Overall great experience with Pacific Construction. My wife and I decided to do a bathroom remodel ( April 2024) and we're very pleased with the results. I waited around 8 months to write a review just to make sure the quality held up. Pacific construction was reasonable with price and offered great value for what write got. Mike, I want to thank you and please let your team know they did a fantastic job in the time that was originally quoted.

Had a full bathroom remodel. Even though it took longer than expected due to us having lots of custom pieces the end result is amazing. Our bathroom is beautiful! The price and communication throughout the process was great! Looking forward to remodeling our 2nd bathroom with Pacific Construction soon!

This place is Amazing. I highly recommend! All of Mike's workers were extremely respectful of my time and home. They fixed a load bearing wall that somebody else screwed up. It was an absolute pleasure working with Mike. My wife and I were so happy with the results! Thank you so much for your hard work and professionalism.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE..Very unorganized.. The one I spoke to was a LIAR whose was Roger.. I met him on the first day when I gave him all contact information for emails the estimates and my handwritten of measurements on what I needed..He made copy ..When I came back 2nd times, he lied that he "wrote" down the measurements, and he happened to have the paper torn up..He kept asking me over and over giving him my contact information..I smelled 😷 a dead stinky rats 🐀..We had very UNPLEASANT exchanged🤧..I LEFT and so GLADLY I did not make any orders of works needed and let him screwed up as some of the very negative comments on this stores..GO ELSEWHERE and DON'T WASTE TIMES or 💰💰 on this very UNPROFESSIONAL and LOW CLASS dealing of business's, if I could, no star will be given ..I felt so sorry for the young boy (assumingly his son) who sat behind the counter witnessed how his Father treated his customer's and learning the ugliness of his Father's business at a very young ages..Period..

I used Michael at Pacific Carpets once before when I re-carpeted my home. Michael and Jesse were both very helpful. I was unsatisfied with the way the carpet was put down along the stairs. Both Michael and Jesse assured me it would be redone to my satisfaction, it was. Michael had to reorder carpet to replace along my stairs with no additional cost to me. So, when I was ready to remodel my kitchen, Pacific Carpets was one of the companies I obtained a quote from. Michael worked with me and was able to beat all the other quotes. I have included pictures of my kitchen before and after. I am very HAPPY with my new kitchen. Michael was with me every step of the way. He was always available for any questions or concerns, helping with design, color and product choices. Michael is very patient and tries to make the client happy, even if they are a little difficult, like me. Michael has a good eye and helped create my beautiful kitchen. Jesse and Roger at the office were also so patient and helpful when I was trying to decide on my Subway Tiles and Backsplash. The only negative, remodel took longer than expected. I would highly recommend Pacific Carpets and Tile. Thank you Michael, Jesse and Roger for your help. Doria Linares

Please do not get your floors done here. The guy shows you one material at the office then uses another. My floor starting messing up months after it was installed. He said you have warranty but then finds excuses to get out of it. His own installer said he uses cheap material. They claimed warranty was no longer valid due to water damage but the first time they did come out it took him months just to get his guy to look at it was I just not supposed to clean my floors. Please BEWARE when going to this guy.

Be careful with large remodel projects with Michael and Pacific Construction. The scope of our project was a full home remodel, upstairs and downstairs, which was way out side of his competency resulting in a nightmare of an experience for me and my family. My project had been ongoing for over 15 months(despite being told it shouldn’t take more than 4 months) and it wasn't even halfway complete when he abandoned my job. The constant delays and excuses had a big impact on my family, including missing life milestones and celebrations. This has caused an exhaustive mental load on us that should have been avoided but due to poor planning and timeline management on his part, it has been something that we have had to absorb. I have had to micromanage Michael constantly to see when he would come which was rarely clear or trustworthy. Even when we had a set schedule, that schedule would change the day of, requiring us to adjust our schedules to ensure progress would be made, without any regard to the impact it would have on us. We have been living onsite through this and postponing our ability to enjoy the home that we are paying for. There have been many instances that we have even had to compromise on our design choices due to his inability to manage critical path long lead time items, thereby forcing us to concede to whatever would make it easier for him and reduce the delays. It is hard to put into words how difficult this has been, and it is impossible to clearly describe all of the ways that the execution of this project has been unacceptable to anyone. It is obvious now that our naivety, kindness and patience was severely taken advantage of. Before the start of the project, we had many discussions about scope and payment schedule. Michael instructed me to put together a payment schedule that I was comfortable with. Upon agreement of the payment plan, we initiated demo and work to be completed. Once the demo started and the downstairs was no longer usable, including no kitchen, Michael coerced and threatened that he would not be able to continue work without another payment, despite the payment plan indicating that there were no payments due. Without knowing what to do, I reluctantly paid a large draw to get him to continue to do work and to get us a kitchen back. From then, it took 8 months of having to live upstairs, eat expensive take out, and be trapped in our own home due to his constant delays/excuses, for example but not an inclusive exhaustive list: weeks where no one would come, missing appointments with permit inspectors due to his inability to make it on time, as well as poor resource and material management(which are all documented). He kept the forward promises that this time would be faster and with this payment there would be nothing blocking us and we could move forward with full steam ahead. Michael was not responsible with our project and we ended up paying for it, financially as well as with our wasted time and energy. Now when we are just trying to recoup the amount of money fairly owned to us, he does not tell the truth and he knows what to say to snake around the system(He has told us may times to trust him because he has a bond, very well knowing that it is unlikely that any repercussions will happen to him despite the evidence). Note: as of the time of this review, there is an open complaint with the California State License Board under his previous licence(1045192) which is also suspended and canceled as he is working through a seperate bond issue.

We worked with Michael on a shower and floor remodel that came out looking so good that we added kitchen counters and a new sink. The work took a little longer then first expected but was completed in time for pre planned party. All of the contractors arrived when expected and we're good at their specific job.

We wanted to hire a local contractor to remodel our bathroom. We knew exactly what we wanted and how the end result should look. We called a couple of other local contractors who failed to show for estimates and failed to return calls. When my husband and I walked into Pacific Carpet & Tile Plus, we were immediately greeted with care and professionalism. We were able to schedule an estimate within the same week and demolition began shortly after. Mike was always just a text or phone call away; always very responsive to our questions and/or concerns. Scheduling was not always 100% perfect, but realistically what is? What I can tell you is Mike and his team are phenomenal to work with. They are professional, attentive, and they take much pride in their work. Mike has ensured our 100% satisfaction. We couldn't be more excited with the results of our bathroom. What a beautiful transformation! We absolutely love it and can't wait for our next project with Mike and his team.

Had the best experience working with this company, Mike the guy who had helped us out from start to finish went above and beyond to make sure we found the flooring that matched perfect with what we had already had in the dining room and hallways. The prices were reasonable I would definitely come back for future flooring needs. Thank you Mike for all of your help!!

Pacific Carpet and Tile did a full demolition and remodel of our kitchen and living room. We worked with Michael. Michael’s communication throughout the whole process was wonderful. It’s good to know we were never ignored. The company has access to many style choices and options. Michael also helped us design our layout which was quite helpful. Overall, the process lasted from January until the end of May. We are happy with the final result. Some constructive criticism: Many of the contractors left projects slightly unfinished so things took a lot longer than expected but Michael always made sure the projects were eventually completed - even coming in and finishing some himself. All of the contractors were very nice and we felt comfortable with them in our home. The company is a family run business and we were always treated with kindness and respect from Michael, Roy, and Roger.

We just moved back to the area and our home had some issues with the flooring. They instantly identified that there was most likely no moisture barrier and that the floor smelled of mildew. In total we had 4 quotes for the flooring and theirs was best for the quality we wanted. We also needed some electrical work done and they again beat the rest of the quotes that we had gotten. Today they came and did both flooring and electrical all in the same day. They were great about communicating with me when they were picking up supplies and they were very respectful and kind the entire time they were here. Would recommend them to any of my family and friends. Will very likely be back in the future for more work!

I just had my kitchen counter tops redone with quartz and my backsplash redone in mosaic tile by Pacific Construction/Pacific carpet and tile Plus. It is a family owed business. I must tell you, my kitchen is my "Baby" of the house. With that said, you know that magical feeling that overcomes you when holding a newborn baby? You just can't keep your eyes off of such a beautiful sight. Well, that's my kitchen, a beautiful sight to behold. I literally can't keep my eyes off of it. Micheal the owner with his dad Roy were great from the beginning to the end. Also, everyone who worked on my kitchen were very polite, respectful of my home and professional. Micheal made sure I was happy with every phase; I must add and so patient with my decision making (I can be very indecisive when it comes to these things). They made me feel like family! The project was completed in a very timely manner, but equally as important it was SO affordable. I got estimates from Lowes and Home Depot, lol that's story for another day!!! So, if you are looking to do any kind of home improvement. makeover, even a minor home facelift, please give them a call. The work is IMPECCABLE and PROFESSIONAL and AFFORDABLE. You will be glad you did. You won't be able to keep your eyes off of it!

Michael provided great communication and updates as the project progressed. He was willing to make changes quickly and economically. I highly recommend Pacific Construction for your home remodeling needs. We enjoyed a great experience with this company.

We were in the process of doing a remodel with another contractor up in the high desert...we were not happy customer, they did not show up to start on work for quite some time...we we're not given priority! However from the time I went to Pacific's shop he had wonderful customer service, was very patient, showed me lots of product until I found exactly what was perfect for Our Home.... he did not charge us extra for a little things that came along the way, he took care of it himself he did not refer it out to someone else he was hands on and a man of his word! the work is exceptional! I am very particular when it comes to detail work and everything is done with the highest standard and everything he suggested when we redid our bathrooms and flooring and sinks and faucets it was exactly what we were looking for. I definitely recommend this company for all your needs!

Pacific Construction is a family owned business that does exceptional work. Michael is knowlegable in all aspects of his craft and has great salemanship. From start to finish he makes sure that everything is done to your specifications and requests. Michael's work crews are polite and attentive. They installed amazing looking quartz countertops in our kitchen and bathroom. Besides the heavy quartz installation, they also installed 2 new sinks, a new garbage disposal and a countertop stove. They transformed our 80's style kichen into a beautiful 2022 showcase. All that see their work are impressed with it's craftmanship and attention to detail. We will eventually be requesting their services again to renovate our upstairs bathrooms. My wife is not easily impressed, but she is thrilled. We both give 5 stars and our highest recommendations to Michael and Pacific Construction.

Stumbled upon this store front randomly after not being able to get my phone calls answered by several other highly advertised remodel companies in the area. We needed nearly 3k sf of new flooring installed after a plumbing job and Roy showed me around the store to see what I was looking for. The next day, Michael came out and gave us a competitive estimate on the spot and assured us his company would have the materials and be ready to start the job right when the plumbers were finished. He held to his promise of having demo, installation and clean up done within the set time frame and the floors look beautiful, as well as the baseboards. The demo and installation crew were polite, hard working and trustworthy, which means a lot when they are going to be in your house day in and day out for a few weeks. I had no negative issues with this company.

Micheal was very honest, upfront and worked with my budget all on top of my very busy schedule! All work is done in house, and the installation crew take pride in their work and it shows! They installed new flooring and baseboards throughout. At the end of each day, the house was left clean and organized even during demo. Micheal was always keeping me informed with updates during the installation process. I had no issues being offsite and leaving the crew unsupervised. Save yourself the trouble and call these guys!

I was really pleased with the work done! They performed the agreed-upon work and on a timely basis. They even went the extra mile - they addressed an issue that resulted from the new floors, something that was not in their scope of work, and didn't charge me extra! Quality work that looks amazing!

To start off I have to give Mike a huge thank you. After Months of looking for the perfect company my husband & I came across Pacific Carpet & Tile. We were really excited about looking and finding the perfect people to do the job. We walked in & we talked to Jessie who was so polite & very informative about things we had wanted. Two days later we met with Mike who did a walk through & gave us a plan on what was going to happen. I'll be honest my husband & I just bought our first house & money was a little tight for a big budget. But mike worked with us & made our dream come true. I'd recommend this company to anyone who is looking to change up they're home. We had our kitchen & flooring done. The men who did out floors were some of the most respectable men I met. As well as the cabinet & counter men. Definitely considering having more work done. Thank you so much to everyone.

I have used Pacific tile in the past for my floors at home and at work. We have put in carpet, ceramic tile and wood. If you want your job done quickly and right I would suggest you come here. Michael is amazing and will work with you on prices, financing and much more. Two weeks ago I contact him about finishing some tile that we needed to do at my job. I asked him if there was anyway he could get it done by the end of that week, we had a huge seminar going on that weekend. Michael had his guys there the next day and had the job completed for us in time for seminar. I have never seen a company go so above and beyond as Pacific tile does.

Really good people, They did my tile, carpet, granite and stone in one of my walls and it looks amazing Roger handled the entire process for me he made it look so easy and got it done for me in a couple of weeks just the way I needed it. I already recommended my friends and family and I can definitely recommend them to anyone in need of home remodeling.

These guys are the best!! We worked with Michael to help us remodel our small guest bathroom. He has a great eye for design and went out of his way to help us choose the colors and finishes that would best compliment the space. He went out of his way to complete the job with the highest quality work at a very reasonable price. We couldn't be happier with our new bathroom and will definitely use them again!!

I had received a quote from Home Depot and I was very disappointed in how much they were charging. I was recommended Pacific Tile by a friend and I gave them a call. I spoke to Roger and he agreed to give me a quote the next day. I was getting almost 1000 square feet, but he was able to give me a better quote than Home Depot with the baseboards included. He even offered to paint them in my color if I bring the paint. Roger was very professional and explained the breakdown of costs to me, unlike Home Depot. The project took two weeks (a little longer than expected) because I went with wood plank tile, and my subfloor was pretty uneven. I love that they took their time and made sure it was level and beautiful when they were done. I love my house! I definitely recommend this company for long lasting results!

We got multiple estimates for wood laminate flooring in almost half of our 3500' home. Michael at Pacific Carpet and Tile in Victorville beat all the prices and also provided a good product. The only drawback was getting the job started when scheduled (a week late)and service. After completion there were a couple items that needed addressing. Michael put me off 'til after the Holidays & then said he'd call me Friday or Sat. to put me on the schedule. No call for a week after that & out of frustration I gave up & had someone else take care of it. I will not use them again. When he did call the poor guy had been sick and couldn't reach the phone. I hope this review makes it on the front page. Please see "other non recommended reviews". I had a great experience with Pacific Carpet and Tile. I'm glad we decided to go with them in spite of their terrible reviews (The only ones shown by Yelp unless you really look). Roger was very nice and explained everything in detail. They were quick, on time and thorough. They actually finished a day early. It is so nice to walk in my front door and see beautiful porcelain tile where the gross carpet used to be. The house is cleaner and I couldn't be happier. The price seemed a bit higher than what I originally wanted to spend, but looking back I am so pleased with our purchase. Money well spent.

A BIG Thank You to Pacific Tile for doing an excellent Job on my floors. They were great from the moment I made my first appointment to the completion of my floors. They showed up when promised. Ray the installer was on time everyday and was very neat and clean. This job was 940 sq ft of laminate so it was no small task. He worked non stop everyday he was here. I worked with Roger at Pacific Tile, he was very professional, knowledgeable and patient. Especially while I brought different samples back and forth. What I liked and appreciated was there was no high pressure sale tactics. I would defiantly use them again. Thanks Again, Gina

I contacted Roger at Pacific Carpet & Tile for an estimate. He was so nice and very professional. My husband and I had new granite countertops, new backsplash, fireplace remodeled, laminate and tile flooring done. We are so very happy with the job that Armondo & his father did on our house. It turned out so beautiful! We were so pleased with this job that we had them do the flooring upstairs which also turned out beautiful! Roger - Thank you so much for the beautiful work!

The folks over at Pacific carpet and tile were very helpful. I was doing the work myself and they helped me out on purchasing the right tone in hardwood floor we were looking for and also helped us out in purchasing the right amount of square footage we needed and they were spot on, they suggested we buy a few extra square feet just in case.

Pacific Carpet and Tile has done a lot of work for us, the workmanship has always been good. Just had carpet installed which they came out and measured for, wow after the installer started he said we needed 21 more yards, ok they ordered it, tried to charge us 500 dollars more, hey not our fault they measured wrong. To save a court case we agreed to pay half and they pay the other half, which we should not have paid a red cent. That did me in so we will NOT have them do anymore work for us again. Just to bad for I had a new kitchen and bathroom floors in mind but will take my business else where.

Avoid This Contractor - Unprofessional and Poor Quality Work We hired Mike and his team for a full kitchen renovation after speaking with multiple contractors, ultimately choosing him because his quote was a few thousand dollars less. Unfortunately, this decision ended up costing us much more in stress, time, and additional expenses due to the poor quality of work and overall unprofessionalism. The project began immediately after Thanksgiving, and we were initially told it would take one to two weeks to complete. Instead, it dragged on for months, finally wrapping up at the end of February. While the bulk of the work was completed within the first few weeks, many key aspects were done incorrectly. Among the biggest issues: * Most of our cabinets were crooked * Our garbage bin pull-out did not function at all * The sink was improperly not properly sealed We brought these concerns to Mike's attention multiple times, but rather than taking accountability, he consistently shifted the blame--on the holidays, the vendors, or even our own kitchen layout. Instead of addressing the problems with professionalism, every discussion became an argument where he tried to justify the mistakes rather than correct them. On top of that, there were constant delays and last-minute schedule changes, making the entire process incredibly frustrating. Mike would frequently commit to a specific date or time, only to either cancel last minute or show up hours late without notice. There were multiple instances where we rearranged our schedules and canceled personal plans to accommodate his timeline, only for him to either not show up or notify us at the last minute that he'd be delayed by several hours. This entire project required us to micromanage him for months. We constantly had to reach out for updates and follow up on unresolved issues. When we expressed our dissatisfaction, we were often met with excuses, forcing us to check in repeatedly--sometimes for days--just to get basic updates. It was exhausting and completely unprofessional. To his credit, Mike did offer to fix the remaining issues toward the end of the project. However, by that point, we were so drained from the months of back-and-forth, excuses, and constant delays that we were simply unwilling to go through another drawn-out process. The garbage bin alone took months to get fixed, and based on that experience, we had no confidence that the rest of the issues would be handled any more efficiently. Major issues remained unresolved--such as the entire section of cabinets around our refrigerator being visibly crooked. Despite showing him clear photo evidence (including a level proving they were not straight), he still insisted the issue was due to our floors and refrigerator, which were not the problem. Another major issue was his employee, who displayed a lack of care for our home and quality of work. He placed heavy tools directly on our new furniture and stone countertops, which is completely unacceptable. Despite multiple complaints, Mike insisted that we work with him and made no effort to correct his employee's behavior or craftsmanship. While we initially saved a few thousand dollars, the frustration, lack of professionalism, and poor workmanship made this renovation an absolute nightmare. I strongly recommend paying a little more for a reputable, reliable contractor who takes accountability for their work--because in the end, this "cheaper" option was far from worth it. To add to the unprofessionalism described above - I received this text from Mike after posting my honest review, which I took as a threat.

Be careful with large remodel projects with Michael and Pacific Construction. The scope of our project was a full home remodel, upstairs and downstairs, which was way out side of his competency resulting in a nightmare of an experience for me and my family. My project had been ongoing for over 15 months(despite being told it shouldn't take more than 4 months) and it wasn't even halfway complete when he abandoned my job. With that said, the upstairs work started and there was minor progress before Michael stopped work and demanded another payment, ultimately abandoning the job and stealing the money that we paid him. The upstairs was not completed per the payment plan and in fact not to code. Some demolition was performed as well as some framing but not fully completed. The electrical was incomplete with loose wires everywhere. The plumbing was not even close to done and the work that was performed was not to code. For the plumbing he did do, he cut more than 60% of the width of the rafters and cut the support beams of the side of my house. This is requiring rework and repair that I am in the process of quoting and paying for as a result of his poor workmanship. He performed the work himself and he did not seem to have the skill, tools or materials to do the jobs well or to code. He still had remaining items to complete downstairs however the fact that he didn't follow code upstairs makes me really nervous about the downstairs portion that was completed and if it will be prone to issues due to his cutting corners and lack of skillset, resulting in addition costs to me. There are flickering lights downstairs and we think that is because he did not run a new electrical circuit for the refrigerator, also not to code. This is not an exhaustive list of items as there are too many to explain.

I like to support family owned and operated businesses. Roy assured me when I was ordering vinyl flooring that I would love it. He was assigning his best guy to install flooring in my three bedrooms. There were four different planks, yet Felipe (with twenty years experience) put identical planks next to one another throughout the room. His helper did the same. I called Roy to let him know I was extremely disappointed. Roy said I should have told Felipe the pattern I wanted. Roy said many people like the identical planks next to each other. Four identical planks next to one another - over and over! Roy called Felipe to tell him I was not satisfied. Felipe and his helper pulled up half of the planks in the middle bedroom and they broke a considerable amount - which cost me an additional $1200. $5200 for 520 ft. of vinyl flooring. I expected a professional installer to lay down a random pattern without identical planks next to one another. This experience was stressful and disappointing, from the way Roy handled my complaint, to the hurried way Felipe tried to get done. I am left with two rooms that still need to be redone. I wish I had gone elsewhere. Choosing Pacific Tile was a costly mistake.

Mike has the worst customer service I have encountered. I had to make several calls to get an answer on a desired product. He was too busy to take care of the life of his business, the customer. I got an answer after four calls and three texts. This, once I mentioned in the text that I was no longer interested in the item. Two separate encounters along with the mentioned above. The following being the worse. I ordered tile at the store and paid in full. The tile arrived and I never got a call. I called and person on phone said, yes your order got here a couple of days ago but there is noone at warehouse for me to pick up. A day later, I sent my friend to pick up the tile and I got a call. The tile that was delivered to the store was the wrong one and that it would arrive the day after, in the morning. I called in the following morning, afternoon and evening, (today) no calls back no merchandise, just, "we'll get back with you". I am waiting whats going to happen next.

Didn't even want to give. Star. We hired them to do our kitchen and bath. We arrived with measurements We spoke with Roy and told him we wanted a single slab of granite on our couter tops and back splash. Roy stated he would have to send his measurer( his son Michael). This guy was a complete narcisist, he refused to come and do his job. He failed to show up for three appointments and never even called to cancel or reschedule. He told us he was a professional and just by looking at the pictures he requested he could tell what we needed but not what we requested. When they eventually showed up it was two workers in a dumpy pick up with pieces 9f granite and not the full slab we paid for. We have tried to get a refund, filed a dispute with our credit card company, filed a small claims case. To which they have responded that Roy is no ñonger emplyed or affiliated with the company and even went so far to say the company changed names. Which it hasn't STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE. THEY WILL PROMISE THE MOON AND STARS AND DELIVER SHIT AND DUST.

After spending so much money I still have tile missing from floor, cabinets that were nailed and not glued falling apart. Chipped quartz counter top and told that it comes that way. Electric that doesn't work all outlets of three bathrooms. And my kitchen was started in August 2017, different people out here all the time. Plus leaky toilet and hole still in my daughters closet. Mike M. Is good talker but after him telling his crew to put a fitting on a pipe that didn't work. The pipe broke an sprayed water out all under my foundation. Then proceeded to tell me that I didn't have a leak. After local water company contacting us and telling us we did and had 30 days to fix it before we received a fine. Had foundation company come out here to fix it at their expense had to fight tooth and nail with them about it. On top of it he never paid the guy that found the leak. Floor in bathroom that was just done has to be torn up and toilet removed plus new shower floor. If I had to do this again I would oils buy materials myself and outsource for installers. Makes me sick at the shoddy work that was done half ass. Plus if you look for their contractor number it switched four times and still as suspended by the state of California. Do your homework people research them and check contractor board before for good standings and insurance bond. If I have to Mike I will post the pictures and I ha e your signature on the foundation being fixed you paid that in cash and as homeowner I have a copy of it. You were notified of it on the quartz and your response was it comes like that! Nice huh since spent a lot money for crap that falling down doors and drawers!!! BUYER BEWARE

Very unprofessional,I've had complains with people about this place, they are rude and aren't straight forward, they lie and make you think if you buy their supplies you have to have them install it,which isn't true at all.If I had to recommend a place up here in the desert this would never be an option please go elsewhere,Hard to even get someone to install anything for you. We had our work done in August 2017, I wrote my review at that time. I was very surprised by your answer to my review. Somebody came out and looked at the chips, we were told just flaws. I never said I was happy with your work. An hour after the cabinets, that were supposed to be refinished which didn't like he did anything, were put back of, I called one of the owners and was told I need to pay right now, and that he was on his way to the collection agency. I hadn't even got the bill. Not good customer service. I would PM you here, but have no idea how to do that.

I came into their store and made an appointment with Mike 8 days in advance for an in-home estimate. I explained to him that I lived 90 miles, one way, from the house being carpeted and that I had limited days I could drive out there. He told me he was going out of town before our appointment, but assured me that he would be back in time. I called 3 days in advance to confirm the appointment because again, 180 miles round trip, and again, he assured me he would be there. I showed up at the appointed time, and no Mike. He called me one hour AFTER he was supposed to be there and informed me that he was still out of town (apparently he was unaware of the fact up to this point) and could we reschedule in the next week. Yeah.....let me just go get my appointment book.
