My home flooded during a recent hurricane necessitating new kitchen cabinets. I really wanted to save my granite counter top but was advised it was unlikely. After extensive conversation with David, I decided to roll the dice and have Osmany uninstall it. The crew was fantastic, professional, knowledgeable, careful and successful! Stop scrolling. There’s no need to go any further. Osmany and his staff are top notch. As a project manager I couldn’t ask for a better trade partner. They show up when they say they will, they do amazing work, they do it for a fair price, and they have outstanding customer service!!!! You don’t need to research anymore. I purchased a gorgeous marble slab from a wholesale store Osmary recommended and they did a phenomenal job with fabrication and install. Additionally I needed some of my previous countertop cut for one of my businesses and they did it for free! Granted it was a small little piece, but incredibly helpful and generous on their part. Great customer service and fantastic pricing!

Our wonderful contractor, Hal from Hal's Home Repairs , recommended Osmany's and we are so glad he did! I had a lot of questions and their office staff, Johanna and David, happily answered every little question or concern, and could not be more lovely and helpful, every time! The new counters were installed yesterday and they are just perfect! Our installers, Javier and Alexander, attended to every detail, left the place spotless (which, sadly, not everyone does!) and were also just the nicest, most personable guys which made the whole experience that much nicer! Re choosing materials, while they don't have a huge warehouse to view full size slabs, they DO HAVE racks and racks of little sample slabs from a TON of different manmade countertop manufacturers so if you're considering any of the brand names like Cambria, etc it's prob well worth your time to visit to see a lot of options in one place! Oh! Osmany's can also fabricate and install porcelain countertops. Apparently, porcelain countertops are a really hot trend but because it's new to Tampa there aren't a lot of fabricators to properly install it but these guys do. We fell in love w quartz so we stuck w that but wanted to mention for anyone considering porcelain! Thank you, again, Osmany's!

Osmany did my entire kitchen and is fixing another job that was screwed up by a different bad contractor (see my other review if you want more details about those guys). I would highly recommend him based on his skills and quality of workmanship.

We are extremely pleased with the quality of work of Osmany's,,,, we had granite installed in a large kitchen as well as three bathrooms. You would tell the installers took great pride in their work and it showed. I believe this is a family business and would much rather support local businesses if we can. The plumber that came after they were done told us he had seen hundreds of granite in different houses he worked in and ours superior, both in the granite and installation. The only issue we had was we were told it would be installed in one day and the workers did not show up until after 2PM, when I called the office at 1, the woman told me they would be there within the hour and it would only take 2-4 hours to complete the job... I had never had granite installed and had no idea how many people would show up or how long it would take. I had the plumber scheduled for the next day like they told me too, but had to cancel.... even after stressing about all that, I LOVE LOVE LOVE the granite and the work that Osmany's did. Totally trumps the extra day it took. If you are looking for a local family run business that does awesome work... Osmany's is it!!!!

Our kitchen was ruined by Osmany. After meeting with them to discuss every cut and discussing the importance of accuracy, they managed to cut the slab incorrectly and we lost 7 slabs of natural stone. In our powder bath, the marble looked like it had been cut by a child with uneven edges. Then when they got to the master bathroom, we had 3 sections of marble counters and on the 3rd section they used an entirely different product that was not purchased by us or even remotely matched what was installed on the other two sections. It was a complete disaster and they were removed from our project. I'd like to think this was an isolated incident, but we know two other homes in the TB area that were also botched by this vendor.

Never have I been so disturbed by todays business practices as I am with this one. There is an employee there named David and if he doesn't want to deal with you or is too afraid of you, he sets up call blocker. He is sexist as well. I was misquoted, then invoiced for for their mistake. Thankfully, Mr. Osmany rectified the issue. Too many errors and temperamental ethnics.

If I could give a negative number I would. I am not sure why they came out to take measurements because the tops had gaps at the walls and the overhangs were all over the place. Spent a long time looking for the right granite and this company butchered it. I was also given recommendations for this company and am unsure why. Extremely disappointed every time I look at my kitchen.

Osmany came highly recommended so I paid the high quoted price for a complete Granite job (kitchen + 4 baths and laundry counters). The work was sub-standard (large gaps between wall and counter, no doubling up on the edges). He promised to return to finish a large back-splash and cut holes in the kitchen counter, but never did. Won't return calls. I'm about to hire another contractor to finish.
