Panters came out last spring to install laminate on our stairs and upstairs. They were a pleasure to work with. Gave us a great quote and had the work done very fast. Their installers were awesome and very considerate with our furniture. We had to have some boards changed out due to the stairs, but Panters came out at no charge after almost a year and replaced them for us with no hassles. Great local business to support in the pass area!

My husband, 8 year old son and I visited Panter's on Saturday. As we were looking at tile, my son accidentally knocked one over, and it broke at the top. We all felt bad about it, but the staff could not have been nicer about it. We then realized that he had a small cut on his leg, and once he saw some blood he started to cry. I believe the young lady was Daisy, and not only did she calm him down with some special treatment, she bandaged him up and made him feel special. I could not be more impressed and grateful to your staff (especially Daisy) for their kind treatment.

I recently had a water leak that originated in my Laundry Room that resulted in water flowing out into the kitchen and the Great Room areas. I searched out Floor installation and repair professionals in my area and I came across “Panters Hardwood Flooring”. I reached out to the owner of the company “Mike Panter” and I told him about what had happened and I asked if he would be able to replace the damaged flooring. Mike made a next day appointment with me to come out to my home to access the damage and to provide me with what I felt was a reasonable estimate to make the repairs. I then gave Mike my approval to proceed with the work. The material was ordered and within a week Mike and one of his workers by the name of David met with me in my home to go over what Mike and I had discussed and David then proceeded with the work. I have custom Base Moulding in my home and I was very concerned about the removal and re-installation of the Base Moulding. Not to worry, David did a professional job of carefully removing the Base Moulding and an equally professional job of re-installing it. It is as if nothing had ever happened. The floors look Great! If I could give “Panters Hardwood Flooring” 10 Stars, I would.

We had such a great experience with Panter's Hardwood Floors. Since the first time we visited them, they were always very helpful and gave us a great customer service. Thank you and congratulations to everyone, specially to Deisy and Ryan for their amazing job. Deisy kept us informed of the updates and Ryan who installed the floor was always on time and did great job. Congratulations to the owners for having such a great teamwork. Let me first of all say that Panters flooring is five star with great customer service. They have done five jobs for us in three homes over more than a decade. They have installed engineered hardwood, LVP, laminate and aduramax... I would add one caveat to my review. Make sure you know the type of flooring you are getting and what it will withstand. This last time we went with laminate for budget constraints and we should have spent a little more and gotten the LVP. Within a year we had to have a few spots repaired due to buckling and Panters did it and was great. A little later because the kitchen needed to be able to be steam cleaned we took up the laminate and put down the Aduramax. It is wonderful. It is nonslip. Now we are coming upon needing to do the same for our bathrooms. We are on unlimited budget so we have actually double spent and we would've been so much ahead if we would've spent a little bit more the first time. Make sure if you can steam clean or sanitize your floors and if the laminate is sealable. We also have a spot where they did the repair where the paper is coming off the laminate. I'm not putting this down as a negative for Panters, I'm just saying to be sure of what quality product you are using. They are great and their customer service is great. Trying to post some pictures and it won't let me. I will see if I can edit it later

Master bathroom and guest bathroom done, complete wall panel surround from floor to ceiling, custom frameless shower door enclosure included. I'm very happy and satisfied with the outcome. Well done. Good dedicated workers. I highly recommend this company. Visit their showroom and start from there. No pressure selling which I liked. Good collaboration.

We decided to use Panters to remove carpet and install laminate floors. They did an awesome job. Their installers were very hard workers as well as knowledgeable. They did a very nice job and cleaned up everything when they were finished. We were so happy with the job that we decided to have them reface our hall closet doors. (12 doors). They did not disappoint. They turned out better than we expected. We also had them replace some bi-fold closet doors. Everything they did was top notch. They are really helpful in the store and know just what you want.

Panters Hardwood Flooring did a complete kitchen remodel and wood flooring through out our whole home. This was a big job with amazing results from beginning to end. The most difficult part was choosing exactly what we wanted. Sandy and Scott helped walk us through all the choices we needed to make and offered their expert advice. We were able to get very top quality cabinets, counter tops and flooring with all new Wolf appliances and come in a prices that made since. Their staff and professional installers were top notch. They did not use sub contractors except the counter top installers. All cabinets, back splash and flooring was installed by their own employees. This big project was $40,000 less than the other bid we got. We could not be happier!

Panters installed engineered hardwood floors throughout my home and built a custom fireplace. I went to the showroom approximately 4 times before I selected my flooring. Panters was kind enough to let me take samples home. I had an idea of what I wanted my fireplace to look and Panters brought it to life. Their workmanship is superb! I pay great attention to detail and when I noticed a minor flaw, it would be quickly addressed. Their installation cost is higher than competitors, however, it pays off in their work and customer service.

Panters installed our composite floors five years ago, but this review is for their follow up work years later. We had contacted Panters about some cracking of the composite flooring materials during the pandemic a couple of years ago, and they had offered to come do repairs. Then the pandemic hit and we didn't follow through. Fast forward to five years after the job, and we reached back out to the Panters to address the issues. Scott came out, let us know that the material we had chosen for the job was now known to not be very durable, and was no longer under warranty, but that they would come back and complete the repairs for free. They sent over a professional and friendly crew from Eze Flooring which spent most of a day working on the repairs, including a trip to the store to purchase additional materials, addressing all of the concerns we had raised, including replacing a baseboard that had not been part of the initial flooring project. It is nice to see a company that cares about its reputation and customer satisfaction enough to stand by its work years later.

My daughter and son in law used painters for a bunch of remodeling this year. The floors, both tile and wood came out beautifully and at a reasonable cost and everything else they did was really well done and master bath came out really gorgeous! We are new to the area and recently bought a home. We needed to add flooring to our office so we visited Panters (they had done the other flooring in the home with the previous owners). They were quick and helpful in getting the flooring installed before we moved in. We also decided to redo our kitchen and went to see Sandy at Panters. She listened to what we wanted and helped us pick quartz countertops and subway tile backsplash. It turned out better than we could have imagined! They were able to do the job in the time frame they had given us. Everyone who showed up to work was professional and friendly. We made several trips to their showroom trying to pick out the right floor for our home. They were very helpful and let us take numerous samples home to aid in floor selection. I figured a small local shop such as theirs would be on the pricey side.... not the case!! They were a full dollar a square foot cheaper than any other store, and that included the big stores and on-line. We were very pleased with Panters.

I recently went to Panters to look around for a new flooring for my bedroom. The entire staff is knowledgeable, patient and professional. They allow you to take samples to view in your own home. Scott , Sandy and Vanessa provided solid advice on the vast amount of options available in their showroom. I needed baseboards installed ASAP. I found this place and didn't shop around because Sandy was super friendly, professional and helpful. I picked out the baseboards that matched what I had and Ryan came out that same day to measure and give me a quote on installation. A few days later he came out to install and he fixed some of the pieces of bamboo floor that didn't come out right from the previous installers. Ryan was very friendly and professional. I will be recommending them to all of my friends and family.

We found the people at the Beaumont Store really helped us make decisions for carpeting, hardwood and molding. They are so nice and available for us for all our questions. Jim and Chris did the installation and I don't think I could praise them enough for the professionalism, quality of work, cleanliness and trustworthiness. These guys are the best. Having been a flooring installer in the past, I am extremely particular when it comes to having it done, and I found Panter's work to be of the highest quality. They did a better job and more than I expected. They were great to work with, have a storehouse of knowledge about their products, and the flooring looks great, and has held up beautifully. As a real estate broker I sometimes hesitate to recommend companies to my clients because I don't want to feel responsible if my client isn't happy with the work. However, over the past 22 years, I've never had the slightest hesitation in recommending Panter's, and all of my clients have been very happy with them. We were just as impressed with Panters the second time around - and were reminded again what exceptional customer service and workmanship looks like. Scott and Mike were prompt in giving us a quote, patiently answered our many questions, and gave us valuable input that helped us choose the best hardwood and carpet to meet our needs. They were also very accommodating with scheduling our project around other components of our home remodel. Each and every member of the team that assisted with the various aspects of our project were prompt, polite, professional, trustworthy and skilled. We had Panters put hardwood floors in our house a couple of years ago. They did a great job at the time, on budget and on schedule. They fixed a few issues with no hassle whatsoever. Now, a few years on, our floors still look fantastic. I'd do it again in a heartbeat, and I'd hire Panters again without any hesitation. The owners value their customers and aren't satisfied until the customer is happy. Really a great experience.

Panters totally proved to me that they are awesome, professional, knowledgable, and cool! We had them put in real oak floors and dark finish. It looked amazing, then someone we hired to paint came in and messed up our floors in one area. I thought it was something that was Panters fault but it wasn't. And they came and fixed the problem no charge!!! They also told me that if we scratch it toe damage it in any way they will come fix it anytime. Ok Panters!!! YOU ARE AMAZING!!

We contracted with Panter's to install hardwood flooring our living room and small "computer room". Around 600 sq ft in all. Their installers arrived when they said and finished on time. Can't say the same for other's whom we have hired to do other remodeling projects. Their office is in Banning and we live in Riverside but their price was less than other companies we got estimates from that are located closer to home. The workmanship was excellent and and the product they sold us looks great. The price included carpet removal hauling away and moving all the furniture. There was only one small defect in one of the baseboards and they returned when they said they would and replaced it for no charge. If you are considering having wood floors installed I would definitely recommend giving this company a call.

First, the showroom had a fantastic selection of any kind of wood flooring you could imagine (from engineered, solid or laminate) and the staff was awesome. Everything about my experience was perfect. Veronica helped me out in the showroom, and we went from there. I bought an 1893 home with very uneven floors- very! I didn't even know if wood flooring was possible. I chose a solid wood and the rest is history. The floors turned out phenomenal! I also appreciate how they worked with me- a lot of small business these days are 9-5 and closed when I am available (I work 9-5!). They gave estimates after hours and many times we had to communicate after hours. I left a key and their workmen (Tim and Gino) took it from there. I can't imagine many projects more challenging than my floors and they turned out amazing. From start to finish, I could not be more satisfied with the selection, service, and workmanship- I will recommend them to anyone.

We contacted Panters for carpet in two rooms plus a walk-in closet. They were able to come over and give an estimate within a week of our initial call. We felt the estimate was reasonable and decided to go with them. We went to their showroom to see our carpet options and found one that matched the existing carpet already in our home so we set up an appointment for installation. It took one guy almost a full day for the carpet to be installed and towards the end of the day a second guy showed up to complete the job. Sadly the completion of our master bedroom was not to our liking. There was about a quarter inch gap between the carpet and the tile in our bathroom and hallway. We called the next day and the same installer was sent back to fix it. The second go around was still not great and when we called again the owner Mike came over to see for himself. I'm leaving a good review because it ended well. Mike fixed the gap at both entry points and left us extremely satisfied. He is a great business owner who obviously values his customers. I'm glad we went with this local company.

bottom line: great job for a great price. Longer story: We spent a lot of money getting hardwood floors to cover the entirety of our ground floor. We caught our breath and saved up some money and decided to go with a different company to do our stairs. Shane from Panters came out and gave my wife the quote. He guided her around some more expensive but non-consequential decisions that others would've uphold for. Then Justin came out and single handedly did a great job on our stairs. There were lots of cuts and angles and Justin really approached it like an artist, not just a floor guy. He was in and out in the time we agreed to, even though he was short handed. great job guys! We'll be calling soon about working on our bathroom!

Super nice, friendly and helpful staff when coming in for a hardwood floor purchase of 78 square feet (4 boxes). However, we only used 3 of the 4 boxes for our hallway project and when I inquired about returning the 1 unused box I was told there was a 30% re-stocking fee, AND their minimum return quantity was 100 square feet....more than the size of our entire project. YIKES......$200 down the drain, as that was the cost of each box. I should have asked about this policy BEFORE placing my order.

Save yourself time, money, and stress and go somewhere else. We had issues with Panters scheduling install date(s) then calling to reschedule, then calling to re-reschedule to the original install date! We also had issues with scratches, exposed nails, and splintering wood. They did eventually fix the issues however we had to be very persistent with them and they pulled the same re-rescheduling drama again. The reason I am giving them a 1 star rating is because they do not honor their own contracts. Our contact says "white stair risers". They installed primed wood risers. When I called them on it Mike said "Our contracts usually say primed, your contract says white but we told you that you would have to paint the risers yourself"!!! Completely untrue. I told them I would give them the same white paint that matches our baseboards to paint the risers. I do not recommend Panters.
