Purchased a Cambria quartz countertop from them. They recommended this installation to me, and as you can see veining on the sides looks unprofessional and mismatched. I am having to pay to have it redone by another company. There were several bathroom countertops that turned out nice, but I wouldn’t trust them with a bigger project.

From start to finish the experience was amazing Rebecca Crowthers really took her time to help us find exactly what we were looking for all the way down to the design and layout of our countertops. Not to mention she kept it in our budget! Every person in the process was amazing the measurements and the installer. I highly recommend this company for all your stone work needs! Ask for Rebecca Crowthers she will not disappoint super knowledgeable, professional and on top of things!

We had a Fabulous experience with everyone at Southeast Stone! From the initial conversation with Chloe to the project’s completion, it was seamless! The countertop we chose is absolutely gorgeous! I was so comfortable with the two installers which gave me complete confidence in the installation process. I especially want to give kudos to Chloe who went out of her way to accommodate every request! We recommend Southeast Stone 100%!

Workmanship and selection is nice regarding quartz counter tops. Customer service is lacking however. I informed them that I planned on having a couple outlets cut out at time of install. After installation was complete and I paid the remaining balance due, I get an invoice a few days later saying I owe more $ for the 2 cutouts. Unprofessional way to do business in my opinion.

We opted for Southeast Stone over our builders stone guy at our new house! Couldn’t be happier!!! Kitchen and bathrooms all look so good that we also used them for the top of our living room built in! Absolutely Fabulous!! Nothing but compliments from everyone at our first Thanksgiving in our new house!!!! A+++++

From first contact with DJ at Southeast Stone to finished product, Southeast Stone was fantastic. First DJ provided us photos and pricing of options via email to us as we are 2 hours away. She was great to work with and made the transaction seamless. Our product was produced quickly and pickup was easy. Southeast Stone had great pricing and the quality of Stone was top notch. Can't thank them enough and will be using them for a few more projects around the house.

Had a great experience!! They came in and demoed out and installed in a day in a timely manner after we picked out what we wanted. They also had a great selection! Super clean and respectful!

Southeast Stone did an amazing job on my kitchen! We had them come back to add Granite on some our window sills. I would highly recommend. They had great customer service & showed pride in their work!

BUYER BEWARE! Here is our experience, I hope it is helpful. We will never use them again. Ever. It is required you pay 75% down w the contracted terms the deposit is not refundable no matter what. We were "knowingly told misleading (those were the terms they used when they admitted it to us in person) dates" from templating to install. We ordered our product in December. We were ready for templating in March (so they had our product in for a few months). They told us it would not be the 10 business days we were told before we signed the contract. When it came time for them to template, we were told it would be 15 business days (yes, three weeks). But it wasn't 15 business days, it was 17 business days. After the shady sales guy Steve would NOT get us an install date after a full week, or longer, of trying to nail down a date (three weeks our kitchen was sitting ready to be finished but we couldn't bc we were waiting for countertops), we called the store directly and they finally scheduled us. We went to talk to the manager at the store about the situation and discounting our rate bc of the misinformation (we had emails to substantiate the differences in what we were told before and after we had contracted with them). They admitted they knowingly told us misleading information, but they were not open to doing anything to help. They seemed to be just fine with their way of operating. Now we found they did not template our stovetop correctly so our stovetop cannot be installed. Thus delaying our project even further. Bottomline is they clutch and grab your money and don't care about their customers or the job they do. Don't do business with this company.

I had holes drilled in my marble They where very helpful, very hospitable, they cleaned up my marble as well. The price was good and they where very professional.
