We began the process over the phone and e mail as we were not physically at our house or in town to pick out quartz counter tops. We spoke with Breanna and she is very responsive and even communicated over weekends or at night to our text messages. Even though we did not expect a response until the next business day. We went with quartz for our kitchen and master bathroom. We started using a contractor they recommended to do the cabinet reconfiguration and to install an ice maker as well cabinetry, as we were replacing a stainless steel sink with a new porcelain farm sink. The contractor was a nice enough guy on the phone but didn’t perform the job as professional as it should have been done. When we got to town we noticed the workmanship and spoke with Chrissy the owner and Breanna. Chrissy reached out to Ken Fields who came over and fixed all the other issues of the prior contractor. We are very pleased and indebted to Chrissy for solving the prior issues. We are very pleased on our counter tops and despite the initial issues with the sub cabinet and plumber Olympus Granite stood by their commitment and we are very pleased with their work. Junior who did the install is knowledgeable and knows his stuff.

PLEASE TAKE TIME TO READ!!!!!! You will be crazy to buy Granite from any other place but olympus granite. Their pricing on level 1-3 or better grade Granite,Marble etc with installation is priced way lower than the competition and their selection is huge. You can actually pick out the slab of granite you want instead of looking at 3x3 blocks or 12x12 slabs that want look anything like the countertop your actually getting. Their level of service and pricing is far better than any quote I was given and they was fast and quick. Picked out my Granite and they had it measured, cut, and installed in less than 2wks. Hats off to Sean Sellars who is a salesman there who was knowledgeable and helped me and my wife through the process that was so amazing. I can go on and on about this place. Colby Orr was the reason I found this location in the first place. He Is the owner and told me about his business after his 2nd dealings with me at my place of business. Even before a discount he was way lower than the competition. Please visit Olympus Granite and ask for Sean Sellars and I promise you they have what you are looking for regardless of the project expense.. The quality and quantity of the stones available is unlimited and In stock to look at the entire slabs that would be used for your project. Amazing experience! I called and spoke with Ryan on Monday. He came out, completed my measurements an hour later and explained the entire process without me asking. I picked out my countertop and received an estimate the same day. I had my new countertops installed three days later on Thursday. I am very pleased with the results. The entire process was smooth and simple. I highly recommend and will utilize this company again in the future.

After reading some previous reviews I noticed some common complaints that I also experienced *I had to pay in full for the order even though the granite was not ordered until measurements were taken - then another month until the countertops were installed..then another month until they were “finished” *The countertop was cut incorrectly and when addressed the installer was adamant that it was the cabinets that were cut uneven - and would not correct until the cabinet maker came to remove cabinets, which he did and determined that was not the case so Olympus finally came back to recut the countertop - which he stated if that didn’t fix it, then that’s it - he had done enough because he was on his own time. A portion of new wall backsplash had to be removed to fix this - he did offer to replace ( with my extra backsplash pieces) but at that point I did not want any more work done by him so I am having to pay for that. The side of the countertop that was recut wasn’t even smoothed out and the new cabinet had gash in it so I left it at that. I stayed in contact with Brooke through all this but I had to initiate everything and still have not heard from the company with any follow up or they would be aware of this. Instead it was NOT a good experience and rather than referring this company or placing a good Google review I feel I should let others who are trying to make an informed decision about which company to use be aware if this experience.

Our house's counter tops are all done by Olympus! We recently had our bathrooms done after a flawless kitchen counter top install. They've upgraded their service so that they can take care of your plumbing too, which we loved. Everyone we interacted with was professional, friendly, and efficient. We were comfortable throughout the whole process and we LOVED the price. Payment was easy and they were so quick to get us taken care of. Really appreciate the professional and efficient service. Absolutely recommend to anyone needing to upgrade their countertops

This was the worst experience ever. Bells went off in my head when payment in full was required up front. I should’ve followed my instincts. Glad I broke the job into two parts, otherwise my bathroom would look like my kitchen- a hot mess! Appointments were not kept and phone calls were not returned. There were many details they didn’t share up front. I’ve had to call someone else in to complete the work and they couldn’t believe a company would leave someone’s home in such a state.

The Contractor representative, Shaun, came out for the initial consultation and seemed very knowledgeable on the work that needed to be completed. He assured me that he had a contractor who would complete the whole process (Backsplash and caulking) before Christmas last year. That work has not been completed. Initially, the Contractor asked for an approximate $3900 deposit because they needed to place the order for the quartz that was to be placed for the countertops. Their pre-emptive request was a concern as I responded “I haven’t picked anything yet”. It seems that someone at Olympus Granite (perhaps Shaun) decided on what he THOUGHT I wanted because I had stated I wanted “white and gray Calcutta quartz” but they never confirmed or asked if that was so. There are several different white and gray Calcutta quartz varieties. I could have accepted (and lived their choice) but for over $8000 I definitely would’ve preferred to pick my own. It was (4) months later the company installed the new countertops that were cut incorrectly, botched up seams, and chipped quartz. The installer even left the old countertops in my garage (which fell on my foot and caused serious injury) and the-old sink they replaced was left outside my front door. (Contract clearly states removal of old material). The installation was just before Christmas and I still have an unfinished kitchen because they haven’t corrected all their hiccups nor have I heard from the contractor since. I was told the contractor would correct their hiccups and complete the job in early January and it's now MARCH.

Friendly and very knowledgeable staff (Ryan and Brooke). They suggested things I had not considered. They really listened about my color choices and want me to be happy. Ryan measured and put my kitchen on paper. I did not think she could find my rare stone but Brooke found absolutely gorgeous quartzite on the web. At her suggestion, I might select two different stones. I'm preparing to travel to look at slabs. My kitchen will be beautiful and unique!
