I wanted to surprise my fiance with new granite counter tops in our kitchen. She has always wanted them and I figured it would be a nice little pre-wedding gift. I called Renovo Stone for a quote and liked what I heard! We scheduled them to come by on a weekend my fiance was out of town and they came promptly. They didn't mess around, they did great work and my fiance was so surprised and excited! Thank you! She loved it.

These guys really know what they are doing, I was remodeling a home a just bought and was in need of some serious granite/stone work done in the kitchen, they provided me with many choices plus the price was rather reasonable. I hardly ever do this but since i said I was and I am a man of my word. Well I had to mentions this company. Got a nice granite countertop install for my kitchen this week from these guys. It completely change the way my kitchen looks and fell. I call several other places before calling renovo but they were the most professional since the start. I sure do not regret choosing them.

Disappointed with the Clean / Polish / Seal job and customer service of my IceStone countertop. Came to Renovo because my countertops were turning brown and needed a cleaning + reseal About a month after the job, the brown came back. I texted Eddie (The Owner) what he recommended to do to clean and ensure the dullness/brown does not come back (Pictures attached). Eddie went silent and did not respond to my texts. Very poor job and customer service. 2 Stars because I understand how difficult it is to work in this industry.

A friend referred me to Eddie of Renova because she was so pleased with his work, and I am also delighted with the results. My marble countertops had endured 5 hard years of kids, cooking, and entertaining, and they were chipped and stained. Eddie and Eduardo spent the entire day (8:30am - 6pm) making sure they were as perfect as they could possibly be. Jagged edged were smoothed, stains were completely buffed out, and they left my kitchen spotless. I just recommended them to my neighbor with similar countertops.

This marble tiling place, like many others, has great prices and will work with you to accomplish the look you want in your home. They are very neat and clean and use good quality materials to make their work look exceptionally professional. There are some places like this one out there that offer better prices, but I am unsure of their work compared to Renovo Stone. I love the new marble counter tops in my kitchen and bathroom, although I admit I should have searched around more for prices before settling. I wonder if I could have gotten a better price for the same work.

I gotta say this is the best Granite Marble Tile Company I have worked with. I remodel and flip houses for a living and I always count on Renovo for any natural stone work that needs to be done. I have a granite counter top. Recently a large crack appeared on it. The counter top is almost new and I didn't want to change it. I called several companies and I was told that they can come even for estimate just in a week or so. When I called to Renovo Stone, estimate was done the same day. Estimator said that they can fix it the next day in the morning. Next day he started early. He covered everything around in the kitchen and started to work. In a few hours I had a new work top. I am not kidding. Place where there was a crack was not visible at all. Excellent work. Thank you Renovo!

I've hired Eddie and his father numerous times for various tiles jobs. Most recently Renova installed Quartz countertops , tiled the bathroom floors and shower with porcelain and polished/sealed concrete floors in a new construction guesthouse. His price was competitive and reasonable and he always came over to discuss options until I was comfortable. He made the suggestion to use pre-fabricated countertops instead of slabs to save me money. He stands by his work and comes back to correct mistakes. He's easy to work with and communicates well. These are my go to guys for project big and small!

Eddie and his crew are great. Eddie returned my initial call right away and came out to give me an estimate that day. We scheduled a time for his crew to come and fix my granite. 2 feet of granite at the sink edge broke off leaving a raw shape edge. The crew showed up exactly when they were suppose too. They were nice, fast and cleaned up after their work. We have pets and the men were very careful to always close the door behind themselves.The granite was repaired like a puzzle and you have to look hard to see where the crack was. I would highly recommend Renovo Stone. They were easy to work with, were very professional and did a great job.

Eddie, his dad, and the rest of his crew did a great job from start to finish replacing my apartment-complex-looking tan/gray/black granite kitchen countertops to a high end, absolute black granite that would look at home in any designer kitchen. I opted to go with Eddie after a highly overpriced estimate from Costco's countertop vendor, Duracite. It was a night and day difference working with someone who's local and gives you options (full backsplash of same material) and advice (replace electrical outlet screws with longer ones) vs a company that is overpriced, overextended and doesn't do as good a job (maximum backsplash 18 inches). Renovo had great communication from beginning to end, including giving me his cell phone and email which he checked regularly. Eddie was very professional and quick to stay in touch, which is especially important with contractors who essentially always go after the BBD (bigger better deal) and leave your "smaller" job ignored. Eddie also made sure to ask questions and point out things along the way during the job, which gave me peace of mind and ensured great craftsmanship throughout. The afternoon we first met he took measurements and that night he had an estimate in PDF form emailed to me. Within a week or so after I shopped around Eddie remained my first choice and he came through on outstanding work at a fair price.

I couldn't believe how our marble kitchen counters looked after the Renovo restoration! I now understand why my sister chose marble as her first choice but after two years of use, the marble looked dingy and dull --that is until I called Renovo Stone. It looks like brand new marble was installed....and the price was reasonable too. I highly recommend them for restoration jobs. They were awesome from beginning to end.

Outstanding from beginning to end! My kitchen granite counter had a long crack just behind the sink and water has been seeping through it. I called several companies to get quotes; most of them never returned my call. One other company wouldn't be able to fit me in until a week later. Eddie from Renovo not only took my call but was able to come, gave me an estimate and fixed the crack, all in less than a week! He was honest and up front on what my options are. He never tried to talk me into replacing the whole counter, and in fact had advised me against it. The location of the crack made it a difficult to get to, and I appreciate the time and care that they took to do the job right. Honestly, it looks like the crack was never there! So, thank you Eddie and Eddie's Dad for doing a wonderful job and also for saving me tons of money!

Renovo Stone - Eddie and "Vickie" - did a fantastic job refinishing a very old concrete floor in a garage turned music studio at my home in Santa Monica. They took the floor from being rough, oil-stained and grungy to being smooth, glowing and lovely to look at. They had to patch numerous holes in the concrete and then grind down the surface using finer and finer grades until the floor was perfectly smooth. After the surface dried overnight, they returned the next day to apply the finish. The space is now ready to utilize as a music studio, but it could just as well be used as an art gallery or a meditation room. The came to my house the day after I contacted them (after seeing the good reviews on Yelp). They gave me a free estimate, then worked with me to arrive at a price within my budget. The following day they arrived on time (8:30am) and worked until the first stage of the job was completed (6pm). The following day they returned at the agreed upon time (10am) and worked until 2pm. I found the Renovo team to be timely, efficient, responsible and extremely knowledgeable with regard to their craft. I would definitely call them again for concrete refinishing or to repair my granite countertops in the the kitchen.

I'm disappointed in the work done. I thought the color would match more, but just looks like brown paint is splattered on. The guy did take almost three hours so I appreciate that. The worst part was they gave me a window of 8-12 and didn't show up until 2 pm. I left early morning to make sure I got there by 8 a.m and I called over three times to check in and nobody would give me a time frame of when I could expect someone. I called again past 12 and said someone is supposed to be here by now and they changed the time on me. I basically waited all day. If the job was well done, I wouldn't be as upset. But, this is just awful. Customer service isn't good.

I had a quartz counter top in my new home that had bad caulking, bad joints, and the top had water rings, and many dull spots. I got a good quote, but didn't want to pay for extra polishing after they told me that a lot of it would come out with a good cleaning. I paid a much higher price than I would have if my handyman had just come out and cleaned and re-caulked the joints. The work there was good, and it looks better than before as expected. The top of the counter looked like they didn't even try to wash it. Didn't change all. I feel like I was mislead by the sales person, and he should have been clear with me there was not much he could do with just cleaning. When I called back he didn't care at all. He got his check, and wasn't going to do anything to try and make his customer satisfied with the work done. He didn't try to come out and do a better job, or offer any type of compensation. If you want to work with a company that cares about doing the right thing the right way, go somewhere else.

I am working on two large projects and am looking for a good, local source for stone. I found Renovo online and verified by calling and through their website that their showroom is open daily 9am to 5pm. I arrived at 11am on Tuesday and found the door locked. A man opened the door and without even asking me what I was looking for said he is too busy on his computer and I'd have to have an appointment. This was about a 15 second exchange. Wow! Quite a way to run a business, turning people away like that.

I called Eddie about repairing several chips on my kitchen granite countertop on August 5th. He said he would charge $300 for the work, which I said was fine. He asked me to text him photos of the granite chips, which I did the next day. He responded that day and said that he could fix the chips, and he would contact me soon when he had an opening. I didn't hear anything for almost a month, so I called him on September 3rd. He initially did not remember me, and asked me to email him photos of the countertops, which I did the same day. He said he would contact me soon to set up the repair. He never called back. I texted him on September 29th to check his availability, and he didn't remember who I was or my address. I resent him my contact information, and he said he would check his schedule. I've never heard back from him.
