Pro stone is amazing. I walked in and placed my order on Sunday and got my granite that Friday. They were quick and very affordable. Homedepot was gonna charge me double the price. David was friendly and helped me with everything. I love my granite. It only took them two hours to to remove my old counter and install the new granite and it’s beautiful. We did a remodel of our Kitchen, and ProStone had the best price, offered exceptional service, and the install crew paid attention to every detail. We are extremely satisfied with not only the product, but the service and communication they provided along the way. Many other fabricators were not only higher in price but had longer lead times for measurements and install. This makes a huge difference. When your kitchen is ready, and all you're waiting on is countertops, 2 weeks vs. 1 week is a gamechanger. We planned our project out and communicated with David early. I would recommend doing that as best practice. Don't expect the world if you failed to plan and bring everyone into play early enough to get scheduled efficiently. Gary in the office was very nice and professional. They have a nice show room with a good selection and were prompt in scheduling our estimate. The man that took our measurements did it with a tape measure, which was different than the laser measurments other 2 companies that prepared quotes for us (I didn't know the importance of this at the time). The crew that did the installation was also nice but didn't seem very experienced. They had to fix our kitchen island to the floor in order to secure the weight of the new countertops. At first glance things looked good, but after the crew left we noticed that the island they screwed down was now crooked (off by about 3 inches). My husband went to fix/straighten the island and then realized that only 2 of the 13 screws used had actually penetrated the floor. We also found screws hanging out that impeaded our lazy susans ability to spin and other screws that damages to our cabinets. The company that came in and did our backsplash (after our countertops were placed) pointed out that the countertops weren't cut to the correct specs and there was a big gap between the wall the granite. I know now that most houses aren't perfectly square so most granite/quartz companies use a laser to measure. They then use the laser measurements to make a template of your kitchen so the granite is cut true to your actual dimensions. We went with prostone because their prices were the best and they were nice/professional to deal with. We are still overall happy because we were able to straighten the island, fix the screws, and mostly fill in the gap with grout but probably will not use prostone again.

We were in the process of changing our shower door. Prostone was recommended by the shower company to come and refinish and polish the marble tiles so it will look nice as much as possible before the new one be installed. The shower is 30 years old. Fred came and did an efficient job in measurement and gave us suggestions. He was polite, kind and friendly. Company's owners, Jonathan and Anthony came and performed a fantastic work in cleaning, refinishing and polishing the shower tiles. Work was on time, efficient and honest. Did not take them long to finish. We are very impressed by them. Maria at the office was great in communication and kept us totally informed as to when and who would be arriving to perform the work. It is without any reservation that we highly recommend Prostone if you need their service.

I bought a house in July 2020 and knew the first big project was replacing the countertops. After deciding on quartz, I received quotes from ProStone as well as 2 competitors. ProStone came in considerably lower for the same product. Additionally, David was wonderful to work with. He patiently answered all questions, worked with my time line, and gave lots of helpful suggestions. The installers were timely, friendly and produced a beautiful end result. We had some work done in our smaller bathroom replaced, and these folks supplied the sink, which went on top of a newly built cabinet. The sink was made from a piece of quartz that Alice picked out, and they did a great job of it. They had it ready when they said they would, and installed it in about 30 minutes. Called the next day to makes sure everything was ok. All around great job.

Sadly, the management of Prostone has declined over the years. We contracted with ProStone a little over two years ago to do the granite and sinks for a substantial kitchen remodel, and the granite they sold us was spectacular. Until recently, had you asked me about this business, I would have recommended them wholeheartedly and in fact have done so over a dozen times to my friends and colleagues. However, a recent incident has led me to completely change my opinion of this business. A few weeks ago, due to a defect in the sink they sold us, we discovered standing water under our cabinets. As the sink was defective, ProStone submitted a warranty claim for the sink and a week later a replacement sink was delivered to our house. Why they didn't deliver it to their facilities I do not understand, but since we both work, one of us had to take time off of work to stay home and meet the delivery man. In any event, another week goes by and after a couple of reminders, ProStone sends their crew to look at what work they will need to do to install our sink. Again one of us stays home from work in order to meet with them, and the crew tells us that management will be in contact to work out a date to install our sink. Yet another week goes where we do not have a functioning kitchen sink. At this point, I call ProStone to at least get a date on the calendar to install our replacement sink. They get back to me later that day and say if I can leave work early (again), they will do it that evening. I rush home and ... no one shows up at the scheduled time. After 30 minutes of waiting, I call them asking where the crew is and I'm told they're running late (obvious I suppose, but at least I knew they're coming eventually). So finally the crew arrives 45 minutes late (the same crew who originally looked at the job) and after 30 minutes, the sink is installed. Which, as an aside, led me to wonder why the crew didn't perform the install a week ago, since it was a 30 minute job and the exact same technicians were in my home the previous week to look at the job. In any event, the technicians call me over and point out they aren't licensed to do plumbing, and so while my sink has been installed, nothing works - no drain connection, the faucet isn't installed, and the disposal is not hooked up. In short, we now have to pay a plumber to finish the job, but at least we'll have a working sink. While I was starting to get a bit annoyed at this point, I was relieved to finally have the sink installed and since this was warranty work, I was still being extra patient and taking it in stride. I smiled, thanked the crew for their hard work, and they left. Later that evening, I received an email with a bill from ProStone, thanking me for my patience and attaching a bill for $150 for the 30 minute job to replace the defective sink they sold me. And at that point, I lost my patience. It's one thing to deal with their numerous delays, no progress until I call to remind them I exist, I can deal with people running behind (even after I left work early) but when after all of that they tell me they charge $150 for a 30 minute warranty job to replace a defective sink that they sold me, it's too much. I tried speaking with management, thinking they would surely be willing to meet me halfway and reduce or drop this bill given the circumstances, but I received a standard reply simply reiterating the bill for $150. So, buyer beware. When I had them do my kitchen remodel, they stocked some pretty granite and their prices were reasonable, which is why we purchased over $10,000 worth of granite from them to redo our kitchen. It makes me sad to write this, as we love our kitchen and planned to have them redo our bathrooms in the coming year, but it appears that management has truly gone downhill since we originally contracted with this company and I can no longer recommend them.
