We had such an excellent experience with Oldja. From the time we walked into the door to completion of project we knew we were in good hands. We ordered a unique Vetrazzo counter top that is made from recycled glass. It was made once the order was placed. Jim and Tonia shared our excitement to receive the counter top and to see what it looked liked. We appreciated their enthusiasm for our purchase. I would highly recommend Oldja Kitchen and Bath.

Johnny & his crew (specific shout out to their designer, Michael and the installer, Dan) were amazing from start to finish. Oldja is detailed oriented, experienced, and quick in their work. We are so grateful on the kitchen design. We are over the moon satisfied in the transformation of our kitchen (an original 1977 kitchen). They came highly recommended and they went above and beyond. I would continue to highly recommend to anyone! Thank you for everything Oldja.

Ultra Enterprises is the way to go! We were not able to find a granite or solid hard countertop at their site so they referred us to the wholesalers. We were able to choose something and have it shipped to them directly so they could do all the design and fabricating. We chose Fusion wow quartzite. It is very dramatic and has a lot of motion going on. The gentleman that came to take the templates was working with precision and was in and out quick. The next day we went to review the templates on the slab. Jim, are salesperson, told us to listen to Tanya. I think that's her name. She is the layout artist. The way she laid out the templates provided a beautiful flow throughout the kitchen without having any dramatic seems during installation. The installers were very quick and tidy. I don't remember the tall gentleman's name but he may have been Croatian or Russian he had an accent I'm not sure from where. He was sweet to my dogs and also made a suggestion that with some of the extra pieces, we should make a shelf to go above the sink to be a seal on our garden window. They happily took my measurements and expeditiously cut the piece to order and it fits wonderfully. Oldja Enterprises is spot on a great value and meticulous work! Highly recommend!

We were more than satisfied with the initial installation of our kitchen and bath cabinetry and countertops. The "wow factor" in our home is significant as a result of their design and installation. Where Johnny and team really distinguished themselves was in the rapid rebuild of those same items post hurricane Helene. We were back in our home in record time, and Oldja was a key piece in that deliverable. In a world of disingenuous, incompetent contractors, Johnny stands out for his straight talk and competence.

I honestly could not be happier!! Our house flooded and we lost just about everything and it has completely been a hot mess trying to rebuild. It has been the most frustrating thing I’ve ever experienced in my life. However, dealing with Jonny and his team have been top-notch excellent. Yes, the product is great. The installation was fantastic but more importantly customer service was amazing. They showed up when they said they were gonna show up. They did what they said they were gonna do. The product is way better than I ever could’ve imagined. They did not cut corners. They treated it like it was their own home I could not recommend this company anymore. They have restored my Faith and contractors. Thank you for doing an excellent job

In todays world finding a company that excels in its work is one you want to share. Oldja Enterprises has completely impressed us with its high quality of work in the installation of our kitchen counters. The owner Johnny was there to oversee the work, and his staff were excellent and so cooperative. From our sales person Tonia who guided us thru the project to the staff who came to measure and install the Quartz counters, they all worked extremely hard. The installation was clean and moved quickly. It was good to work with a family caring business. I would highly recommend Oldja Enterprises for any kitchen design and installation.

We recently hired Oldja Enterprises for a kitchen remodel after our house was flooded, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, they delivered a world-class job. Every member of their team was not only extremely professional but also genuinely dedicated to ensuring our satisfaction. Despite the challenging circumstances thanks to Hurricane Idalia, they managed to exceed our expectations, and the end result was better than we could have ever imagined. We highly recommend Oldja Enterprises for any kitchen improvement project. Their expertise, professionalism, and commitment to excellence are truly unmatched.

They responded quickly telling me that they did not do this type of work and recommended contacting Denis at Premier Pro Cabinets of St. Petersburg. With in (1) one month we completed the remodel and Tonia from Oldja Kitchens coordinated with Denis and crafted and installed beautiful Quartz Countertops. ‘Everything went beautifully, was completed as promised and the price was ‘more than fair’ Thank You Denis and Tonia! My wife and I have lived in our house for almost 20 years and have spent much of that time envisioning our perfect kitchen. We felt so lucky to have been recommended Oldja from a family friend. Custom cabinetry was the most important aspect of our design. When we went in to the showroom and saw the options and quality of the products we knew this was the company we wanted to work with. They have designers at the show room who helped us conceptualize the design with a digital rendering that helped us visualize the design. This was crucial for us since we were knocking down a wall! It's also worth noting that our design was a very specific mid century style which the designer completely understood and delivered a design that went above and beyond our expectations. We were also having our bathroom renovated which was a separate crew - both crews were clean, polite, expeditious and communicative. Lastly, the owner Johnny, who was personally affected by the massive hurricanes, kept a line of communication with us the entire time and honored his original timeline within a week of the original contract and was overall just a joy to work with. 5 stars is not enough. We will be recommending Oldja to everyone we know. Thanks Johnny!

We've had Oldja do several jobs for us as we've slowly renovated our townhouse. The first was installing new quartz countertops, bartop, sinks, and backsplash in our kitchen in 2015. A short time later we added some cabinets below a window and Oldja added the quartz countertop and backsplash for that. In 2021, we renovated our upstairs bathroom and Oldja did the quartz countertop and sink. And most recently (2024) we have been renovating our main bathroom. Oldja provided custom cabinets, quartz countertop and backsplash, and installed the new sinks. In every case, the work has been top-notch, the price fair, the crew has been very professional and takes care to keep everything clean, and we are obviously extremely happy with the company, as we keep calling them -- as we will be doing again when we have quartz installed on top of a wrap-around kick wall upstairs. The employees are obviously happy with the company as well; we see the same folks working there through the years :)

We had a countertop installed in dec2021. Workmanship was poor. They left and came back to fix. It was worse . The seam right in the front of the sink was way to wide and the epoxy did not match. After complaining and asking the owner to come look, he said no but would send his best guy out to fix. 2 weeks later he came out, gave his best effort and said this is the best I could do and the more I try the worse it would get. The only solution would be to get a new slab as this piece had Been cut to short to fit together properly. The owner, Johnny, through his office person said he would not replace for a bad seam. He also refused to talk when we called and we were promised a call back. Never happened. After a week of us calling we finally called and said not to bother, we would go to small claims. He called back to tell us he’d been this route before ( great customer service and advertising) and we would not win and we would be throwing our 300.00 away. Tomorrow he’s sending someone else out to see if they can at least make it smooth so you don’t scratch things or yourself. I will still go to court as Oldja has stolen my 2600.00. We haven’t received an apology, a discount or any costumer satisfaction. The women that runs the office and the owner are rude. Go anywhere else.

Buyer beware! Dishonest and unprofessional. Paid for waterfall edge on 2 countertops, cut wrong the first time, didn't match the 2nd and the 3rd install they spliced a piece on the bottom of their original mistake. So you can see it's not one piece like a waterfall countertop should be.. John "owner" was belligerent and yelling on the phone. Could careless about the workmanship after they cashed our check. Spreading the word at SBRN and Tampa Bay REIA. Would never recommend to anyone.

In the fall of 2020, we contacted multiple companies to obtain advice and quotations for renovating our kitchen. After considerable research we decided to engage Oldja Enterprises of St Petersburg. We met with a Jim Wittstruck to review and finalize our design put down our deposit and got on the calendar for a January installation. As promised, Jim kept in touch and advised us in early January that our renovation would commence on January 11th. Dan and Mario completed the demolition of our kitchen, removed our old wood floor, installed new tile flooring that first week. In week two they. Installed all new cabinets, upper and lower, constructed a reworked island, and installed a new sink, faucet, disposal, microwave drawer, and range hood vent. New quartz countertops and backsplash were completed by Feb 2nd and final touches and a brick accent wall completed by Feb 5th. From day one until completion Dan’s commitment to doing things right was evident. On his watch no corners are cut, and no attention to detail is too great. As he and Mario created our new kitchen, Jim stopped in to monitor progress and check on our satisfaction. We became accustomed to Dan telling us at the end of each day that he would be back “tomorrow between 8 and 9...”. Like clockwork he and Mario would arrive, do their work, and clean up before leaving. It’s now been several weeks since the renovation and we love our kitchen! Our research paid off since we can say without hesitation that Jim, Dan, Mario, and Oldja did an awesome high quality kitchen renovation for us at a competitive price. We highly recommend Oldja Enterprises. Ann and Kevin McCauley

Building a new home & selected Oldja to do all our countertops. They did a first class job, from working with us on stone selection to a beautiful job in the fabrication. In our kitchen we did a waterfall design which requires true skill & capability to perfectly match the slabs. Couldn't be happier with the outcome, I only wish other contractors have their professionalism & dedication to customer satisfaction. Highly recommend them for your cabinet and counter needs. Their can handle any challenge and in the end, you will be a very happy customer.

Oldja just finished our complete kitchen renovation. This job was contracted before the virus became "popular ". Additionally, we left the area. So here we were having an expensive job done while out of town by a new company. All of the contacts we hade prior to leaving we're outstanding. It was like dealing with an old friend who was only interested in us. Well, we just got a video of the finished job as well as having two neighbors look. OUTSTANDING. everything was done EXACTLY as ordered. Took a big chance and got a big reward. They even said that if we had anything we wanted upon our return (who knows when) they'd be there. A little long winded but well deserved. Thanks!!!

My experience with Johnny O was amazing. I had my kitchen remodeled about 5 years ago and his contractors did a wonderful job. First let me state that we didn't pick John to redo our kitchen, but it was only because we had a connection with a family member. IF we didn't have that connection, we would've absolutely gone with Oldja. We met with Johny and he was great, informative and very helpful. When I see bad reviews with good companies, I feel I should say something! I get people vent on these platforms. I have done it myself but always remember both sides when reading. I'm not saying bad reviews are not deserved in some cases because they certainly can be but due your due diligence and get all sides to each story. We would recommend Oldja because we felt he was honest, upfront and professional.

I highly recommend Oldja Enterprises to anyone needing granite work. Everyone is extremely friendly, professional and courteous. The quality of work is fantastic, and not only are they quick, but also efficient. When my install was finished, they left the area looking better than when they arrived...I can't say I've ever had any tradesman come in and do that before! Their prices are very competitive, but more than that, Johnny and his staff were a pleasure to work with!

In the past year we have had our kitchen and two bathrooms totally remodeled. Both times I worked with Johnny who was very professional, accommodating and did the designs. All three rooms are beautiful and we couldn't be happier with the results. Anything I didn't understand was clearly explained and any adjustments that I asked for were immediately attended to or resolved. Over the 4 week and 7 week period that the work was being done, I couldn't have asked for nicer people to share my condo. Paige and Dennis did the major construction on all three rooms and their work was faultless. Tom is a master of tile and and I left it up,to him as to how to design the baths....truly spectacular effect. His many years of expertise shows in his work. Also, he did many little extras (picking up a door at Home Depot, replacing vents with new ones that he purchased to improve the overall effect) that were not in his "job description " but made life easier for me. Medo did the painting and his work was flawless. He obviously enjoys his work and takes pride in perfection. I highly recommend this team to anyone considering remodeling their kitchen or bath.

I contacted Johnny for a consultation when we were deciding on a contractor to remodel our kitchen. Johnny was friendly and professional when examining our kitchen area. Oldja Enterprises had a nice selection on cabinets and granite on site so we easily found what we were looking for. Other places we visited lacked the selection of Oldja Enterprises. Once we picked everything out Johnny scheduled a date they would start and the crew arrived on site and completed the job within the said timeline. We were completely happy with the finished result. Every time we have visitors we get compliments on the remodel.

I picked Johnny Oldja and OE Kitchens and Baths sight unseen, but I was very impressed with the quality of his materials. We tried him out with a small job. He remodelled my kitchen but made a mistake on the tile color. He quickly and cheerfully corrected it at no charge to us. We were impressed with his honesty. We were so impressed in fact, that we gave him 2 more bathrooms to remodel. One involved a tub tear out and construction of a walk-in shower. I have to say I was most impressed with the quality of workmanship and materials. Everything from carpentry to plumbing, electrical, tile and painting was first rate. He kept us informed and even sent pictures along the way. We were also very impressed with his good judgement. He solved numerous issues that came up just the way we would have. A few minor issues were corrected promptly and cheerfully after the job was finished. The end product is very classy. Johnny is a rare find, someone you will be glad to have doing your kitchen and bath remodelling for you. I recommend him highly

We contracted with oldja to replace our kitchen. They did a great job with the work. The kitchen turned out better than I thought it would and they addressed any concerns during the project and did a great job. They only thing that we did dislike was they tore out our kitchen before they had ordered the new kitchen so we had to wait a week while the new one was built at the factory. I would recommend this company to anyone but just dont let them start until they have the new kitchen in from the plant.

I've waited a long time to write this review because I didn't want to write it out of frustration due to all the issues we had during the installation process. We had several problems with them. They chipped the quartzite while they were cutting it and they still installed it hoping we wouldn't notice, they had to have someone come and fill the large chip on the edge. So far it is holding but it should never have been installed. The island is not square so the drawers do not close properly, one side of each drawer has to be pushed in separately every time. They tried convincing us that the cabinets come that way and can't be squared off. Completely wrong! The white cabinets are chipping and the white surface is rubbing off all ready. One of the cabinets is not secured properly to the adjacent cabinet and is pulling apart. Finally our drawer for the recycling and garbage won't stay closed at all. It is just my husband and me, our children are grown, so the kitchen isn't used like a family would use it.

About 2 months ago I gave my daughter the gift of granite countertops in her kitchen. Every time I am over at her house and run my hands over the granite I can feel pitting in the stone. Since then I have gone to homes of friends, as well as other locations that sell granite, and there is no pitting in the the stone at those locations. This prompted me to call the Oldja Company. When I told them my concerns I was told that that was a normal occurrence. I actually stopped into the store and spoke with Mr. Oldja who told me also that this was normal. I left the store shaking Mr. Oldja's hand, and kindly asking him to go to my daughter's house to inspect the granite, which he said he would do. That was two weeks ago. In the meantime I went again to other places that sold granite and explained the situation. I was told that they never heard of this pitting of granite and wanted to know if we received a disclosure to the fact that this could happen to the slab of granite the we purchased. They also questioned if the granite was polished at my daughters house, which it was not. We feel that almost $2000 was a lot of money spent for an inferior product. We also feel that customer service is lacking on Mr. Oldja's part. This business was recommended to us by a friend, and we unfortunately expected more, or maybe too much. My daughter's house is not an upscale property, but none the less it is her home that she is very proud of, and therefore we expect the same service you give you to your "high end " customers.

I had my bathroom and laundry room remodeled and my cabinets are mediocre at best. I have to say the painted white cabinets are a much better quality than the stained wood. There were scratches everywhere and I can already tell that they will not hold up very well. The dove tail drawers are shoddily put together. Luckily, I am not too hard on cabinetry. I need to have my kitchen redone as well, but I will not be using Oldja for my cabinets. They also did my granite, and I think that is lovely.

UPDATE: After I left the review below of Oldja Enterprises, the Owner, Johnny Oldja retaliated against me by posting a negative review on my totally unrelated business, which he has no connection to. This should tell you everything you need to know about how this "business" is run. A reasonable response would have been an apology (at least fake it dude) or some explanation. Instead, this guy violates the terms of Yelp's terms and conditions and retaliates with a fake review to another business. If anyone chooses to be a customer of this business after knowing all of this, then you are asking for it. This vindictive and immature act by an OWNER should scare you away as a customer. I was referred to Oldja by a friend of mine. I wish I had checked these reviews first. The process of dealing with these people was negative from beginning to end. I was told to contact Johnny, who is the owner. Johnny did not have time for me, so I was passed to Tonya, who could not be more rude, condescending, and abrasive. I chose granite out of their "remnants" section in the back. I thought I could save a little money since I didn't need huge pieces. Tonya told me that the remnants I chose were $40 per foot. I thought this was extremely high (I was finding regular slabs at that price), but I just wanted to be done with shopping so I agreed. Then I looked more carefully at my paperwork after the template guy came to measure, and I noticed that Tonya had charged me $50 per foot for the granite. $50 per foot for remnants after I was told $40. She insists that she told me $50 per foot, but it's not true. I would have never agreed to remnants for that price. I already told her that I thought $40 was a lot. I went into the store the first day, and I of course noticed how abrasive and rude Tonya was. Then, the second day I went in with my wife to sign the paperwork. My wife was shocked at how rude Tonya was. This is a person representing a company, dealing with customers. My wife asked me "Why are you buying from them?" I told her that I just wanted to be done. I'm busy. Keep in mind that my wife likes just about everyone. And the owner, Johnny, is not better. He was right there in his office listening to Tonya the entire time. He absolutely condones her treatment of customers. She has absolute contempt for customers. She really seems to hate her job. I would have sent this company a lot of referrals, but now I would never do business with them. The only positive thing I can think of to say about this company is that they did refund my money. They first said that I had to pay for the guy to measure, but then they eventually refunded the entire amount. Very disgusted with the whole thing. They wasted my time. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for granite or anything else. This is not the company.

Johnny Odja came to look at the job, we went over the details, drafted sketches for him, exchanged emails to firm up details, and booked an appointment at his store to go over product choices with the inhouse Designer. The designer, Mike, went home sick, so we were told to deal with Tonia, who was rude and impatient - she had drop-in customers and was overwhelmed, but not our fault, we had an appointment. After spending time finalizing all the details, we then got an email from Johnny saying he had accepted a contract for a new condo build so could not do our job. Given that this was a week before we were heading back home for the summer, it was a huge inconvenience, and we were furious. Very, very unprofessional.

We are forced to go to small claims court. Our countertop was installed on Dec. 9th, 2021. As it was being installed I noticed a sizable chip on the edge where it had been cut. I stopped workers to call. I talked to the owner and he asked that I let them continue assuring me I would be happy. It wasn't perfect but because it was on the underside I let it pass. However when they were finished the was a seam center in front of the sink that looked terrible it was wide and the epoxy did not match. I went in the next day and scheduled a fix. They came out 2 weeks later and tried to fix. It looked worse. I called to ask thatJohnny come to look he said no but would send out his best guy. 3 weeks later he came to try again. He said he tried but that was the best he could do and the more he messed with it the worse it would get. A new slab would be the only way to make it better as it had been cut wrong and could not be made to look better. Once again we called and were dodged by the owner many days, always promised a call back.. no call. After another week we called and told him not to bother, we will file a claim.. he called back the following day saying he's been this route before. We would not win and it would cost us another 300.00 to file. Already lost 2600.00 what's another 300.00. No apology , no discount on poor workmanship, and treated rudely by office staff and owner. Go anywhere else.

Do not use this company!! Buyer beware. Paid for a waterfall edge and the initial piece was cut short. 2nd try was worse, edge didn't match. 3rd try piece was spliced at the bottom. Total disaster and they do not care stating clause in contract says they can splice anywhere. John "owner" was belligerent and could have cared less about the look of the final job.

Approximately 8 years ago we used Oldja to replace our counters with granite. The day they arrived with the new counters, I stayed in back of the house in my studio. I kept hearing what sounded like the cutting of the stone, but because I never experienced this before, and wasn't told what to expect, I ignored it. After awhile I finally walked towards the kitchen and saw a plume of dust in the air. I saw two workers holding up the end of the large bar piece, while the other working was cutting it to fit. Apparently most of what they brought was not cut right. Instead of cutting it outside, they cut all of it in our home. I only wish I knew better at the time to stop it right away. Our house and all rooms were covered in granite dust. They also forgot a small section of the counter and had to come back a few days later. We spent all night cleaning the entire house. Unfortunately I did not review them at the time. It is unfair to review them all these years later but because we now have a brand new experience with this company, I thought it would be a good time to mention this. We have a new condo that underwent major renovations. We used a contractor and to our dismay he uses Oldja. We didn't know this until Johnny Oldja came to meet with us regarding the new cabinets and counters. We didn't know who he was until he handed us his card before he left. I then told him of our experience 8 years ago and he assured us that wouldn't happen again. The only piece that has to be cut in the home is the hole for the faucet. The cabinets took an additional 4 weeks then what we were told, but that was ok since the other work, to get ready for the cabinets, was running behind. The day the cabinets came was the same day the worker came to make a template for our quartz counters. We made sure he knew that the size of the one large section of the bar was to be 19 inches, not 17 which was the previous counter. We also told Johnny this when we first met with him. I will say they were fast in getting the counters in. However, the counter was cut at 16 1/4! Even smaller than the original counter. To make matters worse, at the end of the bar it was cut short. See picture. They also had to piece meal a small section ( 18 inches of counter between the fridg and range) together because it came a couple of inches short. So we now had a seam on an small 18" counter where there shouldn't be one. On the 16 1/4 counter there was a seam as well because that was cut wrong. So the 16 1/4 bar counter was cut wrong in length, width and debt and apparently piece mealed together because of the seam. It was as if two of the three stooges measured, came, and put in the counters. We couldn't believe they left it that way when done, and thinking it would be ok. Look at the picture! That's how they left it! When they showed up with the new replacement 19" bar counter, it was 18 1/4" not 19". Unbelievable! At that point we just wanted to be done with it all, so we settled for a smaller counter. When I sent Johnny an email expressing how unhappy we were he said, quote "I'm sorry you are unhappy, I actually agreed to replace your countertop free of charge to make things right". Really, so we should be grateful? As the owner he should have been a bit more diplomatic and professional and simply apologized for the work that was shabbily done. He also wanted to remind me that he didn't charge us to install the hardware on the cabinets even though that was part of the contractors price. We did not have the hardware the day the cabinets came, but had it available the day the counters came, and they installed it at that time. Apparently Johnny wants to charge you if his counter people do something that his cabinet people should have done, even though they are all Oldja employees, not private contractors. I would imagine if this type of thing happens often, they wouldn't still be in business. Maybe we are just unlucky? I would still not recommend this company for ANY service.

Please do not use this company you will be disappointed. Sales people misleading and do not know how to measure. Kitchen cabinets not installed straight. Cabinets put together wrong so everything out of square. Job never completed. Electrical not up to code. They took 20000 dollars and now have to save so we can actually have a kitchen. Owner does not acknowledge anything is wrong. So if you use them they will not honor any kind of warranty.

This was the 2nd time using Oldja, first time granite only small job went well. 2nd job cabinets, tile, granite very disappointed. Started with looking at design and asking why 2 cabinets I have 4 now? Answer don't worry it will be beautiful I should have known then. That mistake took 2 more weeks of no kitchen waiting for the other 2 cabinets they for some reason didn't think we needed? A job that was supposed to take 2-4 weeks turned into 3 months, delays due to their lack of attention to detail. When the correct cabinets came in one of them damaged they put it in without saying anything until we pointed it out, what happened to pride in your work, more delays. When your told you don't have enough tile even though the owner tells you how much to buy and you get stuck with a box you can't return for 80.00 another frustration. When you have to ask the subcontractor to add one more row of tile to go next to the refrigerator so you don't have a gap and it looks finished and are told NO I guess they don't understand what finished means. When you are told the kitchen will be paint ready that means they shouldn't skim coat where the old cabinets were and now there's rough unfinished wall another not finished job to us. I'm giving 1 star and that goes to the granite installers, they were the only ones that were professional and showed a good work ethic and took the time repair the granite on our outside shelf that the subcontractor tried to say we caused. This is only a few of the problems we endured, when you ask a subcontractor if all the jobs go this badly and the answer is no this has been our worst but no apologies it's very difficult to recommend this business. Far as we're concerned all this company cares about is getting paid and getting to the next job. Linda C St Petersburg

Not sure I would even give one star. We had our kitchen cabinets and counters done by Oldja. While we had many issues with the poor quality of product, (chipping, loose drawers, bad installation and unsealed marble) what was even worse was the customer service. The Sr Oldja was very gruff and dismissive, and the son was extremely defensive about everything. Dealing with then was more upsetting than looking at our "remodeled" kitchen. Now a little over a year later I can see we have really poor quality cabinets that are chipping and loose cabinet hinges. I would never recommend this company to anyone. The product was poor quality the customer service even WORSE.

Got quote from them. Decided not to proceed. Threaten to turn me over to collection. Not sure how they planned to do that since I didn't sign anything. Strong arm tactics. You've been warned.

What a joke. I Was looking to find a contractor to renovate my kitchen & bath. Visited their storefront in person, brought a dimensioned floor plan sketch along with photos of the existing conditions with me (I have a 2 decade background in commercial construction) with the hopes of opening a dialog about what was or was not feasible given their expertise; The older Johnny didn't seem very interested in reviewing them, and abruptly advised they'd need to make an appointment to come see the place, ok..sounds reasonable...he said someone would be in touch with me by the weeks end to schedule an appointment. The weeks end comes, I receive no contact, so I follow up with a phone call, the younger Johnny calls me back..and to make a long story short, he gives me every reason under the sun as to why they didn't think "I'd be happy with their service", this was baffling to me.. if you don't want my business, be a man and say so.. don't put the blame on me "the customer" ... I told him he could make the appointment to see my place at anytime convenient for HIM, he still insisted he couldn't make me happy, and that I'd be better off elsewhere, LOL.. I had to laugh, I've never had a professional interaction where a "service provider" gave every reason possible why they wouldn't have been able to satisfy my needs, which at that point were to simply have them assess the job, and provide an estimate for the work I was in the market for.. If they couldn't return calls on time, nor schedule an appointment per their own suggestions, then I'm glad the transaction ended where it did.
