We are building a new home and Rocky Tops was a recommendation by our cabinet supplier. From the beginning meeting with Luci Newton and all the way through the measurements detail by Michael, and the install by Cody, Jake and Caleb, what a total pleasure dealing with people that know their product and take pride in their work. Luci was timely with the initial proposal and did a great job coordinating this project. Their pricing is competitive and reasonable. Once our home is complete, we will share photos of the finished product. I have already recommended Rocky Tops to our builder for some of his new builds coming up. I am confident that they will not be disappointed.

I had granite installed from this company for a new kitchen. The first slab installed didn’t match along the cuts due to the pieces they were receiving of that stone. They were able to replace and install a much better slab and the second attempt was flawless. They did great with listening to my concerns and were very proactive with resolution and installation deadline. I highly recommend using this company for countertops.

Sandy greeted us then showed us the slabs to choose from in the warehouse. She was helpful through the process. I paid half down and waited for someone to come measure. He was very nice. He did a thorough job. He also was kind enough to stop and pick up my sink. They attach them at the shop. I had to order mine it was a small cabinet base. I had chalk painted and dark waxed my old cabinets then added crown molding, filigree and crystal knobs completely transforming them into a work of art. Two men came out to install. When they were putting the counter in they scraped one of my cabinets down to the paint. I touched it up as best as I could but it will always be a fly in the ointment :( They were great with after care. The counter chipped around the sink. They came out and fixed it good as new. The dry treat warranty is worth every penny. My cat spilled a coffee flavoring syrup. It left a caramel stain. After wiping with a wet rag several times. It faded and faded. Then disappeared!

We built a custom bathroom vanity cabinet and needed a non-standard piece of quartz to finish the piece. We shopped around Knoxville and nowhere was as accommodating as Rocky Tops. The staff was honest and upfront on pricing, and were helpful throughout the process. The installation crew was professional and the finished product is fantastic. Will definitely use them again on larger projects.

I don't know where to begin with.... We wanted to remodel our master bathroom and we went to Rockytops to see what they offer. Gave them the measurements and Sandy recommended some wholesalers websites to look at for material. We wanted a marble slabs. So this is what we did, we looked at it and I emailed her a list with the slabs we liked, asked for a quote. Sandy sent us the quates and we were ok with one of them. The quote was $10,602 including material and installation. No break down of it. They don't want do give that information to the customers. That is fine, as a customers we don't have to know that:-). We went to Nashville, where the warehouse is and we saw the slabs and liked them. Spent time and money to do that.... Called Sandy and said we are fine and I want to pay the deposit, which is 50% . After few hours she called me back and said : Do you know what ? I made a mistake.....Our price is $13,974!!!!! No kidding!!!! There is no way to me to understand what these people are doing? 40% more????? Just a mistake! However I was very disappointed and I have found better material from Italy. Contacted the company there, made a deal and the material weere loaded on the container on the next day. I am not going to tell what the price is, but it is times cheaper. So the material is ordered and shipped. Called Sandy again , asking are they interested to cut it. I wanted to pay them for labor.... Guess what the answer was..... No , we are not going to do it, because you bought the material from a vendor that we don't work with! Amazing, right? I asked her Why do you care? Sandy said : I can't answer the question! Why not? Dear potential customer s, please make your own conclusions! I am writing this review, because this is the only way to protect ourselves from these small businesses that try to make enormous profit. Please, spend time with research and getting actual quotes. It will save you a lot of money. @Rockytops if I am allowed by Google togive negative stars, considerate it done.

More than just a standard countertop install, I had quite a few pieces (countertops, knee walls, niches, tub surrounds, curbs) to accomplish 2 bathrooms. Selection and initial sale went fine. But issues started with the measurement phase. Even with specific in-person verbal instructions, leaving post-its for reminders on measurements, the final product started failing here with final product very different than expectation. When arriving for install (defined as 2 weeks but was 4), after install, it was obvious multiple pieces were missing, items pre-cut were short/long/wide, and edges defined were sporadic from one piece to the next. Once installed, correcting issues obviously created more challenge than necessary (or were impossible). A potential critical issue was the shower curb, obviously not dry fit, slightly too long, and jammed into place scraping against waterproof membrane for a shower, with total disregard (see pics). The caulk around this tub was amateurish (see pics), what I would consider a “job requirement”. After the initial installers left saying a revisit would be required (after which I observed the shortcomings), another 2 weeks passed. Only after complaint during the delayed reschedule, they decided to send a “master” installer. He was competent, made the corrections that he could, even for the installed pieces by adding the defined edges, making short pieces long and long ones short. But breaking apart the epoxied wide pieces, or digging out poor caulking, or ensuring the waterproof membrane integrity…there was not much that could be done without massive delays or trust that they had the expertise to correct better than I. Was I contacted about anything (not at all). Or maybe compensated for the delay, missing pieces, extra mess, personal work to fix, or modification requirements for expectation deviations? No, I paid full price to end this nightmare. My advice, if you choose to use this company and need something more than a simple countertop, work with the measurement person to validate the measurements and double check their work. Require a follow up detailed quote that describes ALL the pieces, measurements, edges, install breakdown, that is actually itemized. Demand and wait for a “master” installer. Validate those pieces when they arrive, before they are installed. Watch every step of the install to ensure it is done with integrity. And if you don’t have the time for all of this, choose another company.

We were wanting to add a glass rinser to the sink, so we called our builder Shane Wells and he set it up. RT called and set the apt, they said they would be at my home at 8am on Wednesday. They showed up at 7;58am and were gone by 8:19. The guy was super professional and extra nice and had all the tools he needed on the first trip in the house and left NO mess!! He come prepared and knew exactly what he was doing. He cleaned up and made sure I was pleased with the work. All I can say is WOW! Not use to companies doing what they say and having employees that care about customer service. Thank you it was a pleasure to do business!!

These guys are great! Top notch service and manufacturing. We shopped the manufacturing process with several vendors. They are not the cheapest or the most expensive, but they use state of the art CAD system for measurement and production of counters and vanities. We worked with Sandy on layout including preview of different pieces. Demo of existing was done one day and the installation the following. White glove handling with customized dolley for transport of the slabs as vanities were quartzite material and leveling equipment required for fusing of the seams. (I was a little hesitant on the vanities as a subcontractor on a previous job several years (different company) shattered a plate glass mirror trying to fit a granite vanity (requiring all kinds of extra drywall work since mirror had been glued to the drywall.)

Sandy at Rockytop was extremely helpful! Our project was fairly small, but we were treated as though we were high dollar clients! The selection is mind blowing. What a trip to walk through their back room. The installation was super chill. And of course NONE of this aforementioned praise would be pointless if the final result didn't impress us. BUT THE FINAL RESULT IS GORGEOUS! We love our granite countertops!! Service was very good but Product bad, 3 slabs of quartz later still not happy. Third slab was okay but had flaws, seems manufacture has problems with this particular color. Because of this issue , they will no longer carry this color. I have chosen to live with it, there just isn't another color that would work and 5 months later. I paid top dollar for an inferior product. Both Frank and Oscar had spoke about compensation for the flaws and trouble. In the end nothing. If you offer something follow thru.
