For starters, The whole team at Palm Coast Granite made my experience one to remember. They are very helpful when you come in to select a countertop piece and they do not pressure you at all. Leo was more than helpful when I wanted to compare pieces. In the front office Rachel and Andrea were very helpful as well and quick to answer any of my questions. Installation day, Leo and his team were fantastic and most importantly, my countertops look amazing. Call palm coast granite.

Leo (owner and installer) Refused to fix his error. Be cautious with the quality of work. Check and triple check all the work before final payment. We made the mistake of trusting their work and paid them and the following day saw a gap with countertops not fitting correctly. Reached out to PC Marble and despite them acknowledging the error they would not fix it. Money to them is more important than honesty and integrity.

The researching, shopping, selection & installation of a granite countertop for my lanai was greatly enhanced by the expertise, professionalism and caring staff @ Palm Coast Marble & Granite. Leo initially provided excellent advice in selecting the best product for my home and he assisted in adjusting the counter during the template phase, to support the granite top then he expertly installed the product. Rachel and the rest of the staff @ PC Marble & Granite made this purchase enjoyable.

Leo is the consummate professional. He is Knowledgeable, very good at listening/responding to our questions and there was no pressure to buy or move forward until we were ready. The install was perfect and his team were courteous and professional. There was one minor fix we required to a small section and it was taken care of in less than 24 hours. What an absolute fantastic experience from start to finish in a very difficult and labor intensive business! Leo, Andrea and the rest of the team were an absolute pleasure to deal with and went above and beyond with our kitchen remodel! They even did new window sills in the same quartz as the kitchen free of charge which was really a great touch and much appreciated! Their attention to detail with every aspect of the job was amazing and the craftsmanship was flawless! Highly recommended!!

After speaking with several granite Installers, I became discouraged with the games these companies were playing. Then, I found Palm Coast Marble & Granite. From the beginning to end, I know I was working with a different kind of company. Friendly, honest, punctual and professional, all at a fair price. Highly recommended!

A company representative informed us that the entire project could be completed in just 7 business days, which allowed us to categorize this contractor as having a fast turnaround time.
Please note that the timeframe quoted to our secret shopper may differ from what you are offered, as the production timeline depends on many factors — including project complexity, chosen material, and the company’s current workload. We recommend submitting a request, calling, or messaging the company through our website to get a personalized quote and clarify the current turnaround time.
Does Palm Coast Marble & Granite offer cutouts for sinks, cooktops, or other elements?
Yes, like most professional contractors in the market, Palm Coast Marble & Granite performs cutouts and countertop preparation for various components — both standard and modern. According to our findings, these services are typically included in the overall project estimate. The standard scope usually covers cutouts for sinks (undermount, drop-in, or farmhouse) and holes for faucets or other plumbing fixtures. Additional cutouts — such as for cooktops, hidden or pop-up outlets, built-in wireless chargers, or other accessories — are discussed individually at the project planning and estimating stage.
It’s important to note that while the cutouts and countertop preparation are usually performed by the company, the installation of electrical and plumbing fixtures (such as faucets, outlets, or appliances) may not be included in their scope of work and could require licensed professionals. We recommend clarifying this point when placing your order.
To avoid misunderstandings, ask for a detailed estimate with a breakdown of all services: cutout pricing, installation, and any add-on options. This will ensure project transparency and help you clearly understand what you're paying for.
What guarantees does Palm Coast Marble & Granite provide for its work?
According to our information and industry practice, Palm Coast Marble & Granite, like most participants in the ranking, provides a workmanship warranty valid for 1 year from the date of countertop installation. This period is usually specified in the contract. We do not rule out that the company may have extended warranty terms (2 years or more), however, during our research, we did not receive confirmed data from the contractor regarding the duration and scope of its warranty.
The contractor’s warranty covers defects in fabrication and installation, such as uneven or separating seams, leveling and fastening issues, detachment or sagging of an undermount sink, flaws in edge finishing and cutouts, premature failure of seam materials, and cutouts that do not match the approved design. Warranty coverage does not include damage from use (thermal shock/burn marks from hot cookware, chips or cracks caused by impacts), stains and acid etching (for marble), wear due to insufficient maintenance or lack of sealing, natural characteristics of stone (veins, micro-pores, variations in shade/pattern within tolerances), shifts caused by base deformation, or any modifications performed by third parties.
The material warranty is provided by the manufacturer or the official stone supplier. Engineered quartz brands often offer a limited “lifetime” warranty for residential properties (subject to registration and compliance with care guidelines). For sintered surfaces, typical warranty periods range from 10 to 25 years. Natural stone usually does not come with a factory warranty — its quality of fabrication and installation is covered by the contractor’s warranty. The term and scope of the warranty depend on the project and materials — contact Palm Coast Marble & Granite in any convenient way on this page to get the current terms.
