Last year, we chose Neil and his team to redo our kitchen, and we're very glad we did! Right from the start, Neil and his team impressed us with their dedication and skill, including Mel, who did an outstanding job with the design. Working with Neil was a breeze, not just because he was so knowledgeable, but also because he was incredibly responsive. He answered every phone call and addressed our questions and concerns promptly, making the whole process stress-free! One of the things we truly appreciated was how they helped us stay within our budget. We got estimates from four different contractors before deciding, and Neil's quote was the best by far - not just in price but also in value. The finished look is fantastic, and even after the main job was done, they came back to make some tweaks to ensure everything was perfect. After living with our new kitchen for nearly a year, we still love every inch of it. If you're thinking about a home project, I'd recommend Neil and his team in a heartbeat. Neil and his crew of professionals did an amazing job of not only quoting the estimate but also executing repairs after my ceiling was damaged from a water leak. He was very flexible and very communicative. I definitely reccomend him for future contracts. Amazing results.

Neil and his crew are amazing.. I had Niel do a kitchen remodel for me in 2020 and it came out great! His crew was nice and very helpful and clean. I liked his work so much I used him again with restoring my steps in my condo. Again his work was better than expected, and reasonably priced. I have recommend his work to many of my coworkers. I look forward to working with him in the future. The only thing I would like him to improve on is his communication and scheduling.. otherwise a smart choice to chose his company.

Neil and crew did an excellent job on our kitchen project. Like any major project, there were a few snafus but he quickly corrected them as they were called to his attention. I do feel the job took a little longer than expected but this could have been due to mitigating circumstances beyond his control. I would recommend his company to others in the future. Thanks again

Working with Neil has been the best possible experience I could have asked for as a landlord who owns and manages properties several states away. He was communicative, thorough, on time, and the best part of all, he was accurate and honest in his price quotes. He kept my costs to the exact amount that he stated he would and was very available to get the job completed as needed. He worked well with respecting my tenant's timeframe as well as making sure that I was kept in the loop. The finished product was absolutely beautiful. I asked Neil to do an incredibly challenging task of turning an old antique dresser into a gorgeous bathroom vanity with a marble top and vessel sink addition. He knew just the right people(plumber and granite supplier, but he did the rest!) to get this kind of random and intricate work completed within a reasonable amount of time. They did not have to micromanage his work and he followed through with pick up, delivery, and installation as he said he would. So reliable and professional, just WOW! I have owned and leased my homes for the past decade. I have always been my own property manager so I have dealt with numerous contractors but most of my experiences have been very very negative and discouraging. I was hesitant to move forward with this contractor because he had very few reviews, but I am so glad that I did because this has been the best repair/installation/creative collaboration experience I have had as a property manager and house owner ever. I hired Neil for a patio job starting in 2019; due to CoVid, it wasn't completed until Fall 2020. That didn't affect this rating. What DID affect the rating was the lack of communication and response to my attempts to check on the progress of the job. I received either excuses or no communication. There were problems with him paying the sub contractors, so I eventually paid them myself...just to get the job restarted and done. The best thing that came out of this negative experience was that I met (and plan to rehire for future jobs) some great sub contractors. Be careful with Neil. He is a nice enough person, but nice didn't finish my job in a reasonable fashion.

If there was less than 1 star that would be my rating. My one-month project is now going into its 6th month and I am firing this contractor. I will see them in court to resolve my issues with them. I have had too many broken promises, too many missed timelines, too much sub-par work. BUYER BEWARE when contacting this "business".

This is an unlicensed contractor who hires unlicensed incompetent subcontractors. Dealing with them has been a 10 month nightmare. Sometimes they didn't show up for months at a time. Almost everything needed to be done over because of poor quality work and poor co-ordination with subcontractors. They did not bother to get the city-required permits and inspections. Refused to finish part of the job requiring us to find another contractor to make the bathroom usable. Kitchen and bath renovation started in August and finally finished in May.
