Walked in with my family looking around for a while and no one ever approached us to ask if we needed help. My husband went to the desk patiently waited, no one ever addressed him, then he asked for some assistance and the young woman rudely told him to wait because she was sending an email. Talk about poor customer service. We left and took our business elsewhere and will never return. I would suggest the owners invest in a bit of training for their customer service reps.

Helpful staff but there were some issues that are unacceptable for the price we paid. The drawings they made us to our dimensions did not fit properly. Our contractor had to do a bunch of modifications. Cabinets had scuff marks, unpainted areas and dents.

Wow where do I begin. It took me nearly a year after this traumatic experience to write this review. I don't think there are enough words allowed to go into detail on all the problems I had. My remodel was a complete nightmare thanks to Sincere Home Decor. TLDR: The materials had a variety of defects, including chipped wood, unpainted portions, and stained countertops. Wood panels were sent to us that didn’t match the rest of the cabinets. The countertop was installed improperly. Several pieces of the cabinet arrived months after our initial order. Sincere failed to provide the necessary customer service to resolve these issues and continually refused to accept any sort of responsibility for the issues we were having. Some details: 1) Their "free consultation" which resulted in them designing the layout of kitchen and ordering the parts to complete that design was done incorrectly, despite us providing them the exact details and dimensions of our space. This resulted in components not fitting well, doors scraping other doors, and missing pieces. It was awful and we ended up having to jury rig a bunch of things to make it work with the cabinets that we received. 2) The cabinets (Homecrest) were of extremely poor quality. I mean, just terrible. The color of the stain varied significantly from piece to piece, things were stained improperly where you could see the original wood underneath, gaps in the cabinets resulting in being able to see through them, doors not opening and closing properly, scrapes and chips everywhere, shelves being made of different materials (some were wood, some were MDF board). One of the cabinets we received wasn't even the right item, and they acted like they were doing us a favor by not charging us to ship the correct one, which took 6 weeks to arrive, delaying our project significantly. The fine print on their contracts states that even in situations where the materials are defective, YOU have to pay for replacements to be shipped. 3) The countertop installation was crooked and done unprofessionally. There were blemishes in the countertop that were not just due to the material (think grey and white countertop with a orange blemishes). 4) The customer service received was awful. During this entire process, we had to constantly ask for updates. It took Sincere an average of 2-3 days every time there was an issue to hear back from Homecrest as they claimed they did not have a phone number of anyone at that company to call. It took a similar amount of time when Sincere’s upper management needed to be involved, indicating to us that they did not take our situation seriously or treat it with any urgency. We spent an average of 30 minutes a day during this entire process chasing after Sincere with phone calls and emails and trying to be made whole by our purchase. As a result, we spent countless hours on the phone with or emailing Sincere, even more hours being stressed out about this entire process, resulting in what was supposed to be a three-week job taking three months. Completion of our kitchen was delayed by months as a direct result of Sincere’s negligence and Homecrest’s faulty product. (FYI the people we mainly worked with there were Mario, Anna, and Daniel.) Please, for the sake of your sanity, shop elsewhere.

Very disappointed! I asked a salesperson for information about a door for my bathtub, he didn't bother to help me. He just said that there were many types of doors and said to go look in the showcase. They shouldn't hire people like that. I was very embarrassed, I left the store at the same time and went to buy at another store.

We just renovated our kitchen and ordered cabinets and countertop both through Sincere. Gabbie and Emrick were the most helpful. We visited many different vendors early on and Gabbie's advice was the most sincere, and ended up being all the correct ones for us. Their price is very good and their customer service is excellent. From design configurations, to sample/color selections, to ordering and scheduling, to dealing with unexpected supply chain issues, they were responsive and really helped us every step along the way. Gabbie even gave us great referrals and recommendations on other related products such as kitchen hood and ideas on appliances. We are very happy with how everything turned out. I would recommend them to anyone we know who wants to renovate their kitchen!

Incredibly disappointing and frustrating. Tldr: I went here for a kitchen and bathroom remodel which ended up costing me over $1k in cabinet moldings that could not be used nor returned. This was also through their higher tier cabinet lines (Diamond Cabinets) so it wasn't a cheap order. I ordered kitchen cabinets through Sincere which had a 6 week lead time. When designing the kitchen, they incorrectly designed the kitchen with the wrong ceiling height, and ordered kitchen moldings that were unable to be used as there was no actual space to install the moldings. This left me with moldings that were unusable and completely wasted. What am I supposed to do with that much molding? In addition, even if the moldings could have been used, they quoted me for 5 pieces of the molding, each of which are 96 inches in width. That's a total 480 inches, or 40 feet long. The kitchen design that they themselves created only has a maximum of 212-220 inches of molding that can even be installed even if it could be installed (and this is including the length of a window and a wall which doesn't even need molding). Even if I did need and could install molding, I would have had 2-3 brand new pieces of molding left over which could not be used. However, ordering appliances such as countertops, kitchen sinks, and other miscellaneous items were fine. Not the best deal, but not the most expensive either. Customer service was fine. People were nice enough. However, that really doesn't make up for the wasted time and money.

After shopping Home Depot, great designer but high prices on mainstream cabinets; and Granite Expo with a sleepy designer and okay-ish prices on cheap cabinets; we were so happy to find Sincere Kitchens. At the warehouse store we bought cabinets for the ADU that were nicer and cheaper than Granite Expo. And at the showroom we bought higher quality KraftMaid cabinets for about 25% less than Home Depot's price. Especially happy since money spent at Home Depot goes to support a most foul orange politician!

We purchased 16 Liberty Cabinets in Gloss White Slab Fronts. Lester worked with us to design the exact kitchen we were looking for. He patiently answered our questions and offered many suggestions to create a workable plan. Over a few days we completed the design and ordered the cabinets. It took about 8-9 weeks for Diamond to make the cabinets and ship to the delivery company. The delivery service was excellent, showed up on time, was very careful with all the cabinets and placed them all into our empty garage. Diamond packages the cabinets really well and everything was in pristine condition with no issues. We installed the cabinets without any issues. A few things to remember to make sure your order gos through without issues: 1. Make sure you understand every piece that's on your order, where it goes and what's it for. Such as fill pieces, end pieces, toe kick, trim pieces, etc. 2. Frameless vs framed require different fill. 3. Make sure your measurements are correct. 4. Cabinets will need to be shimmed and level in order to fit together properly. 5. Take ownership of what you're ordering, don't assume the cabinet company or the designer can read minds. Lester Gomez, the designer and salesman, is an excellent resource and I highly recommend him and Sincere Home Decor for you kitchen cabinets. 5 Stars out of 5!

I recently stopped by the Sincere Pro Warehouse at 115 Market St, Oakland, CA 94607 and worked with Sarah Liang to generate a 3D model and pricing for my draft kitchen design. Working with Sarah was great! She was courteous and professional, and quickly generated a 3D model and some nice renderings and pricing for me to forward to my clients. I asked for a few quick edits to the renderings and she was able to provide those quickly as well. The pricing provided was also very competitive, costing less than a local competitor for the same overall cabinet order. I wanted to get an additional pricing for Kraftmaid cabinets, and Sarah referred me to David Lin at their Downtown Oakland showroom at 276 11th St. City: Oakland, CA, 94607. I stopped by to double check some of the color samples, and then David sent me the alternate pricing in Kraftmaid the next day, which was also highly competitive in pricing. It was a very easy and quick process to get some nice renderings and pricing for my kitchen design. A great service!

I remodeled my kitchen and got my cabinets from Sincere. The customer service at Sincere was outstanding! Mario helped me with my kitchen design and helped figure out some complicated issues. He pointed out some areas that might present problems and offered solutions. He offered excellent guidance on the products available and had suggestions. I changed my mind a couple of times and Mario was completely patient and helpful about changing my order. I can't say enough good things about Mario and Sincere. I ordered Diamond cabinets. I just finished my second remodeling with Sincere Home Decor in Santa Clara on another one of my rental properties. The reason I will go back again besides their products and pricing, is the people. My sales associate, Kathy Cox, was extremely knowledgable. I felt that she knew all the product lines plus the industry in general. She was always responsive to all my questions and concerns and really understands the way things work technically. My contractor, Salomon Chan, was excellent also!! He was originally referred to me by Bonnie on my first project and I am always impressed with his dependabilty and the quality of his work. We've been building a new home. Sincere's pricing was fair coming to the end of the project. We did our master bath cabinets and counters with Sincere. I've been to both of Sincere's Oakland stores. The warehouse is huge, but the showrooms are modest in size. However, the showrooms are filled with several options and carry everything you need for all rooms in a house. It's especially nice to have such a great resource in Oakland, as opposed to having drive to San Francisco, Pleasanton, or Fremont for home supplies. Karen is the best and the entire staff is easy to work with! The small showroom makes it easy to find an employee to assist you. We were in and out in record time for a home supply store. I highly recommend Sincere.

Mario is your man. Come to him with your kitchen remodel, and you will walk away with ideas, code considerations, and advise that you may not get from your contractor. We had a few issues here-and-there and Mario was always extremely responsive and supportive in resolving (e.g., a measurement was wrong, a cabinet was not delivered properly, us forgetting what we decided on and where some shelves are supposed to go, etc).

Sincere Home Decor carries most everything one would need for kitchen and bathroom remodels, and at reasonable prices when compared to other independent businesses such as Ashby Lumber in Berkeley. My partner and I remodeled our kitchen in late 2019, and made most of the purchases through Sincere, including the solid wood cabinetry which was manufactured in the US. One of the best parts of the experience was our showroom sales representative, Emrick Li. He really knew the inventory, how to use the 3-D modeling software, and was great answering our questions. Sincere Home Décor is one of the most amazing businesses we have worked with. From the very first contact to the very end. It all started with a vague idea, and the end result was an amazing kitchen! Mario Espinoza met with me and my wife several times via zoom, phone and in person. He helped us choose all the cabinets and appliances, and helped us with the design. The delivery of the materials was impeccable and on time, just as scheduled. The quality of the cabinets and drawers is amazing. Mario also gave us advice on how to install the cabinets. And last but not least, when it was time to install the counter top, a team of three skillful men showed up to do their magic. Even though my wife had her own work to do she couldn't stop from watching the team work, she was so impressed with their workmanship. Later on we learned that the owner himself, Ken, was one of them. We recommend Sincere Home Décor if you want to build new or remodel a kitchen! They are awesome!

I had a rental house where the kitchen basically was gutted and redone. My son and I gave a budget for cabinets based on estimates from IKEA. Of course, the reality was that the cabinets from IKEA are made of particle board and would not hold up well. I'd had Sincere Home Decor's cabinets before and knew their cabinet bases were plywood and not particle board. Neo greeted and helped me come up with the appropriate sized cabinets, drew it up on the screen. Then she asked me what style did I want. After I told her it was for a rental, she knew exactly what would work. Her design and suggestions saved me over $1,000 from what it would have cost for a personal design. I feel that the cabinets are sturdy and well-built to withstand the brunt of renters. They were delivered right to my house door on two pallets covered in plastic. On inspection, there were no problems. After my contractors installed the cabinets, I called Sincere to schedule the granite counter top installation. The countertop installers were a father-son team who were very professional, neat and precise. They were the most pleasant installers I've worked with!!! I highly recommend Sincere's team for design, and countertop installation. I will definitely work with Sincere again!

I have been working in the past 5 months on a complete remodel of an apartment in the Peninusula. This has included all new appliances for the kitchen, new flooring for kitchen and two bathrooms, new quartz countertops/sink/vanities/fans/etc.. Mario was a superb professional from start to finish. His planning, design suggestions on materials, his speed in preparing answers AND the huge trust factor that comes up with simply interacting with the dozens of follow up questions I had. I can not say enough about Mario's excellent customer focus, reliability and response to any topic. As the representative of Sincere, he delivered on providing consistent high value to me as a customer. My contractor, aslo, shares a very high opinion on Mario. Finally, in contrast to the interaction with professionals at Home Depot or the Granite Expo in Emeryville there is no comparison. Sincere is a Lexus in terms of the selection and quality of products!!! I have been a happy customer for years. Not overpriced for kitchen remodels and excellent customer service. I worked with Kevin, a sales representative, over three dates to design custom cabinetry based on the measurements my contractor gave me. Over these three appointments, he made suggestions based on my kitchen dimensions ("no, that wouldn't really work there" and "have you thought about drawers here?"). On the day I was ready to purchase, I made the choice to bring my helicopter parents so they felt involved. Dad totally changed up the cabinet colors and designs on me, and Kevin handled it like a pro. (Dad had good suggestions, and I agreed for the record.) Everything arrived within six weeks; they had given me an estimate of 6-8 weeks. You sign a scary long contract that says you need to inspect everything within three days and report problems. That said, my contractor couldn't make that assessment for 10 days, when he had the availability to begin work. I went to Sincere, and Yan helped me get replacements for a couple of cabinet doors and facing for free. Kevin, who was out of the office that week, emailed to make sure everything went well and to see if I needed anything else. I really enjoyed the experience of working with them. The place is a little drafty, but they had more of a selection than Granite Expo and the service is a little kinder. NOTES: 1. I did not try returning anything, and they have an explicit no returns policy FYI. 2. They have are in a sketchy warehouse district of Oakland. I had no issues parking my car out here, but heads up. 3. Kevin also had good lunch recommendations for Chinatown. ;)

I put a kichenette in my downstairs where there was not existing plumbing or electrical for a kitchen. Mario was fantastic in helping me design the kitchen in the small space and informing me about appliance sizes for practical applications and keeping it all within my budget. I really appreciated his knowledge and ability to show me different kitchen layouts along with the cost of the different cabinet types and styles (it's so helpful to see what it might look like) and keep me up-to-date on when they would arrive as I ordered them during the period when shipping was slowed down by pandemic restrictions. He was always very quick to respond to my questions and concerns (like asking the manufacturer to give me new cabinet doors when I felt the ones I had received were not matching and the new doors looked so much better!) I couldn't have done it with out Mario's help. He truly provided customer service above and beyond my expectations. Thanks, Mario!!

We are doing a kitchen remodel. This Sincere location was recommended by our contractor. Sincere has several product lines. Our contractor recommended I book an appointment with Kevin. We quickly migrated to the Diamond Liberty cabinet line. It is a quality product that has a shorter lead time then some lines. IMHO, the Diamond Liberty product exceeds Diamond Freedom quality that exists at box stores. Kevin is a pleasure to work with has been available to answer questions about our specific design often without having to open the design layout. I agree with the Oakland billboard that states Sincere is a quality no-pressure organization. Kevin works well many Sincere staff and vendors to make certain we are happy. If remodeling is in your plan I suggest you give Sincere an opportunity to serve you.

Just finished updating my main bathroom and couldn't be any happier with the results. I want to thank Kevin Tham for helping me acquiring the Kholer tub and accessories for my bathroom. Couple of the items took 3 weeks to get them and other 3 days. Almost everything I wanted was special order. Kevin not only helped me ordering the items but he also helped me choose the right and matching stuff. He is very knowledgeable and. explananatory. He was exceptionally knowledgeable, resourceful, and he went out of his way to address any concerns and made sure all our needs were met. I worked with Mario Espinosa for my condo renovation project. First, he was creative and made a number of excellent suggestions based on what I was trying to achieve. His attitude made the experience super pleasurable with all the right stuff: on time, great drawings, estimates, opinions, extras. I had a number of open ended "what if" questions, and he was super engaged, very patient and willing to explore what for us was a number of possible options in our layout. His knowledge of the product and his own service and delivery were obvious when he managed to work the system to my distinct advantage a number of times. I had been having a hard time visualizing the space for my kitchen and obtaining a price list. I came into sincere yesterday and met with Zan Yu as a walk-in. He was amazing. He was thorough, quick with the computer and extremely patient. I sent him my floor plans and he laid everything out as we discussed the nuisances of cabinetry: custom vs stock, practicality vs aesthetics, ordering, and more. I learned so much. He walked me around the showroom so that I could have a visual display of the options I was selecting and differences between cabinets. I walked out of Sincere with a solid plan and price list. Well priced kitchen cabinets in modern, clean designs underscored by very good customer service. We redid our kitchen ourselves from the ground up, and after researching numerous options, including IKEA, we went with this spot on a recommendation from a friend for it's good design choices and very good price point. We've had our kitchen for a dozen years now; when we have hinges that wear out from use and need replacement (every other year or 2 or so), Sincere is great at replacing them quickly at no cost (bring old hinge in for exchange). Also great to browse selection/price points there for granite countertops, sinks, faucets. Ended up getting granite wholesale elsewhere, and sink and faucet elsewhere (found better pricing in other places) to stay on budget. Overall, and if you can wait for shipping from overseas (there was a wait of about 6 weeks) Sincere is excellent and I highly recommend.

Mario and Kevin and the whole team were excellent. I do about 3 remodels a year, I have typically used Ikea but on a tip I went to Sincere in Oakland. We got a very nice, quality kitchen and bath set up, as well as floors. The pricing was very competitive and the delivery time was rapid. You would be wise to check them out.
