After several months of visiting granite suppliers, finding the available stone, rethinking the choices, and agonizing over whether the job would be done professionally, my wife stumbled upon Roc City by accident.....WE'RE SO GLAD WE DID! We would highly recommend them. Not only were they the most responsive of the companies that we contacted, but their pricing was slightly better than previous quotes. Jon worked with us to understand the process, explain the best path forward for us and did the laser dimensioning of the kitchen. The final product looks fantastic. We can't say enough about the installers, Isaiah and Steve. They were very professional, informative, and did quality work without a mess at all. Roc City Granite was recommended to us for countertops by the contractor who was remodeling our kitchen. Jon explained the options & helped us choose the perfect countertop material, he came out to take the measurements and explained the install process. Isaiah and Steve were professional and friendly. They were precise and attentive to details. We also ordered a new undermount sink from them which I love. The countertops are beautiful & we've gotten several compliments on them. Our contractor thought the price was very reasonable. We would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for new countertops.

I was ready for a kitchen makeover and wanted to upgrade my countertops.. A good friend told me to check out Roc City Granite. I thought with my budget I couldn’t afford to upgrade to quartz. I didn’t check out the hours before I showed up after work, little did I know they were already closed, but a very friendly and helpful, Gisela took the time and walked me through all the different options and assured me that I shouldn’t be worried that I couldn’t afford it rather, I should just check out all the different options and prices and she was right. I was able to find a stone that not only did I love but fit my budget as well.. Despite several delays during my kitchen makeover and my counters being cut and ready to install, the staff patiently waited when I needed to reschedule. Now that it’s complete I know I went with the right company. Dealing with friendly, professional staff with excellent communication and quality work is all I could ask for. When we decided to renovate our kitchen we were determined to do it right the first time. That’s why we chose ROC City Granite. Our first quote from a different company was very high and we decided not to use quartz. On a whim I did a google search and found Roc City... so glad I did. Not only was the price in our range we expanded the project and included a table and large back splash. Gisela, was awesome and went way beyond what I would have expected to accommodate our time schedule (she treated us like a friend from the 1st phone call). Jon was a wealth of knowledge and helped Cortney and Steve install because our location was a bit out of their normal work range. I was amazed at there attention to detail and their work ethic was like I have never seen from a contracted service! I absolutely LOVE this company and would definitely utilize their services again. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Gisela was Extra patient with me, as I was trying to find the perfect piece to upgrade my bathroom countertops (which were long overdue). I was able to take numerous large pieces home, so that I wouldn’t make the wrong decision and it definitely paid off! Everything was installed today and we are so happy with the end result. The counters are gorgeous and the team was super friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable.
