Paxton and the team at Pacific Stoneworks are absolutely wonderful! We renovated our home in Ojai and they fabricated perfect quartzite countertops for our kitchen. Thoughtful details like unobtrusive, super strong support for the overhang counter bar area were appreciated. Paxton was a joy to work with. He goes above and beyond with excellent customer service. Highly recommend!!

We are in the process of remodeling our kitchen. We stopped at a number of different countertop distributors in the Santa Barbara and Goleta area. By far, Pacific Stoneworks provided not only a great selection but they will fabricate on site. This makes a huge difference in having a one stop shop facility. David Askor worked with us and he was really excellent.

From the first time I stopped by to see if they had remnants, all the way to installation, every single person that I came in contact with, was kind, helpful, friendly, accommodating, patient and very pleasant to work with. They worked with me to give me exactly what I wanted, communicated quickly and efficiently, showed up early (twice!) and even left my shelves out for me when I was in a hurry to stop by to pick them up! I highly recommend Pacific Stoneworks!!!

We were so pleased with our new bathroom countertops. Happy with the material we chose (Ceasarstone Quartz-Chocolate Truffle) as well as with Pacific Stoneworks. Wonderful installation.
The whole team was responsive to communications--from sales to measuring, operations manager, great installers. We were able to see the actual template on our slab prior to cutting.
We would not hesitate to recommend them.

Never gave me an estimate or a call back. I guess they do not want the business.
David the owner did call me after the rating and apologized. The fact that he tried to reach out after the fact showed he cares about his business. First impressions on estimates are important. So, maybe this was a blip and not something frequent.

Paxton has been very helpful both in explaining what they can do for my project and in helping me find remnants. If I hire them I will update this
For now, know they have been professional and took the extra time to inform and direct me about stone options, even from other places if they did not carry it Though they can typically source the stone for you and and then do the project
So far so good
i hope to give it a five but have yet to do any install work or purchase. ...stay tuned
