From the time you walk into their store you feel right at home. The guys at Philly Marble & Tile were very helpful and knowledgeable. The process was also very smooth and the installers did a really good job. I shopped around several places and got a lot of different quotes. Some guys have sinks readily available to include in their packages and some don't. Philly Marble & Tile happened to be one of the spots that included the sink in their package at a reasonable price. I don't normally write reviews but I do feel they need recognition for a job well done. **They did such a great job I had them do my mothers house as well.** Thanks again Philly Marble & Tile.

I used Philly Marble & Tile to replace the table tops in my restaurant and I could not be any more pleased. The experience from start to finish was pleasant and professional. I needed 12 table tops that were different sizes and shapes but wanted to have a similar look to the old tables. I showed Ahmet a picture of what I was looking for and he immediately showed me several different options that were in different price ranges. Once we discussed pricing and style, I was shown a sample that was a perfect match. Once we agreed on the material, they started customizing our tables. A week later they were finished and ready to be installed. Their crew came out early and took my old table tops off and replaced with the new ones. Looked better than I had expected! The staff was professional and worked quickly! I 100% would recommend Philly Marble & Tile and look forward to using them for my next project!

these guys did an absolutely amazing job. They were incredibly helpful when picking out the right counter top for our basement dry bar. The price was very reasonable and they were even able to accommodate a quick turn around for an install so we could have it for our Kentucky Derby party. I would definitely without hesitation recommend going here if you are looking for counters.

We started our granite journey with a face-to-face meeting with the owner, Sean. He explained the different products and offered suggestions. We were able to narrow it down to a few options and take a small sample home. Once PA and NJ quarantines were lifted, we were ready to place our order and get the template measured. From the time we put our deposit down, it was only about a week before we had our installation date. Three guys and two hours later, we had countertops! Nice work and a great price!

Working with Mat and the team at Philly Marble & Tile has been excellent. Being our first time having counter tops installed, Mat was very helpful and patient, especially given the extensive number of samples to choose from. After making our selection, the template, cutting, and I installation occurred in just one week. The installers were professional and very accommodating. I highly recommend this business!

Philly Marble and Tile were very easy to work with for my kitchen countertop replacement. Very communicative and responsive over email and phone, patient with us taking multiple samples and debating which color to go with, and fast to install after we made our choice. The cost was less than we had gotten quoted at other places too. Overall I’m very happy with the experience.

Wow did these guys make it easy to get countertops! We wanted quick turnaround, so they advised on what was in-stock and wouldn't require ordering a brand new slab. Templating to install was only 2 business days, and Fabian the installer was incredibly helpful in making an on-the-fly design/install decision to ensure the final product looked perfect. Really, really straightforward process, pricing, and the guys are pleasant to work with. See ya in 30 years when I need new ones!

I recently had a new quartz countertop and back splash replacement in my kitchen. Finished only a few days ago. At all times the staff were helpful and friendly, also efficient while being flexible over accommodating other businesses such as painters, plumbers and electricians. A small correction was needed which was completed within two days. All in all I was pleased and would happily recommend this company. Price wise, they were the lowest quote I got so what else can I say!

Anthony and the team did a stellar job on our kitchen counters! We had a wonderful experience throughout -- from selecting, scheduling, measuring, and installing the granite countertops. Always punctual, the team was very professional and did excellent work for me. In the end, the overall cost was also quite reasonable, especially given the high quality of the work product. Moreover, the team went above and beyond and advised my general contractor on what sort of wooden supports would go with the granite island. Quick, responsive, and friendly to work with, Anthony and team certainly receive my highest recommendation.

They did a great job on our kitchen counters! The owner is super friendly and knowledgeable and was a pleasure to chat with every time I called or emailed for quotes, info, etc. He responded promptly as well, and when it was time to come out for measurements, the crew was on time for the appointment window, which is refreshing. They were fast, professional, and skilled and the counters look great - really changed up the whole feel of the kitchen. I found out about them through work (they did an industrial project at my job) and thought they did a great job there, so I called them to see if they could do residential work, which they do. I did go to Colonial Marble to see what they would charge and it was a few hundred dollars more, with less personal and personable service, so I'm glad I ultimately went with Philly Marble - better price, friendlier, and excelled work.

Kitchen renovations are just painful but so worth it! Needed counter tops and visited a few vendors feeling unsure what I wanted and without guidance I found helpful. A friend recommended Philly Marble & Tile to me. So glad she did! Beautiful selection, knowledgeable staff who made the whole experience fun, & professional installation on my schedule. I had a really good experience with Philly Marble & Tile. I had laminate countertop removed and replaced with quartz. I was pleased with the service. They took accurate measurements of the countertop. The price was lower than most competitors on the quartz even though the granite was comparable. I was happy with installation and the look of the quartz. Overall great experience.

We recently had a Quartz countertop installed in center city, Philadelphia by Philly marble and tile. The prices are very reasonable and we were very happy with our install overall. There was a minor issue that we had to call them about and they came out within a few days to remedy the issue. The owner is very professional and easy to deal with. Philly Marble & Tile is the best! The service at all levels was excellent without pressuring me to make a decision. Rami was very helpful in telling me about the different surfaces and what the needs for my project might be. The "slab yard," unlike other places, was indoors and well lit. The choices were numerous, and again, I did not feel pressured to buy something I wasn't ready for yet. The installers did a great job in a very timely manner. When I encountered a small problem, Taleen was very helpful in determining a solution. All in all, a great experience with Philly Marble & Tile at a reasonable price and no pressure!

My wife and I shopped several stores for a countertop. It wasn't until we went to their new showroom in Pennsauken that we hit the jackpot. Sean ( owner) and Laura couldn't have been nicer. They went out of their way to help find a countertop and their price was very fair. Installation went very well with no problems. We decided to shop their Philly store for our backsplash and again we hit the jackpot. Rammy was very helpful and patience. With his recommendation, we picked out a stone backsplash that went terrific with our new countertop. The material was not in stock and he had to order it. We needed it in 3 days and not only did he have it shipped overnight, he personally drop it off at our house with a smile. Highly recommend this company. Good product, better service and best people to deal with.

Well to begin with I bought a 'remnant' piece for my new shower bench and everything was fine, the piece was really reasonably priced and I loved it. It was 'absolute black' in a 'leathered' finish (really pretty finish that is not at all smooth or shiny, instead it has a 'pitted' appearance). So, I decided to go with them again for the kitchen countertops - a much bigger and more expensive job. I ordered the same granite, absolute black leathered. I wasnt at home when they arrived but my boyfriend was there and when I got home I realized that I did not get the same finish - I think its absolute black but not leathered. Instead its rather shiny which is exactly what I was trying to avoid.... To top it off, the piece was damaged and quite chipped along the back edge so it looks pretty messy and will require a thick back-splash to cover the edge which I had not been intending to use.

i have a nightstand with a laminate top i wanted to change the color on, so i needed a 30" x 18" piece of laminate. first they quickly said something about an 8' piece and then quoted me 400$. when i said i didnt need 8' of this, im flexible on color, could take from a remnant piece they have there, they still wanted 250$ for it. TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS FOR A SMALL RECTANGLE OF LEFT OVER LAMINATE. this was not including an installation, this was not laminate mounted on anything, just a small rectangle of nearly paper thin material usually touted for its affordability. it felt like they were throwing out insane numbers just to mess with me, as he just seemed generally irritated at my inquiry. what a nightmare business!

Worst vendor ever! SEAN the owner is the worst! Their first attempt at installing our granite countertops ended with giant holes in the wall from a mismeasured template. The whole thing had to be removed and re-installed. SEAN the owner did nothing to make up for this! Next, we had to drive our own granite slab down to them for cutting and templating because they promised it would go faster that way. Ten days later they showed up with the granite slab - UNCUT - and tried to cut it our driveway! They ended up cutting it too much and the entire slab had to be trashed! Third - they backed out completely from doing our marble center island, with the guy in charge SEAN saying they couldn't handle it. SEAN the owner hides behind text messages and never faces his customers! Service is terrible, performance is terrible, these guys are clowns!

Horible service. Philly tile and marble fabricacted something totaly wrong even when provided drawings then would not replace the product or give us a refund. They said they couldnt do what I asked of them. But were happy to take our money 100% ahead of time. I proceeded to go to three other fabricators and they all said it was not a issue to fabricate what was needed. Ive used this company a few times this past year and each time I used them the service was progressively worse. Completly incompadent staff you can barley understand. There marble installers are completly rude, they told one of my staff to shut the f#ck up... The fact they treat return customers with such disrespect, its a wonder they can stay in buisness. If you want a cheap and shitty job by all means use these chumps. Goes to show you get what you pay for. As to your reply to my review I went to three other fabricators, Cava international, Telmar and Renaissance marble and they all told me it was no problem to finish the backside and in fact they could have it to me in three days. The pieces Renaissance marble fabricator were beautiful and they didn't charge me until I came and picked up the pieces. They were even willing to take your pieces you fabricated and fix them for me since you wouldn't fix them... When I came to have you fabricate the piece I brought architectural drawings showing exactly what I wanted. When I receive the pieces I saw they were not fabricated correctly I brought them back and said these are wrong, not only did your sales rep refuse to correct the issue she stated that I did not give enough detail in terms of what I needed. I don't know how much more detailed I can get with bringing in architectural drawings that clearly shows what I needed. When I asked for a refund on the shelving she had said that she would not give us a refund. The right thing to do hear is give me a refund on the shelving...

I've had several granite countertops installed in the past and decided on Philly Marble for my home in Philadelphia. I paid nearly $4000 and the job was never completely finished. The granite had several large and noticeable cracks and scratches. The cuts they made around the sinks and other edges were not square and very noticeable. They used white caulking on some spots that wouldn't be covered by backsplash. The other areas I had to use silicone myself to finish. They never let me see the stone before the install and I can see why. They sold me a junk product and coupled that with their inexperienced staff that is incapable of making critical cuts and filling in granite holes.

I had the worst experience ever - while they were installing the countertop in my bathroom, they caused wall damage in my bathroom. They also damaged the countertop from the sides - this is absolutely the worst experience I have had so far. Then, they said that they fix the damaged caused on the countertop by installing the backsplash which they never did. I would highly recommend to not to use this place ever.
