Seattle Countertop did an aesthetically wonderful job on the original installation, and when we had an issue with a seal two years after completion, they came and fixed the problem with no questions. I would definitely work with them again.

John installed some Corian kitchen countertops for me and was a great help through all steps of the process. He provided me information on all the important small details that made the final product absolutely beautiful, and he saved me from a lot of bad decisions. He helped me select a color/finish, helped with design considerations, and gave feedback every step of the way. He was always calm and collected (very helpful during stressful projects like this), stuck to his schedule, and completed the work on time, including the followup to finish caulking after the adhesive was set. I would use him again anytime and I highly recommend him to you.

John was beyond a rock star! He was extremely professional, helpful and quick. He conducted himself with stellar excellence. He knows his stuff and was respectful and patient with us during a really frustrating time. Our sink had given way the day before Thanksgiving and we were hosting, John made time to talk with us during a holiday and guided me through a temp fix until he could make it out (which was the NEXT day). I can't think him enough and if you're debating if he's the right guy for the job, look no further, HE IS!

I had a small repair but John was booked out a ways into the future, so he was incredibly gracious in spending almost 30 min on the phone with me coaching me on how to perform the repair myself. I will not forgot his generosity in sharing his time and expertise in this way, and he will be at the top of my list for the big kitchen remodel in (fingers crossed) a couple years. John was a real pro. He warned me that his schedule was tight (so if you're really in a rush, might want to look elsewhere) but when he did the job, it was fabulous. Beautiful work, reasonable price and when a complication in our construction caused a lot of extra labor, there was no extra charge. Very good at explaining all the options. Highly recommended.

Though the product was good, it only took John 9 months to finally have it ready. Doesn't like to show up on time and STILL hasn't finished the work. It's been a week since this installation finally came to be and I still have no doors on the cabinets for our childcare bathroom sink counters. You would think that being hired by a company like the YMCA would make you want to provide quality customer service. But I guess when you already collected the money 9 months ago, what's the use in doing what you were hired to do, right?
