Willy and Pacific Stone are wonderful. We ordered new kitchen countertops and bathroom vanities (w/tops) from them and everything turned out perfect. Customer service was excellent and they were very patient as we made all of our decisions. Highly recommend them!

Pacific Stone did a fantastic job with my granite! Willy came out personally for each quote to answer any questions and guide the process of design and installation. I was very nervous as the remodel was created around the granite, and everything had to be perfect. The Pacific Stone crew eased my worries immediately as I saw their meticulous planning and installation process. Pedro and Tony did the installation, and the granite is incredible! I was genuinely impressed at how fine their attention to detail was as each piece was put in place. What wowed me even more than their skill was their kindness. Pedro watched over my cat as they went in and out of the house, making sure she didn’t get out and took the time to pick her up and give her lots of attention. I’m lucky she didn’t jump in the van when they left! Excellent experience; I highly recommend this team of professionals for any remodeling needs they serve. I will post more photos as the remodel is completed.

Pacific Stone Creations has been a delight to work with from the start. They have a fantastic turn around time and work hard to accommodate your timeline. Pacific Stone made everything so easy with my upper cabinet install. They stayed after hours so that I could receive a quote because I don’t get home before they close, the quote came incredibly fast and they answered any questions I had immediately, they showed up on the first day of install and got everything done in a quick manner, and most importantly the install looks AMAZING. I would also like to add that I was stressed out about my outlet being too low to fit in the cabinet for the OTR microwave and they moved the outlet! Didn’t even say anything but took care of it and it looks beautiful! I can’t thank them enough for the work they did. I had so much stress leading up to the day and it was completely unnecessary stress, everything turned out better than I could’ve imagined.

Pacific Stone is awesome. We found slabs of Blue Bahia granite at their Bakersfield location. Without a commitment to purchase, they trucked 6 slabs to Reno for us to look at. We found the ones we liked and they worked with our developer to make it happen.

I went to Pacific Stone for an estimate to replace a counter top on a house I was selling. The price they quoted was below other companies I had visited! They had a counter quartzite that was right for the color of the home’s interior in stock. They said they would measure and make a template then install a couple of days later. Everything went very smoothly and on time. The installers were experts and did a spectacular job. The kitchen was beautiful! Working with the professionals at Pacific Stone was so easy! I highly recommend this company!

We called Pacific Stone because the home we bought had white quartz countertops which unfortunately had a deep ding and two chipped edges. Willy at Pacific Stone made an appointment for their techs to come out. The techs arrived right on time and both of them were polite, friendly, and very efficient. They were very careful, tarping our floor and they cleaned up everything when they were done. They did such a wonderful job that we can't even see where the original damage was on the countertops. From start to finish, we got excellence service and expert work. This was a pleasant experience from start to finish, so professional, and we highly recommend Pacific Stone.

As per our Google review, we cannot speak highly enough of the whole crew at Pacific Stone. They rescued us from a terrible situation with a poorly chosen contractor. Exceptionally professional across the board with excellent workmanship and extremely helpful. They really did go above and beyond. Do yourself a favour and use Pacific Stone. We didn't find them until it was almost too late but we won't bother looking elsewhere now that we've found them. Thanks guys!

After seeking pricing in the area this came out as the best value I could find. They had a good selection in store to choose from which made the process easier as the samples in store are large. Was finally able to set up the install and got the process going. There were some timing issues that were brought up but we were listened to and the owners/managers did what they could to make the situation better they also wanted to make sure we were satisfied. They were attentive when any issues arised. The quality of the product was great a we are glad we went with this company. The employees were professional and had good work ethic. It is really refreshing to have a company follow through and ensure their customers a fully satisfied!

Great company to work with. We checked around with other businesses and knew what we wanted. I met Willy at the showroom late in the afternoon, he was really patient as I shared what we were looking for in the kitchen. We made an appointment to come out & measure. Was longer than we expected to get the full order...it was during covid after all. Cabinets were exactly what we wanted and actually exceeded expectations. As soon as we were ready they came out to measure for the quartz counters, installation was easy and they are beautiful. I have referred two friends already to Pacific Stone. Great people to work with and a great product line.

We stumbled on Pacific Stone when we were looking at other Granite places. We loved the idea that Pacific Stone supplies, fabricates and installs the Granite. We worked with Willie who was more than accommodating. He was willing to work with us when we were not sure we would get the cooktop for the kitchen on time (we actually managed to get one on time). Anytime we had a question either Willie or Ophelia called us back with the information, within the day. When we dropped by they were more than willing to talk to us about any concerns we had. The installers were courteous and on time. The installation job looks great! We are loving our new countertops. They even used some of the extra granite we had and cut us a dresser top. After the job was done the installer suggested that we cut two pieces that we had not thought to do ( they were wood). They did them without complaint. We would definitely recommend Pacific Stone !

Ok I've been putting off writing this because I don't have true "After" pictures yet as I still need to paint the kitchen cabinets but figured I had to get on here and give this place some kudos sooner than later. We stumbled upon this place while looking at pre-fabricated quartz countertops. We spoke with Willy and made an appointment to come to their showroom and look at some samples. Wow! They have a HUGE selection of all kinds of slabs both granite and quartz and the prices are great! We were so impressed with their showroom and service, we ended up not only having them do our countertops but also countertops and cabinets in the bathroom, sinks for the bathrooms and kitchen, flooring throughout most of the house AND baseboards! For planning of the project, we worked with Truman and he was super helpful in walking us through all the details, setting timelines, etc. During the project we interacted with both Truman and Willy as well as their installers. We are very happy with how things turned out and we know that if we ever had a problem, they would be quick to address it- their customer service was excellent all around.

We got our entire kitchen done by Pacific Stone Creations (Cabinets and Countertops). The staff at the office was really helpful and fun when we were picking our counter tops. Being our first ever kitchen upgrade, we were hesitant to pull the trigger on something. Truman and a couple of his employees spent quite a bit of time with us and pointed out some details and things we hadn't thought of. We finally chose a slab and were pleasantly surprised by some of the colors they mentioned would pop with our choice of cabinets and wall colors. The cabinets look great and they were installed relatively quickly. There were a few issues with the tracks and hinges, but those were due to manufacturing and assembly before these guys even touched them. I would definitely recommend spending a little more on better quality cabinet if you can afford it, but we still aren't unhappy with what we got. The granite guys were quick and efficient. After they made their cuts, they were able to lay two slabs worth of granite in a day. We had an issue where one of the cabinets shifted and narrowed the area where our oven was supposed to fit. One of the guys came after his shift was over to fix it, which I definitely don't expect someone to do. After everything was completed, we had some issues with the flooring. We ended up with some of the trim pieces and kick plates getting damaged. Truman was incredibly understanding and worked with us to make sure we were happy with every detail, even if that meant multiple trips out of his way to come look at things directly to assess what needed to be done. We are very happy with the end results. They were also cheaper than every other quote we got with similar materials. We plan on using them for our future endeavors. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, even if it's just to take a peak at their impressive selection.

Fantastic PRICES and wonderful service! I was referred to Truman at Pacific Stone Creations from another reputable tile/marble cleaner, Dave Morones with All Kleen. Truman responded immediately and was one of the few that responded with an estimate based on my written plans--within 24 hours! He gave me a great price, and within about 7-10 days our kitchen was complete with the most beautiful granite counters! We had already purchased our cabinets, but Truman had a lovely selection of sinks---at prices equal to The Home Depot or Lowe's. If I were starting all over, I'd have no hesitation remodeling the kitchen from start to finish with everything from Pacific Stone Creations!

Overall, we are happy with the end product, we chose Pacific Stone creations after the work they did for our neighbors in which they did a complete remodel of the kitchen and floors. Upon calling, we were able to set up an appointment for a quote. The subject arrived at the approximate time scheduled, well within reason and very quickly took some measurements, as we discussed briefly what we were thinking. Afterwards, the following day we proceeded to their showroom and spent Approximately 45 minutes to an hour looking at different options to include the sink we chose for installation. When I received the quote, actually two quotes, one for labor and one for material. Unfortunately, with the way they provide their quotes, you don't truly have an overall price, i.e. taxes, deposit, etc. In the email with the contract it showed that we would start demo on a Monday, measurements/template on a Tuesday and installation that Wednesday, this was several weeks out from payment which we expected. The morning of demo, which was scheduled to begin between 8 AM and 10 AM, just after 10 AM when no one had arrived I called and was told they would be there shortly. Without a question the big frustration with this company is the complete absence of communication. The demo was done quickly and professionally so no real complaints with that. on Tuesday the young man arrived to do the template for measurements, he is actually the reason they're getting four stars and not less. He was very helpful and discussed options like the windowsill, peninsula along with the fall backsplash and how they merge pieces together. He was surprised that our installation was the following day so quickly returned to work and sent an email for approval to me. On Wednesday the crew again arrived shortly after 10 am, 8-10 am arrival window, it was raining outside, so I offered them the garage, however, they elected to do their work in the front yard. Looking back, probably not a bad idea, they were able to get the countertops installed on Wednesday. However, upon returning from lunch, advised that they could not continue in the rain and that somebody would be there tomorrow, hopefully to complete, that was his words. On Thursday, the same crew was back and quickly began working on the backsplash. As they neared finish, I noted the difference under the cabinet, see picture, to which one worker advised he would put caulking there. This honestly made it look worse and was becoming frustrating because I was told to fix correctly, they would need to take the whole backsplash wall portion down. The other worker advised he could put a small piece to level the gap which they did, it did make it better looking, and I'm sure most people will never see it, but I will always know it's there as it is not what we expected. After the employees left, I did not hear from the company, in fact, I had to call them to see if I was going to receive an invoice for balance due, I also asked to talk to the manager, I was told he was not available, but would return my call. I did receive the invoice via email and electronic payment options, but the manager never called. Though we are generally satisfied with the overall work, there is most definitely room for improvement with this company.

Wanted to shop around to see the different products and ended up here. I like how they have fabricators that will install the prefab or the entire slabs. Lots of prefab inventory, which was nice to look at. They are booked out to the first of September, I'm sure it's the norm now. Although nothing caught my eye, I'm glad I stopped.

I was optimistic about working with Pacific Stone to install our kitchen cabinets and countertops. We went to the showroom, chose our options, and finalized everything there. The first issue was the demo process when they put a 10" scratch in our brand-new floors. Luckily, it was on an edge we could replace, so we let it slide. Next, the installers noticed Willy's (the manager's) measurements were significantly off. They had to add spacers and cut a pony wall to make things fit. We dealt with it. When the cabinets were delivered, the island was correct, but the rest were the wrong style. I called Willy to figure out a plan to order the correct cabinets and find out the new timeline. Mistakes happen, we just wanted it to be fixed. The first thing Willy said was they "don't carry the same style in the two colors and what we thought we ordered did not exist in their showroom." Then arrogantly added "I'm at the showroom now, come down here and show me where that is, they don't exist." Again, these were the options we physically picked out and brought to the front desk in their showroom...they certainly existed. And luckily for us, we had the photos to prove it since we were comparing our options while we were there. So I sent him the photos of the correct cabinets. Instead of apologizing he was defensive, dismissive, and suggested changing the island style instead of fixing his mistake. When we declined, he became increasingly rude and agitated, speaking over me to the point where I had to say "I just want steps to resolve this mistake and move forward, and I don't appreciate the way you're speaking to me." He finally agreed to reorder the correct cabinets. Even after receiving the replacements, problems continued. Willy mismeasured a corner cabinet, causing the door not to close, and we had to remove an insert to make it functional. He also ordered the wrong base cabinet and left out another insert, which took nearly a month to arrive. Throughout the process, there was zero communication--we had to follow up on every update. One day, they even showed up unannounced with countertops. Fortunately, I work from home, but this would be a logistical nightmare for most people. Every step with Willy was tedious and unnecessarily stressful. He was the worst contractor we've worked with--unprofessional, dismissive, and completely lacking in accountability. While this should not matter, I feel it's worth mentioning that I am a woman, and it was obvious Willy treated me differently than my husband. His condescending attitude toward me was unacceptable. We understand that issues arise during renovations, but Willy's rude, dismissive, and unprofessional behavior made everything worse. The company's only saving grace was their installers, who worked hard to fix his mistakes. While we ended up with a nice kitchen, the process wasn't worth the stress. Save yourself the headache and choose a better company.

We asked Truman to give us a quote for our kitchen cabinets and counter tops. We picked out the slabs and cabinets at the showroom and then he came out 2 days later. We had been told he would be there the next day, but he never called. I finally called him near the end of the day and he said he was too busy. He eventually came out and measured. My husband wanted a few certain things and asked about them. Truman stated they wouldn't do things that way. I was ok with "his way" and asked him to continue. He started to talk about all the things we would need and when we told him we had looked at the website and questioned why he was trying to convince us it would be more expensive he started to say that was for "other kitchens". When we asked about the cabinets and the website pricing he said "Oh no. It will be at least another $2500 - $3000 more". We told him to go ahead and give us a quote for just counter tops and one with cabinets and counter tops and we would see if we could afford it and he said he would. We waited and finally got an email stating that he didn't think he could "meet our budget" or "see eye to eye". Funny because we never gave him a budget to work in so how would he know? He didn't like being challenged! I'm glad others had better service, but as for us...we are offended and extremely disappointed! It seems Truman only wants to work with people if they are quiet and let him run the show. A VERY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE!!!
