After having a really bad experience with our kitchen countertops we were not looking forward to bathrooms. We were recommended RHG by our bathroom contractor who rattled off a few fabricators before saying RHG would do the best job. I’m so happy we went with them. The front office folks were all so nice, they have the best selection of remnants for a fabricator in my opinion. The cost was great and the team was timely and did a fabulous job. Look at this seam!! You can’t even see it in person it’s so good. I won’t hesitate to recommend them around.

Rock hard granite is an excellent company to do business with they came out gave me a bid with lazer measurements that was very impressive I decided to go with the company they sent the lazer man out again to be exact the counters were perfect! They were always on time their installers did an excellent job very professional and easy to work with I gave them a 10+

This company was amazing! We had previously hired a different company who kept putting us off and eventually couldn’t even cut or do the thick edge we asked for so Rock Hard Granite came in and saved the day for us. They did an incredible job and were so good to work with!

Working with Rock Hard Granite was a pleasure,. Everyone was wonderful to work with they did an excellent job. Asterid was most helpful helping us figure out what we wanted; and she got the job done in record time. Colton, Chase and Brady did the install today and it is absolutely beautiful. Absolutely beautiful! First experience with Granite and, to say the least, I was very scared. All the people at Rock Hard Granite put my mind at ease. From our initial visit at the office with Michelle to the Templator, Don, to the two sets of installers, Wyatt and Jacob, and Wyatt (again) and Jay and finally to the polishers and sealers, Otto and Brady. What a great bunch of people. Very friendly and personable. No matter how small or how silly my questions may have been to them, they answered them all without hesitation. My insecurities were all put to rest. I absolutely love my Granite countertops! I definitely would recommend Rock Hard Granite.

I had planned on replacing our black, speckled granite since the day we moved in. It was in pretty good condition, but was a poor choice made by previous homeowners to go with the original, late '90s maple kitchen cabinets. Alex was so patient with me, considering I started stalking their business about a year before we took the plunge! She found me the right "brownish gray" granite, which happened to be IN STOCK and the LEAST expensive option. They came out the same week to take very precise measurements and returned the following week for demo and install. And this time there was no seam! The whole team is professional, patient, helpful, friendly and all around great to work with. They even salvaged a piece of the black granite and cut it down to create a new hearth for the gas fireplace. I definitely salute this company for a job well done!

Remodeling isn't always fun until you see the end result, but the people at Rock Hard made the experience much more tolerable. Working with Alex was a joy as she made the ordeal much easier due to her efficiency in handling the details and issues. The installation guys were the best....true craftsmen and always polite and professional. AND they did their best to clean up and make the job the least problematic as possible with the aftermath. A broken and leaky component of my kitchen faucet on New Year's Day, which flooded out the cabinet below it, led to a "screw it, let's just redo the kitchen" moment that stuck. So after the stores opened back up post-holiday, we found ourselves shopping not only for a new faucet, but new countertops, as well. Oh, and a new sink because the one we had was the most worthless, horribly designed piece of.....well, that's a story for a different day. After checking out a few places in town (for granite), we landed here and they had the color pattern we really liked. Very helpful, friendly and accommodating staff here. They busted a chunk of the granite we liked off so we could take it home and see what it looked like. We went with it and scheduled an install date. We also decided on paying them to do the demo as I was still irate at finding out my sink, faucet and cabinets were all installed incorrectly. Again, a story for a different day. I'm sure I would have ended up with a bunch of holes in the wall if I didn't put the hammer down. Plus, going without a kitchen sink for three weeks really sucks. The install crew consisted of three very polite and professional guys. They wisely opted to cut the sink hole on-site, as opposed to at the shop, to ensure they had the measurements correct even though their estimator (also a very nice guy) measured it when he came out about a week and a half prior. This created a ton of dust, but they did everything they could do to abate it. One of the seams blew out on install, which happens with granite if the shiny, flaky portions of the rock are on the seam edges. They did their best to repair it that day, but ended up having their master blown out seam repair guy come out the next day. He's good. You can't even tell now. We are super happy with every aspect of our countertop journey with this place. They charged per square foot, as opposed to per slab, so they were a lot cheaper even with paying for the demolition. They made sure we were happy with everything before we wrote them the final check (you pay half up front). They were also able to get our slabs cut and installed about a week sooner than the other places we went to. We'll use them for any future countertop endeavors we may have. Now I get to spackle, paint and install backsplash. Yaay.

I had a terrible experience building my home here in Idaho. My builder and many of my subs were very difficult to work with or they produced subpar work. RHG was one of the positive experiences I had and I love my countertops...until recently. I noticed a stain that had showed up after some time. I spoke with RHG and they agreed it was something that occurred in prep process. They were willing to work with me and have my countertops removed and fixed. After a lengthy repair process, they returned the countertops with the stain almost gone, however a larger stain in a different area next to a noticeable crack were now there. I asked numerous times to gain a better understanding about the crack and why no one mentioned it before they reinstalled it and why I had to bring it up to them. Overall, RHG made several attempts to help me, but we couldn't get on the same page at the end. I am super frustrated with my island countertop and left feeling uneasy about the quality and integrity of my countertops overall.

So to begin with the guys who work there are phenomenal people. Every single one of them i have interacted with has been nothing short of professional. Talented at their craft, knowledgeable, and looking to get the job done right. So from that standpoint I have very positive things to say about this company. The one overarching negative is the girl who works at the front counter. I have had multiple encounters with her and each time you speak to her she is wildly rude. I'm waiting for the cameras to come out and someone say she's pulling a prank. Really, saying she is rude is an understatement... does she understand she is at work and speaking with paying customers? Her attitude is what i would expect from someone who is actively trying to get fired and doesn't have the nerve to quit. Very discouraging as she is the one most people interact with first.
