If you’re on the fence about having Pacific Stone do your kitchen, don’t be! After years of wanting to renovate my kitchen and looking through Pacific stones Instagram, I finally decided to take the plunge and reached out to them. Right off the bat communication was 10/10. Throughout the entire process they were very professional to work with. Their team is top notch! It was such a pleasure to work with them and we really enjoyed having them working in our house. I can’t stop looking at my kitchen, it’s a Pinterest dream. Thank you so much Pacific Stone! I will definitely be using them again for our vacation home

This Company really cares about Customer Service and huge bonus they do an amazing job. After I had a leak in my kitchen I was faced with having to replace cabinets and countertops in a 20 year old kitchen. After looking at many different places in the area i saw Pacific Stone on Social Media. I had a vision and Pacific Stone/ Ben was able to make it happen. His team led by Gus had amazing attention to detail and they were very communicative. Beautiful end result completed in less than a week. If you are looking for beautiful work that is also affordable and comes with great customer service check them out. You won’t regret it.

Ben and his crew at Pacific Stone made our kitchen dreams come true! With it being our first kitchen remodel we wanted to go with the best and we did. Ben came to our home and personally tailored an estimate for us, and was so excited throughout the process. I had a couple of additional items that I wanted to fix and he got it done the next day! They are a 5star company and Ben was the best!

I highly recommend Pacific Stone Creations. We upgraded our old granite worktop to white quartz. The entire process was a pleasure. Ben at Pacific Stone has a super showroom. The samples are worktop size, so it is easy to imagine it in your kitchen and the range is broad, making it easy to find the material/pattern that suits you. The measurement, removal of the old worktop and installation of the new worktop took about 5 days. This is a short wait. At all times the dust and inconvenience was kept to a minimum. Both the removal and the installation teams were on time and super efficient. Great job.

I cannot rant and rave about Pacific Stone enough! We finished our full kitchen cabinet and countertop renovation in TWO weeks. We made an appointment for a consultation where they took measurements and a few days later went to the showroom to look at cabinets and stone. We met with owner Ben and he was able to accommodate us with our tight schedule. Ben is very savvy and energetic. Once you commit to the project, he lists all the dates that need contractors ready to have a smooth timeline with other contractors. Demo happens in one day and takes about 5 hours—super friendly team. Cabinet install takes about 7 business days. Javi and Jose installed our cabinets and were knowledgeable, had good work ethic and meticulous. Terry does a final measurement check and made our custom hood. He’s also pretty responsive. Moises and Gabriel came at the end to install countertops. They worked really hard and were very professional. Mike did the most gorgeous backsplash. I don’t feel like we micromanaged, but whenever we gave feedback, everyone was receptive. The project took a couple days longer than expected, but they never rushed and compromised quality and that’s nothing in the grand scheme of things. In between all that we had some additional concerns arise and needed electrical, plumbing and HVAC to come work around cabinet install. Everyone worked well together. We used an electrician recommended by pacstone and a more local plumbing company who have both been amazing. To make things go fast and on top, you really do have to be ready with all your vendors, ideas, hardware, etc. Be prepared for a lot of dust and reviewing plan/specs many times to make sure everyone is on the same page. We changed our minds on type of cabinets early on in the process and it caused some of our non negotiables of things we always wanted for our kitchen to be deleted from contract. We didn’t notice until the end, but Ben and Terry are good with rectifying the oversight. As with any major project, stay on top of it, be kind, and work as a team. Overall the experience is fast paced, which is exactly what we wanted and we loved the fact that you can do cabinets, countertops, custom hood, and backsplash all with one company to get your dream kitchen! We still have a little more work to do but happy with what has been done!

Excellent experience. First time home renovator and have learned so much about the entire process. PS was the most straight forward, honest process from start to finish. I ended up doing the countertops and backsplash in my kitchen as well as the vanity top in one of our bathrooms. They were really honest and caught a couple mistakes and fixed them quickly and effectively. Ben, my main point of contact was patient, communicative, and made the process much easier than some of the other contractors I've worked with. Gus, Sal, Erick, Riley, Eduardo, Shawn, Gabriel - appreciate the demo, install, and quality work.
