Long overdue review. Just completed House Project #2 with Mehran and Renaissance Kitchen Bath and Flooring. I am very happy with the work that Mehran and the team have done in my home. My first project, starting literally right before the pandemic, was a Master Bath remodel. The group came in to demo the bathroom in March 2020 and within a week we were in lockdown. After some delays, work was able to resume and the bathroom was finished in early May. Very beautiful work! Project came very close to original estimate. Change order was for some additional work I wanted after the project started. Last week, Mehran and the flooring team installed new flooring on the main floor of my home and one additional bedroom upstairs. The work was done in two days. Very professional and the floor looks amazing. In fact, I fell in love with a floor sample from a different shop and brought it to Mehran to match with what he had available in his showroom. Turns out, I like what Mehran had even better! Very happy with Mehran and Renaissance Kitchen Bath & Flooring. Even asked for an estimate for another project in my house!

Renaissance recently remodeled one of our bathrooms. I usually do not write reviews. However, the outstanding work and service which we received must be shared. We had a toilet leak in our bathroom requiring subfloor repair/replacement and flooring remodel. Before finding Renaissance and Mehran, we asked for quotes from several plumbing, restoration and flooring companies. Not only were those quotes extremely higher, but those companies also were not forthcoming. Then we met Mehran from Renaissance. Mehran is extremely trustworthy. He took the time to educate us and gave us a fair quote. Even though the quote was one of the lowest, the quality of work was top-notch with great attention to detail. The whole team is professional, responsive, and expedient. In this difficult time of COVID, the team members all wore masks and applied good hygiene. You can not go wrong with using Renaissance for any remodeling work. We will definitely return to Renaissance for future remodeling work. Thank you Mehran and Mehran.

However, what cannot be seen in the pictures is Mr. Mehran Ghassemi’s profoundly appreciated hard work and straightforward communication while he managed the project from start to finish. Mr. Ghassemi priced the project according to my financial limit and wishes that fit within the budget, he visited stores with me to ensure my choices for the bathroom would look good now and in the years to come, and did not start the project until all necessary items were received and the work could be scheduled without interruption. Even when unexpected issues (which Mr. Ghessemi advised to plan for) popped up in the work, Mr. Ghessemi immediately updated about the problem, purposed multiple solutions with both their expected costs and their pros and cons. Mr. Ghessemi’s work ensured an on-time, well built, and beautiful bathroom and during the building process his love of his work is obvious as he exudes joy while the bathroom comes together piece by piece and he can envision the great end result well before you can see anything beyond empty spaces and debris. Amazing service, attention to detail, Customer minded professionals at competitive prices. Like so many - we wasted a lifetime cleaning the grout in our tile floors - never making a notable difference. The carpet and tile looked presentable enough, but with 10 years use, retained the stains and odors of the past. The vinyl floors recommended and installed by Renaissance are absolutely amazing!!! Natural; Perfect; Clean . . . complete with the smell of a new home!!! The floors have completely rejuvenated our home and I've got the dozen compliments from friends and family to prove it!!! Do I recommend Renaissance??? Absolutely - in fact I'm meeting with Mehran in the morning to discuss re-doing our second floor!!!!!

We are happier than we could have hoped with Mehran and ALL of his subs/workers. He was competitively priced, under promised and overdelivered on timing (VERY Fast) and the quality was fantastic, as he had promised. EVERYTHING was great. Had a phenomenal experience with Renaissance Kitchen and the owner Mehran! Would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking to remodel. Our kitchen needed to be torn up due to a leak and mold issue. After a different remodeler sat on our design brief for a month with no progress, we were referred to Renaissance Kitchen. What a night-and-day difference: Mehran received our initial brief, asked some guiding questions, and returned with a mockup of the kitchen's new design within two business days. Mehran was incredibly patient and personable with each step of the process. Mehran also took the time to accompany us to certain locations when viewing samples so that he could provide his wisdom. Mehran was transparent about price trade-offs along each step of the way so that we wouldn't be blindsided by the project's costs at any point. Additionally, so many of the subcontractors he utilized for the remodel carried the same warmness and professionalism. As a recent homeowner who has struggled to find reliable contacts, being able to tap into Mehran's network itself has been an amazing boon. My wife and I are so happy with the results. We had a great experience with Renaissance with our recent kitchen/living room remodel. It all started with unexpected flooding. This led us to decide the timing was right to remodel the kitchen. We did not have a great experience with the initial contractor and decided to reach out to Renaissance who had worked on my parents house. Mehran was great from the start and sat and worked with us to draw up what we were looking to do. He was very upfront with all the cost and was always very communicative if there were any unexpected hiccups in the process. This was the 2nd project we did with Renaissance and Mr Mehran. After the wonderful job they did on our kitchen we had them do our main bathroom. Once again they didn't disappoint. Mehran is always available to answer questions. He gets to know his customers and knows what you'll like even before you do. The workmen are amazing. They show up on time, work hard when there and leave without a mess. They are friendly and polite and really like working for Mr Mehran. We couldn't be happier with the results and in working with Mehran and his team. We met with Mehran to set out our objectives which included opening the Kitchen up to flow into our Family Room. Mehran listened carefully and developed a design that we were very pleased with. Mehran guided us through the details of each cabinet and drawer as we wanted to make sure everything was functional. Mehran's team went to work on the demo and construction and coordinated with us along the way. Mehran helped us pick out the countertop and backsplash which we love. We greatly appreciated Mehran visiting often to see the work and listen to any of our input and subtle changes which he incorporated promptly. No matter how much care one takes, a home is made to be lived in and accidents will happen. In our case, we cracked a porcelain tile on the floor, knocked a molding loose on the island, and unaligned our kitchen drawers. Mehran had told us that these things would happen and advised that we keep any leftover title in order to deal with these sorts of situations. Neither I nor my girlfriend know a thing about repairing anything so that left us with having to call Renaissance Kitchen and Bath for help. My girlfriend called Mehran to tell him of the repairs we needed Mehran said he would have someone come out. He also ordered some extra floor titles for us to make sure that we had extra for future use since we only had one piece left over when the original work was done. Early one Saturday morning two very nice gentlemen came out and within 90 minutes everything was as it was when we got our new kitchen. What an incredible company! Mehran is a man of total integrity and a man of his word. I highly recommended Renaissance Kitchen and Bath to anyone looking to do some remodeling.

It has been amazing experience by hiring Renaissance KBF to handle our remodel work. Mr. Mehran ( Mehran Sir) is very punctual and meticulous. We hired different contractor at the start ( we were not aware of Renaissance) for our kitchen remodel. That co tract left us in the middle and took money. It was life learning experience. Once contractor left work in the middle, it is hard to find another trustworthy contractor who took someone's work and help to finish it professionally and timely manner. We are lucky that we come to know about Renaissance and Mr Meehan helped to finish our kitchen remodel and got our kitchen back. Mr. Mehran make sure on progress of the work and if come across any concerns then he make sure it gets handle in timely manner. He gives idea and also meet in person to help with selecting material. We not ended up only doing kitchen with them but after realizing no way to find such an professional contractor, Mr. Mehran helped to finish our bar area cabinet plus counter and whole remodel of our fireplace. He also helped us with our paint job. Mr. Mehran make sure to do final inspection of the signed projects and helped right away to take care of any misses. We have already recommending him to our friends and family. In future also if we are doing any remodel ( bathroom, flooring, kitchen etc...) then only contractor we will allow is Mr. Mehran. I wish I could give him 10 stars! Mr. Mehran and his staff were very professional, attentive to details, and the best contractors it has been my pleasure to work with. Every inspection with my city inspectors was passed with flying colors. The first time. Believe me, that is no small feat. The only thing I had to do was make up my mind on colors and materials. He was able to take my vision and make it a reality. We began the work on my bath remodel and bedroom project on Labor Day weekend, and they were complete by Thanksgiving! This included completely gutting the bath and installing all new plumbing and electrical. Additionally, they had to install a new foundation and sub-floor. They painted my bedroom and created a fireplace feature with an electric fireplace and mantle. I am attaching pictures of their outstanding work. The staff were polite, respectful of property, and excellent to work with. I will be using them again in the near future, and I heartily recommend that you use them for a seamless and worry free home renovation project.

I don't normally write reviews but I had such a great experience with Mehran at Renaissance KBF that I wanted to share. Mehran took my 45-year old bathroom and brought it into the 21st Century, converting my step-down sunken bathtub/shower (an accident waiting to happen!) into a walk-in and adding a second sink to the vanity area. I could not be more pleased with the quality of the materials and the skill and workmanship of his subs. Unlike most contractors I've dealt with over the years, Mehran did what he said he would when he said he would do it. And did I mention that the other bids I obtained were 50% higher than Mehran's? Quality and price - what more can you ask for?

We have done a couple of remodeling projects at our place from outside to inside and this is the first time I would give a 5 star review for such an amazing experience and product. Mehran the owner helped from the start to finish. Every step was with his patient guidance and recommendations to good products/services. I changed my mind more than 10 times at the designing stage and he would still have every possible design for me to consider even when I was still picky about it. Besides, his crew is professional and friendly, who would explain and point out things that we should know and be aware of before and after different part of the process is completed. During the process, the delay of sliding door delivery (I ordered from Lowe's separately) caused a major delay in the process, but Mehran and his crew was able to resume the process after 1.5 month of wait like there was no hiccup at all! My husband and I are very pleased with the product, the experience and the partnership that totally beat the expectations! I would recommend Mehran to anyone who is planning to do any small or big home projects! He will give you the honest opinion and the necessary steps to get to your dream result!

My wife and I took the plunge to purchase a home for our family and it we thought the home was in great shape until we took a closer look. Turns out we needed a kitchen remodel among other things. Like any responsible new home owner I went to a few contractors that gave me quotes and options. I was never sure about any of them, until I met Mehran at Renaissance Kitchen, bath & flooring. Immediately I could tell that this is a person with the highest integrity that was looking to help more than he was looking to capitalize on my need for a kitchen upgrade. He gave me the absolute best timeline I received from any of his competitors, pricing was very fair and he told me that when he works on a kitchen, he will treat it as though it is his own. He was truthful and did just that! I had about 6 weeks to move from my current residence to the new one so the window was tight. As soon as I received the keys, Mehran started working. He stuck to his timeline and finished just 2 days after we moved in to the new house. We couldn't have been happier. Mehran works with fantastic installers who are experts in their craft. His team can do anything and in my case they did. When we stated to see that there were more minor improvements that we would like to have done, Mehran worked with me to get those and added them within the same timeline. His team added lighting in the living room, cabinets upstairs and in the laundry room, put in new toilets, and fixed some little flooring damages from the previous owner. He worked within my budget and always only focused on making sure that my wife and I were happy with the work. Honestly, working with Mehran and his team was the best experience I could have ever asked for. I would recommend him to anyone looking to make changes to their home. I can't wait to work with him in future projects to upgrade our home.

I had a wonderful experience doing my kitchen and master bathroom with Renaissance kitchen bath and floors! Mehran was so helpful throughout the whole process. I had never gone through renovations before, and it can be very daunting. I'm also incredibly picky and Mehran was very patient with me and help me get the exact results I wanted! His crew is amazing and trustworthy. They all made sure to do a good job, let me check in throughout and answered all my million questions! I am extremely satisfied with the end result. I always hear horror stories about construction and contractors and can confidently say I didn't experience any of that with Mehran. Sure the scheduling can be a bit last minute but he accommodated everywhere he could. He doesn't cut corners, does good detail oriented work and his pricing is great. The whole project took around 2 months which is way less than what I expected. I gutted my entire kitchen and bath, raised my dropped ceiling on both, got new cabinets, counters, tile, everything! I would strongly recommend renaissance to any friend or family member and will definitely be calling Mehran again when I have other projects! I cannot express how happy I am that I hired Renaissance for my house. Mehran was very responsive and did a wonderful job guiding me through the process. They removed and installed my new appliances, installed and painted my baseboards, created a custom wainscot for a bedroom (picture included), made custom shelves for my kitchen and installed my backsplash. So first I just want to say that we are in the process of doing a Multi stage renovation with Mehran and his team. Mehran is an amazing human being with more integrity than most contractors. He is hard-working and he makes extra efforts to communicate everything to the homeowner. Our project is very difficult and requires skilled craftsmen and detailed planning. Mehran has handled every single curveball thrown with grace and I can do problem-solving mindset. Things never go perfect in construction but boy I am so glad I know Mehran is gonna always do his best to work for me. His team worked Saturdays and Sundays to make up time from Covid and weather delays. They were accommodating with a payment schedule. And the level of quality and visual beauty of my home is stunning I can't believe I live in such a beautiful place. Pictures to follow soon. Renaissance recently remodeled one of our bathrooms. I usually do not write reviews. However, the outstanding work and service which we received must be shared. We had a toilet leak in our bathroom requiring subfloor repair/replacement and flooring remodel. Before finding Renaissance and Mehran, we asked for quotes from several plumbing, restoration and flooring companies. Not only were those quotes extremely higher, but those companies also were not forthcoming. Then we met Mehran from Renaissance. Mehran is extremely trustworthy. He took the time to educate us and gave us a fair quote. Even though the quote was one of the lowest, the quality of work was top-notch with great attention to detail. The whole team is professional, responsive, and expedient. In this difficult time of COVID, the team members all wore masks and applied good hygiene. You can not go wrong with using Renaissance for any remodeling work. We will definitely return to Renaissance for future remodeling work. Thank you Mehran and Mehran.

It was a great experience having Renaissance Kitchen Bath & Flooring work on our master bath remodel. Mehran and his entire crew are all very professional, friendly, and attentive to detail. There were men working every day and they were always punctual. We never had a day waiting around and wondering if any work would be done. There was never any lack of communication during the entire project. Any unforeseen issues were immediately communicated to us so there weren't any unpleasant surprises at the end. In fact, Mehran kept constant contact with us, whether it was on progress updates, minor issues, or schedule. Anytime we had any questions or concerns, Mehran was very quick to respond and resolve. As soon as one says "contractors," most people have negative stories to share. I am happy to report, this one is a happy story, which I am more than happy to share. Renaissance Kitchen, Bath & Flooring are reasonably priced, honest, punctual, professional, and very conscientious. Both Mehrans were excellent communicators and kept me posted on all aspects of my master bathroom project. Any areas of concern or questions are quickly addressed or remedied. There were no surprises. I didn't feel like I was working with contractors because they were so pleasant. The work area was always left clean and tidy. The city inspectors were also impressed with their work. Both Mehrans take pride in their work and it definitely shows in my bathroom. Anyone who sees the bathroom is impressed with the fine workmanship. I have a couple more projects in mind and Renaissance Kitchen, Bath & Flooring will be the first I call when I am ready to do them. This has been our second time working with Renaissance. We were very impressed and happy with the work that they did in our house with our flooring and windows and decided to work with the company again for our business. We decided that we wanted to remove the carpet for our office and break room area and replace it with laminate. After Renaissance helped us choose a color they started on the project immediately. They finished the flooring very quickly and it now looks so clean and beautiful. They made the entire process so easy for us and we're glad we chose this company again.

Just to give anyone reading this review some perspective, I can be a difficult for any contractor to work with. I am a litigation attorney, so I argue for a living, and when dealing with contractors sometimes disagreements arise. Working with Renaissance and Mehran is no exception. Apart from that, I can be a pain in the butt when it comes to working on my home. My wife and I have hired Mehran for two MAJOR projects. A full kitchen remodel that included major structural changes, lighting changes, rearranging gas lines, power, cabinet placement, removing soffets, and tiling about half of our house. The second project was floating plaster over some weird acoustic that could not be removed because it was sanded (not that easy popcorn texture stuff, more like stucco), and installing a dozen or so recessed lights. Mehran and his crews came through on both projects and was always a total professional and showed total expertise in both. Were there disagreements and speed bumps along the way? Absolutely. Mehran had a subcontractor quit, cabinet placement was wrong and had to be changed, some of our existing paint came off with masking tape, appliances didn't fit as expected, lights did look just right,I could probably make a list a mile long. However, through all of the roadblocks, miscalculations and errors on both our part and Mehran's part, he was always upfront and honest with us, and his crew would be here on time, every day, working long hours until the project was complete to my satisfaction. What shows the true quality of Mehrans character, is that even when a project ran way too long, or estimates were way off, he sticks by his estimate even if it means he doesn't make as much money as he could by pulling out of the project or trying to increase the price, I cannot recommend Mehran and Renaissance highly enough. Even if his estimate is higher than a competitor, I recommend going with him because I think in the long run you will still end up paying much less, for a superior product. Couldn't be happier how our kitchen turned out. What was unique to this business was the owner who initially came out, continued to come out throughout the project and also signed off at the end. I have heard many other companies send out a salesman and you never see them again. Also they came in on their bid and did not keep adding costs which I have heard from friends that's not always the case. Customer service was paramount always which again was reassuring. We had our cabinets re-painted backsplash tile and counter tops. All were of excellent quality! The tile guy they use is a master tiler and we loved that they built us a window ledge out of the quartz we used for the counter tops - just a little touch that made so much difference and something we didn't think about. They were recommended by a friend where they remodeled her bathroom - everything I talk about she had exactly the same experience. I want to begin by saying, we love our Kitchen remodel done by Renaissance Kitchen & Bath. We began looking in January for a contractor. From reviews we read about Renaissance Kitchen & Bath, we decided to call and arrange an appointment. The following day Mehran came to our home and we could see he had Ideas for the kitchen that we'd be happy with. After reviewing his plans, we decided to go with Renaissance. A few days later, the demo began. Mehran's crews were all very professional. They always were very polite and kept the jobsite neat and clean. One of our major needs were bifold doors to hide our washer and dryer. Mehran's crew came up with a design that really pleased us. During the process, there were a couple of times we needed some reassurance about a planned feature of the Kitchen. Mehran was always accessible and came over to the house and answered any questions we had. Mehran was also very helpful when we chose the counter top, backsplash and flooring. He listened to what we wanted, he showed us many choices, but never tried to influence our decision. In less than a month, out Kitchen was complete. We are very happy with the results. Our kitchen is more open and fresh looking. We would highly recommend Renaissance Kitchen Bath & Flooring.

We just completed a master bathroom remodel with Renaissance which included a new clear glass shower stall and shower hardware. The work involved demolition of the old shower and tile surrounding spa tub and greenhouse window. All of this was replaced with new tile expertly executed. Our walk in shower step was coming apart and swelling due to water intrusion behind the Marble tile. Mehrans crew came in and had to remove the entire bottom of shower, steps and and about a foot up on the walls. Hot mop the pan and replace the Marble. His crew was very good about protecting the surrounding areas and laying down drop cloths through the house. We are very picky customers and Mehran and his crew were very patient in helping us find the matching Marble tiles and making sure the installation was as we had invisioned. I recently had Renaissance Kitchen Bath & Flooring do a complete bathroom remodel for us for a house built in 1982 in North Tustin with the original bathroom vanity, floors and tub. I didn't think to take photos of the old bathroom but do have one of the old vanity. It was a secondary bathroom but was still pretty large in size with a 104 inch vanity with double sinks. They also took out the tub with shower, raised the ceiling over it and put in a walk in shower and installed a new bathroom floor. I can't say enough about how good Mehran and his crews were. They started when they said they would, finished on time and every day stuck to the schedule they promised. They didn't go a dime over their estimate and they did a wonderful job. Their workmanship is excellent. The owner, Mehran, came out twice during the remodel to make sure we were happy. He even went with me to pick out materials which was helpful because he had seen many of the available tiles and quartz countertops installed in other projects. Their price was also less than previous estimates I got for the same job. I had three estimates come in at $22,000 and theirs was $15,920.00. (bathroom hardware, mirrors and re-painting was not included in any of the estimates, which they all stipulate.) I regret not doing our master remodel with them in 2016 but they are definitely my go to guys for all future projects. We are very happy with them and highly recommend their work.
