We recently had our kitchen remodeled with quartzite countertops, new sink, and custom-built cabinets. They also installed hardwood flooring in our kitchen, entryway, laundry room, and half bathroom. Everything was excellent! Communication was very good on all aspects of the project. The work was completed within the time frame provided, and the quality is exceptional! I walked into Sandia Marble today to try to customize an existing granite countertop for a remodeling project, not knowing if it was going to be possible to reuse my existing countertop. Valerie welcomed me into the showroom and quickly came up with some solutions. She introduced me to her technicians and they quickly and professionally made the adjustments to my countertops. Not only did Sandia Marble manipulate my countertop to fit my remodeling needs, they also gave me some tips and pointed out the exact tools and materials I would need to salvage the additional countertops I damaged during my remodeling process. As soon as I walked into the door Valerie and her technicians developed solutions to my issues. It was a welcome change from most establishments that push a sales pitch to replace your existing countertops rather than determining solutions to my remodeling needs. Even though I walked into Sandia Marble to make adjustments to my countertops to fit my new kitchen and bathroom fittings, I was amazed at the options and selections for bathroom and kitchen countertops and the variety of custom options that they provide. I was also very impressed with the state-of-the-art equipment and knowledge of all the technicians who pitched in to accommodate my needs. I felt like family here. I would recommend Sandia Marble as a first stop for anyone who is even thinking about any remodeling projects or any new construction.

Start to finish, it was a great experience! -Their product is excellent (Cultured Marble), and the pricing was very affordable. -Their staff was friendly, professional, and they really went the extra mile! Willie came out and measured the project, promptly sent the estimate, and folllowed the job from start to finish. -The installation crew: Juan, Luis and Christian did a splendid job. They weren't happy until we were happy! They also cleaned up everything. They were conscientious about leaving the house and work area clean after they were done. Sandia Marble gets an A+ rating, we'd use them again without question.

We recently competed our second remodel project with Sandia Marble. As with the first remodel, we are delighted. The bathroom looks amazing and is exactly what we had envisioned. We remodeled our Kitchen; Sandia Marble installed the Granite counter tops. They did an outstanding job. They arrived on time; they were no issues with installation. The counter tops look beautiful you cannot see the one seam around the sink. They were very professional and would gladly do business with them again. Highly recommend Sandia Marble.

I interviewd several Counter Top companies before choosing Sandia. I ordered 2 very large counter tops one of them was over 800 pounds.When Sandia pulled out a lazer to measure I knew I had picked a professional. There were several spots that had to be detailed to match entire top in which they handled like masters. The Installers were courteous, knowledgable and worked with precision.They buffed out corners and had to fit a few pieces around poles ...perfectly. The counter tops are in my restaurant and I am proud to show them off. If your looking for a no hassle, feel good company PICK SANDIA MARLBLE ...PS ask for Fred

We took our piece of marble that split in two to Sandia Marble. They repaired this for a reasonable fee . There is no way one can see the place where it was glued! The staff were very helpful and friendly. If you are in the market for granite, marble, etc. please consider Sandia Marble!

I have counter tops yes. The seams started to split about 2 years after installation which may or may not be normal, I guess. The sink broke away from the countertop after 4 years which may or may not be normal. When I called and asked them for help or who I should call to repair this (mind you I am not foolish I assumed I would be paying for this repair) they said they could help but just didn't want to. I called a competitor company who was also very busy, and they are going to repair the sink next time they are in my neighborhood. I am truly dumfounded by the lack of customer service at Sandia Marble. I never yelled and never assumed that I was owed something, but I am really saddened by how rude they were.

Sandia Marble should not be installing custom shower doors!!!! They use a 3rd party anyway, so do your diligence and research companies. SM came out 6 times (which I appreciated)! But the visits were just bandaids and still problems after each visit. First was the silicon mess a 3 year old could of done. Had to fix the railing so the metal matched up and wouldn't cut someone. Tried to fix the tape mess where the two panels meet. Failed. (To their defense, I don't think any company can seam two panels without bubbles?!?!) It leaked, the installers scratched the hardware and they sharpie it to cover it up!!!! SM made it right by redoing all granite affected, removing the entire shower glass and giving me my money back. Reputable for granite work.

We had this business replace a complete shower enclosure (used Arizona door products), a new bathroom marble bathroom vanity, and two marble window sills about five to six years ago. We have had chronic sticking problems with the door to the shower. I had to remove the sweep on it to get the door to work properly. I also had to make an adjustment to keep the door from sticking. When I could do no more and with the door sticking terribly, I decided to call Sandia Marble to help out. The person whom I spoke to at the firm said they could not do anything, but they would quote a new installation! That I thought was very cavalier and not befitting a reputable business. I called Arizona door and provided them with photos of the door and frame at their request. They said a technician would have to adjust the door and they referred me to three sources that did not pan out. I finally searched the internet and found a local business that adjusted the door for better opening and closing. Their tech said I would probably have to this again. He also discovered screws holding one end of the door frame with broken screw heads and caulked over. The tech also said they used to use Arizona door but did not anymore because of the problems I encountered. Poor follow through from Sandia Marble after installation.

They took my sink without telling me when they came to give an estimate! Now I am out $300 as I am out of the return window. So here is the full story: They gave us two bids on two different rentals. In the second one, they first came to the wrong address, and then the person told me that they already bought the material for me, and it will be there the following week! I was scared, as I never committed to them and wanted to try a new type of quartz. We called the office and they did not see an order in the system, we were all good with no Order. That was a relief. I am not sure why the guy told me a different story, but mistakes happen, right? However, at that point, when their quote came they gave us a quote for a much larger counterspace than we have- more than twice! They fixed it when my husband corrected them, but did not feel the need to come and measure again and did not explain what happened (did they include both houses?). Plus, they told me there will be no seem, and when I asked again they admitted there will be (which I knew only bc I had another quote). This made us nervous. Plus, they were not available for 3 more weeks and we had to rent out the house. naturally, we went with the company that was a little more expensive, but ready to work with us on a weekend to get it done when we needed it. What I did not know, is that they took the kitchen sink with them! The measuring person failed to mention it. I was out a $300 sink in a special order, and when I realize my sink was missing I had to get one at a pinch- I thought someone stole it. Sandia Marble called me later to ask about my projects, and I explained that I had to start much earlier than their availability and that it has been installed for awhile. They called again to say that "what should I do with the sink?" I was so upset, I am out $300 and had to compromise on a sink I did not like, while all this time they had my sink without telling me! The manager did not apologize, in fact, he said he was happy that he did not do the job for me! He decided that I was "disgruntled" and was "unhappy from the start!" He showed zero interest in understanding what his company did wrong. So- yes, they might be great installers at a great price, I guess I will never know. Luckily, I do have two nice quarts countertops installed by another company that worked with me- and hopefully good sinks too.

Buyer beware - Ruben misrepresented himself. He told us he was Sandia Marble, He sold us what was supposed to be quartzite but installed marble. When we figured out it was marble because of all the problems we were having he started backtracking saying he wasn't Sandia Marble. We contacted the owner and Ruben does work there. Not sure what scam is going on here. 2 things for sure - Ruben does work there and they are supposed to be stone experts but couldn't tell the difference between marble and quartzite. just now

We just had kitchen countertops put in by this company on 4/10/17. They told my husband a seam would go right in the middle of the bar which it did. It is a very bad seam which goes right from the middle of the bar to the sink. It is very noticeable. A neighbor who does remodel came down and saw what the contractors for this company did and said they should have used a filler and then blended it together and polished it so the seam would not be as noticeable. We spent $6,700 on these counter tops only to get a job not well done. Our counter tops are white so the seam really shows. I will not refer this company to any of my clients or friends.
