This place is great! They installed the quartz at my home. Their process is very easy and straightforward. As long as you have your ducks in a row (cabinets installed, everything level, etc.) it’s so easy. And more affordable than a lot of other options, even home depot. I chose the pearl white quartz. It looks great and feels very high quality. The staff is also pretty friendly and on top of things. The only thing is they forgot to call me the day before my installation. No biggie because I remembered, but they would have caught me very off guard were I a busier person at that time. Highly recommend!

I had issue after issue with QGO and will never return as a client. I picked out a remnant piece of granite for an island I’m having added to my kitchen on 4/6 using measurements provided by my contractor. On 4/16 a representative came from QGO to measure the space themselves and ensure that the braces/supports installed by my contractor were properly placed. On 4/17 I received a call from QGO stating that they’d need to charge me an additional $150 stair fee ($10/step), for an 84x22 slab which I wasn’t thrilled about, but the remnant was a perfect match to my current countertops, so I went with it! On 4/24 I get another call from QGO, which was 2 days before I was supposed to have the granite delivered (on 4/26) to tell me that now the granite piece was not large enough and wouldn’t work for the space. I am thoroughly upset because at no point (on 4/6 or 4/16, or 4/17) did anyone form QGO state that the measurements wouldn’t work. Then just two days before the delivery date they figure out they measured incorrectly. Granite isn’t cheap, even a remnant piece, and I am thoroughly upset with the carelessness and lack of professional due diligence exhibited by QGO. Not to mention the fact that this has been a 3 week process, I’m ready for my kitchen to be put back together and now I have to start from ground zero, when QGO could have avoided this on 4/6 or even 4/16 by confirming their measurements.

We had a very pleasant experience. Show room to office and installers. Reasonably priced for our small kitchen. Would recommend if your like me and read reviews. Our kitchen looks amazing and is still under construction. I went with them from my backsplash contractor as a recommendation.

We had an exceptional experience with Quality Granite Outlet. The process was smooth from start to finish. Hong is very friendly and helpful; on my first visit I was able to pick out a few options and Hong quickly provided some estimates. When I was ready to make a decision, I came back in and Hong was able to get us on the schedule ASAP. The turn around for installation was very reasonable. On installation day, the installers were great. They displayed great expertise and attention to detail. I am super happy with my new quartz counter, and would highly recommend QGO for their professional service.

Hong did an excellent job helping us layout our granite and worked tirelessly to ensure that every detail was addressed. We had some challenging angles and difficult cuts that you can see in the pictures, but everything turned out perfect in the end. We had a some minor fitment issues, but the problem was quickly corrected without question. I would definitely use them again on a future project. Thanks Hong.

The entire process was clear, professional, and pleasant. I’d highly recommend this company for your granite needs. 1) we walked the granites with the rep who was knowledgeable and helpful and together we picked one we liked; 2) we had brought drawings and measurements of what we needed. The rep used it to quickly sketch it out in 2D on the software and printed it out with quotes. 3) on template day, the shifu (master) did measurements very quickly and efficiently 4) on installation day, the guys again were quick and professional. Clear communication throughout, and very satisfied with results!

From start to finish - Quality Granite was perfect for us. Initially we just found this business by a google search for granite in the area. I called- Hong answered the phone and answered every question we had. A couple of email exchanges about some more details and 1 hour later we had a quote for our job. Two days later Raymond was out to do our measuring. Then 3 days later our new bar and counter top were installed. Amazed at how fast they were able to do such outstanding work and for such a great price. Every person we dealt with was outstanding and friendly. We are redoing our kitchen as our next project and we will not need to call any other businesses. Quality Granite is the only call necessary. Thank you again!

Quality Granite did an outstanding job with my custom sink vanity! It looks amazing and even though there was initially an issue with the size of the drain hole, they provided incredible customer service and care and took great pains to correct to perfection in a very short amount of time! I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing custom countertops at a reasonable price.

Had a great experience ordering a custom bathroom vanity top. I chose to do my own measurements and pickup to save. It was a very precise fit. I walked in one Saturday, and the fabricator took the time to meet with me to go over my drawing and every measurement. I purchased white quartz and it was approx $350.

We stopped at quality granite at 1044 saw mill run and found several outstanding granite samples. We ended up working through the shop at 1042 saw mill run. Found both places to be friendly. They patiently allowed me to look at and ponder probably every piece they had! When a slab popped out among all the rest, they worked with me to get it perfect, to line up all the pieces perfectly and make sure everything was just right, even after I changed things! It was a pleasant experience from beginning to end!

Excellent experience from start to finish. The sales person, Sarah, was extremely pleasant and helpful. She explained the whole process and responded to my many phone calls quickly. They were able to measure and install within just a few days of my cabinets being installed, and installation was done the following week. The installers, Montel and Young, arrived on time and were very pleasant and efficient. The counter was installed perfectly and they cleaned up everything before they left. I should also mention that the price from Quality Granite was less than one half of the other estimates. I would recommend them ( and I have) to everyone

I usually do not take the time to write reviews but I had to because of the excellent service. The planning process at their location was easy and clear as to what I was getting. The installation was exceptional. The installers took time to keep things as clean as possible. What impressed me the most was the young Asian installer (I do not remember his name) who was not satisfied until everything looked perfect! I highly recommend this company.

Josh and Chen installed our countertops today and they look amazing. Their service was outstanding and they were wonderful with our son who came for the install. Overall our experience with Ashley when picking our granite to the install with josh and Chen we couldn't have asked for a better countertop and for better service. Thanks guys for helping us make our house a home

We are very pleased with the work Quality Granite did. I wanted a light color quartz countertop. They didn't have a lot of choices for that but I picked out one I liked. The crew was very professional, from measuring to installation. We didn't have any problem. The price was very good too, compared to the bigger name shops.

I was extremely happy with Quality Granite Outlet. We did a complete kitchen renovation. I had been pricing granite and quartz for countertops, and had already purchased Cambria for our large island/peninsula. However to stay in budget, I had to find something, preferably in granite or quartz, that was at the lower end pricewise. After several false starts, I visited and got a quote from Quality Granite Outlet for quartz! It was within my budget so I contracted after checking out reviews. The person who measured did a thorough and precise job. As mentioned in a previous review, he showed up an hour earlier than scheduled, but wasn't an issue for us. A week later the installers came and did an excellent installation job. The countertops are more beautiful than expected. I will use them again for a bathroom! Price, performance and quartz countertops exceeded my expectation!

We've used this place several times for out kitchen and bath granite. I renovate and flip houses, so buying from them directly, saves $ and cuts out the middle man if you were to shop at any kitchen and bath retailer.

I am currently in the midst of a complete kitchen renovation and selected Quality Granite Outlet for my countertops. Overall, we had a very nice experience with this company. I found my LG Viatera countertops while shopping at a local competitor's showroom (Choice Granite and Marble) and was a bit underwhelmed by the customer service that we received while there. I contacted the following competitors, asking them for quotes for a particular color: Choice Granite and Marble Armina Stone Apex Surfaces Lexmar USA Quality Granite Outlet Home Depot The first three shops - Choice, Armina, and Apex - gave me very expensive quotes, ranging from $6500-7500. Lexmar USA gave me the least pricey quote but was the only retailer that provided me with not just one but actually THREE incorrect quotes, though I requested corrections each time. Home Depot was confused whether they even carried the product (seriously?!) and never even called me back. Quality Granite Outlet seemed like a wise choice based on an affordable quote (under $6000) and very accurate and prompt customer service. Plus, I soon heard a personal recommendation for the shop, which sealed the deal in my mind. I worked directly with Joey, who was very accessible and easy to work with. They didn't carry a sample of the LG Viatera product that I was interested in purchasing, and she quickly obtained a sample within 24 hours to have available for me when I visited the office. I negotiated a couple hundred dollars off my original estimate using Lexmar's slightly less expensive quote. Once we settled on the price, we quickly scheduled the template and installation appointments. The road became a bit less smooth during the template process. Our appointment was scheduled for 9am, but the doorbell rang promptly at 8:00am. My husband and I were sound asleep when the man arrived, and my plan for a relaxing morning off work was jarred by his early arrival. The appointment took a very long time as our kitchen is in the midst of its second renovation and the walls are quite uneven (which our contractor had already told us). Most appointments apparently take less than an hour, but ours took nearly an hour and a half. Installation was scheduled for exactly one week later, but apparently, the product was not delivered on time which pushed fabrication and installation back another five days. This timeline change did unfortunately delay our contractor a bit. During the template process, I was told that the countertop would have one seam, but unfortunately, we found out later during fabrication that the quartz would need two seams. We were disappointed, but once again, our wonky walls came to bite us as they were the reason that the additional seam was needed. However, I did appreciate that Joey contacted me during fabrication and stopped the project until I OK'ed the change. My husband was prepared early on installation day. Our appointment was scheduled for 8:30am, and he laughingly texted me at 7:50am saying that the guys had just arrived. The two hiccups installation day were that a rollout filler piece of cabinetry was accidentally glued to the countertops - thankfully my husband realized this had happened and quickly cleaned off the cabinet before the glue had the chance to dry - and that one of the pieces of countertop had to be re-cut and the installers had to return mid-afternoon for installation. A morning project quickly turned into an entire day off work project. Though we had a couple bumps in the road, I would still recommend Quality Granite Outlet and definitely believe that they were the right company for our job. As I have learned throughout my kitchen renovation, communication is key, and I think Quality Granite Outlet knows how to communicate with customers effective and efficiently.

Friend and I were walking along Smallman to see a man about some Rum. Had we been driving, we would've missed this place completely! Hundreds of pieces of granite... Remnants, if you will, stored outside and ready for sale. What a great find to complete the little topless table I forced Hubby to retrieve from someone's garbage! Add a treasure from Construction Junction and this place is the icing on a wholly repurposed cake!

Not a great selection compared to other granite companies in the area. Walked in there on a Saturday afternoon and there was one person working who was with another couple. After walking around a few minutes with no other employee in sight we just walked out without ever talking to anyone. Can't comment on their pricing because we did not get that far but there are much larger selections of granite at other strip district companies as well as granite yards in the suburbs.

They are now on Saw Mill Run Blvd. I did not end up choosing them for my countertop work, as they were $1300 above the price I got from New Choice Home Deco (who were super nice), and $2000 above Troy Granite (the end price from Troy was $5100 to give you scale). Maybe their work is just that much more awesome, but I am writing this review to tell you to be sure to shop around, because in my experience, they are way above the norm.

Recently engaged Quality Granite Outlet for Quartz Countertop and Backslash in our kitchen renovation, including a waterfall edge peninsula. I have been holding off to post this review because I was hoping things would turnaround, but feel obligated to warn other people. First, there were numerous issues with the installation. The measurements must have been wrong and the installers did a poor job. One part of the overhang is like a half inch longer than the rest of the overhang. The backsplash was cut improperly and doesn't go to the edge of our window. There were numerous stains on the quartz and underside of the waterfall. The way the cuts were made the veining doesn't flow throughout. The spacing behind the backsplash is large. They completely failed to caulk parts of the backsplash and peninsula leaving huge gaps. They did send someone out to remedy some of the issues, but once quartz is cut there isn't that much you can do for mistakes in measurements and/or cutting. This person told me that you cannot expect it to be perfect and said the overhang didn't look that noticeable now that the stove was installed to hide it. Now as the final straw, we have had the quartz for less than two months (three weeks of which we were on vacation and didn't use the kitchen at all), and the edge cracked by simply bumping it. I called to request a repair, as I presume there was some issue with the way the installers cut or finished the edge to make it that easy to chip. The response from Quality Granite was that they were going to charge me $200.00 for a repair of brand new countertops. This was unacceptable to me. I insisted they come out and do the repair for free after all the issues we had and they finally agreed to do it. I would not recommend this company at all. If I could afford to rip out the entire backsplash and just tile it, I would at this point. It will never look right. When you spend this kind of money, you should get what you ask for. Find someone else.

Well we ordered countertops months ago and paid in full months ago. Still don't have them. Do not use this company. They don't tell the truth. Lied about breaking our piece. Lied about scheduled days for installation. Finally the day arrives when our counter is supposed to be installed. Then "Missy" never calls to confirm like she says she is going to confirm the time. Then, there's only one installer. How are they going to carry the slab!?!?! They don't answer calls or return calls. Again - do NOT use this company. I just hope we get our money back at this point.

Don't let the showroom and prices fool you as you get what you pay for.....yes their prices are low. The showroom and in-home measurement experience were good. The installation experience was a nightmare. Installation was scheduled for July 31, 2020. Since we did not receive a confirmation call from QGO on Thursday, I called around 4:00 PM on Thursday to confirm the appointment and was told yes everything is on schedule we will be there tomorrow morning between 8:30 am and 9:30 am. No one arrived or called so at 11:00 am (one and half hours late) I called to see what the problem was and I was told that they decided to do another job before mine for one of their big client's and they would be doing my job next and that someone should have called to let us know but they forgot. At 12:30, the two "installers" finally showed up. Upon arrival they let us know that this was their first and second day working for QGO and complained that the tools on the truck were not organized properly and began asking me to borrow tools (drill bits) as they saw some tools in the house. Next, one of the installers is on the phone to someone asking how to install a sink and cut out a cooktop. I hear that another "installer"/ manager is coming to cut out the cooktop. These "installers" reminded me of watching "Laurel & Hardy" and we feared that they were going to damage something by their carelessness which they did. They damaged the dishwasher when they installed the bracket for it and forgot to lower the dishwasher a quarter inch to account for the bracket. This drove the Philip screws that hold the dishwasher in place into the top of the dishwasher door which scratched it in two places. Next the "installer"/manager arrives and walks into my house and right pass me to talk to his workers without even acknowledging me. Acting like a big shot he shows one of the new employees how to cutout the cooktop. When the slab is brought in and set in place he sees that he cutout the cooktop a half and inch forward of where it should be located because the cooktop and cabinet fronts cannot occupy the same place. He blames the cabinet fronts for his mistake but luckily, because he didn't follow the installation directions for the cooktop either (he also cut it out roughly a half inch larger in each dimension than specified by the instructions), after moving the cooktop around for a while he finds a sweet spot where the cooktop will cover most of his mistakes and says install it like this, declares success and leaves. The one "installer" does a great job on the seams. The "installers" then proceed to apply silicone caulk between the quartz countertop and the cabinets where the countertop sits. This is done by them spraying Windex on the cabinets and when questioned they say "silicone doesn't stick to Windex and can be wiped off easily". Silicone is smeared everywhere, and we tell them not to do that (these are newly refinished cabinets) but instead tape off the cabinets and we have blue tape. They refuse and tell us that "they have installed quartz in much better homes than this". My wife spends quite a bit of time trying to get the silicone that was smeared all over the cabinets off that they failed to wipe off. They next attempt to finish the job by installing the backsplash (it's now 6:00 pm) and there is a big gap (approximately one eighth an inch) between the backsplash and the countertop. My wife tells them that it doesn't look good and is unacceptable and one of the "installers" tells her "well its acceptable to me" and they get mad and tell us "we have been accommodating you all day" and leave without cleaning the mess they created outside cutting the quartz. My wife calls the manager (that came to give instructions on cutting the cooktop) to complain and he returns the next day to fix the backsplash. When he arrives, I spent about ten minutes explaining to him why we are upset and when I finish he says to me "that's 30 minutes of my life I'm not going to get back". He then fixes the backsplash gaps and leaves. I contacted the manager Hong multiple times and asked to speak to the owner about my experience and just got the typical run around. This year I have had new soffit and facia, windows, garage doors, electrical panels, flooring and a bathroom remodeled. Every contractor/home Improvement business did an excellent job except for Quality Granite Outlet. Bottom line, the installation was sloppy, and workers were untrained, careless and disrespectful. I would get my granite and quartz elsewhere.

We contracted to have a granite countertop, bar and backsplash installed in our kitchen. After...everything was installed, and they are walking out the door , they announce that the sink is too low. Note, they shimmed the counter up as well. Be assured the sink was installed to specs. We had to have the sink cabinet cut apart to in order to pull out the sink, which by the way weighs 135 lbs, reset the sink. This process took an entire 8 hour day a was a 2 man job. They also admitted that they had cracked the backsplash and would send someone out to repair, which they did, however, we still have a cracked piece is granite. When Quality's repairman was here, he stated that he had never seen the mesh left on the underside of the granite, and he actually went back to his car to show me a piece of granite and how it should look and feel. When I contacted the granite supplier, they stated that the fabricator should have removed it. Quality said that they never remove it. Hmmm, then why did your guy AND the supplier say that it should be? Because Quality customer service LIE! Beware, never use this business! Lack of Quality and poor customer service.

Extremely disappointing. In our small kitchen they used three separate pieces of quartz. There is a seam right in the center of the top in the most conspicuous spot possible. The seams are very wide and much darker than the material. You can see them from a mile away! Because the quartz was not as thick as our original top there is a 1/2inch gap that they just told us to fill with caulk and it looks awful. They did come back when we complained but refused to fix the seams. We wished we had looked at other places and seen what a good job is supposed to look like.

Recently had an addition added with a new kitchen. Quality tried to blame Mont granite, who was the original supplier of the granite, on giving them a piece to cut that had a 12 inch crack in it. The granite upon visual inspection did not have a fissure or a crack upon delivery to them. They then also admitted that they cracked the slab. They did nothing to fix this issue, their receptionist called my wife a liar and said that they did not say they broke the granite. Pathetic excuses, terrible customer service, avoid if possible

Was not clearly explained that they only cut and deliver. They do not install and do anything to level surfaces to prepare the surface to support the surface as other companies do. Not worth the small discount in price.

This place was absolutely terrible! Don't ever go there. I ordered a granite counter top from this place. First of all they came 1.5 hours late and did not call to notify me or my contractor- very unprofessional. Then, when they delivered the counter top to the house it was broken in several pieces. It was very disappointing since I had found this particular piece in the middle of other left over granite plates (and loved it!) and I knew it would be hard to find a similar one. However, when I went back to their site look for a new one, I was lucky to find another one that had similar colors. When they came to install the second granite counter top they did not cut the sink hoe according to the correct measurements. This resulted in the sink being pushed further towards the faucet and, without checking with me, they drilled through the sink to create the faucet hole, plus, they cut off parts of my vanity to create space for the sink. It was terrible! They also did not align the back splash with the counter top so my contractor had to fiddle around with tiles to make up for that. However, he could not make up for the fact that the counter top was not placed and attached correctly on the vanity so there was a gap between the vanity and the wall. It was just unbelievable. When I found out they did not see any problems with what they had just done. And, here is another problem: the company is owned by Chinese people, which, of course it totally fine and not the problem, but the people can hardly speak any English! So, it was very difficult to communicate with them and I never knew how much they actully understood. They did such a bad and unprofessional job I would not recommend this place. Customer service? Not existent. After all this trouble I received a 20 dollar discount on my four digits counter top.
