spent $800 on the vanity top already! Very unprofessional. Take your business elsewhere! I just paid my contractor $300 to fix this company's mistake. I'm thinking of sending them the bill!!!!

Do not use. Everything was a mess from scheduling, stone prep, communication, to installation. Owner would not acknowledge Poor craftmenship and said had to do with stone imperfection but photos clearly show a job that was poorly done.

Very shady business practices! Would definitely not recommend this business! I was ripped off by the owner for an extra $120 above our contracted price and not even informed ahead of time that he was overcharging me, or why. I found out later on my own in reviewing the contract. Tim tried to slip it by me and hoped I wouldn't notice. Run, don't walk away from these people!

I had Springs Granite do my countertops maybe 6 months ago. The guy in charge continuously yelled at the helper and it was very uncomfortable. They cut my cabinets in 2 places, they did nothing to repair it even after many calls to Tim. They did a very poor job of grouting. I've asked Tim numerous times to come finish and repair but as of now, he has not shown up. I have given Tim many opportunities to make this right and he has not done it. He is a nice guy but I recommend you shop around before calling this company.
