We just had our bathroom vanity topped with a beautiful piece of granite. Pablo Granite through, Ben, made everything happen, seamlessly. and quickly. I highly recommend this business. A small problem was noticed after our plumber installed the faucet, even though the problem was the fault of the plumber, Ben sent his crew out, immediately, and corrected the plumbers mistake..... Now that's great service. I , highly, recommend them. Their prices were. also, very competitive, and we had checked all the local granite and marble shops in the Boston area.

I was recommended to this business by my father who had his kitchen counters and wine bar done by them a couple of years ago. When I bought my first house recently I knew I wanted the countertops done because we had ugly beige laminate countertops that didn't go with our newly painted white cabinets and cooler tones. I worked with Ben and it was a great experience from start to finish. Visiting the warehouse was fun because they have so many amazing choices. It was hard for me to pick but after a good while looking I took home about five samples and liked something about every one of them. In the end I went with the Venoso quartz. Venoso is a light gray with a darker gray vein that is reminiscent of a Carrara marble. Pablo came and measured for a template a couple of weeks ago and captured everything I wanted. The install was just finished today. It took a few hours to complete. I am beyond pleased with how my counters came out! They did a beautiful job and were very professional. I can't wait to enjoy my kitchen counters for many years to come! I highly recommend them!

There are not enough good things I can say about this company. My wife and I were looking to enhance our kitchen space on a feasible budget and decided upgrading the existing utilitarian quartz countertops with new designer quartz, waterfall island, and matching backsplash design was the best way to go. I had received a few quotes from other local contractors; I actually reached out to Pablo Marble and Granite last, however, following my initial conversation with Ben, it became immediately clear that we would prefer and trust to do business with them. I am an architectural Consultant and work with contractors on a nearly daily basis, and I have never been so thoroughly impressed with the responsiveness, care, and communication I received from Ben and this team. I took a quick trip to their Woburn site to look at the material; Ben gave me a great tour of the facility and their stock, and that same afternoon, Pablo was at our home in Boston surveying the countertops. I would say one of the most uniquely nice factors of working with them, was the consistent and prompt communication and updates from Ben. He would send me multiple progress pictures of the cuts throughout the following days to keep me posted on their work. It was a great way of keeping me excited and involved in the project, as well as demonstrating complete transparency. Additionally, when I would text Ben for any update or question, he would respond within minutes. One of the other reasons we chose to work with Pablo Marble and Granite was that they were the only contractor we spoke to who would include and help us remove the existing porcelain tile backsplash we had in the kitchen. We knew this would need to be removed before replacing, and no other outfit would handle that work as part of the scope. Ben had a gentleman at our home within 48 hours to remove the backsplash. Furthermore, Ben was very helpful providing us insight and consultation regarding additional services, such as plumbing and fair pricing for such. Lastly, Pablo and his teams were always extremely courteous and professional while executing the actual installations. They took great care with our home and did an exceptional job. Something that also struck me, was that they were consistently very punctual! I would receive updates with expected time of arrivals from Ben, and they never disappointed. As I mentioned, I would simply express that this was by and large one of the most fun and highly satisfying experiences we've ever had with any contractor. I would recommend anyone looking for new countertops or stonework to reach out to Ben before any other.

Highly recommend Pablo and I give five stars for the entire team. Please check out my small kitchen “before and after”. I am 100% satisfied with the countertop I chose for Pablo. It is easy to clean and there’s no any stain left even I poured coffee or tea on it. I have compared with many dealers and Pablo is the best from competitive price to the whole service ( consultation, template and installation). I contacted with Ben. Do not do business with this company. Ben is a con artist who will tell you anything you want to hear just to lock up your deposit. He gives the same script to each client, telling them if you pay in cash up front he will give you a discount, but when it comes time to install he will try to change the stone at the last minute. He is not an honest person.

I spoke with Ben and he was very responsive, down to earth and totally knowledgeable. He helped me pick out the type of Quartz I was looking for. Install was a breeze and they left my place clean. We worked with Ben picking a slab, he gave us a great price, communicated through the whole process. We were putting in a farmhouse sink and thought we just had to have it for the template but they were able to reschedule quickly and do the install very quickly so we wouldn't be without counter tops. We were looking to replace the counter top in the kitchen of our new house in Lexington and get a island put in. We got in touch with Pablo Marble and Granite. Ben was very prompt in responding to our request, came over to our house with the various samples, invited us to his shop and helped us pick the right stone for the job. He also recommended us going with a waterfall island, which based on the pictures on his instagram would look awesome. He's been very communicative and has been answering all our questions. He even recommended a kitchen cabinet place, which has also been amazing. They showed up on time to do a bit of demo work in the kitchen. The countertop is going to be a centerpiece in our kitchen design. It is scheduled to get templated and installed next week. Can't wait!

I got several quotes from other fabricators. Ben gave me the best deal. He saved me thousands. My profect was small but i was treated just as good or better than the big guys. I have used them in the past this time a little different. Our master bath needed some unique pieces to be made and I reached out to Ben who was able to cut the 8 pieces exactly the way we needed them. I was unable to pickup during conventional hours and could only come Sunday afternoon. It was no issues at all they meet me at the show room and I picked up what I needed and they showed me new slabs for our next job. These guys are the best around for price and turnaround time don't be afraid to give the new guys a chance we'll worth it in the long run.

We bought a fixer upper with a kitchen in dire need of an update and I found Pablo Marble by searching online to bid out the job to replace the countertop. The owner Ben was super responsive, professional, and helpful in making sure I found the right stone to fit my needs and budget. I chose them because they offered the best price and shortest turnaround time, only 2-3 days from template to install. They were flexible in coordinating the job since we were working with a carpenter to fix some of the cabinets as well. From the time his team came out to create the template to install was only 24 hours. Ben moved us to the front of the line when I mentioned it was my husbands birthday, the customer service was great! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to update their kitchen. We renovated our kitchen in two phases; a year ago we installed the countertops and just this evening we finished installing the 18" backsplash. Each time we worked with Pablo Granite and Marble we had the most wonderful experience. They are honest, talented, experienced, communicative, flexible, and friendly. Their pricing is very reasonable especially for the service, and product you receive. from the office coordination to installation A++ I would give more stars if I could. I wanted to replace my granite counter tops and was not sure I could do it without ruining my cabinets. After receiving a quote from another company, I searched Google and found Pablo Marble and Granite. I booked an appointment on their website. Ben came out to my home the next day with samples of Quartz (which I asked for). He told me that he would remove my granite and he gave me a price for what I wanted right then. The price he quoted was much better than what I received from the prior company. The constant communication from Ben regarding template, fabrication and install was great and he never missed a beat. We were lucky to find Ben and the Pablo Marble and Granite team. We have now completed two projects with them. The first was replacing a cabinet and counter top in a guest bathroom. My interactions with Ben were very positive from the first phone call to the completion of the project. He offered professional and expert advice on evaluating our stone options and helped us select a quartz piece that looks beautiful. He also recommended a cabinet maker who was excellent. Fernando did the custom measurements and installed the countertop. Not only was he skilled in capturing the customer measurements but he did an expert job installing the top. Like Ben, he was a pleasure to work with. The project was completed on time and on budget. It turned out that we needed another countertop for a second bathroom. This time we were in a real time crunch. I called Ben late on a Thursday afternoon and like the first project, Ben took the time to offer expert and friendly advice. He made scheduling changes late Thursday afternoon and Fernando arrived on time the following morning to take the measurements. The stone will be fabricated on a Saturday and installed on the following Tuesday or Wednesday. That is responsive customer service! I am not promising that you can expect that speed all the time, but it is just indicative of their focus on customer service. If you have a countertop project, I highly recommend you work with Pablo Marble and Granite - you will be happy you did!

Tried to research multiple companies and send out messages to each of them to help replace the countertops in our new brownstone. Ben immediately scheduled a visit to our home to give us recommendations and show us various examples. He was very helpful in discussing the differences between colors and materials. They even came up with a way to hide most of a seam which came out barely visible. They were able to integrate the countertops with our existing backsplash. During the install they also helped me identify a stove gas pipe that was not installed correctly from the previous owners, and our plumber came over who agreed and replaced it. The end result came out stunning with the quartz we chose. Pablo's team extended the counters just the right amount to create a breakfast bar. They have helped transform our kitchen and we couldn't be happier with the process and the results. Highly recommend working with Pablo, Ben, and their team.

Great company to work with. They gave me a price $2k under my contractors preferred granite guy. I worked with Ben who answered all my questions, they got right back to me. They did an amazing job on the install. They came out to template and arrived on time. Staff measuring for granite were polite and did a great job. They were able to turn around job in a week from template to install. Working with Ben was great. He did a great job communicating and coordinating the job. Ben was early and on time for the quote and went above and beyond to please me and my wife with what we envisioned for our kitchen remodel . He had many many samples on hand . He was well prepared with extensive knowledge of the industry and materials. Took his time at my home and made an great first impression and his presentation was incredible. We were able to get a better product and the dream counter topscountertops we went with calacatta-vicenza. For our kitchen counters island and 4 inch backsplash. We opted for a custom large rectangular sink. We couldn't be happier with our selection . He went out of his way to accommodate us and make our budget work for us. We never thought we could afford quartz and didn't want to settle for a granite that we didn't love in the end we made it work and wouldn't have been able to do it with our Ben and his team . The installers measured and prepared the templates for the fabricator of the slabs and completed work and delivered product on time and installation went amazing . Came out perfect and we love our kitchen . The crew were clean and did an excellent job !!!

Ben came to our house for a quote and we immediately realized he is respectful, humble man and is willing to work with you. He really liked the ideas my wife suggested and he designed a great calcata laza countertop for our new kitchen. He worked hard to stick to the timelines and delivered a beautiful looking countertop. We also had him do our backsplash. Pablo usually installs the countertops and we were luckly to have Pablo do it for us. His waterfall edges have been a conversation starter for other other contractors who come to our house for different jobs. They love what he has done and they said it is a difficult job but it has come out beautiful. Whenever we will redo our kitchen or recommend a friend, it'll always be Ben and Pablo. My wife came across Pablo Marble and Granite online (Thumbtack). We needed a new counter top installed in a rental property in short order. Ben responded to our inquiry very quickly and came to give us an estimate. Both he and Pablo showed up to provide an estimate. The written estimate was exactly what he had quoted us and was able to do the work in the time frame we needed. They suggested adding a tile back splash for a reasonable fee and we went with their suggestion. Ben texted me a few different options for the counter and the back splash and we were off. The finished product, level of communication and professionalism far exceeded my expectations. I would no hesitate to recommend Pablo Marble and Granite for whatever project you need. Our project was relatively small be they made us feel like we were their only customer.

They responded immediately to my initial inquiry, provided a reasonable quote and completed the work within 2 weeks -- based on my schedule. I recently moved to a new home and contacted Pablo about replacing the stone surrounding my fireplace. He responded the same day--arranged a time to come out and take measurements and was back 2 days later to install. He was professional, prompt and happy to work around my work schedule. The install was done perfectly and the job site was left clean--his rates were very reasonable as well. I would not hesitate to recommend or hire him again.

I needed a granite slab for a small kitchen countertop for my newly remodeled basement. Tons of remnants to choose from. The price was very reasonable compared to other quotes. Install was quick and easy. Backsplash was cut from the same piece of granite and looks fantastic. I gave the guys an extra $100 to install the back and sidesplash on my bathroom vanity and they were happy to do it. My one problem was with the undermounted sink they provided. Along with squared edges, the base of the sink is flat so water pools rather than draining. This in turn leads to soap and water stains. I recommend shopping undermount sinks before agreeing to the one they'll provide.

I will give this place 2 stars for the good selection and the owner Ben was nice enough. However, like many other posters on the good old internet said, Ben asked for the full amount for custom countertops up front. I was definitely not parting with $6K for a custom job up front. That seemed like an unsavory business practice. We left and went to Rosy's Marble & Granite and the job was $3K less! Highly recommend Rosy's.

I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. The original timeline was quoted 2 weeks. Actual timeline 7.5 weeks. Took longer to get counters in than to demo and redo entire kitchen. Zero communication from Ben. Once you ask a question, you end up going to the end of the line, delaying everything. When an issue arises, Ben's response is that he was not there and that that would never happen. The templating was a disaster. The single piece was actually two pieces. No communication why. The pieces would not fit so they cutout the walls around the area. So much for a template. Their installers even sanded the new cabinet face when they were sanding the unexpected seam in counter - unintentional, but still. They did not say anything. Noticed this after they left. The cabinet manufacturer was actually willing to send me a new face all factory painted - customer service from the cabinet maker and zippo from Ben. The last backsplash was suppose to be installed again a week later but as usual no communication. On the expected install day, left a message on expected install. No reply except for at 4:30 PM, and Ben wanted to know if anyone is around so they can come by in an hour to install. He like to text rather than call. I think mainly because he can ignore you and then claim that he is a great communicator. Are you kidding me!!! I said no. Way to late and we are not ready. His reply was well "your wife called me." Yes in the morning, why not give us a heads up in the AM that this is the plan. I guess its because there is no plan. Since we could not accommodate, guess when the next install time was - 1 week later. Again, arrived, about 5 PM and left about 6:30PM. Pretty sloppy work. Cleaning up silicone from every countertop surface. This is really not a business, but rather a hobby. Stay away, unless you can afford to wait forever for your install. You also have to be on them or critical mistakes will be made and the only response you will get when they screw up is form Ben saying he was not there for the conversation.

Unfortunately this company is a fraud they do not stand up to their word do not trust Ben. We are a contractor who has used Ben on a few jobs all of them had issues one even had stuff stolen. I've reached out to him due to a clients sink falling and he told me he can't help. See pictures below BEWARE!

STAY AWAY!! Ben is very unprofessional, rude and the most dishonest person I have ever dealt with! He will blame you for his/team's mistakes and will ask for more money and their job is awful! He will ask you to pay the full amount up-front so he can screw you later! He does think he is above the law but will soon find out otherwise! There are multiple lawsuits outstanding agains him and there will be more coming!!!

Steer clear of Pablo Marble and Granite. Their owner Bandali (Ben) Dahdah is charming and engaging at first. By the end of the project, you learn that he is deceitful and vindictive. I was replacing the counters in my kitchen. I found a stone that I liked and Ben quoted me $14K for the job. Then, an hour later, he called back and changed the price to $26K. So we chose a different stone and agreed on the price of $12K. Then, one week later, he raised the price to $14K. He demanded that all the money be paid in advance of doing the work. Then, he promised that it would take 10 days to deliver and install the counter and instead it took two months. At the end of the job, there was one final piece to install (7" x 47") behind the kitchen sink. He got into an argument with my wife about how to install this piece and then refused to install this piece, leaving a large hole in our wall behind the sink. He blocked our phone numbers and refused to talk with us. When we called the local court to file a small claims lawsuit, we were told that they hear about this company all the time. We also heard from a former employee of Pablo Marble and Granite that there are some stone places that will not sell him stone because he does not pay. This normally stressful process was made way more stressful by Ben's highly dysfunctional behavior.

If you're looking for a rip off artist, you found him! Ben requested payment up front to hold a piece of quartz for me. I paid him $1200. When the day came for his men to measure, no one showed up! When I phoned Ben to see if they were running late, he said maybe they could be there between 4-5, I asked if there was anyone who could make it earlier, he hung up! Then sent me a text "I'm cancelling your contract, I'm done!" I called, texted, he never answered, hasn't repaid me. If you want to end up in court, use Bens company. If not, find another company!

Ben started off very responsive and that hooked me. But as soon as I became a problem for him because the quality of work his wasn't to my standards, he hung up the phone on me, quite literally, mid-conversation...then he sent a text that said "I'm Done," and stopped answering calls. I hired him to replace my fireplace surround. Even after coming out to template the area first, which I thought would make it perfect, they managed to cut it wrong and installed it off-level and off-center. Who would want their fire place looking like this? He wanted payment in full up front, which I paid, and then when I called to complain he charged me an EXTRA $400 to come out and fix his own mistake! I stupidly paid just to get it done. When they removed it I found they set and leveled it with loose sand from Home Depot, and left the plastic bags in there. Very unprofessional. They clearly don't know what they are doing in this area. They ended up removing it to trim the leg, at their suggestion, and then he ended up wanting $400 to bring it back. I hired a mason I knew to pick it up and install it as I refused to pay him one more cent. Don't make my mistake and pay upfront which he will ask for. Glad I found this out before I hired him for my new kitchen and paid another $15K for that!

DONT BOTHER WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY! I had signed a contract with them to install my countertops for my house after years of working and saving money to get this done. We had agreed on the price and start date. Everything was ok until now I made a payment in the full amount and he cashed it right away. As soon as he cashed the check, he texted me few days before start of project to notify me that he will not be doing my work, and is refusing to refund me my money. I have made several attempts to get my money back, and this man has stopped responding to my emails and calls. Ben is a fraud and will do anything to get money out of you as soon as he can and then will disappear after he cashes the check. He is extremely poor at communicating, rude and unprofessional. Hire someone who understands the industry and does honest work. I am In the process of filing a lawsuit against this thief! Again, DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THIS MAN SAYS, he is a liar and a thief! You are better off taking your business elsewhere
