Recently I had granite countertops installed in my kitchen and I LOVE the results. A friend recommend Scenic City and I found Scott, Mark, and Charlie all to be very helpful and patient with the selection process. They helped me find the colors in the granite that were perfect for my kitchen while still staying within my budget. Their installation team was so nice and it was a relief to find a company that would deliver when they said they would. This company had what I considered most important - selection, price and dependability.

Great selection and prices! Installed within two weeks of selection. Even came right back out the same day to drill another hole for our sink fixture. Ask for Scott. He did a great job helping us select our counters!

I absolutely LOVE my granite and marble countertops. Mandy was instrumental in helping me pick the right countertops that worked perfectly with my colors and design in my kitchen and bathrooms. Jaime along with the finishing and install crew were professional and took great care to execute a flawless measure, cut, finish, and installation. It looks amazing and I would highly recommend Scenic City Tile and Granite, they are a cut above the rest!

Our experience with Charley and his team has been exceptional from the day we set foot on his lot straight thru to install. We were greeted within one minute of arrival, two team members met with us and explained the different options and asked great questions to make sure we understood it all. They completed our quote in one day; upon approval of the quote, within one day called us to schedule appointment to come to our home to make measurements and within one week the granite was professionally installed. For each appointment, they arrived exactly at the time they scheduled us for. The installation team worked with great care in bringing product into our home and did not cause any damage to our cabinetry and cleaned up, hauled off and left us some gorgeous countertops. We were in the cabinetry business for many years and worked with a number of countertop companies - SCTG is by far the best. We will enjoy our kitchen for many years to come. Great job and thank you!

Don't do service here! The owner Charley Keplinger is on dope badly and never in the office. He's usually at home dope sick. I'd highly suggest doing business else where. That's why he bankrupted in 2018 before starting over again. I'll post pictures for proof also. Just don't do it.

After a disappointing install from another local company, I can tell you first hand how absolutely refreshing it was to do business with this remarkable company. I felt so comfortable from the moment I stepped foot into this business. Scott, Mark, John, Jamie, Buddy, Damien--thank you so much for your professionalism. My new quartzite countertops look fabulous and the turnaround time was phenomenaI. The install was stress free and there are no SEAMS!!!!!!! I will definitely tell my friends and relatives about you. My mother-in-law was so excited to have granite installed in her new home. When she and my wife met Mark, they were impressed with his knowledge. She gave him the go-ahead to measure and again, was impressed. When the install team was over an hour and a half late, she was willing to overlook it. While they worked, the 2 guys were whispering and kinda made her uneasy. When they were finished, all was well; or so we thought. When I went to install her faucet, the hole that was cut wasn't large enough. So she placed many calls to the office, and to Mark's cell phone, and got no answer or return calls all evening. We also discovered that the drain apparatus and fittings were not installed. So the next morning, my mother-in-law went up to the office to inform them that the hole needed to be drilled and the drain needed to be installed, only to be told that the drain was an additional cost (which Mark failed to inform her when she purchased the over $200 sink) and that Mark was out of the office, and they couldn't call him, they could only text him. When he finally answered once, he stated that he would return our call when he got back to the office. While we were waiting for his call, we realized that the install guys dented the brand new $2300 refrigerator. My mother-in-law told the guys in the office that she was very upset about the refrigerator and wanted Mark to do something about it. This was all on the week of July 8th, and to this date we have had no response. I had to go buy a drill bit and pray that I didn't damage or crack the granite in the process. I would NOT recommend this company due to irresponsible owners who do not want to take responsibility for the damage their installers do. They were willing to write off the $1500 still owed on the account to keep from replacing the refrigerator that they damaged.

Just got our new countertop today. I'm blown away that I don't have one seam. It was like a goal for them to do it in one piece & they did. The company I used l5 yrs ago were so unprofessional & I had 2 seams. When they came to measure the owner made suggestions that we were so glad he did. This was the second place we looked for countertops and we didn't look any further. They came within on Friday to measure and the tops were installed on Tuesday. They fit perfectly, the seams are barely noticeable. They went an extra mile to make the sink we already had fit. We are extremely pleased with the product and service we got from Scenic City. We would definitely use them again.

We have built several custom homes over the years and have gotten granite for countertops for every one of these homes, each time using a different granite supplier. We are once again building a home for us and selected Scenic City Granite for all of our granite work. They have been very professional with every contact, keeping us informed, taking time to discuss and show us various products. We worked with Scott and Mark and both demonstrated excellent customer service and attention to our needs. Today they installed our granite, Jagger and Brant (who is new to the team). We were most impressed by their professionalism, their extreme care in protecting our cabinets, flooring, walls, etc. as they maneuvered big, very heavy pieces through hallways and tight turns. Jagger took time out of I am sure a very busy day to help us with best placement of vessel sinks and their faucets. We changed our mind several times and he had to re-draw the cutouts but he never showed frustration, only patience with us. He was training Brant and having been in business where safety is a big concern, we were quite impressed with Jagger's confident, calm and reassuring style of teaching. He was careful to take the time to discuss each move and what to expect and how to do it safely before they would start to move the pieces onto the counter tops. Awesome experience for us, awesome end product and awesome customer service. Highly recommend this company, Mark, Scott, Jagger and Brant.

Well these guys are the best Ever. They showed up on time, introduced not only themselves but their company. They protected everything surrounding the area they where there for. This job was a very delicate job as they were cutting in place existing granite that had existing cracks. Total success I would have them back for any job, totally recommend

As an Architect this was the worst installation I have ever witnessed. The corners were missing large 1' X 2' chunks of granite they glued back on with white glue (counter was a dark color.) They used two different thicknesses of granite slabs. There was more pitting on the slab that I have ever seen. Their manager refused to ever come out to the site. In the end the cost was very high.
