The installers were absolutely terrific! Rod and Bryan were very careful with my new appliances and had a friendly demeanor. They made sure everything looked perfect! I am so pleased! Everyone should ask for them because I haven’t seen workmanship like this in years! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I can’t wait to put my kitchen back together today!

This project was to replace old laminate in a home I just purchased. The granite I purchased was on sale and perfect for blending in with the cabinets. The crew were awesome installing and leaving no debris behind. Excellent work. Ask for Doug as the project advisor. Pleasure to work with!

SSD is the certified installer for HD in our area (which for them is a many hour drive). They did a GREAT JOB from start to finish! They followed up to do the measurements within 3 days of my purchase, the measurements were done quickly and professionally and amicably. The guy even complimented my home (which means a lot when you think you have the decorating taste of a slug). They scheduled the install within two weeks and made follow up calls consistently. They gave me a 1 hour window of installer arrival time, and the driver was nice enough to call me and tell me he was...get this..going to be EARLY. Counter tops were installed in only a few hours and look fabulous. I'm sure part of it is the pattern, but you can hardly see the seam. I have to get within a foot of the counter to see it and I know where it is. (hint: its in one of the pictures) A+++ Great experience, great customer support, great people working for them. I almost always do my own work in my house, but I have no regrets from letting the pros do this one! THANKS AGAIN!!

SSD was a pleasure to work with. From the planning stage to the installation they were professional, patient, and helpful. We called and email several times with questions and they always willing to make sure we understood what was going on (thanks Jennie!). The installers were experienced and friendly. They seemed happy to let my wife and I watch the entire process. SSD even cut and polished one of the waste pieces for us to use in another project in our house. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend them to anyone.

This company was awesome to work with. Mitchell paid attention to details and clearly passed them on to his teammates to ensure we got what we were hoping for. Professional from start to finish. They showed my son how everything was cut at the shop, when we picked out our granite. Very educated, answered all my 7 year old questions. The guys came out to install, arrived on time. Very nice, clean, worked fast, very polite. Job well done by Tim, Turbo, Anatomy, Danny. Super happy with final product, looks amazing!!

Turbo, Tim, Anthony, and Danny did a super job of installing our new granite countertops from Solid Surface Designs in Billings, MO. The were quick to do the job, was super professional, politely answered all our questions, did an overall super job with installation. The countertops look great! We are so glad we decided to have Solid Surface Designs replace our old countertops. We would highly recommend this team for any countertop replacement.

I first contacted Holly at Solid Surface Designs in February 2020 because we were considering having all new countertops installed in our motor home because our kitchen countertop had a crack in it. During this process I learned that SSD also does repairs so we chose to go that route. We took our motor home to Billings and left it for the day. When we came back at 4 PM as instructed, WOW, WERE WE PLEASANTLY SURPRISED! Lane and his crew did a masterful job on the repair. In addition, I asked them to do two additional tasks and there was no additional charge. And they had our motor home spotless when we picked it up. Thru the entire process that stretched out to more than 2 months (Covid-19), Holly was professional, polite, and personable. The repair crew were also very friendly AND competent!! Strongly recommend this company. I do not have the sink reinstalled yet but when I do I will post before and after photos.

Great place for granite design and installation! We went through Home Depot in Joplin, Mo for our countertops and they used Solid Surface Designs for their design and installation. During the process, Solid Surface Designs was very helpful and professional in all aspects! During a nervous time for us, they were always reassuring and helped us feel relaxed and confident! Overall, a wonderful place and we hope we can work with them again in the future!!
