Southern Stone Cabinets, LLC was amazing to work with for this new shower seat and curb we needed for the master bathroom remodel we are working on! They were able to give us sample pieces to take with us for color selection! Turn around time was fast! Great quality product! Great people! We will be using them again on future projects!

I first chose Southern Stone and Cabinets because of the polite and professional way that they responded to my initial call. My visit to their business confirmed my initial impression. Hailey and Ken were especially helpful and the complimentary Dekton tabletop that they cut for me is lovely and practical for outside use. I received several courtesy calls reminding me that the tabletop was ready. When we redo our kitchen we will deliver use Southern Stone.

My mother had to have a granite top replaced that was broken and Southern Stone and Cabinet did an outstanding job for her. She is very pleased with the job they did for her. We definitely recommend them. A special thanks to Chad for his help and Eric for his referral . We appreciate the quality work and help with this job.

About 12 years ago , we remodeled our kitchen and used what is now Southern Stone and Cabinets. I chose black honed granite and have loved it. Over the past year, I noticed spotting and I wanted to have it evaluated and restored to its original state. I had appointments with 2 different granite companies. One admitted he couldn’t fix it and the other offered 2 options. First option was a $1,000+ fix and the other option was the deluxe fix at $2,000+ . I’m sure this company would have done a fine job but was just too expensive. I reached out to Southern Stone. ( even though the company had been sold and it was 12 years ago. ) They were courteous and sent a wonderful man named Hector who has been restoring all kinds of stone for 17 years. He went right to work and explained each step. Without grinding and sanding, my counter top looks amazing. I plan on taking better care of my granite and I’m sure I will call Southern Stone for a refresh in the future. Southern Stone & Cabinets was such a pleasure to work with. From my initial call, to in-store meeting, to installation, every employee was courteous, knowledgable, and helpful. I needed to replace a bathroom sink that had cracked. The installer, Hector, was on time and did an excellent job. The removal of the old sink created quite a mess, but Hector cleaned up the demo of the old sink to the point where you would have thought this was a new initial install. I would definitely use Southern Stone & Cabinets again.

Ken and crew were so easy to work with. Ken even opened on a day after a holiday when they were closed for a working person an angel from heaven. Really went over and beyond the call of duty. Another company in town wouldn't even let me browse during their lunch break and told me to come back at 1pm. He allowed me time to browse and pick the perfect granite for my kitchen. The cut was perfect and ready within a week. The quality of the stone with thickness and color for the price couldn't be beat. Dealing with Southern Stone was the easiest and most pleasurable part of my move. I highly recommend them!

Southern Stone and Cabinets are the absolute best!! I’m an interior designer in the Memphis area and I just finished a project in the MS Delta. I bought a beautiful fluted buffet from Home Goods and transported it from Memphis to Mississippi. When I started to unload the furniture I noticed that the countertop of the cabinet had broken into 3 pieces. I was devastated and had a short window to fix it before the grand opening! I searched and searched until I found Southern Stone and Cabinets! Chad assisted me and help in every way possible. Long story short, they were able to fabricate a new countertop for me in less than 5 days! I recommend this company to anyone who loves different options and for those who are in need of meeting a deadline. Southern Stone has my heart and I’m forever thankful for them!

Builder review: Southern Stone is a great company with wonderful employees. They have put together a team (Cassidy, Forest and Amanda) to make sure the order is delivered to customers expectations. Nice showroom and large warehouse selection. A good place to plan your renovations and see full scale ideas. Recently purchased some new tops for a smaller renovation in my home. Although we ran into a snag the day of installation the issue was appropriately addressed and resolved to my satisfaction. Old school customer oriented service makes recommendations for any company easy.

I used pro stone years ago and a Crack at the sink occurred within nine months. I called and got the run around about someone coming, passing it along to someone else, that person no longer works here, then I'll get someone out there. I was extremely patient. Someone finally came and inspected it, and told me someone would be calling me to schedule a look. Well, my patience went too long. By the time, I finally got the one to inspect it, I was passed my one year warranty. The Crack grew to over a foot in a master of months. They have horrible service all the way around. The owner is horrible by not backing his installation and not having better customer service. There are so many more places to buy and fabricate your store. I have used another company since that debacle and was very pleased with the bathroom counter installs of marble and granite.

I would give "0" stars but that's not an option. I have a custom built home in Collierville and the hood they installed is detaching from the ceiling. They quoted me $175 for a visit and more if parts and labor are required. The house is 4 years old and a hood shouldn't be falling down and I certainly shouldn't have to pay for it. I emailed them my response and the cowards haven't responded.

Terrible, Horrible experience. Have been dealing with them for more than 4 months on a small install. Overcharged me for work that was never done and can't get anyone there to help with the refund. The sales guy even admitted they shouldn't of charged me. Even told him beforehand that it was not to be done and he said he would remove it but didn't and charged me anyways. I even have a signed contract! I've been trying for over two weeks but only get the run around from multiple people. Numerous problems with the install. Too many to list...major items are cabinets crooked and not aligned, one of the drawers hits the sink, had to come 3 times for the cabinet install and should of only been here once, kept telling me he was coming and then wouldn't show up or let me know and then blamed the sales guy, he broke one of the handles and didn't say anything, cut into the cabinet damaging the cabinet where the sink sits. Still missing hardware and touch up paint. The worst part is nobody at Prostone communicates with each other in the various departments. I had to micromanage the sales guy, installation of the cabinets, and countertops and the manager forgot my sink even though I reminded him the evening before the installation and it was already paid for and on top of that then they didn't bring one of the countertops...blamed his employees for it too! And now the sales guy will not call me back or answer the phone. I would never use or recommend! A truly horrible experience with no end in sight.

Don' use this company. Was going to have to purchase an entire slab for the original style/color we picked out. After settling on a more reasonable in-stock slab, their first attempt at 4 simple quartz tops looked like cr*p (jagged edges on visible sides and the hole cut into the dry wall to accommodate one poorly measured top looked like it was done with a hammer). Better job on production on the second attempt, but they would not return calls requesting correction of one top that was installed not square to the cabinet. Customer had to correct installation himself.

I would not recommend Pro Stone for quality craftsmanship. They installed our kitchen cabinets and would have rather kept our old cabinets over the new ones due to their installers inability to install them like new cabinets. They are crooked and easy close drawers do not work so basically we paid for a non working and damaged product at full price. To get someone here to even finish the job was near impossible and they said that's there's nothing else they can do to level a few uneven cabinet doors and drawers that are uneven and don't close properly. You'd be better suited paying extra to have a more reputable company install your cabinets! My brother and his wife had very similar issues. Pro Stone does not follow up and stand by their final job to ensure clients are happy and they have absolutely no concept of time! It took them forever to finish their job.

We went in with our GC thinking we were protected from shady places. Wow we were totally wrong. We found a great piece. Never got a contract, thought that was handled (seious mistake number #1). Didnt know a few things, like we were charged for cut outs "pretend cut outs" as well as mistakes. They are trying to make us pay for much more that what we have. We have since asked for our contract. 3 times! We asked for itemized reciepts. The feed back we got was rude individuals that just expected us to open our wallat and pay more! Nothing happened till we complained and asked for the CEO. Took a week for his response. It was shady at best. There was no continuity in any of the answers given to us. It seems as though they make crap up as they go along with each customer. This company is so disorganized. They are RUDE and do not give you the bottom line. They hide it very well. If you choose to go there I warn you to read the fine print. We have family, friends moving here and all these houses need updates and I promise this. They will not be going to Pro Stone that is for sure!!

Terrible customer service. I purchased a simple quartz vanity top from them and made arrangements for installation between 8 AM & noon. By the way, their contract is very heavy handed in their favor, and I signed it anyway because I needed the top. (If I'm not available or not ready there's a $175 trip charge that I'd incur.) I received a call at 11:37 that morning telling me it would be more like 1:00 that afternoon. I was okay with that and put it out of my head. At 4:30 I realized there still was no vanity top. I called the shop and spoke to Tanya, my contact. She laughed when she realized who I was and why I was calling. She explained that there had been a problem with the saw. I can understand that, too, but they should have called me when they knew there was a problem, and it's hard to imagine that they waited until the morning of installation to cut and polish the piece when I had ordered it 20 calendar days earlier with a 50% deposit. I explained to Tanya that my time has value and her laughing at the situation was inappropriate - a matter of very poor/ no customer service. I asked to speak to a manager, and Julio, the Granite Shop Manager, got on the line. I calmly explained what had transpired that morning, Tanya's inappropriate behavior, and my frustration. Before I could finish, Julio began speaking over me telling me about the saw problems and making excuses while never acknowledging their poor customer service and inability to stay in touch with me. Managing client's expectations along the way is integral to customer service. Hello, I'm the customer. He told me he'd come out to install it that evening, if I still wanted it. Of course I did, I paid for it already! He tried to make me feel like I was doing him a favor by accepting it, and he was the one put out. I asked to speak to the Owner and was told he wasn't around, and again challenged with the question "Do I want the top?" I said yes, and the phone went dead. I called him back a few minutes later, and he told me that the call had dropped. I expressed to him that I believed he hung up on me. I was the one that called him back - he didn't call me. I was calling to find out what time it would be, and he told me that my call was bothersome and delaying the top further. He then told me that they understand customer service. That's the last hung he understands, and I can see where Tanya gets her skills. An unhappy customer. I gave one star just to make a point. It's purposeful. No stars could appear as if I forgot to note that. Nope. I gave 'em one.

I would post half a star if it existed. I paid thousands of dollars for an upgrade.... it absorbs and stains. Apparently wasn't sealed properly. They came back to remove stains, only to discolor portions of the slab. I would install Formica before I would rely on Meagan and use Pro Stone.

Had our countertops installed in our new house by Pro Stone. There were a few issues with the countertops from the beginning that we noted in the walkthrough (weird splotches that can't be removed) . It has been a month now and they have still not addressed the main issues. They are difficult to get in touch with--no showed twice. When they finally did come they fixed the most minor issue and the worker stated he was instructed to only fix the one thing. Have not heard from them since last week and they still have a lot of work to do. Frustrating when you spend so much money and your patience and trust are taken advantage of... Main issues are communication, punctuality, and timeliness
