My husband and I recently decided to upgrade our kitchen counter tops from the original formica/laminate to a granite option. We landed on Spartan Stoneworks after several great recommendations, and we're so glad we did! Ember contacted us with multiple style options, and had someone come out to measure our counters while we continued to decide on the granite. I was able to text Ember directly with my questions, and she always got back to me very quickly. I must have received 20 different options from Ember, always keeping my style in mind. Within a couple of weeks after we landed on the granite design we wanted ("colonial white"), and it was cut and then installed in 1 day. To make things even easier, our under-mounted sink came from Spartan so it could be installed all at the same time. Our new counter tops are absolutely gorgeous!! Thank you to Fernando and his team for doing such a beautiful job - we are so happy with our new kitchen!!

Great company, can’t say enough good about this husband and wife team! Went to them out of desperation because one of the box stores completely screwed up my order and I was on a tight timeline. They went out of their way texting pictures after hours of in stock granite and meeting me after their child’s soccer game to see the product in person and order. Counters were installed in one week. Cost less than the box store. Beautifully installed. A real live mom and pop business with all the benefits of a local vendor. Highly recommend!

We had our kitchen remodeled recently and Spartan Stoneworks did a great job with our granite counter tops. The owners were very attentive and professional, a pleasure working with them and Fernando did a great job with the fabrication and install. Very easy to work with and would recommend.

We remodeled our entire kitchen and Spartan was the best part of the whole process. They are professional, kind, and experts at what they do. They made everything convenient for us and our schedule, which made the whole process go smoothly. We compared prices for the exact same granite with other local companies, but Spartan's quote was much better. During the install, they were efficient and worked quickly. They even took the time and effort to blend the adhesive between granite pieces to match exactly to the pattern so it looks seamless. I only know where the seams are because I watched them install it, but no one in my family can tell. It looks perfect, and even a month later we still marvel at how beautiful our countertops are. I especially appreciate that they cleaned up after the install, which apparently not all contractors do. I can't say enough good things about our experience with Spartan.

Absolutely fantastic company. Excellent customer service. Amazing job on our kitchen. Prior to contacting Spartan, we had contacted a few other local Tallahassee granite companies. My electrician recommended we call Spartan as one of his family members had used them and had a wonderful experience. We made a call to Spartan and are extremely happy that we did. Not only did they carry the exact same granite color (down to the serial stock number) we had chosen from another area provider - but they quoted a much (much) better price. From that first phone call... on through final install... we could not have been more pleased. They always answer calls, emails, and even text messages. They promptly scheduled our job... and showed on-time for each appointment. The installation was executed meticulously, with utmost attention to every detail. The granite countertops really made the look of our new kitchen. We are super satisfied.

1/17/2023: Spartan Stoneworks replaced countertops on a kitchen and bathroom, and while I appreciated certain aspects of their service, I encountered a significant issue with their communication. Unfortunately, there was a lack of communication regarding the HVAC setting during their install. The home was vacant and after the job was complete, I went to do a walk through and found the HVAC set to 89 degrees! Yes, 89 degrees, full heat blasting, for days during their install! It is winter and the HVAC could not keep up with that extreme of a setting. Unfortunately, the owner and crew did not mention this to me or to their office staff, so that: 1. We could adjust the HVAC temperature to a more normal temperature and 2. So that the crew was not uncomfortable during their install. To my surprise, they saw that both thermostats were set to 89 and did not mention it to anyone. {There is confusion on how the HVAC got to that setting to begin with, but what I know for certain is, the men were inside the home, with the HVAC set to an excessive temperature and failed to lower it or alert me}. I believe communication is crucial, and in this particular instance, it fell short of my expectations. I am frustrated that something so easily fixable, was not relayed to me. On a positive note, the countertops look good.

I am a manager at a very large apartment community. We had Spartin install hundreds of tops for our renovations. They did an amazing job! Exceeding our expectations every time. I was so pleased with their customer service, and their work. In fact, I was so pleased with what they have to offer, I then recommended them for other personal and family projects. (That means they have to be the best of the best…) They are by far my first recommendation for all residential and commercial projects. Oh… and it’s family owned! Got to love that!. Highly recommend!
