Upon phoning Pro Grante LL I found Juan courteous and prompt. I can't tell you how many companies never even returned my messages. Juan took the time to listen and understand my budget challenges and his prices could NOT BE BEAT ANYWHERE in NE. On our inital meeting Juan provided beautiful samples of granite/ quartz options that I could not believe where in my budget. Juan explained the process in English and Spanish and the process could not have been simpler. He and his crew installed my stunning quarts countertops AHEAD of schedule... Amazing is the word that comes to mind when dealing with Pro Granite LLC. Juan and his crew are true master craftsman, his knowledge of counter details astounded me; thickness differences between the laminant and granite, countertop over hang, and backslash, the list goes on and that was just at the measurement meeting. The day of the install was smooth and they kept that same professionalism. They advised when things were going to use the cutting tools and it maybe loud to meticulously cleaning up after themselves.
