Our experience with Planet Granite was outstanding. A friend recommended them for their customer service, products, and pricing. On our first visit, the receptionist introduced us to our sales rep, Brandon. We told him what we were looking for, and he showed us all of our options. Once we made our decision, everything happened like clockwork. All of the employees we worked with were professional, courteous, and very helpful. We were working with a contractor on a kitchen remodel and the timing was important. We are very happy with our new kitchen and bathroom countertops, and highly recommend Planet Granite!

I have trusted Planet Granite over the years to always give me the best customer service and the best prices on my countertops. I've now used them for 3 different projects; granite and quartz. I still made sure to get at least 2-3 quotes from different companies before making my decision. I always end up going back to Planet Granite. I get very fast quotes, their delivery and installation ends up taking less time than even they anticipated. Their installation team is always on time and courteous. I especially enjoyed my most recent experience with Katherine K. She is very knowledgeable and responded quickly to every phone call and email I sent her along the way. She set me up with their design expert to show me how my quartz would look after it was seamed together since I was very nervous about how the finished product would appear. It turned out absolutely gorgeous! I would recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase countertops. They have really perfected their craft!

We worked with Planet Granite on our honed marble countertops. We are very happy with the quality and price. All in all, they were excellent value for money. PG's service was exceptional. We worked closely with Katherine Kinzley in the design and sales team. Katherine had a clear knowledge of all countertop types, she was detailed, responsive and honest in dealing with all our questions and concerns, and she was enthusiastic about her work - clearly motivated by delivering a very high level of customer service. In fact, we initially went with polished marble because honed wasn't available, and when PG got a shipment of honed marble in, she called us immediately to see if we wanted to switch, something that was more work for her but ultimately meant that we got what we wanted. She was a joy to work with. Highly recommended.

We are very happy with our kitchen countertops from Planet Granite for our new house. We went to three different places, and it was an easy choice. From start to finish, it was a great experience. Adianna in Sales was very helpful and not pushy. Josh and Ryan did the measurements efficiently and accurately. Ami and Cimarron installed everything very nicely, even with a few hiccups along the way. I've already recommended them to two friends doing kitchen renovations!

We absolutely love Planet Granite, they are so on top of making sure that you are happy with the product you get & the customer service by the installers is impeccable. We just enjoyed working with Myles & Erin and the crew that was installing. I do have one complaint, the young lady up front is just not very helpful at all and you had to practically pull her out of the chair to get any information at all from her on the cleaners for our granite. Other than that they are extremely awesome and we are so very happy with our new kitchen and the granites we chose are amazing. I catch myself touching them constantly. LOL!

I just had to write a review and post some pictures to marvel how great the Golden Crystal counter tops look that Planet Granite fabricated. They are the best and most professional company I have had the pleasure of working with. Ash Caparros is the best associate to work with! Among the many changes I made along the way he was most supportive and ensured that my dream counters came to be a reality! Everything is now complete and looks like I have a new. Looking forward to my next home improvement project for the bathroom counters!

With confidence, we can recommend Planet Granite. From the operations manager Cameron to Todd, Justin, Jason, the install teams - all were so very professional. A few measurement errors were made and immediately Planet Granite’s stance was “we will do whatever it takes to make this right.” They went as far as taking out the entire countertops they had installed and installing completely new stone they had brought in. We are aware the major cost this had to have been to them, but yet unlike some businesses who maybe nowadays wouldn’t stand behind their customer service, Planet Granite gives you the absolute best and without a doubt you will leave satisfied. Their belief truly is that the customer is satisfied and they will not settle for less. They took their time with us. We never felt rushed. They went above and beyond explaining how to care for our granite and quartzite. Cannot recommend Planet Granite enough and I will be sharing with everyone I know how wonderful they’ve been!

Planet Granite installed the quartz counters in our house last year, and we found out after putting our house up for sale this year and having it inspected that they never adhered 2 of the counters in our kitchen when they installed. So they're just loose on top of the cabinets. also the counter seam adhesive looks like it was smoothed out with someone's finger & just sloppily wiped off because there are smudges that will not go away no matter what I try to do to clean it.

ordered 4 pieces from them for my contractor to install. 3 of the 4 were cut wrong, and we did double check our contract drawings, which were correct. When I called to let them know, the manager argued back to me that my contractor should have measured the pieces before leaving. Really?!? I can't expect you to cut pieces according to drawings that are on your contract? Horrible customer service! Unfortunately, I am done with this company after using them for several projects.

We had a wonderful experience with Planet Granite. Our sales associate Adrianna was super friendly and helpful; this was the same experience we had with the gentleman who came and measured for the project, and again with the three gentlemen that installed. The timeframe was reasonable and everything was completed on time with no issues. We would definitely come back to Planet Granite for future projects.

Wife and I went in this morning to see if we could get a "ball park" quote on what it would cost to replace the countertops in our new build once we close. Once they found out it was a Challenger build they refused to price anything or speak to us and told us we could only look until we close. We were planning on saving money between now and then and paying cash on closing day. Now we will be getting quotes elsewhere.
