We visited Parr to look at Windows for our home. Lindsey waited on us. He is very knowledgeable and knows much about Windows, features, etc. We learned a lot and he is going to submit us a quote tomorrow. A very good experience thus far. Thanks a bunch Lindsey. Update: We installed the 5 Windows we purchased from Parr. Made a bigger project out of it by stripping off the cedar siding. The new Milgard Windows look great. Tuscany line was our pick. No regrets.

Robert was very helpful. He had great design solutions for location of my appliances. They have a good show room for ideas. I would recommend Robert as a go to kitchen designer.

Mat was a great help in selecting a new front door. Took us step by step through the process so we could get just what we wanted. My wife can now get her Christmas gift from 2016. Thanks

I've had the pleasure of working with Baylee on several projects now, and she has consistently been fantastic. She's incredibly quick at getting me quotes, which is a huge time-saver. Baylee is very helpful and always goes the extra mile to answer my questions and address any concerns I have. She's easy to work with and makes the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Parr Cabinet Design, especially if you have the opportunity to work with Baylee!

Staff knowledge of doors/windows was not great. They couldn't identify which of their samples was which style of milgard windows. They also weren't very knowledgeable about interior doors: not understanding that most does are just left/right and that inside/outside mount doesn't actually matter for most. They offer few delivery which is great. Prices are average - you're not going to get an amazing deal. If you know exactly what you want and want few delivery: this is a great place. If you need help deciding/don't know what you want, go elsewhere

I worked with Vicki Caraccioli to design and coordinate the install of kitchen and bath cabinets and counters for a 5 unit apartment I was building. She was extremely professional, efficient and a joy to work with. The quality of the work and product was high and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend using Parr for your cabinet needs and I look forward to working with Vicki in the future if I need cabinets again.

I came here about 3x a week for a few weeks and have to say Darren is a fantastic guy, extremely helpful and patient and down to earth. I can’t carry much because I have a bad back and I’ve gone to locations where the guys aren’t thrilled or just won’t help. Jason also was really helpful. Service was fast and they accommodated our needs . I’m really blown away by this location. Office staff, dispatch, loaders everyone here is amazing.

The sales people are very snooty. Asked for prices on windows and was told they are really expensive.

Janelle J. At Parr Cabinets center is AWESOME. We had the a very good experience designing our cabinets. From design to paperwork, to updates Janelle was there. Best sales person ever. We have not got cabinets yet but if they are anything like the service we received I'm sure they will be great. THANKS Janelle.

This review is not specifically for the cabinets we bought but the overall process working with Parr to get the Kemper cabinets selected and installed, and the counter top/kitchen sink. Also broke it down by appoint since it wasn't only Parr that came out to work. It's too soon to say how the kemper cabinets will hold up in the long run. Short review: There were a couple of hiccups along the way, but we'd recommend them. You have to make sure to project manage it a bit because things do inevitably happen and if you just sit around and wait for the coordinators to reach out to you, it could take longer which could impact when your kitchen is finally done. Would use them again. Long review: Parr: Ken (NE Portland location) was our sales person and he was GREAT! I would recommend him 100%. He always worked hard to make sure things went smooth as possible for us post sale. We took our time during the design phase and it took us about 3 different trips (over the span of 6-9 months) to look around and ask questions at the showroom. Ken never seemed impatient; he didn't rush us but patiently answered questions and sent us a mock up of our designs and updated mock up several times. Even when the install started if there were any hiccups, he jumped right in to try to smooth things out or address our concerns. He also offered alternatives to help save us money. Cabinet Measure: Paul came out and recommended a couple things that would make the cabinets hold up longer and not end up with the ceiling sagging due to the weight. That was greatly appreciated. Installers: Jim & Spencer were GREAT. The install took 2.5 days. Each day they cleaned up after themselves and vacuumed and swept the area. Our house is old so there was some uneven floors/ceilings they had to deal with. They offered up a couple different alternatives and worked with us to find a solution. We ended up being able to use extra scrap pieces to fill in gaps w/o having to order extra pieces. Side note, you will still have to vacuum and wipe things down after they finish. The dust gets everywhere but their cleaning makes your wipe down much more manageable. 2nd installer: Paul: Came back out to finish covering some cabinets that they had to cut to accommodate hvac for our vent. He took the time to go and check the how the project looked to make sure things opened nicely, etc. He might be one of the lead installers based on what Ken said. I think he works directly for Parr. Counter top measure (FloForm): He was fine and able to accommodate my request. Because our run of counter is so long, they ended up needing 2 pieces and I didn't like the original spot he was going to put the seam but he was able to move it. Counter top/sink install (FloForm): It took about 2.5 hours. Install itself was smooth. But we had a tilt drawer in front of the sink and after the sink was installed the tilt drawers were too wide so stuck out a little. Had to contact Ken at Parr to see if they had a skinner tray. 3rd installer (Viktor): Came to replace a piece that the manufacturer sent the wrong color. No issues with this install. He also adjusted the setting on our cabinet with a garage door. We ended up needing to order another hinge for that door. For some reason it only came default with one hinge and it closed harder than we wld hv liked so had Ken order another one. 4th installer (Ken): swap out the tilt tray to fit the narrow space. Install went smooth with no issues. 5th install: add 2nd hinge for garage style door. Installed with no issue, just installed a bigger hinge with soft close instead of installing a second hinge. Appointment Scheduler: Our contact was Sarah. I'm not sure who she works for but there were a couple issues that caused us to rearrange our schedule last minute. 1. The cabinet measure appointment somehow got moved w/o our consent so we had to take time off of work to be there or else they couldn't fit us on the books for another MONTH for a different reschedule. When my husband asked what happened someone at the office (Sara wasn't there that day) said it was moved. 2. Ken said Sara should be calling us to schedule the second install, several days went by and we still didn't get a call. We had to email her and CC Ken to make sure it happened.

I went in to learn about their cabinet lines. No one approached us & when we finally asked one of the employees to help us, they were rude, condescending and unhelpful. We left them our drawings to price the cabinets. He said he'd have it to us by the next week. We waited 3 weeks only to be called and told the order was too complicated for them.

The contractor we hired had new cabinets made by this company. It took forever, the top cabinets were cut wrong so it took weeks more to get that fixed. I hate these cupboards. They have nice drawer fronts but the inside of the drawer is very small. Contractor told me that was how they did them today. Shelves inside the cupboards were only 12 inches rather than the 24 inches I had. Again I was told this is standard. Lots of framing and much less space. I sure wish I was offered a better choice. They cost a small fortune for less than what I had. Beware of who does your new cabinets...

I purchased cabinets from Parr for a kitchen remodel. The salesman was pleasant and low-key - so low-key that it was hard to get enough information. He seemed astonished when I asked about installation, made no mention of hardware, and forgot to give me my design fee credit on my purchase. He was hard to contact by phone and slow to answer emails. But, here's the real problem. The cabinets are poor quality. They are out of square, flimsy, have ragged wood in the back and gobs of glue that had to be shaved away. Some of the doors and shelves are warped, several drawer faces were mounted off center, one drawer was so out of square it had to be dismantled, shaved down, and reassembled. The corner cabinet had been dropped and was cracked and squashed. I waited weeks for a new corner cabinet to come from Indiana (I had no idea they weren't local) while my kitchen remained useless, empty room. The salesman told me after it was all over that I had purchased "builders grade" and these cabinets are put in new houses all over town. I guess contractors get a big discount (I spent several thousand dollars) and don't care if the cabinets are junk. I also did not receive the correct finishing pieces with my order - no quarter round for the floor edge, no scribe pieces to cover up the warped seams in my cobbled-together island. Having a kitchen ripped apart is never pleasant, but the poor quality product made this a much harder and unnecessarily lengthy ordeal. On the plus side, I finally sought out the store manager who stepped in and answered emails and phone calls more promptly. The installation manager came to my house, himself, at the end of the ordeal, fixed the drawer faces and wacky drawer, and installed the remaining knobs and toe kicks/trim. Both the manager and installation manager tried their best to make things as right as they could.
