If you are looking for the best product, best service, best installation, don’t look any further! You will find everything when you hire Paul and his people. We had a smooth process! 2 weeks from the time we choose our slabs until they were installed. His crew came to make the template which is more professional that what we have ever seen! After that they called us so we could choose where we wanted the slabs to be cut and what part of the slab we wanted to have in the island/countertop etc. The day of the installation his crew showed up on time. Paul came as well to supervise everything but his people are absolutely amazing! They all know exactly what to do. We couldn’t be happier and we recommend Paul to you if you are looking to replace or build a kitchen/bathroom. Don’t look any further!

I purchased a piece of stone for my fireplace hearth and they sent me a completely different stone - the one I selected was grey with gold colorations. They sent me a green Stone with flaws. I had a picture of the stone I selected which I sent to Sunny along with a picture of the one they delivered and he yelled at me! He said how dare I question his integrity....think he was immediately defensive because he knew they were wrong and got caught. Sad, I have purchased from them in the past but that didn’t seem to matter. Buyer beware.

Paul's Marble Depot did an outstanding job with the fabrication and installation of my quartz countertops and backsplashes. The custom fix was amazing. I don't believe anyone else could have done a better job. I would give them ten stars if I could.

Probably the single worst customer service of any home vendor I have worked with in 25 years of home renovation, building and repair. The fabrication and install were actually above average, but our stone immediately showed quality and finish issues and Sunny would repeatedly promise to address but would never follow up. For a retail customer that isn't likely to be a customer in the near-term, they have little incentive to treat customers well. Sunny was not just unresponsive, he was disrespectful. Would NEVER use them again under any circumstances. About to pay another stone vendor to fix their work.

This is the worst nightmare during my renovation. I went to Daltile to look for ideas and i saw the marble depot was next to that daltile store. So i went in and had a chat with the owner, who seems very nice. He offered the lowest price among all quotes. I decided to go with him. They didn't show up to install as they said , then i made so many phone calls. Finally, they said they couldn't make it and had to reschedule. On the following day, they came two hours later than the appointment with two broken pieces. They told me it was an accident. So i asked them to install the good pieces. I was waiting inside and found they never came into the house. then i went to see them finding that they were trying the fix and glue the broken pieces. After being caught by me and my contractor, the guy said why not you paid less with the broken pieces. I said it's no way i could do that. They went back and promised to deliver new pieces in five days. They came to my place on the following thursday. When they installed the pieces, they made scratches on my cabinet when they force one piece to drop into between cabinet. the guy said it's normal to have scratches and I was totally shocked. they only spent like 30 mins. After they left, on the following day, my contractor found all problems: sinks are not sealed well. the long marble piece was not systemic. One end is wider than the other end, which made a big gap on one end since they didn't do templates!!! One piece is not sanded well with all marks showing. all edge corners are not matching. Some are sharp, some are round. The worst part is the crew moved my plumbing when they put sink on without telling me. They forgot to put back. When i used my dishwasher and my floor got flooded. When i called the owner, he refused to admit saying his crew is professional and doesn't touch plumbing stuff. My floor is totally cracked with water damage. what kind of professional will make scratches and not do templates before installation? When i called him about all problems i mentioned above, what he said is it's normal to have problems. I called ten times to ask them come over , but they never be on time. I am still waiting for the owner to repair the uneven end issues. never recommend this store to any one.

We had a great experience with Paul’s Marble. Sunny was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He responded very quickly to our questions and concerns, which is something very rare these days. I would highly recommend!

The final project (quartz countertops) installation was fine but this company seriously needs to work on their customer service. Please learn how to return phone calls and/or emails. I kept having to chase them to schedule an install date.

Believe the online reviews on Google. Sunny Adalja and Paul Adalja consistently exhibited a lack of respect, a lack of accountability, and a lack of transparency - in short, a complete lack of integrity. Avoid Paul's Marble Depot at all costs if you value your time and peace of mind. We were referred to Paul's Marble Depot by an architect who said they carried Dekton. We ordered the Dekton on March 30, 2022. The material arrived at Paul's Marble Depot the first week of April, 2022. We said that we'd be ready for countertops and backsplash to be installed around mid-November, 2022. We were in fact ready and asked for the countertops to be installed November 14. The countertops were installed December 1, a week later than Sunny said he would install them - he just didn't show up or communicate where his team was in the process of fabricating the countertops. We still - as of January 12, 2023 - do not have an intact kitchen island. It was installed as a piece that was broken, which Sunny and Paul glued back together and tried to pass off as whole. Paul was supposed to have ordered a replacement slab last week; he said it arrived Monday and it would be fabricated and then installed today, Thursday. It is 7:07 pm and he has not emailed, texted or called us. In April, as we were refining our design, Sunny had boasted that he was highly experienced using Bocci outlets. He told us to get double outlets, horizontal, not diagonal or vertical. I ordered the outlets per his specifications and coordinated calls between him and our electrician, which occurred in April and May. Yet in December, Sunny betrayed to us that he didn't know how to do double outlets in Dekton. When we discussed electrical outlets in April and May, he gave one measurement of 6 mm for the backsplash. When the countertops were installed, he had his crew measure for the backsplash but neither he nor Paul was not present during the measurements, and the measurements were taken with templates, not a laser. We asked his crew to ascertain the accuracy of the outlet positioning at the time of making templates. They confirmed the outlets were installed correctly. But, after he tried to install the backsplashes, Sunny announced the first installation would not work. Removing one of the backsplashes, he broke it. He blamed the breakage on his team's fabrication work. He said that backsplashes as fabricated wouldn't work because the outlets were not installed correctly even though they were installed per his specific directions to us and our electrician. At 6:30 on a Friday evening, pitch black outside, he promised to contact his electrician whom he reassured us had installed Bocci outlets many times. He said his electrician would call us. He stated that the depth of the outlets had to be 1/2 inch as opposed to 6 mm, which had been measurement he originally gave us and continued to give us up through the point he and his crew broke one of the backsplashes. Neither Sunny nor his electrician ever called us after that. We never heard from his electrician and we never heard from Sunny ever again. Sunny was consistently rude, impatient, disrespectful, and unaccountable. His communications with us were curt and he blamed others for problems he should have prevented from occurring in the first place. At times the information he gave was incorrect. He did not show up when he said he would, by a whole week, and this happened twice. We were effectively without a sink or countertops for over a month. When they came two weeks later to install the countertop and backsplash, they broke the original one-piece backsplash. Sunny blamed the breakage on his installation team. It was replaced by a backsplash in two pieces two weeks later. We discovered after the island countertop was installed at 6:30 pm in the pitch dark, that Sunny installed a slab that had been broken off at one end, at a 30-degree angle. He apparently had tried to glue it together. Once it was bright daylight, we noticed the corner had been cracked all the way through. We asked them to make it right. Sunny completely ignored our emails and calls. We then reached out to Paul who has a much nicer interpersonal style and who took responsibility for the broken island countertop. Paul never returned with an intact slab to remedy their attempt to pass off a broken piece of Dekton as intact.

I agree. These guys have an ethics problem. They don't deliver what they promise. The quality of the materials have gone down over the years, their scheduling is unreliable, and their customer service is bad.
