Dennis, the manager, was to come to my house on a Saturday at 10 am for an estimate on granite, never showed, never called. I called the business and another date and time was set up and he did the same thing again! He offered no reasonable explanation. Will definitely not give this company a 3rd chance. Dont see how you get customers treating them this way.

We asked around for a few quotes before choosing Payless Granite. For background, my family growing up did a ton of diy construction, including installing granite countertops and building shelves. I hired them to expand our kitchen with new shelves and install the countertops. I was blown away by the craftsmanship they exhibited in the work completed. The price was extremely reasonable. I will certainly be working with them again if given the opportunity. They were so flexible with us when we had to reschedule due to illness and Dennis was such a helpful guy to work with. He seems to know everyone in town and connected us with a plumber to connect the sinks as well as someone to do our backsplash.

Dennis gave us great customer service when we walked into the shop. He provided us with samples to look at while we were there. He was very professional and reasonable priced. Once my cabinets were installed, Jose came out remeasure for the counter tops for accuracy They said it would take 5 days for them to be made and they were on time. They communicated with us on time frame of when they would be here to install. Jose and his helper were very professional and leveled up my farmhouse sink. We are very pleased with the overall service from this company. Highly recommend!

Dennis and Kevin were very professional and helped me pick out just the right granite. Jose and his crew were great during the installation. And Dennis had wood made to level up my dishwasher and everything looks great.

I talked to Dennis and he was very helpful, they came out and took measurements, and a week later I had my counter tops installed. The whole process was super easy, and I’m really happy with the results. I would definitely recommend this business and would use them again in the future.
