We chose Signature Surfaces after interviewing multiple companies. They were the only ones that actually paid any attention to what we wanted and gave a reason why something should be done differently. We were very happy when they came in at about half the price of are other estimates. When they came to do the work, they used all the appropriate methods to control the construction mess. The job was done on schedule and is absolutely beautiful. We could not be happier with the job.

Signature Surfaces installed a seamless corian shower in our master bathroom in July 2013. It is beautiful! It is prettier than I imagined. After years of climbing over the side of a bathtub to get in and out of the shower and often stubbing toes, the low curb on the new shower is greatly appreciated. The "hidden" drain is so sleek - giving it a modern, clean look. The toe rest for shaving legs is so handy - so much better than placing toes on the narrow edge of the old tub. And I am still surprised the shower floor isn't slippery at all! It was definitely worth the investment!

We were forced to demo our master shower due to a water leak. This time we decided we wanted a solid surface solution to minimize on going maintenance. We heard about Signature Surfaces and their patented process for welding pieces of Corian together. The company was wonderful to work with. They came out to determine the cost of our shower and to discuss with our contractor the preparation requirements. They came out again when the demo and prep work was done to take the final measurements. Less than 3 weeks later they came to install the shower. The workers were timely, neat and clean. They were also following COVID-19 requirements. We are so thrilled with the results that we plan to use them again when we remodel the guest bathroom next year. We highly recommend Signature Surfaces. After having them install a shower in a previous home, we were sold on the Corian product and had it installed in our new home. It is so easy to keep clean as there is no grout, caulking or seams to maintain. They have an incredible amount of samples to choose from. Their installers were prompt, courteous, clean and very meticulous with their work. In addition to a walk-in shower, we also had the two bathroom countertops replaced with Corian. Can't say enough wonderful things about Romero and his crew at Signature Surfaces. We initially became aware of this company at the CalExpo Home and Garden show this past spring. We were considering redoing our kitchen by pulling out the tile counters and replacing them with something grout free. The Signature Corian caught our eye not only because it was stunning but also the antibacterial, stain free and scratch free properties were very attractive. The other plus is the seamless look; no lines whatsoever where product is joined. We scheduled for Romero to come out to measure and give us a quote. Cost was very reasonable when compared to granite or quartz on top of the other items mentioned above. Demo ensued and took two days followed by install the following week which also took two days. Both crews were efficient and took care with our existing cabinets which we weren't replacing. Customer service is outstanding. They bend over backwards to make sure you're satisfied upon completion of the job. I highly recommend this company if you're looking to replace your kitchen counters/backsplash or have a bathroom remodeled.

We recently finished a kitchen remodel and used Signature Surfaces for our Corian counters, backsplash, and sink. Everything turned out incredible. All the pieces fit together perfectly, and the one seam is invisible (3rd photo is where the seam is for reference!). The installers did an amazing job. The sink is beautiful, and it's so nice having everything seamless. Such a huge difference from the 4 inch builder grade tile from the 80s where the grout was crumbling away. They have a great variety of colors to choose from, but I wanted something clean and simple so we went with "Antarctica." Quartz is trendy right now, but I really love the warmer feel of Corian (plus I'm that person who would totally chip all the edges with a pot). My mom has had Corian counters in her rental house for 20 years now, and they still look brand new.

This is a family owned business, they are very knowledgeable and professional; the job was completed in a very 4 day timely manner. They exceeded my expectations! I love my new Corian Shower. Ten years ago, Signature Surfaces installed a Corian shower for us. Today, it looks as good as it did on day one. In another bathroom, they recently installed a shower, floor and vanity countertop. The job took multiple visits for a number of reasons, mostly our scheduling. There was a problem with the match of the vanity countertop and the shower. They quickly made it right. If you are looking for a cheaper way to remodel your bathroom, this is not the place. But, if you are looking for a high quality, super low maintenance and long-lasting product, call Signature Surfaces. Highly recommend!

Signature Surfaces remodeled our master bathroom shower and vanity top. Their seamless corners, the beautiful selections of Signature Corian and their staff are all first class. Solid surfaces are not permeable like tile/grout are so no mold can grow. Bryan and Ramiro are experts and will guide you through the process. Visit the showroom and fabrication shop in Sacramento. We had a great experience from beginning to end. We had beautiful Corian countertops with an integrated sink installed. We found everyone involved to be friendly and helpful. This was a year ago. When I saw some of these negative reviews I was motivated to write my own. They were very careful of our property. They installed plastic sheeting to keep the rest of the house dust free. They worked well with our cabinet contractors too.

5 months ago Signature Surface was recommended by Deco Construction and family member to see their corian showers and sink basins. They carry other bathroom and kitchen surfaces, but I wanted a corian seemless shower, which they were able to provide me with. They had a large selection of colors and very good quality. Made appt with office manager, Brian (very nice and helpful) emailed me a proposal in Oct/Nov. We went with it and owner came out and measured, explained process and there company includes shower pan (not all companies offer this). Owner, Ramiro, was very polite and thorough. There was a couple months out waiting, partly holidays and material needed. But 1st week of Jan our contractor contacted us and he was ready to demo so Sigature Surface workers could start. They did an excellent job installing corian shower to the ceiling and wrapped around existing window, added seamless bench, shower caddy, soap dish self and face towel hooks, shower pan. We love it! We've already referred a friend to them.

I was first impressed with Signature Surfaces when I saw their products at a Sacramento Home show in 2016, and it stayed with me. Fast forward to Fall 2021 when I did a refi on my home to make some much needed repairs. Top of my list was my Kitchen sink, a stainless steel disaster that I had been living with for far too long! I loved my granite counters, but could not find a replacement sink that fit and I didn't want stainless steel. I contacted Signature Dec. 2021 and was scheduled to meet Ramiro for a bid. He arrived on time, was friendly, kind, and great with offering a solution, then promptly emailed a bid. Pricing was on my budget high-end, but very reasonable for the type of custom work that Signature specializes in providing. This project required cutting my granite counter to reshape its corners to a standard size/shape and installing a beautiful new Corian sink! Notice in my before pics the wide rounded corners that only work with stainless steel sinks, compared to my beautiful new sink with square corners. I purchased the Vigo faucet at Home Depot, as well as a new garbage disposal, which the Signature Team also installed and did all new under sink plumbing. The timeline was about a month from bid, and Ramiro came the day before to make a re-check of all final measurements and go over last details before the installation team arrived the next morning. They arrived on time, set-up draw-fans/tarps, to control dust, and completed everything in the one day as scheduled. The change to my kitchen amazes me still everyday! I love it! Couldn't be happier with the upgrade, the realistic and accurate scheduling, and the great customer service I received! I would highly recommend Signature Surfaces. We had them install a shower in a previous home and loved it. We recently moved from that home and our new home had a tile shower that was a nightmare and the countertops as well. We recently had them replace our shower and two bathroom countertops. They got us on their schedule and arrived the day they said they would. The install took 2 days. They were very efficient and clean. The workers were very kind. We chose Corian because it's non porous and very easy to clean. They have a technique that makes the shower seamless and they don't use grout or caulking. I was so tired of constantly cleaning our previous tile shower and the endless grout and mold and always repairing the caulking. We have had our new shower and countertops for about 3 months and couldn't be happier. I no longer spend hours cleaning the bathroom. I haven't seen a speck of mold in the 3 months we have had our new surfaces. Ramiro was very thorough in measuring and designing a shower that works best for us. It's very custom with a bench, product shelf and grab bar. Brian was also very helpful in choosing the design that would work best for our needs and answering my many questions.

In a time when people are so overworked a d pressed, Signature Surfaces over delivers! Family ow we and they made us feel like the most important customers on their list. We had Signature install a Corian seamless surround in our guest bath shower last fall. After several months, even with my son's less than consistent cleaning, the surround still looks fantastic! Ramiro's install crew was exceptional. It was actually fabricated incorrectly in the shop, and they had to essentially cut and refabricate it on site. I'm a woodworker, and have a pretty critical eye - no matter how hard I've tried, I cannot find the slightest evidence of a seam - and I have tried. On top of that, they left the project cleaner than it was when they got here. From the first meeting with Ramiro to the completion of the job, this organization is the epitome of the word "professional". Looking forward to working with them again!

Superb job on a new corian shower and bathroom counters/sinks. I removed an old, prefab, small shower and came up with a way to fit in a new one that would be significantly larger. After being blown off by an outfit in the Bay Area that said they could do the job but then decided they could not, I worked with Signature Surfaces. They could not have done better work. The new shower and counters are beautiful. Further, the workers who did the installation were also totally professional and excellent. The owner - Ramiro - came out and did the measurements himself, and working with him was great. BTW, corian is a great product, and this custom job was less expensive than using granite or other stone or similar products. I highly recommend this company.

A really great company and unusually good service. They put in our corian shower in 2015 - which is wonderful. Just ran into a problem with the drain. Got immediate service. Brett spent a lot of time and could not find a solution. Next day back with a helper - eventually called a boss. Not sure which boss came or who found something that would work - but it got fixed. They didn't give up. Above and beyond. They also did not give us a bill - said it should never have happened. But I would have gladly paid them because they were great.

I first met Ramiro Martinez of Signature Surfaces at the Home & Garden Show at the Pleasanton Fairgrounds. I explained to him that I liked the "marble" look and wanted a Farmhouse style sink. He had one on display and sent me home with a sample in the color I requested. I called him two months later for an estimate and he came out within a week. I was still not convinced with his Corian sink until he told me the pros and cons between my "dream sink" and his Corian one (there were no cons with the Corian.) The installers came out within two weeks, they were punctual, professional and courteous throughout the two day process. The seamless backsplash was extra but so worth it! The farm style sink they created exceeded my expectations and I am so pleased with ALL of it! Ramiro came out a week later to see the results and was as pleased as I am. I cannot say enough about this family owned business. From each phone call, text or email they communicated everything in a timely manner. If ten stars were possible I'd give em ten!

After a year of design efforts we contracted with Signature Surfaces for a Corian seamless neo-angle shower and vanity countertop with integrated sink. Our being in the East Bay was no problem for them. Andrew and Bryan were very patient and helpful as we made our decisions. Ramiro took care of all the measurements and was very reassuring about structural integrity, installation and scheduling. We made a last minute change in material color, but they were able to accomodate this with no impact on our project schedule. Frankie and his team did a superb installation; a dusty job, but they cleaned up thoroughly after completion. We had one problem during installation requiring them to come back. But again, fixed it the next day with no question and no impact on our project schedule. A year after installation and we love the shower. Very easy to maintain and no problems, and a lot of complements. Strict attention to detail by all. This entire team and their product is excellent! Highly recommend them.

We had a seamless Corian shower enclosure installed in September. We LOVE it. Romiro was fantastic to work with. He showed up for the measurement and estimate exactly on time and returned the estimate quickly. The shower was delivered when they said it would be. The installation team was on time and did a very professional job. They left bathroom and shower clean and ready to use. I expect our new shower will be beautiful and worry free for many years. I just had my kitchen counters and master bath redone. It was a huge project with tons of rip out and some odd angles. EVERYONE from this company is first class. From concept to finish product I have not one complaint. These gentlemen from demolition to installers to front office were courteous, and every day cleanup was perfect. We made a few last minute changes that didn't stop an on-time as promised-completion date. I highly recommend following Bryans advice on color and material as the end product was perfect. I would recommend this company for any counter / bath / shower work. Very happy!!!!

I have bought 2 Corian shower enclosures from Signature Surfaces. I was experiencing a leak in the first enclosure I bought in 2008. I called and explained my problem. The owner showed up the next day. He said the problem was out of warranty (10 years) but they would cover it for free. These people stand behind their product. I totally recommend them.

Romero and his team remodeled our master bathroom in 2011 with seamless corian. Seven years later it looks as beautiful as the day it was installed. They did a wonderful job, and designed and completed the bathroom on time and within budget. This is my favorite home improvement project. Wanting to have our old kitchen tile removed and replaced with Corian we started looking for companies at a home show in Sacramento. This is where we first met Signature Surfaces. From the beginning, talking with Brian, to meeting Andrew in the showroom and meeting Ramiro at our home for measurements, this company showed us the best customer service around. All of them were very professional, knowledgeable, fun, and very kind. We visited the showroom thinking we were only going to replace our kitchen tile and get a standard kitchen sink. We were very impressed with their showroom and the variety of stones they offer and designs that when we left the showroom we had a whole new idea of what our kitchen was going to look like. We love it! The best experience I have ever had working with a contractor! I could not be happier with the work performed by Signature Surfaces. The Corian bathtub surround and corian vanity countertop with integrated sink were perfectly installed. The work is simply beautiful!! Ramiro and his staff are the consumate professionals. They clearly know their business. I visited the showroom with a sample of my flooring in hand and Brian was so knowledgeable about the products he was able to show me corian that matched beautifully with the floor. He gave me options from the higher priced materials to the more modest samples without comprimising on the look I was going for. Ramiro Martinez, the owner, came to my home and took the measurements. He noticed my apprehension and promised me that I would be happy with their work. In the course of the planning I made several changes and they were quick to accomodate without hesitation. I would recommend Signature Surfaces without hesitation!! I will be using Signature Surface for the remodel of the second bath soon. We got custom corian counters with integrated sinks from these guys. Our vanity installer (not associated with Signature) bailed last minute with the flu, leaving us scrambling for another installer pushing out our schedule by a week for final measurements for our corian. Brian and Ramiro made accommodations and were able to meet our original install date despite us giving them one less week! Not to mention I called Brian everyday for a week with updates to our plans and tons of questions as I am not a contractor, just a new homeowner trying to figure it out. He was so friendly, patient and responsive to all my annoying needs. Ramiro made great suggestions during his measurement appt with us which we are happy we listened to. Install was seamless and professional. The guys even went above and beyond and helped us remove a mirror that was plastered into the wall (without breaking it mind you!) Top notch customer service from beginning to end, competitive pricing, and gorgeous end result. This is the place to go for custom corian. We had these guys put in a seemless Corian shower and countertop as part of our bathroom remodel. Excellent sales and customer service. We visited their shop and were impressed with their operation. On the date scheduled, workmen showed up on-time and did a good job cleaning up after themselves. They missed our specification of bullnose for the countertop but agreed to provide credit for the error. We were not unhappy because the countertop actually looks better with the clean lines of the shower and ponywall. We were very pleased with the product & installation but city inspector determined that threshold was not 2" above the drain. We talked with Ramiro and he agreed to send people back to add an extra inch to the threshold. The updated threshold does not show any seam transition so we are happy with the correction. Even though this delayed the completion of our remodelling by about 2 weeks, we are pleased with the result. The negative experience of not meeting city code was compensated by their willingness to return and get the job done right in a timely manner. Now that inspector has been by and approved the work I am ready to post my remarks. We will definitely use them again when we are ready to work on our next bathroom.

A great experience from start to finish. Good communication from start to finish....from Bryan in the sales office to talking to Jacque in the showroom, they really know what they are doing. Once I decided what we wanted, Ramiro came out and took final measurements and the project was a go! One week later Brett and Sal came out to install my shower. Took them two days and they did an excellent job. You won't be disappointed and will be thoroughly impressed if you are in the market for a new shower.

Ramiro Martinez and his family own and operate Signature Services. We learned about their excellent work with various types of engineered stone from friends (we needed our shower remodeled). A visit to their showroom/workshop was very revealing -- Ramiro and his people are consummate craftsman. Although our shower design was not especially challenging, we took a tour of the workshop and saw some very intricate and creative designs for showers, baths, and kitchen counters being fabricated. Signature Services was able to handle the tear-out of our old shower and referred us to a stellar plumber. Everything - from measurements to final installation -- went flawlessly. We love the new Corian shower! We will be using Ramiro & Family for future projects.

I had Signature Surfaces put in a seamless Corian showers in March. Everything was done according to the schedule in my contract. The only frustration was that you never knew what time of the day they would show up to do the work. The shower turned out beautiful and I love my new shower. Since Signature Surfaces does not do cabinets, I needed to have the cabinets done before new bathroom countertops could be installed in two bathrooms. I removed the old countertops so it was going to be a one day job to complete the countertops. The countertops were installed early in the morning and the plumber wasn't able to put in the faucets until late afternoon. When I had a chance to inspect the work, there was a noticeable defect in the Corian. My Corian was a solid color but had a dark spot in the Corian. There was also issues with the seamless corners since they were not seamless in several spots. There was one sink overflow drain with a crack in it and black marks on another one. It took 2 weeks to get all the issues resolved and I love my new sinks and countertops. Just recommend that you carefully inspect the product before it is installed.

They made a custom sink for us and it was installed and everything about it is great. The only problem we had is they sent two guys out to our home that were not vaccinated. They came to our front door with no masks on. I asked them to wear a mask and they did. My husband and I are nearing 70. We are vaccinated but do not knowingly go around anyone we know that is not vaccinated. I know for a fact that private companies can mandate that their employees be vaccinated. I did speak to the owner regarding this issue.

When we started with Signature Surfaces we got an installation date for the new Corian counter of approximately two weeks. Because of a foul-up by the cabinet makers and a delay of five days, the installation date went from two weeks to five to six weeks. This was not Signature Surfaces fault, but in my opinion the two week date should have stood. Keep in mind that we were more than five months into a completely destroyed kitchen and to be told two weeks and then five days later five to six weeks was the straw that just about broke the camel's back. Five and a half weeks later, the new counters were installed. We immediately noticed several problems. The corners were poorly done with a response from the installer of "That's the best I can do". Where there was to be a seamless backsplash, there was a seam all along the backsplash. Three days later Romero came to look at the problem. Three days after that, two solutions were presented. One was a "do over" in a different color, but there was no guarantee that the seam would not show and the current counter (which was mostly OK) would be ripped out and replaced. The other was to put a wider backsplash over the original backsplash. We opted for the later. Then came the scheduling problem. They scheduled it 11 days (a Saturday 5/14) later without checking to see if we were going to be home. We weren't. Then they scheduled it for 5/28 (Memorial Day weekend), but we couldn't get confirmation for four days. At 3:30 pm on Friday the 27, I got an email (no phone call) wanting to reschedule saying "installer is really sick at 3:30 on Friday". Seemed mighty convenient that they tried to reschedule and then "installer is really sick" the afternoon before. I was not able to get ahold of anyone the entire weekend and no one showed. I finally made contact with Romero the following Tuesday morning. They were planning to send the same installer that "Did his best" to do the repair. I suggested they didn't. A different installer showed up at 9:00 am on 6/1 and completed the repair. The repair was not perfect, but we were done with Signature Surfaces.

Signature Surfaces recently installed a new kitchen countertop. The end result is a lovely new surface; however, I wouldn't recommend them for the following reasons: 1) BROKEN PROMISE. After telling Romiro, the owner, how my old countertop was damaged by an incompetent dishwasher installer, necessitating this new counter, Romiro assured me - twice! -- that his workers are long-time experts. So who should show up on the first day but a worker and his teenage son. The father had to instruct his son step by step on how to do things. Not my idea of an expert. 2) MISSED CAULKING. When I inspected the completed project before the workers left, a missed area of caulking was found, which was then corrected. A couple of days later, the gap between the backsplash and window sill had also been missed with caulking. "Expert" workers? 3) LACK OF CARE TOWARD MY PROPERTY. No tarp was laid down to protect my kitchen flooring nor the small rug inside the front door. By the end of the work day, there was a thick layer of dirt and debris which had been ground into the deep texture of the flooring and mat. 4) POOR CLEAN-UP. I had been instructed to clear out all cupboard and drawers below the countertops prior to the project. As I went to replace items when work was done, I discovered piles of debris inside the cupboards. Don't workmen clean up the mess they leave behind? I also had to re-sweep the floor because of the half-ass job done there. 5) SCHEDULING MISTAKE. An early-morning appointment was set up by Signature Surfaces for re-connection of the kitchen sink and disposal by a plumber. When he didn't show up, I called the office and spoke to Bryan. My tone of voice was polite; his was belligerent. "Who told you that?!" I replied that the appointment time came from Romiro. Bryan informed me that the appointment had always been for that afternoon, not the morning. No apology. 6) BILLING MISCHIEF. When the original estimate was submitted, I emailed back and asked if Signature Surfaces offers a senior discount. Bryan replied they didn't, but they do have a 2% savings when paying with cash. When the final bill for the balance was emailed, I asked if this amount was for credit or cash payment? Bryan replied that the amount is the same for both methods. I emailed back again and included a copy/paste of his 2% savings statement from two months earlier. He then sent a new bill for the lower cash amount. No apology. An innocent error? You be the judge.

BEWARE-------------------------TERRIBLE SERVICE/CUSTOMER SERVICE from, President/Owner - Ramiro Martinez with Surfaces, 5445 Stationers Way, Sacramento, Ca. April 2019 we contracted with the above company to reconstruct our master bathroom with a Walk-In Shower and Double Sink & Counter. We began working with Brian Orso. Through out our search for our master bathroom we called and spoke directly with Brian to make sure we were purchasing the correct items. Brian assured us that the items we choose were good for our bathroom update. The Friday before the construction was to begin, the President/Owner Ramiro Martinez came to our home to confirm all of the measurements for the new Walk-In Shower, the shower bench, the shower shelves, the Double Shower Head placements and the height of the New Shower Walls. We then proceeded to confirm the measurements for the New Master Bathroom Counter and Double Sinks, along with the placement for both New Faucets. During this time Ramiro Martinez wrote down all of the confirmed measurements within his own work-binder. The following Monday, the Signature Surfaces employees ( Frank & Sal), arrived on time. They both had great customer service and informed us of every step along the way. Until it came to the placement of the Shower Shelves and the placement of the Shower Bench. Come to find out the President/Owner - Ramiro Martinez, NEVER, gave these employees the confirmed measurements for the New Walk-In Shower. Now as the President/Owner of this company, wouldn't you think this is very incompetent? We are paying this business for Professional, Expert, and Complete work. Between the communication of the employees and my notes, our Shower was completed. Frank and Sal did and exceptional job. From beginning to end these two men cleaned every surface, they cleaned up our driveway and our back patio. We greatly appreciate their GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and WORK ETHICS. Thank you so much! Great work Frand & Sal!!! As for the first Plumber that came to our home, his name is Scott Colmar. Due to the set up of our Walk-In Shower, Scott needed a 2 x 4's to stabilize the water pipes to the opposite side of the shower for our second shower head. My Husband graciously cut the 2 x 4's for Scott. Then the Scott Colmar, proceeded to connect our Double Sink Drains under the new counter. Come to find out we had water leaks. After taking a closer look, this so called plumber used the same original piping, (20 year old piping). BEWARE! Of course we called the President/Owner - Ramiro Martinez, and spoke with him directly to explain our findings. With disbelief, we questioned our information. After several conversations, he finally agreed to send out another Plumber to check out our information. But first, he decided to come out to our home with his Son Andrew to inspect the situation. Both of them tried to fix the leaks, unfortunately they did not fix the problem. They are not licensed Plumbers. He then sent the below licensed plumber to again confirm and repair the leaks. (2nd Plumber), was Charles Hopkins with Whest Koast Plumbing. He came into our home and did his own research and agreed with our finding. He then shared the finding with us and confirmed he would let the President/Owner - Ramiro Martinez know. After that was confirmed with Signature Surfaces, they finally agreed to send another (3rd) Plummer to again confirm the finding and then they would fix the leaks and would replace the old original pipe with new pipes. The 3rd Plumber did repair the pipes and fixed the water leaks. They did are great job and cleaned up everything after the job was completed. Due to the lack of communication between the President/Owner - Ramiro Martinez and his employees, the holes for both faucets were drilled in the WRONG places. Had Ramiro Martinez been a professional he would have forwarded all of the measurement to his employees asap, before the job even began. We were very excited to have our Master Bathroom makeover and to design it. It saddened us to have had a positive makeover of our Master Bathroom, turn into a negative and drawn out process. BEWARE!

Let me start off by stating the wife was such a pleasure to speak with, great information regarding their process and procedures. Now, came in to review my quote with the sales manager Bryan... First off, not welcoming, not friendly and need to get off your high horse (your a sales manager at a respected counter store). The quote seemed off (extremely high) per other quotes I have received for the same exact material, drawings, etc.. The quote was 4k over most else.. Ok can you explain how you got to this pricing, vague to no answer. Ok, can you please provide me with an itemized breakdown of your quote because it does not make sense. I know the two slabs cost 1800 a piece, i have roughly 66 sqft, with a sink cutout, three holes for faucets, edges, polish... Straight up said NO we don't do that - It must be great for Romero and his family that they don't care if a referred new customer gets blown off... This guy was a total impersonal DCK....... Sad, the wife had me sold... The wife was awesome, the shop seemed great (she gave me a quick tour), guys on production floor where personal as I came by.. But, Bryan needs work on his people skills, and treat every customer with the same level of importance and care... Glad you cared so little to earn business or explain your BS costs.....
