I needed PMG to help finish the work another company started. Having used them in the past, I know they do great work. I feel foolish for not starting with them in the first place. Pros: Top notch workmanship - and that's really what matters the most, right? A family business that really cares and knows their stuff. Top of the line technology used to produce great results. Cons: Extremely difficult communications with certain folks on timing (can take awhile to get everything done), price is a bit higher and complex to understand, everything seems to go slow via e-mail.

The installation was amazing. The team was fast, efficient and attention to detail was perfect. The taj mahal quartzite was the perfect choice. Thankyou everyone!

This company is referred by many builders. We suspect their must be some sort of pay back for the referral. Their craftsmanship is average and it takes over a year for them to return to complete punch work. There are better options do not trust your general contractor or interior designer.

First, buy the stone at a place that has the full slab on display and you can truly see what you are buying. There are many stone places that have full slab displays. Second, the are very slow and took months more than we originally thought. Third, the quality of their work is ok, but if you have any issues, which we had, they took weeks to get back and it took a lot of emails, text and phone calls. Thus, find someone els.

Absolutely the best stone and fabrication company in Scottsdale. They are family owned and operated and they really care about their customers. Their workmanship is top-notch, and the quality of their stone is excellent. Highly recommended !!

Papagnos is a wonderful family owned business. I had them put granite in my new homes kitchen, laundry room, and bathrooms. The large island area is my favorite. They pay close attention to details to match granite slabs and make seams almost invisible. After all of the granite was in I decided to do back splash in my kitchen all the way up to the bottom of the cabinets. They did a fabulous job matching the existing granite. Papagnos added such a beautiful touch to my new home as well as value. I would highly recommend Papagnos!!!

Adriana Papagno had tree work done by our company and has not answered our calls or emails in regards to the unpaid balance. The email you opened and ignored with no response is not ethical.

Today we had Papagno’s out to the house for a third time. This go round was for two master bath granite countertops. Again, just as our other experiences….SUPER PROFESSIONAL, CLEAN, PERFECT install. These guys worked like it was their own personal home. Zero damage to our existing walls, mirrors and backsplash wall tile. They were punctual…showing up right on time, and finished the job in a timely manner. Quicker than I had expected. We will continue to use Papagno’s and recommend them to everyone we know. From the start to finish….Tammy, Sasha and Maria (in the office) and the team that comes to measure, and finally the installers….this company bucks the norm of “no more caring”!! We entrusted Papagno’s Marble and Granite, Inc. Scottsdale, AZ to store half of a granite slab we purchased from Arizona Tile. We used the first half in the renovation of our guest bathroom. (Papagno’s was the fabricator.) The remaining slab was to be used for our Master Bathroom renovation. We were very particular and spent a lot of time choosing this beautiful piece of granite. When we started preparations for our Master Bathroom renovation, we alerted Papagno’s that we would be needing our remaining half-slab. It took them OVER THREE MONTHS to determine that they could not locate the slab and, they had no explanation as to its disposition. THEY LOST THE SLAB! As they were responsible for our property, we requested a reimbursement for our loss. Papagno’s refused. Instead, they offered us a credit towards another half-slab which of course could not match the first as we had planned. Throughout our experience with Papagno’s, communication was atrocious. They were unresponsive to many phone calls and we were forced to send them certified letters objecting to their offer and demanding reimbursement. Repeatedly, we asked to speak directly with George Papagno or any other principal of the company. We were always sluffed off to underlings. As a consumer in search of customer service excellence, Papagno’s instead demonstrated sloppiness, inattention and lack of courtesy. We were never reimbursed! If we could send a message chiseled in stone to Papagno’s and to whomever is reading this review, it would read: NEVER, EVER, GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO PAPAGNO’S MARBLE AND GRANITE!

Papagno's Granite went out of their way to help me solve a granite issue that arose in my condo yesterday. I was not a past customer, but yet they went out of their way to listen to my issue and then found a way to send workmen out the same day I called. Let's name names...Christina was fantastic and was my contact for the day. She communicated with me at all times and was pleasant and responsive. But it was Bruno and Estevan who literally made my day. From the minute they showed up at my door they were professional, friendly and ready to work to solve any issue. I highly recommend these two men for any work you may need done in your home. It is companies like this that have made moving to Scottsdale so great. I would recommend Papagno's for any granite work you may have. They are on my approved list!

Very happy with the team at Papagno's Marble and Granite. We recently completed a remodel in Scottsdale and they fabricated and installed all the counter-tops in our home with a mixture of Natural Stone and Engineered Quartz products. I have to say that the 10' x 6' Quartzite Island counter-top is one of the highlights of the entire project. Other fabricators insisted that we needed two pieces with a seam, but Papagno's not only said otherwise, but personally had the largest, most beautiful piece of quartzite I'd seen and was able to make our island a statement piece for our home. The staff was kind and gave us the personal attention that you only get from a family run business. Would recommend them to anyone!

What I saw in the showroom and in the wearhouse is nothing short of stunning! Excellent work!!!
