Ryan and his crew did a great job removing porcelain tile and laying in Pergo Laminate. They were professional, arrived on time, put up barriers to keep the dust contained, and cleaned up. The install quality is excellent, I love it. Ryan is easy to work with, and has good people. I highly recommend Ryno Tile and Stone.

When we recently purchased a house in West Redding, we found the existing kitchen sink to be too small and lacking a garbage disposal.
The main problem was that it was sunken with thick tile all around it.
We contacted a number of contractors and most said it would be too difficult to replace the sink. Too much tile work, etc.
We almost gave up but tried Ryan at Ryno Tile and Stone.
Ryan arrived and he saw as well that the old sink was chipped and with the center divider much too small for most any pot or pan.
He did some measurements and recommended we install a top mount sink rather than sunken. Even better, he said he could likely save enough of the tile to re-tile the new sink. I also asked that while replacing the dual sink could he also install a garbage disposal. He said, not problem, he needed to repipe under the sink anyway.
He gave us a good, fair quote, so we decided to go for it.
Ryan was pretty busy and let us know it would be a month or two before he could do the job.
It did take a few months, but when Ryan did arrive, he went to work with his assistant, taking care to keep dust down while removing thick tile pieces and concrete that holds them in place.
It looked (and Im sure it was) a lot of work.
He finally removed the old sink, set in the new one and did some of his tile magic to make it look great!
We are thrilled with the new larger single bowl sink and just as happy with a garbage disposal!
Hats off to Ryan for taking the job on and doing a great job on the install!

Ryan did a remodel of our stall shower and replaced our vanity countertop and sinks. We are very happy with the results. The quality of the work is excellent. I particularly appreciated the steps taken to maintain the cleanliness of the area during the job. I would recommend Ryno Tile to anyone wanting a professional redo in their bathroom. We had several estimates, but Ryno Tile was the only company of the many we spoke to that had the ability to do the complete job without the need to bring in sub-contractors for the non-tile related work.

We utilized Ryno for a large outdoor tile job on our patios. They did a fantastic job!!! High quality work meticulously done. We could not be any happier with the work and quality of service Ryan provided. Ryan provided us with great advice about the selection of our tile and the layout of our project. Our experience with Ryno was fantastic! I would give them my highest recommendation.

We will absolutely use Ryno Tile and Stone again on our next project. Great work!

Working with Ryan was great and also his helper Rain. They are both super professional and friendly. They did a complete bathroom remodel on our master bath and it looks amazing we love it! They are hard workers and probably the cleanest contractors we have ever had work on our home before. There will always be some mess, but they always tried to clean up after themselves every day which I really appreciated. We really enjoyed working with them and would highly recommend them.

We first hired RynoTile to repair floor tiles that were coming up in our bathroom. Ryan provided us with a very reasonable bid and fit us into his busy schedule. He did an excellent job repairing water damage and putting down new tile. We then hired him to put in a tile backsplash in our remodeled kitchen. His crew that did the work also did an excellent job. Ryan and his staff are skilled, professional and courteous with attention to detail. We are very happy with their work and will be hiring them again next year to remodel our other bathroom. We highly recommend Ryno Tile!

Ryan is amazing! I cannot say enough great things about him and his tile work. He tore out existing showers and tubs in two of my bathrooms and replaced them with magnificent pieces of art. He tiled a backsplash behind my stove and added a beautiful mural. His taste and suggestions were superb. I told him my vision and he made them happen. I highly recommend him and his professionalism.

If I could leave a 0 stars review I would. Called Rino in need of a hole to be cut out of our quartz countertop so that plumber could install an Instahot. Receptionist Amanda gave me a price to sign off on and then made an appointment for soonest available time frame which was over a month out- Sept 4, 2023. I just got a call from Amanda stating that a commercial contractor needs that date so they need to either schedule me after the first of the year 2024 or I can look elsewhere, like with AK Counterops. When I made the appointment I was never told that was a tentative date and that is a big commercial commercial contractor comes around they can take my spot if needed. Asked to speak with manager- connected me to sales manager Joleen and she said she couldn't help me but I can contact AK countertop as she knows that they aren't very busy now. She said they have a deal with contractors to accommodate their dates. I said that was unprofessional dropping a customer simply to accommodate a commercial contractor and now I would have to cancel on my plumber and she just wished me the best of luck and hung up on me. I will be leaving a message with the owner Ryan Sjostrom. I guess the little guys don't matter to this company. So disappointing.

Unreceptive to solving issues. Multiple problems, some caught and fixed prior to install, some fixed after install, and still others such as extra holes drilled for the sink that we were told we would just have to fill. While I concede that our communication and oversight may have been lacking, I thought we were dealing with the pros with a reputation for being excellent. Unfortunately, my experience was underwhelming and for the money I would rather have spent it on someone willing to give me the time to make sure it was right. If you choose Rino's, make sure you keep a detailed paper trail.

This review is on the second time we have used Rino's Tile & Stone for stonework for a kitchen. The first experience was as expected, the second has been differnet. Not that all was perfect for the first job, they sent a spinning drill bit across the granite that required someone to come out and spend an entire day buffing it out, but at least they did that. This second installation, we ordered a new sink that was in place when they came to template for the countertops. The templater actually moved the sink a little and explained that it had to be moved to ensure it would fit. Great, glad he caught that. However, when the countertop arrived and was installed, the holes for the faucet, etc. were cut in the wrong place, and no faucet could be installed. The holes were flush against the flange at the back of the sink, the nut holding the faucet in place could not be installed. As a result, we had to have Rino's use a plasma cutter to cut out the flange on our brand new sink so the plumber could install hardware. To make matters worse, they blamed us, claiming that our sink didn't fit, rather than that they cut the holes in the wrong place. There was lots of room, 5" of stone between the edge of the sink and the wall, they just didn't use it. But not to worry, Rino's said that they were not going to charge us for cutting up our brand new sink, so we should feel grateful. Throughout the process of getting the sink to fit in an improperly cut piece of stone, the folks at Rino's have continually insisted that the holes are standard, and our sink was wrong. This is a custom kitchen, which means a custom measurement, and the equipment that we have in place, that they moved to put into the right place, should have been accounted for correctly.
The stone is beautiful, but others in town have the same stone. The only difference between Rino's and the other counter top outfits is the care that is taken, and the customer service. On those two counts, Rino's fails miserably. I would encourage everyone to look elsewhere.

Does Rino’s Tile & Stone offer cutouts for sinks, cooktops, or other elements?
Yes, like most professional contractors in the market, Rino’s Tile & Stone performs cutouts and countertop preparation for various components — both standard and modern. According to our findings, these services are typically included in the overall project estimate. The standard scope usually covers cutouts for sinks (undermount, drop-in, or farmhouse) and holes for faucets or other plumbing fixtures. Additional cutouts — such as for cooktops, hidden or pop-up outlets, built-in wireless chargers, or other accessories — are discussed individually at the project planning and estimating stage.
It’s important to note that while the cutouts and countertop preparation are usually performed by the company, the installation of electrical and plumbing fixtures (such as faucets, outlets, or appliances) may not be included in their scope of work and could require licensed professionals. We recommend clarifying this point when placing your order.
To avoid misunderstandings, ask for a detailed estimate with a breakdown of all services: cutout pricing, installation, and any add-on options. This will ensure project transparency and help you clearly understand what you're paying for.
What guarantees does Rino’s Tile & Stone provide for its work?
According to our information and industry practice, Rino’s Tile & Stone, like most participants in the ranking, provides a workmanship warranty valid for 1 year from the date of countertop installation. This period is usually specified in the contract. We do not rule out that the company may have extended warranty terms (2 years or more), however, during our research, we did not receive confirmed data from the contractor regarding the duration and scope of its warranty.
The contractor’s warranty covers defects in fabrication and installation, such as uneven or separating seams, leveling and fastening issues, detachment or sagging of an undermount sink, flaws in edge finishing and cutouts, premature failure of seam materials, and cutouts that do not match the approved design. Warranty coverage does not include damage from use (thermal shock/burn marks from hot cookware, chips or cracks caused by impacts), stains and acid etching (for marble), wear due to insufficient maintenance or lack of sealing, natural characteristics of stone (veins, micro-pores, variations in shade/pattern within tolerances), shifts caused by base deformation, or any modifications performed by third parties.
The material warranty is provided by the manufacturer or the official stone supplier. Engineered quartz brands often offer a limited “lifetime” warranty for residential properties (subject to registration and compliance with care guidelines). For sintered surfaces, typical warranty periods range from 10 to 25 years. Natural stone usually does not come with a factory warranty — its quality of fabrication and installation is covered by the contractor’s warranty. The term and scope of the warranty depend on the project and materials — contact Rino’s Tile & Stone in any convenient way on this page to get the current terms.
